Senior Customer Success Manager Benelux
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
goforecastingdigital marketinginstagramaccount managementcustomer success+3

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform driving digital commerce across the globe. By offering a fully integrated solution, we empower marketers, online stores, and digital agencies to manage, scale, and optimize their online activities. As the market leader in the Benelux, we owe our success to an incredible product, a passionate team ánd our customers who love working with us! To keep winning, our Benelux region is split into two specialized teams (Strategic and Growth), working closely together. This opening is within the CS Benelux Strategic team. Your role in a nutshell: you'll own Channable's most strategic Benelux relationships: (inter)national brands with digital marketing teams in the region, and our biggest Agency Partners (Gold & Silver). You'll work with senior specialists, marketing leads, heads of e-commerce, and decision-makers to understand what their business is trying to achieve this year and how their digital marketing team is measured against it. From there, you find where Channable can drive the outcomes that get them closer to those goals. When your clients win, and Channable is a part of that, we grow together, and that growth is yours to own. Here's what that looks like day-to-day: Business-goal alignment and planning: understanding each client's and/or agency's annual objectives and how their digital marketing team contributes to them, then translating that into a strategic success plan with outcomes both sides can measure. Stakeholder management & multi-threading: building and maintaining relationships across the whole account, from hands-on specialists to executive sponsors, so no relationship rests on a single contact. Strategic cadence: kick-offs, Impact Reviews, realizing success plans with outcome-driven and goal-focused metrics, check-ins, demos, hosting trainings, and commercially led meetings, online and onsite, in the market. Portfolio & account ownership: retention, expansion and net new MRR across a named set of top-tier accounts; identifying risk early, preventing churn and downgrades; pipeline creation and forecasting. Voice of the customer: running trainings and enablement for large advertisers and partner teams, feeding client insight back to product and commercial, and turning your strongest accounts into webinars, success stories and references. Raising the bar: contributing to how we manage the strategic segment, account plans, risk signals, expansion playbooks, and Customer Success processes. What you bring: You have 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role, with a track record on large or complex accounts. Experience on the other side of the table, at a marketing agency or in-house at a brand, counts fully. You build relationships across an organisation, from hands-on specialists to senior decision-makers, and you're willing to challenge a client when their plan won't get them where they say they want to go. You've carried a commercial target, and you know how to plan towards it rather than hope for it. You understand online marketing well enough to hold a credible conversation with a performance marketing lead. Not a must, but a strong plus: experience on the client side, at a marketing agency or in an in-house digital marketing team (preferably e-commerce) You have at least a completed HBO education - for example, in the direction of commercial economics, (international) business, marketing, or hospitality. Your language skills include excellent written and spoken Dutch (C2) and English at a C1 level. Other requirements: You are living in The Netherlands with travel distance from our Utrecht office. You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for 2 days/week, preferably more. You are available to travel and visit clients. You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days). You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship. Not a must, but a strong plus: experience on the client side, at a marketing agency or in an in-house digital marketing team (preferably e-commerce) Who are we? Being part of our team means working with diverse and fun people who trust and help you along the way. Channable was founded in 2014 in the heart of Utrecht. GTM & Growth Engineer
CosunoBerlin/Remote (Fully Remote)5 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid€70,000 - €70,000 / Year
pythontypescriptreactsqlbigqueryllm+7

Your Mission Cosuno is a platform for construction tendering in the German-speaking market. It connects general contractors, who publish bid packages, with subcontractors, who bid on them, and both sides pay. As our GTM & Growth Engineer, you build the automation and data behind marketing and growth. You find where work is manual or where data goes unused, build a solution that works in one area, such as paid marketing, lifecycle, sales handovers or content, and then reuse it across the others. You work closely with our Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager, the Demand Generation Manager and the Marketing Lead, and you ship things with a business outcome attached, not infrastructure for its own sake. You'll be the first engineer in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how our growth stack is built, not just maintain a fixed setup. What you'll do You automate marketing and lifecycle operations: