At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 Engagement Management is a new and fast-growing practice at ClickUp, and it's quickly becoming central to how we serve our enterprise customers. Our EMs bring program leadership, service delivery and change management together in one role. As a ClickUp Senior Engagement Manager you will lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for the company's largest and most strategic clients. We're looking for someone hungry, who excels in building, and who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work. Here, Engagement Managers are the single point of accountability for outcomes. You own everything between the contract being signed and the client seeing measurable results: what was sold gets delivered, on time and on margin, and we can prove it worked. You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team and delivery, go-live, stabilization and a clean handover to the account team. You'll run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client's own project team, and you'll be the trusted advisor to the client's executive sponsor. Simply put: you are the single point of accountability for delivery, the client's partner in getting value from ClickUp, and a thought leader for how we deliver. Your role Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary client contact for delivery Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring delivery remains aligned to client objectives and contractual commitments. Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and program leads at VP and C-level, acting as their primary point of contact for delivery. Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and competing priorities across client functions (IT, PMO, business sponsors, procurement) and broker alignment when they conflict. Project Delivery Oversight Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality, using rigorous change control to protect timelines and delivery margin. Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, sponsor check-ins and SteerCos, and provide clear, concise status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture while providing coaching, direction and support. Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log, and act as the primary escalation point. Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin, flagging overrun risk early and agreeing recovery plans. Drive AI adoption Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations, and own post-go-live adoption outcomes. Drive Value and Business Outcomes Identify expansion opportunities through delivery and co-sell with Account Executives, bringing the delivery credibility that secures follow-on work. Establish a value baseline before configuration begins, track benefits through go-live, and produce the value assessment that underpins renewal and expansion. Governance Design and run governance mechanisms Track delivery efficacy, timelines, value realization and customer experience Create continuous-improvement mechanisms Change Management & Communication Own communications around delivery status, risks and outcomes Manage escalation and communication across customer/internal teams Assess change readiness and resistance across impacted teams; build sponsor and champion networks to carry the rollout. Design the communications and enablement plan with the client, and sequence go-live to match the organization's capacity for change. Role Development Contribute to building the Engagement Management practice by iterating on templates, playbooks and AI workflows that make every engagement faster and more consistent. Your skills and experience 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead. Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption, ideally in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms. Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement. No coding required, but you can challenge an unrealistic technical scope. Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs. Commercial acumen: you've managed engagement budgets, SoWs, change requests and margin, and you know when to push for expansion vs when to stabilize. Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO in the room. Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don't directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources. Strategic judgment to separate genuine product gaps from client process or training gaps. Hands-on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit. Excellent written and verbal communication. Status reports people actually read. Nice to have: Experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries. PMP Certification. What you'll love about working here Impact: Lead high-visibility enterprise engagements with global brands, and see the result in their day-to-day work. Build something: Engagement Management is a new function. You'll help define the methodology, tooling and AI workflows that become the standard. AI at the centre: Work on the frontier of AI-driven work management, with ClickUp Brain and Super Agents in your own delivery toolkit. Career growth: A clear path from Engagement Manager to Senior or Principal Engagement Manager. Community: Learn alongside Paid TAMs, AI specialists and delivery leaders across EMEA and NA. Revenue Operations Lead Global expansion is broken. Without a local company, conversion rates fall, costs rise, and compliance gets messy. Outpost fixes it. Selling internationally is a maze of tax, payments, and operational friction. Most brands avoid it, or expand slowly and expensively. Outpost is your modular back office for global commerce. Pick only what you need - tax, payments, treasury, or operations - and unlock new markets without the overhead. Sometimes we become liable for a merchant's taxes. Sometimes we become the legal reseller in each market and carry the payments, tax and compliance risk. Other times, we give you the tools to do it yourself. We go live wherever a merchant needs to sell next, for digital and physical goods. That means we own the full stack - payments, tax, compliance, treasury, and merchant experience. Sell anything, anywhere. Without compromise. 