About Flexport: At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That's why it's our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We're shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year. The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. All security disciplines work under the umbrella of the combined PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team: we build the paved path and tooling that hundreds of engineers around the world rely on every day to ship. This is not a compliance or certification role. You won't be measured on audit portfolios. You'll be measured on the guardrails you build and whether engineering teams reach for them by default. A misconfigured IAM boundary here doesn't just degrade a dashboard: it can stall a customs filing or strand a container. Flexport also runs a genuinely heterogeneous estate: hundreds of services, carrier and customs integrations, and infrastructure spanning three continents, which makes multi-account architecture and cross-border data handling real problems rather than exam questions. What You'll Do Architecture & guardrails Design and review cloud security architecture for AWS and Kubernetes: account structure, network segmentation, workload identity, and secure-by-default patterns for new services. Fix the Terraform module, not the finding — drive remediation-at-source so misconfigurations get closed at the pattern level, not one ticket at a time. Kubernetes & workload security Harden our Kubernetes platform: pod security, service mesh and network policy, secrets management, and supply-chain controls (image provenance and signing). Partner with platform engineers so new services inherit secure defaults instead of requesting them after the fact. Policy & automation Build and maintain policy-as-code and IaC scanning that block risky patterns in CI. Write real code — Go or Python, shipped through the same CI/CD the rest of engineering uses. Partnership Act as the local technical voice on cloud and infrastructure security for our Amsterdam engineering teams, and partner closely with the US-based cloud security team. You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform security engineering, including hands-on AWS and Kubernetes work — we care more about what you've built than the exact number. If you meet most of this, apply. Proficiency in at least one compiled language (Go or similar) and one scripting language (Python or similar). Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and a GitOps delivery model — changes shipped through code review, not tickets and manual steps. Working knowledge of IAM and least-privilege design across cloud and container environments. Nice to Have Experience with cloud security posture tooling (Wiz, Orca, Prisma, or similar) as a signal source rather than an end in itself. Software supply-chain security experience (SLSA, artifact signing, provenance). Familiarity with EU data-residency and cross-border data-handling considerations. Multi-cloud experience. How We Work In Amsterdam we come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We stay closely aligned with our coworkers on other continents. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special You'll inherit a real, established estate with legacy to pave over — not a blank slate. If you want the harder, more honest version of greenfield work, this is it. This is a builder's cloud security role in a market where the comparable senior openings skew toward certification and audit work. You won't be asked to own a PCI portfolio here. You're part of PSI: security is treated as infrastructure with real engineering quality bars, not a policy function. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment. Daily catered lunches incl. vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks and soft drinks available in our office on a daily basis. Commute expenses: Flexport will cover home-office commuting costs for employees living outside of Amsterdam. 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment. Health insurance: Flexport offers a collective health insurance plan including a basic package and any available additional packages. Your monthly premium is fully paid by Flexport. A defined pension contribution scheme. Equity program: every team member becomes a shareholder, aligning our success with yours. As a private company in a multi-trillion dollar industry, you have a direct stake in our collective growth and success. Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living: Flexport provides an employer-sponsored program at no cost to you and your household members. Parental leave benefit: Flexport is here to support you and your family during one of the most important times in life — the birth of a child. Our parental leave program allows both mothers and partners to take time off from work for pregnancy, childbirth, and to bond with your new child. #LI-onsite #LI-YK1 Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, health status, marital and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates and Applicants Depending on your location, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may regulate the way we manage the data of job applicants. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to our use and processing of your data as required. Please see our Privacy Notice available at www.flexport.com/privacy for additional information. About CuspAI CuspAI is the frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. While nature took billions of years to perfect molecules, we are harnessing AI to unlock trillion-dollar materials breakthroughs in months, not millennia. Our founding team is the most cited in the world, comprised of world-class researchers in AI, chemistry and engineering. We are working on some of the hardest and most important challenges including energy, clean water, the future of compute, and carbon capture, and this is just the start of what our 'search engine' for next-generation materials will unlock. We invite you to be part of a diverse, innovative team at the intersection of AI and materials science, working to create impactful partnerships that drive innovation, scalability, and industry collaboration. This work matters. Your work matters. We're on the cusp of the on-demand materials era. Join us. The Role Due to rapid growth in our partner lab network, we are seeking a Scientific Product Manager to join our Product team and bring partner labs and their experimental workflows onto the CuspAI platform. Your impact This is an exciting opportunity to join the product team at CuspAI, working closely with materials scientists, ML researchers and platform engineers to make AI-driven experimentation work in real laboratories. As one of a small team of Scientific Product Managers, you will take ownership of a set of partner labs and the lab integration work around them, translating what each lab actually needs into requirements our engineers and ML researchers can build against. Alongside the product work, you will spend real time with your partners' teams and their experimental data. What You Will Do Product Requirements & Roadmap Shape and prioritise the roadmap for how experimental data, protocols and campaigns get into the CuspAI platform, together with your fellow Scientific Product Managers, the engineering lead and the wider product team. Write requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from, covering experiment types, instrument integrations and LIMS/ELN connections, and work