triggers, segments, workflows and personalization in ActiveCampaign and Salesforce, so journeys react to what customers do. You automate paid marketing: audience syncs and suppression from CRM and product data, conversion data fed back to the ad platforms, and campaign feeds and landing pages that adapt to where bids are missing on the Marketplace. Demand Generation owns strategy and budget; you build the machinery. You build the data and signal plumbing: product events, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, enrichment, transaction history and our BigQuery warehouse, connected, clean and usable. You automate creative production: ad, email and landing-page variants inside our brand templates, with human review before anything goes live. You build once and reuse everywhere: what works in one area becomes a reusable capability for paid, lifecycle, sales and content. You find the manual work and the unused data, such as reporting, list building, call transcripts and enrichment, and replace it with automation and LLM-based tools, including the content engine for SEO and AI search. You give the team fast experimentation: reusable test set-ups, holdouts and measurement, so tests launch in days, not weeks. You launch with care: human checks in every automation, proof against a control or holdout before you scale, and a launch plan with scope, review steps, rollout and rollback. What You Bring You've built marketing or growth automation that runs in production: paid media integrations, CRM and lifecycle workflows, data pipelines, ideally in B2B SaaS or a two-sided business. You're hands-on with APIs, webhooks and automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Clay; Python or TypeScript and SQL are a strong plus. You know ad platform and CRM data: audiences, conversion tracking and the limits of attribution. You've shipped LLM-based or agentic automation into a real workflow, not just used AI to write copy faster. You think in outcomes: a working use case in two weeks beats a platform in six months, and you measure what you build. You're careful with what goes live: you check outputs by hand, test against a control before you trust a result, and plan launches step by step with a way back. You work well with marketers and explain trade-offs plainly. Fluent English; German is a plus. Your Benefits Room to shape and grow: The first engineer in Marketing, deciding how our growth stack is built. AI at the core: Our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better — and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll build with the latest tools and move fast, not wait for approval. Competitive compensation: Salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Work-life balance: Fully remote or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, flexible hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Open, international, with regular off-sites and team events. Growth & feedback: Open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Join us – Build the future of construction. AI at Zapier At Zapier , we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. So if you're using AI tools while applying here - that's great! We just ask that you use them responsibly and transparently . Check out our guidance on How to Collaborate with AI During Zapier's Hiring Process , including how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others during our hiring process - and when not to. Job Posted: September 2026 Location: NAMER Hi there! As Growth Design Lead, you'll lead design for a high-velocity experimentation program on our marketing site and campaign surfaces — turning insights into shipped, on-brand interactive experiences and measurable funnel lift. You'll set the bar for growth design craft inside Brand Studio: rigorous testing, strong visual and interaction design, and an AI-augmented workflow that helps the team prototype and learn faster. This is a senior design IC role. You'll partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data, is to design, prototype, and iterate experiences You'll operate at the intersection of design, data, and growth — translating behavioral and search insights into scalable layouts, flows, and components; establishing testing frameworks from a design perspective; and helping the team ship conversion improvements without sacrificing brand integrity or accessibility. If you have a strong track record of designing for growth through experimentation, bring deep product and brand design thinking, understand how structure, UX, and page design affect discovery and conversion, and use AI tools to move faster without lowering the craft bar, we'd love to hear from you. If you're interested in advancing your career at a fast-growing, profitable, impact-driven company, then read on… Our Commitment to Applicants Culture and Values at Zapier Zapier Guide to Remote Work Zapier Code of Conduct Diversity and Inclusivity at Zapier About You: You are a designer first. You have 10+ years in growth, product, or brand design , with a portfolio of shipped work you personally designed — landing pages, signup flows, campaign LPs, and interactive marketing surfaces — with clear before/after or test/learn outcomes where possible. You drive growth through design experimentation. You've designed for A/B and multivariate tests, helped scale experimentation on web surfaces, and move from hypothesis → Figma/prototype → live test without dropping quality, accessibility, or brand