Das erwartet Dich Caspar Health is entering its next growth phase. Our digital care is becoming increasingly critical to clinic and hospital operations. At the same time, we are progressing towards medical-device obligations and expanding AI-enabled ways of working. As CTO, you will own Technology and Engineering at C-level. You will report to the CEO, lead Engineering with full functional and disciplinary responsibility and work as a peer to the CPO. Your job is not to become the bottleneck or Caspar's most important individual technologist. You will build a strong leadership layer and an Engineering system that moves quickly with security, resilience and evidence. You will stay close enough to technology to judge important decisions, risks and AI-enabled development through current practice. This position is based in Germany and must be performed, living in Germany. Due to our current payroll and social security arrangements, we cannot offer permanent employment from abroad. Applicants must therefore be able to perform their duties from Germany starting on their first day of work and must already have the necessary authorization to work in Germany. Deine Herausforderungen Translate company and product strategy into a technology strategy with clear capabilities, investments, risks and measurable 18-month proof points. Lead all Engineering teams and Engineering leads, including Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, developer experience and Engineering-owned quality automation. Build a strong leadership layer , clear domain ownership, distributed knowledge and resilient internal and external capacity without single-person dependencies. Own architecture, technology choices, reliability, security implementation, technical evidence and reporting, and regulated development for critical clinic and hospital workflows. Keep Caspar ready for deep technical scrutiny with current architecture and ownership evidence, demonstrable Caspar IP ownership, auditable security and compliance evidence, a credible AI story and no critical single-person dependencies. Own the incident system and lead major or trust-critical escalations. You are not the standing first-line on-call engineer. Ensure postmortem actions are completed and verified. Plan the Engineering budget and capacity . Decide within the approved envelope on technology, vendors and build, buy or outsource options, including lifecycle cost and continuity. Shape AI-enabled Engineering through current personal practice. Create measurable leverage without weakening security, maintainability, review quality, traceability or regulated assurance. Make credible commitments with Product . Product owns outcomes and scope intent. You own technical feasibility, capacity and release readiness, and stop unsupported or unsafe commitments. Involve Medical, Quality, Information Security, Privacy and Legal early . Engineering turns requirements into reusable controls, tests and evidence. Independent functions retain review, stop and risk-acceptance rights. Establish clear data contracts with Data . Technology owns production and operational data systems. Data owns semantics, certified analytical datasets, metric governance, analytical quality, experimentation and decision science. Represent Caspar in high-stakes technical discussions with clinics, hospital IT, integration partners, auditors, investors and the board. What success looks like In your first year, you will: Build a strong Engineering leadership layer and accountable ownership for critical systems Connect technology choices and investment to company strategy and reviewable proof points, then complete a deep external technical review at customer, auditor or investor standard with no unresolved material findings Improve delivery predictability, release quality, resilience and regulated evidence Make cooperation between Engineering, Infrastructure and independent Security durable and effective Create measurable impact through AI-enabled Engineering without weakening security or quality Dein Profil You have managed multiple Engineering leaders and led a multi-team organization through a meaningful scale or rigor transition. You have owned technology strategy, budget, capacity and build, buy or outsource decisions at executive level, with evidence of their impact. You have led Engineering in regulated, security-critical or high-availability systems. Medical-device or digital-health experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. You have built and scaled cloud-SaaS products, ideally in a regulated environment. Health-tech or medical-device experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. You also bring broad systems depth across backend services, web and mobile clients, APIs and integrations, data flows, observability, security and operations. Our exact stack is not a hard filter. You currently work hands-on with agentic development workflows and can show how you used, constrained or rejected AI output and made it scale You have shipped products that achieved meaningful customer and business outcomes and bring product judgement and pace, not only engineering rigor. You can challenge Product constructively, make business and technical trade-offs explicit and protect credible commitments under pressure. You build trust with teams, customers, partners, auditors, investors and boards without acting as a rescuer or creating dependence on yourself. You are business-fluent in German and English. A university degree or fixed number of years is not required. We care about demonstrated impact, judgement and responsibility you have personally carried. Warum Caspar Health? A genuine C-level mandate with ownership of Engineering and company technology strategy. The opportunity to combine speed and rigor for digital clinical workflows and make a tangible difference to care. A clear Product-Technology peer model with shared decisions instead of hidden hand-offs. Remote-first within Germany with flexible working hours. Regular in-person leadership in Berlin is part of the role. There is no fixed