with the data team on the underlying data models and provenance. Contribute to decisions on what we build, what we integrate, and what we leave to partners' existing systems. Partner Lab Onboarding Lead technical discovery with the partner labs you take on: map their workflows, instruments, sample logic and data systems, and pin down the true experimental unit and the parameters that matter. Own onboarding for your partner labs from scoping to the first closed-loop campaign, and turn each onboarding into reusable patterns and documentation shared across the team so the next one is faster. Act as the main scientific counterpart for the partner labs you look after, and represent the product in partner meetings, workshops and conferences. Closed-Loop Campaigns Work with ML researchers to design optimisation campaigns (e.g. Bayesian optimisation) that respect real experimental constraints such as throughput, noise and failed samples. Define how platform-driven campaigns are validated, including benchmarks against manual or legacy workflows, success metrics and the evidence we bring to partners. Must Have Skills and Qualifications: PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or a related experimental discipline, or equivalent experience in scientific research. Hands-on experience with high-throughput or automated experimentation (e.g. robotic synthesis, combinatorial libraries, automated characterisation, or self-driving / closed-loop labs) in industry, a national lab or research institute, or academia. Proven track record of translating scientific or process needs into requirements for engineers, software teams or automation vendors, and of validating that what was built works in the lab. Firsthand understanding of how experimental data is produced and where it fails: which metadata and provenance matter, instrument quirks, data quality issues, and what makes a dataset usable for machine learning. Depth in at least one materials domain (e.g. semiconductors and thin films including photovoltaics, catalysis and electrochemistry, energy materials including batteries, polymers and formulations, or separations and surfaces) and the curiosity to work across others. Working knowledge of Python for data handling and analysis; comfortable working with APIs and data schemas. Strong communicator and a proven collaborator, comfortable working directly with external partner labs as well as multidisciplinary science, ML, product and engineering teams. Bonus Points (But Not Critical): Direct experience with closed-loop optimisation in an automated setting, such as Bayesian optimisation, active learning or design of experiments. Experience with research data management, LIMS/ELN systems, FAIR data or metadata schemas, and familiarity with lab data standards (e.g. SiLA 2, AnIML, Allotrope). Instrument integration experience, including vendor software, data formats, and scheduling or orchestration. Product or project management experience, such as roadmaps, user research, external research collaborations or vendor relationships. We are equally open to strong experimental scientists making their first move into product. Experience working in industry at a materials, chemicals, energy or deep-tech company, or closely with industry at a research institution or national lab. Experience coordinating work across multiple labs, sites or countries. Additional Considerations This role could be based in any of our locations with the expectation of being in the office three days per week. Additionally, there may be regular travel required to partner labs and other locations for collaboration and project work. What We Offer A competitive salary: We value and reward impact and growth Equity in CuspAI: You have a stake in the success of the company Time off to stay fresh: 28 days holiday (DE, NL, UK) or 21 days holiday (JP, SG, US), in addition to local public holidays 'Gold Standard' parental leave: 26 weeks (primary caregiver) and 12 weeks (secondary caregiver) at full pay - we look after you and your family while we work on the most important materials discovery problems together Professional development budget: We invest in your career development so you can stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge or add to your skills to increase impact and growth Solve meaningful problems: See how your work has a direct impact on advancing materials science and solving sustainability and climate-related problems through the creation and application of bleeding-edge SOTA technology and revolutionary techniques True interdisciplinary teamwork: Be part of a deeply collaborative environment bridging AI research, computational chemistry, and experimental science - work with world-class researchers and engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting each other Join us in shaping the future of materials with AI. Together, we can create groundbreaking solutions for a more sustainable world. CuspAI is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace . We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable law. We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds and value the unique perspectives and contributions that diversity brings to our team. Please let us know if you require any specific adjustments during or after the interview process. We will do everything we can within reason to accommodate. About the Position: We are looking for an experienced, motivated mid-level professional for a dual role: classic IT DevOps responsibilities combined with the evaluation and support of AI/ML models and vendors. This position is a great fit for someone who wants to combine technical infrastructure expertise with an interest in current AI/ML developments. The role sits in internal IT and is not part of robotics product development. The two areas are not equally plannable: production operations take precedence, and AI/ML evaluation runs as project work around operational load. Responsibilities : CI/CD, Automation & Software Development: Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins; automate recurring operational processes; collaborate with development teams on deployment processes; develop small-scale internal software for IT and other internal departments; support software integrations, particularly Entra ID, Active Directory, and SSO. Cloud, Infrastructure & Operations: Manage and optimize AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure; use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), Docker and Kubernetes on select projects (not a global standard); operate the largely Linux-based landscape (approx. 