standards. You understand conversion and discoverability from a design lens. You know how IA, layout, hierarchy, page structure, performance-minded design, and clear CTAs affect conversion. You partner with SEO/content experts rather than owning content strategy yourself, and you stay curious about AI-driven discovery (GEO/AEO) as it affects how we design pages and modules for findability. You think in systems. You've designed for CMS-driven, modular sites, contributed reusable components to shared design systems, and know when a pattern earns a permanent place in the library vs. a one-off campaign. You've designed lead-capture and signup experiences — forms, gates, onboarding-adjacent flows — and you can read funnel metrics with partners (e.g. conversion, drop-off, MQL volume) to inform design decisions. You don't need to own CRM ops or lead scoring. You're AI-first in your design craft. You use tools like Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI to explore variants, prototype faster, and increase design velocity — with judgment about quality, brand, and accessibility. You're deep in Figma for high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and specs. You hold a high bar for usability, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and brand integrity, and you believe strong brand and strong conversion are the same problem when done well. You're a seasoned IC and force multiplier. You've worked at the pace of a high-growth company. You own ambiguous, high-impact design work end-to-end and mentor designers on growth craft, experimentation, and AI fluency. You communicate and collaborate well. You partner naturally with growth marketers, brand and product designers, writers, engineers, and analysts — and you articulate design decisions in terms of user experience and measurable outcomes. You embody our values. At Zapier, our values are at the heart of how we work together and how we think about our customers. In our remote setting, they help develop trust and ensure we work and collaborate to democratize automation. Things You'll Do Own the design of the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience on our marketing site and key campaign surfaces — discovery, education, and try/signup moments — in partnership with marketing, product, and engineering Build and lead a high-velocity design experimentation practice for the top and middle of the funnel — designing test variants, defining success from a UX/conversion perspective, and scaling what works across landing pages, campaigns, and conversion modules. Define and evolve an AI-augmented growth design workflow for Brand Studio — faster research, variant exploration, and prototyping — always tied to shippable design quality and brand standards. Lead conversion optimization as a design discipline — form hypotheses with partners, design experiments, and iterate from test results and funnel data; translate learnings into system updates where appropriate. Improve site IA and page/module design for discoverability, navigation clarity, and conversion efficiency; collaborate on SEO/GEO implications with specialists rather than owning editorial strategy. Design high-performing lead-capture and signup flows — forms, gates, and integrated handoff UX — with RevOps/Marketing on requirements, while you own layout, interaction, validation, and accessibility. Set the standard for growth design inside Brand Studio — mentor designers, run critique, and raise the bar on craft + experimentation + AI fluency. Extend existing systems (web design system, email design system, brand guidelines) so they support growth and testing; decide in Figma whether a pattern belongs in the system and build the component when it does. Partner with Growth Marketing, Brand, Product, Web/Engineering, and Data to turn insights into scalable, on-brand, accessible experiences; stay active in design review and what Brand Studio ships. Bring a high creative bar to performance work — brand integrity and funnel performance are both design problems. Use AI to raise the ceiling on what we can test — more variants, faster prototypes, documented patterns the rest of Brand Studio can reuse. How to Apply At Zapier, we believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us better, which is why we have a non-standard application process designed to promote inclusion and equity. We're looking for the best fit for each of our roles, regardless of the type of companies in your background, so we encourage you to apply even if your skills and experiences don't exactly match the job description. All we ask is that you answer a few in-depth questions in our application that would typically be asked at the start of an interview process. This helps speed things up by letting us get to know you and your skillset a bit better right out of the gate. Please be sure to answer each question; the resume and CV fields are optional. Education is not a requirement for our roles; however, if you receive an offer, you will need to include your most recent educational experience as part of our background check process. After you apply, you are going to hear back from us—even if we don't see an immediate fit with our team. In fact, throughout the process, we strive to never go more than seven days without letting you know the status of your application. About H: H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering the future of autonomous, agentic AI. Founded to build intelligence that acts, H