Join us in shaping healthier, more vibrant communities around the globe. About the role The Manager of CRO owns the test roadmap for ClassPass's Consumer and Partner websites, making the case for what we test, why, and in what order. This is a technical management role: you've written front-end code yourself, you can hold your team accountable for what's actually feasible, and you're comfortable being the first call when our Engineering team has a question about scope or implementation approach. You'll manage a team of CRO Developers across two tracks (B2C and B2B) and own the bridge between experimentation, creative, product, and engineering. Your roadmap should generate genuine debate with stakeholders, not just a list of tasks, because it reflects impact-based prioritization with clear tradeoffs and a view into the long-term vision. ClassPass's marketing team recently shifted to server-side testing. You'll help shape that workflow in partnership with our Engineering department, which means you need to be comfortable in the codebase and confident in the technical details. What you'll own Roadmap & strategy Build and maintain an impact-based CRO roadmap across Consumer and Partner with clear confidence levels, effort sizing, and tradeoffs stakeholders can actually debate Generate test ideas, not just organize requests from others. The roadmap should reflect your own hypotheses about where the biggest signup, lead gen, and conversion opportunities are Own the monthly stakeholder review: empower your CRO Developers to present the business impact of their work, and lead the conversation with stakeholders about the next roadmap priorities Triage and own incoming test requests with data-backed priority calls Technical leadership Manage a team of CRO Developers across B2C and B2B tracks Review Figma designs with enough technical and UX judgment to catch what others miss before build begins Own the CRO side of server-side testing in partnership with Engineering, including scoping, sequencing, and implementation feedback Be the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams' first call for input on experimentation scope, feasibility questions, and test design feedback Stakeholder & cross-functional ownership Be the face of CRO to stakeholders, with proactive updates on what's being tested, what the results mean, and what's coming next Own the relationship with the Business Intelligence team to ensure test data and dashboards are accessible and trusted, without building them yourself Partner with Creative on test design Surface risks and blockers early What we're looking for Requirements Front-end development background. You can read a PR, pressure-test a feasibility estimate, and hold a technical conversation with an engineer Direct experience running A/B tests A test ideation mindset. You come to the roadmap with hypotheses of your own, grounded in data and user behavior, not just a good prioritization framework Experience owning a roadmap across multiple audience types or business units simultaneously Comfortable being a cross-functional partner to engineering Strongly preferred Familiarity with Optimizely or an equivalent experimentation platform Experience with server-side testing infrastructure and codebase-level experimentation Comfort with SQL to interrogate test results yourself rather than waiting for a readout Experience managing developers or technical ICs directly Have we piqued your curiosity? Sound like the role for you? We'd love to hear from you! Even if you're not 100% sure about potential fit, we still encourage you to apply. We're looking for the right person, not the perfect series of checkboxes. The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We highly value diversity at our company and encourage people of all different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives to apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or other protected characteristics. Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐ The role Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow. As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…) You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team What you'll own The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content. Content creation . Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere. Alan's voice on social . Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone. Alan's big moments . Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves. Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience. Performance . Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality). AI in the creative and distribution process . Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers. Who we're looking for You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you. You live and breathe social . You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in. You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one. You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through. You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next. You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools. You collaborate . You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page. Requirements for the role You may be a great fit if you've: 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy) Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium Based in France For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range . 🙌 Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need , and it starts with our employees. Social Media Coordinator Full-Time | St. Thomas, Ontario | Multi-Brand Marketing About the Opportunity We're looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to bring six unique brands to life online. Our companies work across woodworking automation, industrial laser technology, cabinet doors, lean manufacturing, and software. Each has its own audience, personality, and story to tell. Your job is to make sure those stories reach the right people through engaging, consistent, and relevant social media content. You'll manage the entire social media process, from planning content and capturing photos and videos to writing captions, editing content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance. This isn't a role where you'll spend all day reposting content. We want someone who takes initiative, brings ideas to the table, gets involved, and understands how to make each brand stand out. You'll also have opportunities to travel to trade shows, customer locations, and company events, including international travel outside of Canada. Edit video content for social media and adapt assets for different platforms. Keep photos, videos, graphics, and other content assets organized and accessible. 3. Adjust messaging for different audiences and platforms without making every company sound the same. Review content for accuracy, quality, spelling, and consistency before submitting it for approval. You are the brand online. The content you create and the way you communicate shape how customers, partners, and potential employees see each company. 4. Events & Travel Create content before, during, and after trade shows, product launches, customer visits, and company events. Capture photos and videos on-site, including product demonstrations and behind-the-scenes activity. Be willing and able to travel internationally outside of Canada, including to trade shows and business events when required.