weekly office quota. You will spend time with clinics, partners and at important meetings when useful. A virtual equity package (VSOP) with meaningful participation in the company's value growth, plus 30 vacation days, a home-office allowance, meal subsidy and a budget for learning, conferences and coaching. What we do At getquin, we're on a mission to empower everyone to build wealth. Founded in 2020, we started with a simple idea: help people see their entire financial life in one place, so they can make more informed decisions. Today, getquin has grown into one of the largest wealth platforms globally, already helping over half a million users manage and grow their wealth. Our platform combines analytics, tools and community to make wealth-building accessible for everyone, not just the experts. After launching in Germany, we've started expanding across Europe, with a focus on growing our user base, building valuable new features and helping even more people take control of their financial future. If you're excited to help shape the future of personal wealth management, join us. We're just getting started. What you'll be doing You've built products for investors. You know what a TER actually does to a long-run return, why a user with four brokers has no visbility what they really own, and how differently people behave when the number on screen is their pension rather than their pocket money. You've probably also hit the ceiling of what a chart can tell someone. Better tables, more filters, another allocation donut. The data was always there; the answer never quite arrived. We have something nobody else has: a complete, cross-institution picture of a person's wealth. Investments, cash, liabilities and insurance contracts, in one place, for over half a million users. Your work is turning that into features and insights people understand and act on, and the interesting tools for doing that now include AI. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own that area. You'll work directly with the founders and the product team, alongside engineering and our financial advisory teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you'll mentor less experienced product managers on the team. Own the wealth product area end to end Set the product strategy and roadmap across the picture we give people of their wealth and how we help them optimize it Decide what we build on aggregated portfolio data that nobody with a single-broker view could build at all Own our efforts to stay on the forefront of digital wealth management services and play your part in disrupting a still very offline industry Work the unglamorous, high-leverage problems too: data quality, coverage gaps, missing cost basis, duplicate holdings across connections, ETFs held through more than one broker. A portfolio insight is only as trustworthy as the numbers under it Turn the data into something users act on Define the insights we surface about someone's portfolio, cash position and risk, and why each one earns a place on their screen Own our conversational AI assistant and our AI-driven insights: what they say, what they refuse to say, and how a user knows which is which Set the quality bar for anything we tell a user about their money: accuracy targets, human review, guardrails, rollback. Decide when something is good enough to ship and hold that line when the pressure is to ship anyway Own the numbers Define the metrics for your area: activation, engagement, the insight-to-action funnel, and contribution to subscription conversion and retention Run the experiments, including proper A/B testing, read them, and report what didn't work alongside what did Live in your own product analytics and write your own queries and reporting, rather than wait for someone to give that to you What we are looking for You might be a fit if: You've built wealth management, investing or portfolio products. You know the domain properly: instruments, ETFs, costs, allocation, risk, tax drag, and how retail investors actually behave rather than how they should. This is the requirement we're least flexible on You've owned a product area end to end against a number you defined yourself, with real experimentation behind it You've shipped at least one AI or LLM-based feature to production for real users, and you owned its output quality. You've shipped inside a legal or compliance constraint, and you can reason about where an insight becomes advice. Your product discovery produces evidence, not opinion. You can show us a real research artefact and a decision that changed because of it You're fluent in English; German is a plus You can work from our Berlin office, and you already have the right to work in Germany That usually adds up to around five or more years in product, but we care about the evidence, not the year count. If you came to product from engineering, data science, research, design, financial services, or from a Product Owner role, that counts. Strong plus if you have: PSD2, open banking or account aggregation experience Insurance or brokerage product exposure, which matters as we move into advisory Recommendation systems or personalisation at scale Subscription and paywall experimentation Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers Your own portfolio, and opinions about it If you meet most of this and not all of it, apply. We'd rather read your application than guess. Work authorisation This role requires an existing right to work in Germany. We're not able to sponsor visas or support relocation for this position, so we can only consider candidates who already hold German or EU work authorisation, or who can obtain it independently. We'd rather tell you now than after four conversations. What the first six months look like Month 1: you know the data model, the aggregation layer and its technology behind it. What our analytics do and don't cover, and understand how AI is already being used and where it. You've written down the three things you think are most wrong with the product today Months 2 to 3: a written, agreed area strategy