Launch your product career at Europe's leading music education platform Matchspace Music is Europe's leading music education platform. We help thousands of music teachers build sustainable careers from teaching, and we are scaling fast across international markets. You will work directly with our VP Product. This is a role for someone hungry. You want to see how a product is discovered, specified, built, shipped, measured and improved, and you want to be hands-on across the whole cycle. Everything we build follows one cycle: build, measure, learn, repeat. We are looking for a sharp analytical mind that is also creative in solving problems and providing fresh insights. In return you get a front-row seat in building AI-powered platforms, an AI-first way of working, and high visibility to the leadership team as we grow internationally. Tasks Feature conceptualization . Turn evidence into product ideas. You will run the full loop, from insight, to concept and options, to a sprint-ready story, and back to the data to see whether it worked. Requirements engineering . Turn customer insights and support feedback into clear, buildable user stories with business context, acceptance criteria and edge cases. Own the qualification funnel so nothing rots and no ticket enters a sprint under-specified. Sprint operations . Run backlog hygiene, standup and review mechanics, dependency flags and blocker tracking with our development team, so decisions get made once and stay made. UAT, QA and testing . Own regression and release testing. Reproduce defects properly, keep the bug board honest, and support UAT and end-to-end dry runs. Analytics and performance measurement . Own recurring KPI reporting across our tool stack, close measurement gaps, and turn funnel and cohort data into insight the team acts on. Every feature we ship is measured against the question: did it work? What was the impact? Requirements A relevant degree in business engineering, IT, information systems, digital business administration, or a related field, whether ongoing or recently completed. Analytical and creative. You enjoy digging into data to find the real problem, and you are creative about how to solve it. Build-measure-learn is how you already think. Structured and detail oriented. You find clean documentation and reproducible analysis satisfying, not tedious. Comfortable with data. Excel/Sheets at a solid level, able to read dashboards, willing to learn fast Comfortable and confident with software development technicalities, with viewing software code and understanding code with the help of AI Proficient in German (min. B2) and English (C1). You can write a requirement someone else can build from. Your main operating language is English. German is essential for our Swiss home market. Already using AI tools in your daily productivity workflow and genuinely curious about how software gets built. Self-managing in a fast-moving, distributed team. Nice to have Agile/Scrum exposure, ticket systems, manual QA or test-case experience, and an interest in music, education or marketplaces. Benefits Work directly with the VP Product in a dynamic, cross-functional team spanning Product, Marketing and Customer Success. Full end-to-end exposure: discovery, requirements, delivery, release, measurement and growth. A front-row seat at Europe's leading music education platform, with real breadth across very different product challenges. A modern, AI-first working culture. A high-visibility talent role with direct exposure to the leadership team and an attractive international career trajectory as we scale. We run a short, structured screening built around real examples of your work and how you think. Tell us who you are, why this role, and when you can start. We will take it from there. About Peec AI Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office. About The Role We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature. You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this. What You'll Do Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build What We're Looking For 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end A consistent track record of overachievement against quota Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line Bonus Points Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers Repeatedly achieving president's club What We Offer Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups Regular team events and off-sites Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside Paid Meal and Uber home when working late The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin Compensation: €110K – €130K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission • €110K – €130K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