🧠 The Role We're looking for our first Revenue Operations hire: the person who owns how revenue actually works at Outpost. Your job is to build the RevOps machine. One source of truth for pipeline. One model that turns a merchant's volume, markets and product mix into a price. One set of numbers that the CEO, the board and the commercial team all agree on. And a handover from signed contract to live merchant that never drops anything. This is a hands-on build role, not a reporting layer. You'll sit between sales, marketing, and operations, and you'll be the only person who can see the whole revenue system at once. You'll design it, instrument it, automate it, and then run it until it's good enough to hand over. You'll work directly with the CEO, the Chief of Staff and the founding team. 🧗 What You'll Get Yes, the work is intense . But in return you'll get scope and exposure most people wait 10 to 20 years to access . You'll own a core function at a company solving one of the hardest problems in global commerce, you'll see every commercial decision before it happens, and you'll build a function from scratch with real budget and real backing. We won't handhold, but we'll coach you hard. 🧩 What You'll Do Own the revenue system Own the CRM (Attio) end to end: object model, stage definitions, required fields, hygiene, automation Build the forecasting system and operationalise it with weekly pipeline review, monthly board numbers, and quarterly planning Own the GTM stack: outbound sequencing, enrichment, routing, deduplication, attribution Run the pipeline agentically. Build agentic system that enrich accounts, draft follow-ups, surface stalled deals and keep the CRM clean, so the team spends its time on the conversations and not the admin. You'll design the workflows, write the prompts, set the guardrails, and audit what the agents produce Analytics & performance insights Own the revenue metrics that matter: GMV, ARR, take rate, win rate, sales cycle, pipeline coverage, cost of acquisition Build the reporting the company runs on, and the pack investors see Build the pricing and quoting model, and the deal desk discipline around it. Operational execution Own the handover from signed contract to live merchant, with operations, tax and engineering Instrument time-to-live and revenue ramp, then attack both Feed commercial reality back into the roadmap. You'll know which deals we lose and why before anyone else does Build the function Write the playbooks: qualification, scoping, pricing approval, renewal, expansion Set the standard for what good data looks like, and hold the line on it Hire behind you once the system is running 💥 Example Projects Rebuild the pipeline in Attio so every deal has a stage definition, an owner, a close date and a modelled value, and the weekly review takes 20 minutes instead of two hours Build the pricing calculator that turns a merchant's volume, market mix and product mix into a price, and retire the per-deal spreadsheet Cut time from signed contract to first live transaction by half, working across operations, tax and engineering Build the weekly revenue pack and the monthly investor pack, and automate the data pull behind both Design the commission plan for the first commercial hires Score the lead universe against our ICP and rebuild outbound targeting on top of it Instrument the full funnel from LinkedIn and outbound through to closed won, and prove which channel actually pays Forecast GMV by market and product, and tell the founding team where the $1BN does and doesn't come from 🧱 What We're Looking For Ideal background: 4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments company, or B2B SaaS Has built a revenue system from zero, not inherited a mature one Fluent in CRM architecture and the outbound stack. We run Attio, Instantly and Apollo, but the tool matters less than knowing how to design the model underneath it Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel or Sheets, experience with BI tools Signals we care about: Ridiculous bias for action . You solve, you don't observe Systems thinker who still does the work. You fix the broken report, then remove the reason it broke Analytically strong. You can quantify a process, not just describe it Strong EQ. You'll be telling experienced commercial people their data is wrong, and they need to thank you for it Exceptionally hard working . You see work as a core part of your purpose Fluent in ambiguity and chaos. Startups are not neat, this will be hard Curious and resourceful. You can figure anything out Clear, quantified achievements on your CV, not vague descriptions What this role is not: Not a reporting or BI role where you build dashboards and hand them over Not a sales role, and not a sales-support role that takes instructions from account executives Not a CRM administrator job. The tool is the smallest part of it Not for someone who needs defined processes and hierarchy to be effective 🚀 Why This Role Is Different Most revenue operations roles inherit a system and tune it. About Kernel Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this? Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing, writing off, or defaulting on bad debt that should have been caught earlier. Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust. Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them. We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY. The Role: We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives. This role is focused on selling into global enterprises with distributed teams, multiple buying centres, layered governance, and high data sensitivity. These are strategic accounts where the impact of accurate hierarchies and clean CRM data is measured in millions. Our first ramped AEs are far exceeding quota, so we know the motion works. Our early enterprise motion is working. We are generating strong demand and building pipeline within large organisations. You will be responsible for driving high six-figure opportunities and are confident that we will close the first 7 figure deals this year through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Our targets call for millions of additional ARR over the next year. You will play a major role in that. Important to Know: Hours - This will be an exciting but intense job. Kernel is growing extremely fast and hours can often be long. Many of our customers are on the West Coast, and meetings can be held late in the evening. Working location - Minimum 4 days a week in the London office (most people do 5). There will be international travel involved for this role in visiting prospects. Responsibilities: You'll manage complex sales cycles with some of the best Enterprise businesses out there (5,000+ employees), from mid six-figure through to seven-figure+ deals. Multi-thread within accounts and build executive-level relationships, including VP and C-level stakeholders. Most opportunities will be sourced for you by the SDR team and Growth team, however sourcing additional pipeline is expected. You'll collaborate with the wider team on GTM strategy as we expand our ICP & experiment in other verticals. You'll help to create our sales processes as you build them. You'll become the best person in the company at explaining & pitching the product. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and customer success, bringing in insights from across the company and performing an essential part of our product feedback loop. Your Traits: Entrepreneurial: creative, resourceful. Executive presence: You are comfortable engaging VPs, CROs, CIOs, and senior RevOps leaders. All-in: hard-working, excited to stretch yourself, willing to take out the trash. Clear thinker, good writer: you can crisply articulate your ideas, goals, and plans and help our customers make sense of hairy consulting-like problems. Essential Qualifications: 3-7 years of experience. At least 1 year consistently closing deals worth $50k+/year in a multi-stakeholder sales process, consistently hitting six- to seven-figure targets. Ability to execute on a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology (MEDDPICC). Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles. Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective customers and translate requirements into a demonstrable product. Comfort negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussions without support. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Nice-To-Have: Startup/scale-up experience is a plus. Experience selling to Revenue Operations, GTM and/or Sales teams. Familiarity with Salesforce. What We Offer We will do our best to offer you a ride of a lifetime. It will not be easy, but it will be thrilling. 💰 Salary: £140k-£200k OTE + equity 🗓️ 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays 🥕 £450 Monthly Office Dinner Allowance ✈️ 2 weeks work-from-anywhere 🍼 Generous parental leave policy 💼 Pension plan 💻 Top-spec equipment and central London office 🎉 Team events and dinners 🚀 Work directly with the founders to scale the systems that power enterprise AI 🏆 High-autonomy, high-trust environment with a small team shipping at pace Interview Process Stage 1 – 30-minute intro call with Talent Partner. You'll discuss your sales experience and motivations. Stage 2 – 1-hour interview with Head of Sales. You'll deep dive into your experience, sales targets & achievements, and Enterprise AE at Kernel. Synthesia is the world's leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. We're hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia's presales function in DACH. This is a founding role: you'll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you're someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we'd love to hear from you. As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you'll take what you learn in the field back to Product. This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH. Sales Cycle Ownership Coplan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges. Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else. Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers. Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer's broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, and provide your assessment of opportunity stage and forecast your book of business to leadership. Demo Excellence Design and execute repeatable Demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product. Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally. Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks brought to life directly in Synthesia's platform. Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations. Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments. Product & Industry Expertise Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia's platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value driving use cases. Specific vertical knowledge, establishing credibility as a subject matter expert within an industry to easily build credibility and trust with executive buyers. Share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback to the pre-sales leadership and Product team; flag customer pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in live deals. Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development. Ecosystem Collaboration Product: share customer and prospect feedback with Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap. Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards. Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments. Enablement: Review and enhance enablement content from what is effective in preparing our team members for client engagements, delivering and evaluating certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team. What we are looking for Extensive (we feel a minimum of 5+ years) experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies. Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers). Technical depth in at least one area: Creation flows, APIs, integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM, identity), security, compliance; willingness to learn quickly across domains. Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations. Consultative approach to problem-solving; comfort gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs. Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset; thrives working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success. Product orientation; genuine curiosity about how customers use technology Willing to travel; willingness to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos.