with a prioritised roadmap, a primary metric with a baseline, and, clear metrics that you will be monitoring and optimizing along the way Months 3 to 4: the first thing you scoped is live to a user segment, with a read on the primary metric, and with quality measurement behind it if it involves generated output Months 5 to 6: two or three shipped iterations with measured results, including the ones that didn't work, a quality bar the team applies without you in the room, and at least one junior product manager who's visibly better at their job because of you You won't be measured on shipping volume. You'll be measured on whether your area got measurably more useful and more trustworthy. Why join getquin? Why join getquin? We're a fast-growing B2C fintech, and here, your work has real impact. From day one, you'll take ownership of your domain, ship features end-to-end, and help shape the direction of a product used across Europe. We value initiative, ownership and creativity, not layers of process. Three things that are specifically true of this role: Wealth management is ripe for disruption. Following digitalisation waves of banking and brokerage services, we are leading those efforts across the next big topic for private individuals: better understand and optimize your wealth The data asset is genuinely rare. Aggregated cross-institution wealth for half a million people, with over +€25bn in connected assets. Trade Republic sees its own platform. N26 sees the current account. Nobody else in Europe sees the whole picture, which means there are product questions you can only answer here You'll own the area, not a slice of it. At our size the decisions are yours Ready to build something meaningful? Then join us at the forefront of making wealth building accessible to everyone. How we hire Five conversations, typically three to four weeks from first call to decision. We tell you where you stand after every step, and we respond within seven days at every stage. Recruiter screen, 30 min, video. Role, scope, the salary band, hybrid expectation, notice period, work authorisation. No trick questions Hiring manager, 60 min, video. Your product area ownership, the outcome you drove, and your depth in the wealth domain. This is the first real fit conversation, in both directions Product case, take home. We give you a real getquin problem on aggregated wealth data and work through it together. We know you already have a job, hence we do not impose an in-person case during working hours Cross-functional panel, 2 x 30 min, in our Berlin office. Cover in more depth your case study and deep dive further in your understanding of product metrics and approach to product development. Usually in person in our office. Close conversation, 30 min. Team fit, how you like to work, and whatever is still open, including your questions for a founder Along the last part we will be making reference checks, but only with former employers. Once we have this, we will make you a formal offer. The whole loop runs in English. Tell us if you need any adjustment to the process, whether timing, format or accessibility, and we'll make it. You don't need to explain why. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
About The Role We're looking for a Security Engineer to own and improve the security of our internal environment — the identities, SaaS apps, endpoints, AI tooling, and networks our employees use every day. This is a hands-on senior role: we expect you to design controls, find the gaps, and drive the changes that close them — and to build the automation that makes it scale. We're an EMI-licensed fintech in a fully cloud-native AWS environment, we use AI heavily, and we're growing fast. We need someone who can lead technical initiatives independently, influence our security architecture, challenge approaches that no longer fit, and explain it clearly to engineers and leadership. Your Mission Detection & Response (SIEM) — our top priority Own SIEM alerting end-to-end: ship logs from endpoints, IdP, VPN, SaaS, and cloud; write and tune detection rules; cut false positives. Act as first responder for security incidents — investigate, contain, drive to closure with clear runbooks — and feed recurring issues back into preventive controls. Identity, Access & SaaS Administer the IdP (SSO via SAML/OIDC, MFA, conditional access) and run access recertification end-to-end across IdP, SaaS, AWS, and internal tools — scope, evidence, follow-through on revocations. Hunt down over-permissive and stale access, enforce least privilege and PAM, catch SoD gaps, and make JML and third-party access work in practice. Improve SaaS security posture (Google/Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, others) and apply DLP controls to limit data leakage. Endpoint, Email & Phishing Defense Keep the endpoint stack healthy and well-tuned — MDM, XDR/AV, device-compliance checks for VPN/ZTNA — and define posture requirements (disk encryption, EDR present, OS version) with automated remediation. Defend against phishing and spoofing — secure email gateway rules, DMARC/SPF/DKIM — and run phishing simulations and security awareness, acting on the results. Automation & Ownership Build internal tooling and automate repetitive operations — reduce manual work, don't just operate it. Own the roadmap for your areas: identify gaps, lead initiatives independently, and raise the bar rather than just maintain it. Your Profile 5+ years in security operations, corporate/IT security, or endpoint engineering. Strong with a SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, Panther, Sumo Logic) — detection engineering and incident response — plus an identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace), access recertification, and least-privilege / PAM. Working knowledge of endpoint security (MDM, XDR/EDR/AV) and email / phishing defense. Practical experience securing how a company uses AI internally: shadow AI discovery, DLP for AI tools, controls for AI assistants and agents, and a working risk framework for adopting new ones. You've done this for real, not from a vendor pitch deck. Strong scripting and automation skills — you build tooling against APIs, not just configure consoles. Track record of driving improvements end-to-end and leading initiatives with little oversight. Сlear written and spoken English for engineers and leadership. Why Join Vivid? We have a hybrid model in our Limassol office, or fully remote outside office locations. We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed. Learning & development budget to support your professional growth. Fully paid vacation and sick leave. Sports compensation. Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one. Enhance your expertise and shape the future of FinTech. Join Vivid's talented team and help us revolutionize how businesses think about their finances! Compensation range Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. About Vivid At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who turns complex operational and business data into clear insights, better decisions, and measurable improvements. You bring strong hands-on experience in data analysis, SQL, visualisation, and working with large and imperfect datasets - and understand how to connect data to real-world processes and business outcomes. This is an integrated role at the intersection of business, operations, and technology. You'll work directly with teams to understand their data needs, dig into the details hands-on, and find the right way to answer their questions - whether through SQL, Excel, dashboards, or other tools. You'll also translate recurring needs into requirements for Engineering and help build stable, automated reporting and analytics over time, particularly across our trading business. Join our international team and play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for scrap metal processing - using data and technology to build a more efficient and sustainable future. YOUR MISSION Analytics & Insights: Turn complex business questions into clear, actionable analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and the key drivers behind business performance. Work directly with the people who have the data need to understand their questions, challenge assumptions, and turn raw data into meaningful insights and decisions. Data Foundations: Build and maintain the data transformations needed to turn raw data into clean, reliable, analysis-ready datasets in the Data Warehouse. Work hands-on with imperfect data, validate its accuracy and meaning, and identify gaps or inconsistencies in how data is captured. Data Modelling: Translate business requirements into well-structured, reusable data models and clearly defined metrics that provide a trusted source of truth for analytics across the organisation. Data Quality: Implement and maintain data quality checks and tests to ensure data is accurate, consistent, complete, and fresh - proactively identifying and resolving issues with relevant stakeholders and working with Engineering to improve how underlying data is captured. Reporting & Self-Service: Build and support dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets that are intuitive, performant, and optimised for internal reporting and self-service analytics. Help turn recurring analytical needs and ad-hoc analysis into stable, scalable, and increasingly automated reporting. Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and translate them into meaningful analytical questions and solutions. Communicate effectively across different levels and functions, from discussing detailed data questions with technical teams to presenting clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear documentation for datasets, transformations, metrics, and data lineage using dbt Docs or similar tools, and contribute to practical standards for SQL, data modelling, testing, and visualisation. Automation & AI: Identify manual or inefficient analytical workflows and improve them through automation, modern data tooling, and AI-assisted analysis - using AI to accelerate data exploration, querying, documentation, and reporting while maintaining a strong understanding of and control over the underlying data. YOUR PROFILE 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a closely related analytical role, with a track record of turning complex business questions and raw data into reliable analysis, actionable insights, and business decisions Strong analytical and statistical thinking, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, define meaningful metrics, challenge assumptions, and work confidently with imperfect or incomplete data Independent, structured, and pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership. You are equally comfortable working with business stakeholders and engineers, communicate clearly across different levels and functions, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You are also genuinely curious about AI-assisted analytics and modern cloud data workflows, while maintaining full control of and understanding of the underlying data Strong business understanding and analytical curiosity, with the ability to quickly grasp the essentials of a complex, finance-driven business, understand how the underlying processes work, and translate business needs into meaningful analytical questions. Experience with financials, commodity trading, finance analytics, or accounting is a strong advantage Strong SQL skills with experience working with complex datasets, data transformations, joins, aggregations, window functions, and analytical data models Proven experience working with modern Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar, including building and maintaining clean, reliable datasets for analysis and reporting Experience with modern analytics engineering practices and tools such as dbt, including data modelling, automated data quality tests, documentation, and data lineage Strong experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar), with a focus on building clear, performant dashboards and enabling self-service analytics WHY JOIN US?
