About the role Luminovo builds the B2B SaaS platform that powers the electronics supply chain. DACH is our home market and one of our strongest, and we're adding an Account Executive to the German-speaking team. Unlike traditional transactional sales, you'll be selling complex supply chain software to technical buyers—requiring deep discovery, consultative selling, and the ability to prove measurable ROI in a trillion-dollar industry. You'll sell software that directly impacts how electronics companies—from automotive suppliers to industrial equipment manufacturers—manage their complete electronics supply chain. The impact is tangible, the industry is fascinating, and the growth trajectory is yours to shape. Who you are You've sold B2B software, and you can walk through your own numbers from memory: quota, attainment, average deal size, how long your ramp took You've built something that didn't exist before you — a segment, a first playbook, a function nobody had staffed, a company of your own. You're more comfortable without a playbook than with an inherited one You use AI as more than a better search engine. You've built your own automations, workflows, or tools, and you can name what you shipped and what came of it You've been close to how electronics or physical products actually get made — manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain. A bonus rather than a must, and the strongest single signal we look for, because it's what lets you find the pain before a customer names it You're consultative by instinct. Our buyers rarely arrive knowing they have a problem worth solving, so short cycles with demo-ready buyers aren't the motion here You work in German and English at a professional level. Discovery, demos, and negotiation happen in German; the company runs in English Your potential growth path: Months 1-6: Master the product, close your first 5-10 deals, build your DACH network Months 6-18: Take on larger deals, navigate complex stakeholder environments, mentor BDRs 18+ months: Transition to Enterprise AE (€100k+ deals), own strategic accounts, mentor junior AEs Your performance objectives 📣 Generate pipeline Build your network. Connect with 50+ relevant decision-makers at electronics manufacturers per quarter through industry events, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach. Establish Luminovo's presence at 2-3 key industry fairs annually. Generate qualified pipeline. Create €240k-€400k in qualified pipeline ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) through outbound prospecting, events, and inbound lead qualification using SPICED discovery. Qualify with precision. Run customer-centric discovery to uncover Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical event, and Decision criteria. Quantify potential value before investing in lengthy sales cycles. 💪 Close opportunities Inspire with demos. Deliver product demonstrations tailored to each customer's pain points. Clearly articulate our competitive positioning. Prove measurable value. Collaborate with domain experts to run workshops that demonstrate ROI through concrete impact calculations (time savings, cost reductions, efficiency gains). Close strategically. Guide prospects through complex buyer journeys, map stakeholders, and turn negotiations into win-win outcomes. Close €60k-€100k in new ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) with smooth handovers to Customer Success. 💡 Build expertise Become an industry insider. Develop deep knowledge of electronics supply chains and feed customer insights back to product teams. Master consultative selling. Make SPICED your guiding principle and build expertise in technical SaaS sales with longer cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions. 📈 Lead by example Own your metrics. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity. Use data to consistently hit quarterly targets. Enable your peers. Mentor junior AEs through shadowing and deal reviews. Contribute to our sales playbook. Embrace feedback. Reflect on every major customer interaction and proactively seek coaching to maximize impact. 🇪🇺 Your territory You'll primarily cover the German-speaking market (DACH), with some English-speaking territories. Fluency in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is essential. 📍 Work location Munich headquarters or Berlin satellite office (both in hybrid setup with home-office flexibility). Our sales team meets in the office three days per week. Occasional travel for team retreats and industry events (expenses covered). Whom you'll be working with Clifton Lobo , VP Global Sales — Your manager who'll coach you on deal strategy and career progression Sebastian Schaal , Co-Founder — Provides strategic guidance on positioning and pricing Inga Schwarz , Team Lead and Pioneer AE for OEM — Your primary partner in building the OEM sales playbook Max Hungenbach and RevOps — Provide CRM support, dashboards, and sales enablement Marketing, Customer Success & Product teams — Regular collaboration on campaigns, customer onboarding, and product roadmap 💡 Skills, knowledge, and expertise Just so you know—we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care about your CV. Synthesia is the world's leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. We're hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to build Synthesia's presales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you'll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you'll take what you learn in the field back to Product. This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA. If you're someone who is excited and driven by building whilst scaling, we'd love to hear from you. Sales Cycle Ownership Coplan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges. Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else. Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers. Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer's broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, and provide your assessment of opportunity stage and forecast your book of business to leadership. Demo Excellence Design and execute repeatable Demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product. Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally. Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks brought to life directly in Synthesia's platform. Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations. Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments. Product & Industry Expertise Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia's platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value driving use cases. Specific vertical knowledge, establishing credibility as a subject matter expert within an industry to easily build credibility and trust with executive buyers. Share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback to the pre-sales leadership and Product team; flag customer pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in live deals. Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development. Ecosystem Collaboration Product: share customer and prospect feedback with Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap. Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards. Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments. Enablement: Review and enhance enablement content from what is effective in preparing our team members for client engagements, delivering and evaluating certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team. What we are looking for We think the ideal candidate for this role will bring 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies. Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers). Technical depth in at least one area: Creation flows, APIs, integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM, identity), security, compliance; willingness to learn quickly across domains. Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations. Consultative approach to problem-solving; comfort gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs. Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset; thrives working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success. Product orientation; genuine curiosity about how customers use technology Willing to travel; willingness to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos. Location We're ideally looking for someone based in Paris who can spend time in our office at 40 Rue du Colisée, 75008 Paris, or someone based in the UK who can spend time in our London office at 20 Triton Street, Regent's Place, London NW1 3BF. About Peec AI Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. About the role We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to help our sales team ramp faster, sell better, and win more deals. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience. This role is for someone who holds a high bar on execution and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent. Work with Design to keep them accurate, on-brand, and easy for reps to find Coach reps alongside sales managers: review calls, run role plays, and use call and deal data to spot skill gaps and sharpen messaging Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into battle cards and training reps use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership Measure what works: track ramp time, win rates, conversion, and content usage with RevOps, report on the impact of enablement programs, and cut what isn't working Drive adoption of our sales tools (HubSpot, call recording, and AI tools), and build workflows and automations that save reps time Translate new features and market shifts into training and materials within days, not weeks, so Sales, CX, and Growth all work from the same story What we're looking for 3 - 5 years in GTM or sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company A track record of designing and running onboarding and training programs with measurable results, such as shorter ramp time or higher win rates Strong facilitation and coaching skills: you can run an engaging workshop, give direct feedback on a call recording, and adapt to reps at different experience levels Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and experience building one into training and process Data-driven and comfortable with tools: you work confidently in a CRM (HubSpot ideally) and call recording software, turn performance data into training priorities, and have built workflows and automations Strong stakeholder management: you work across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and CX with different goals, and keep reps up to date on process and product changes without slowing anyone down Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips A strong eye for quality: you notice off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts, and misaligned elements, and you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, Google Slides, or similar Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly An ability and willingness to travel between our two offices (New York and Berlin) once a quarter Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place Bonus points Prior quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or SDR Experience with an enablement platform or LMS, such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly Experience building competitive intelligence or a customer story program from scratch Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale Fluent German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language What we offer Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category Compensation: €70K – €80K • Offers Equity • €70K – €80K • Offers Equity Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