Voice is becoming the primary interface for technology. For the first time in history, we can use natural language to control and interact with our devices, services, and applications, and we're only at the beginning of the adoption of Voice and Physical AI across industries. Current voice interactions, however, still lack a fundamental human skill: nuanced understanding of audio scenes and environments. Navigating complex auditory scenes, distinguishing between multiple voices, or focusing on a main speaker are all part of the challenge of "teaching machines to hear like human beings." At ai-coustics, we're building the audio intelligence layer and developer tooling to enable more robust and intelligent voice agents and Physical AI applications. Today, Voice AI companies like Perplexity, Retell, LiveKit or AssemblyAI use the ai-coustics SDK to prepare their agents for real-world acoustic challenges. Our models power thousands of agents worldwide and process millions of hours each month. We are backed by leading early-stage investors including Connect Ventures, Partech, Inovia Capital , as well as angel investors from HuggingFace, DeepMind and Amazon with deep expertise in AI and developer infrastructure. These partners share our vision and are helping us build a world-class team operating with high levels of responsibility and velocity . We look for people who take ownership, think systemically, and want to solve challenging real-world problems in close collaboration with our customers. If you're motivated by developing technology that is used in practice, shaping an emerging category and setting a new standard for how Voice AI works in the real world, you'll feel at home at ai-coustics. About the role Developers find us, install the SDK, and start processing audio before we ever speak to them. Thousands of accounts have run audio through our models. Some become customers, but many sit somewhere between a first test and real production use. The opportunity is to identify the accounts with real potential, understand what moves them from testing to paying, and find what makes them grow from there. You own that journey, from reaching promising developers and teams to converting and growing them. You use product and usage data to decide where to focus, get involved in promising evaluations early, and close startup and mid-market deals. You also experiment with outbound approaches to reach new prospects, identify ways to expand existing customers, and build and test the pricing and operational systems that make the whole motion work. This isn't a conventional sales role or a RevOps role. It is a job for someone who wants to do both. If you only want to close, this will frustrate you. If you only want to analyse, you'll be uncomfortable when a number depends on you picking up the phone. Tasks Signup to paid — Carry the conversion number. Work out which trials are real, get into the evaluation early, cut time-to-value, and remove what's blocking the purchase. Outbound — Own the motion end to end: target lists, sequencing, messaging, cadence, and the tooling. Run experiments and double down on what converts. Full-cycle sales — Run startup and mid-market deals end to end: discovery, qualification, technical evaluation, pricing, negotiation, close. Expansion and retention — Own NRR. Most start on one model and a fraction of their traffic. Find the next use case, catch the accounts going quiet before they churn, win back the ones that left. Account intelligence — Build the scoring layer. Turn usage data into a ranked list, and keep the ICP current as the market moves. Rev ops and reporting — Own HubSpot, the funnel model and the monthly numbers. You keep them accurate because we make decisions from them, and everyone from the board down reads the numbers you produce. Pricing and packaging — Run experiments on the self-serve tiers: what's in each plan, where the limits sit, what triggers an upgrade. Ship, measure, roll out what lifts conversion. AI-native operations — Build agents and automations across your whole role, pipeline generation to revenue operations. We already run this way and you'll extend it. Voice of customer — Gather feedback from customer interactions so product knows what to build and marketing knows how to position. Requirements 2–5 years in a commercial role at a startup or scale-up, ideally with an AI, developer, API or infrastructure product, where you carried a number and personally owned part of a funnel. You've worked somewhere growing fast and know what it's like when the playbook doesn't exist yet, the targets move, and nobody hands you a territory. You've closed. You can talk about specific deals you won and lost, and what you'd do differently. Love data. You can build a funnel in a product analytics tool, interrogate a CRM, write a query to check a hunch, and spot when a number is lying to you. We use PostHog and HubSpot. Experiment discipline. You can design a test, judge whether the result means anything, and say so when it doesn't. Tool fluency. Claude Code, Codex, Lemlist, HubSpot, PostHog. You're fast on the stack and faster picking up what's next. Comfortable with a technical buyer. You can follow a conversation about latency, benchmarks, SDK integration and model behaviour, ask useful questions, and know when to bring an engineer in. You sell the way developers buy. Our customers evaluate before they talk to anyone and respond to evidence. You use AI daily as an operational tool, not an experiment. You build workflows with it and have opinions about where it helps and where it produces noise. Strong copywriting skills and written communication. You're able to A/B test copy and see what customers respond to. High agency. You're joining a commercial team still being built, with no established playbook. Your instinct should be to go and find out rather than wait to be briefed. Commercial generalist. You're comfortable wearing several hats in a day and don't wait for someone to define the lane. Working language is English. German is useful and not required. Bonus: you've worked in voice AI, speech or audio before. Not a requirement, but it will shorten your first month. Our customers are building voice agents and the vocabulary is specific. Caring about sound and how it works helps. Benefits Opportunity to work at a rapidly growing Voice AI startup , backed by top investors. Compensation and equity: Competitive salary package, additional benefits and stock options, enabling you to take part in the company's success. Startup Culture: Dynamic, fast-paced environment with passionate and collaborative colleagues. High Impact: Groundbreaking startup at a pivotal growth stage, making a real difference in how people experience audio. Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of projects and ship fast. Work With the Best: World-class team of engineers and builders with ample room for professional growth. Contribute to the Future: Define the landscape of Voice AI technology. If you are ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing Voice AI and drive our startup to new heights, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join the ai-coustics team! If you're motivated by developing technology that is used in production, shaping an emerging category and setting a new standard for how Voice AI works in the real world, you'll feel at home at ai-coustics. Role Overview We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical journey of our customers and partners , from understanding their problems and proving the value of our technology to integrating it successfully in production. Sitting between GTM, Product Engineering, and R&D, you will be the technical authority in customer engagements and turn what you learn in the field into product and research input. This is not a role for someone executing an established playbook: you will help create it, operate strategically, and remain deeply hands-on. Speed of response matters here, since a blocked customer is one we can lose. The role is on-site in Berlin. Tasks Drive customer deployments: Run technical discovery, agree on evaluation and deployment plans, and keep customers and internal teams aligned through production rollout. Demonstrate value: Design and run rigorous evaluations using representative datasets, meaningful baselines and metrics. Turn the results into compelling benchmarks, demos and qualitative examples for engineers and decision-makers. Get customers into production: Move fast. Integrate and configure our technology inside customer Voice AI stacks; write code, debug real-time audio pipelines, validate latency and compute constraints, and resolve SDK issues that block rollout. Build a scalable technical GTM engine: Over time, turn recurring customer work into standardized workflows, tools, reference implementations and documentation so we can evaluate and deploy with more customers without increasing effort linearly. Shape the product from the field: Understand customer problems and identify recurring failure modes, integration friction and unmet needs. Reproduce and structure them into actionable input for Product Engineering and R&D. Support technical communication: Contribute to case studies, product education, technical content, talks, or product launches. Requirements 3+ years of full-time experience in a technically demanding engineering role, with evidence that you have independently owned complex projects from an ambiguous starting point through a real-world outcome. Hands-on experience with audio, speech, Voice AI, audio DSP, or a closely related field. You can reason deeply about audio systems, evaluation data, model behavior, and the way these affect downstream applications. A master's degree in a STEM field , such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related quantitative discipline. Excellent communication. You can earn the trust of highly technical engineers, explain complex findings to non-specialists, ask incisive questions, and communicate an uncomfortable technical conclusion clearly when necessary. Understanding of production ML systems. You can reason about inference, latency, CPU and memory use, concurrency, streaming state, reliability, and the practical constraints of deploying models in real-time applications. Solid engineering skills. You can quickly understand unfamiliar systems, write clean and reliable code, and build tools and experiments that others can reproduce. Python is required; Rust is a plus. Excellent command of agentic engineering workflows. Coding agents and AI tools are a core part of how you work. You use them to move substantially faster without outsourcing your technical judgment or attention to detail. A product mindset. You look beyond the immediate request, recognize recurring patterns, and distinguish between a customer-specific workaround and an opportunity to improve the product for everyone. A high-agency startup mindset. You are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities, and willing to do whatever technically credible work is needed to move an important customer or partnership forward. Benefits Opportunity to work at a rapidly growing Voice AI startup , backed by top investors. Compensation and equity: Competitive salary package, additional benefits and stock options, enabling you to take part in the company's success.