Company is creating the foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems that drive real-world outcomes across industries. The Role Large enterprises find H through a referral, an event or a headline, and then they land on our website. Today that moment converts too little, and we can't fully measure it. Your mission is to make our website and online channels the first source of qualified enterprise pipeline for H, worldwide You will own H's online engine, as a senior individual contributor in the Growth pillar of our marketing strategy, alongside Brand and Product Marketing. You'll lead the redesign of our website with a web agency, own its performance and conversion, build our organic visibility on search engines and in AI answers (SEO and GEO), and steer our paid agency on LinkedIn, Google and other channels. Your focus is the enterprise funnel: C-level and IT decision-makers in large accounts, demo requests, and long sales cycles run with our Sales and FDE teams. Every choice you make is judged on one question: does it create qualified pipeline? You'll work hand in hand with the Brand Lead (identity), the Content Manager (words), Sales and RevOps (HubSpot), and our external web and paid agencies. What You'll Do Lead the website redesign (Foundations) Own the redesign of h.company end to end: brief, select and steer a web agency, from architecture and UX to build, launch and iteration. Set the site's technical standards: CMS, performance, accessibility, security, and a multi-market setup (France, UK, US) that scales. Own tracking, analytics and attribution, with a clean integration into HubSpot, so every visit, campaign and demo request can be traced to pipeline. Decide the platform, architecture and conversion choices; the Brand Lead owns identity, the Content Manager owns copy. Turn visitors into pipeline (Conversion) Design the journeys that turn enterprise visitors into qualified demo requests, by persona (C-level, IT and business leaders) and by use case. Run a continuous testing roadmap (A/B tests, landing pages, forms, demo flow) and decide what ships on evidence. Work with Sales and RevOps on lead qualification and routing, so the leads you generate are the ones Sales wants. Own our organic visibility (Organic: SEO & GEO) Lead technical and strategic SEO: site health, information architecture, keyword strategy on enterprise AI and automation topics, international SEO. Build our presence in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews): experiment, measure our share of voice, and turn what works into a method. Partner with the Content Manager on the content that ranks and gets cited. Steer paid acquisition (Paid) Own paid strategy and budget, and steer our paid agency on LinkedIn, Google and other channels (Reddit included, where it serves the funnel). Brief, challenge and arbitrate with a pipeline logic, not a click logic: cost per qualified lead, cost per opportunity, influence on target accounts. Support account-based campaigns on our priority enterprise accounts with Sales. Build the function Manage the digital budget and agencies (web, paid, freelancers). Report on performance monthly: traffic, conversion, organic and AI visibility, paid efficiency, pipeline generated. Use our own AI agents where they help, and test new tools before others do. What Success Looks Like in 6 Months The new website is live, fast, multi-market, and fully tracked from first visit to opportunity in HubSpot. Visitor-to-demo conversion has improved by [X], and the website is a top source of qualified enterprise pipeline. H ranks and is cited, on search engines and in AI answers, on our priority enterprise AI topics. Paid spend is measured against qualified pipeline, and cost per opportunity is under control. What We're Looking For 6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web, including for a B2B SaaS or tech company selling to large enterprises. You have led a website redesign end to end with an agency, and you can show what it changed in conversion and pipeline. You have strong technical SEO skills, and you are already experimenting with visibility in AI answers and measuring it. You have steered paid agencies on LinkedIn and Google with a B2B pipeline logic, and you know how to brief, challenge and arbitrate. You master analytics, tracking and attribution, and you are at ease with HubSpot. You are data-driven and hands-on: you build your own dashboards, read the numbers, and ship. Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You have built the online engine of a company selling to large enterprises, with long cycles and a few high-value deals. You have run international SEO and sites across Europe and the US. You are curious about how AI changes search, and you want to be among the first to crack it. You care about proof: a test result or a pipeline number matters more to you than a vanity metric. You are low ego and high ownership, and you like building from the ground up. Location Paris, London hybrid: 3 days a week on average in our office. Occasional travel. What We Offer Join the early days of one of WW most ambitious AI companies, and build the engine that brings it its next customers. Real ownership: the website, organic and paid channels are yours, with a direct line to leadership. A playground few roles offer: an AI company where you can test AI search and our own agents first. A team of world-class researchers, engineers and operators who ship. Competitive salary and equity. Benefits: health insurance, meal vouchers, transport. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