80–85% Ubuntu), including patch/update management; ensure availability, scalability, security, monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); manage backup/disaster recovery and cloud cost optimization. Production Support & AI/ML Evaluation: Manage incidents and troubleshoot production environments (no on-call rota currently planned; if introduced, it will be agreed and compensated separately); evaluate AI/ML models and vendors (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Azure AI) for performance, cost, suitability, cost-benefit, and licensing; evaluate open-weight/self-hosted models (e.g. vLLM, Ollama) where data residency, data protection, or cost requirements make external APIs unsuitable. AI/ML Testing, Integration & Support: Define objective AI/ML test criteria and benchmarks with the team lead; build and maintain evaluation datasets and re-run them after new model versions to detect regressions; support integration into existing systems/workflows, including RAG and agent tooling; act as first point of contact for technical AI/ML issues, providing first-level support and escalating to the team lead. AI Governance, Compliance & Enablement: Document model best practices, limitations, and use cases; track market developments; collaborate with business departments to identify new use cases; support compliance on data protection, security, and AI regulations, particularly the EU AI Act and GDPR (internal deployer-side use, not product conformity); train and enable internal staff on AI/ML tools, contributing to AI literacy under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act and internal AI governance/use guidelines Your Profile: Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or comparable professional experience 2 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps environment Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling; both GitLab CI and Jenkins are in use Experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP); all three are in use Solid experience operating Linux systems (Ubuntu), as the large majority of systems run on it Experience with containerization (Docker); Kubernetes knowledge is a plus, as it is used on a per-project basis Solid working knowledge of the core DevOps toolchain: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), scripting (Python, Bash), and monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) Basic knowledge or hands-on experience working with AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., LLM providers) An analytical mindset for objectively evaluating tools and vendors Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams Fluent in English, spoken and written What we offer A dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors. Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment. Lots of development opportunities as we continue to grow. Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth. Corporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month. Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment About us Agile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 3500 employees worldwide. OUR MISSION We exist to create a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for people with cancer and those who care for them. We make it easier to get answers, access high-quality care quickly, and feel supported throughout treatment and beyond. Today, Thyme Care is a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler, partnering with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to deliver better outcomes and lower costs for thousands of people across the country. Our model combines high-touch human support with powerful technology and AI to bring together everyone involved in a person's cancer journey: caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers. As a tech-native organization, we believe technology should strengthen the human connection at the center of care. Through data science, automation, and AI, we simplify complexity, improve collaboration, and help our care team focus on what matters most: supporting people through cancer. Looking ahead, our vision is bold: to become a household name in cancer care, where every person diagnosed asks for Thyme Care by name. If you're inspired to make cancer care more human and to help reimagine what's possible, we'd love to meet you. Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to set the product direction for new, zero-to-one initiatives focused on applying AI to make better care decisions in oncology — helping people receive the right, evidence-based treatment at the moment it matters. Working closely with senior clinical, operations, engineering, and business leaders, you will shape the strategy, identify the highest-value opportunities, and lead the most complex and consequential product work needed to build a solution with the potential to become a category-defining platform. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role for a product leader who can operate at both the strategic and implementation levels — moving fluidly between learning from users, defining product direction, partnering with engineering and other stakeholders to shape solutions , and driving execution to launch. You will establish the product foundation across workflow tooling, data integrations, and AI systems, while creating patterns that can scale across future products and initiatives. Much of this work sits at the intersection of applied AI, clinical guidelines, and operational workflows in a regulated setting where fidelity, auditability, and trust are non-negotiable. This is an individual contributor role today, with the opportunity to build and lead a product team over time as this business line grows. Additionally, you will: Drive the roadmap for a zero-to-one AI initiative to improve care decisions in oncology Prototype, test, and ship AI powered products with engineering and other teams cross functionally Build the workflow tooling and decision support surfaces clinicians and care teams need to act on AI recommendations Own the evaluations, guardrails, and observability standards to ensure recommendations are accurate, safe, and trusted across, auditable, and defensible to clinical, provider, and health-plan stakeholders Partner with engineering to shape the technical architecture around AI systems, data models, and integrations Communicate tradeoffs and profess clearly to senior clinical, engineering, and business stakeholders Leverage AI to accelerate your own work and help decide how the team uses AI tooling to move faster and prototype more efficiently WHAT YOU'VE DONE 6+ years of product management experience, including leading zero-to-one or early-stage initiatives when the problem, requirements, and path forward were not fully defined You have healthcare experience, ideally building workflow, data, or integration products for enterprise contexts You're comfortable with ambiguity and defining a path forward for yourself and others You have hands-on experience building or shipping AI/LLM-powered products You communicate clearly and build alignment across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders You like to operate close to the technical details, such as data models, edge cases, evaluations, and impacts of implementation Nice to haves: Experience in oncology, serious illness / palliative care, or chronic condition management Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-powered product features, including safety guardrails, evaluation, and quality measurement OUR VALUES At Thyme Care, our core values guide us in everything we do: Act with our members in mind, Move with purpose, and Seek diverse perspectives. They anchor our business decisions, including how we grow, the products we make, and the paths we choose—or don't choose. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $195,500-$230,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. This position is also bonus-eligible. We recognize a history of inequality in healthcare. We're here to challenge the status quo and create a culture of inclusion through the care we give and the company we build. We embrace and celebrate a diversity of perspectives in reflection of our members and the members we serve. We are an equal-opportunity employer. Be cautious of recruitment fraud , and always confirm that communications are coming from an official Thyme Care email.