About H: H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering the future of autonomous, agentic AI. Founded to build intelligence that acts, H Company is creating the foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems that drive real-world outcomes across industries. The Role Today, H is known for its story: its founders, its funding rounds, its press. We want it to be known for its value. Content is how that shift happens, one piece at a time: the case study a CIO forwards to their COO, the white paper a board reads before a steering committee, the article an engineer shares because it is precise. You will be our first Content Manager and reporting to the head of marketing. You'll own the global content strategy and production, hands in hands with the brand, lead gen and product marketing stakeholders, from thought leadership to customer proof. Our brand stance is that of a pragmatic visionary : bold on vision, precise and evidence-led on capability. You'll write and edit in both registers, a bold "vision voice" and a precise "capability voice", so that every piece speaks the language of the boardroom and holds up to the scrutiny of a CTO/builder. You'll work hand in hand with Product Marketing, Growth, Research, Sales, our FDE teams and Communications, and with our external agencies and freelancers. What You'll Do Build the content engine (Foundations) Turn the new brand platform (positioning, tone of voice, messaging house) into a content strategy, an editorial line and a calendar by market (France, UK, US) and by audience (business C-levels and builders). Own the core brand content: website copy, company narrative, brand and product pages, decks and event content, in line with the brand guidelines. Set up the content system: templates, style guide, review and approval flows with Product, Research and Legal, and a library the whole GTM team can reuse. Make value visible (Reputation) Build our proof library: customer case studies, use-case stories and outcome numbers, working with Sales, FDE teams and customers. Shift the content mix from founders and funding to product, value and customer outcomes. Carry trust through proof: reliability, ownership, resilience and our research-first approach (we own our models, we are not a wrapper), explained without jargon. Feed awareness and pipeline (Awareness) Produce content for the brand plan: campaigns, flagship events, recurring PR moments and the brand side of our US launch. Equip Growth with content that turns awareness into qualified relationships: ABM assets for target accounts, social selling content for our ambassadors, post-event follow-ups. Work with Demand Generation on SEO/GEO so our content ranks in search and in AI answers. Earn authority (Authority) Run our thought leadership on the execution gap in enterprise AI and "AI that actually works". Lead the content of our academic and expert references: the Institute Polytechnique de Paris partnership, the COMEX40 white paper, and research with analysts and consulting firms (Gartner, HBR, BCG/McKinsey). Run the content of our "AI at work" Program: articles, interviews and the editorial behind its executive dinners. Work across the team Partner with Product Marketing, who own use-case families and sales enablement: you shape the stories, they own the battlecards. Partner with Communications, who own corporate communications and executive social media: you supply the substance, they amplify it. Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (writers, designers, video) within your content budget. What We're Looking For 5+ years in content, editorial or content marketing, in B2B tech enterprise (AI, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software). You have built a content strategy and an editorial calendar from scratch, and you can show what it delivered (pipeline, rankings, reach, reuse by Sales). You write exceptionally well, and you edit others just as well: you can make a researcher's idea readable for a board and a CEO's vision precise enough for an engineer. You have produced long-form content for enterprise decision-makers: white papers, case studies, research reports, thought-leadership articles. You are curious about deep tech and comfortable interviewing researchers, engineers and customers to get the real story and the real numbers. You are organized and autonomous: you run several pieces at once, manage freelancers, and ship on time. Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You have written for an emerging category, where the words themselves were still being defined. You have produced content for both European and US audiences and know how a story needs to flex from one market to the other. You care about proof: case studies, customer voices and numbers matter more to you than slogans. You know how content performs in search and in AI answers (SEO/GEO). You are low ego and high ownership, and you like being the first member of a team that is being built. Location Paris/London, hybrid: 3 days a week on average in our office (8 rue Sainte-Cécile, 75009) or with customers. Occasional travel to London and the US. What We Offer Join the early days of one of Europe's most ambitious AI companies, and shape the stories the world reads about it. Real ownership: the first content role in a Brand team being built, with direct access to our researchers, engineers and leadership.
