Enterprise SDR - London

Join BLP and help make the world's business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. What the job actually feels like This is a build job. When you join, BLP has no UK pipeline, no UK case studies, and no local playbook. It's not the well-oiled machine with sophisticated processes for everything. What you get instead: an experienced Account Executive sitting next to you, a reporting line to the VP of Business Development and a strong DACH SDR team behind you. You get a winning product and a market nobody here has sold into yet. All of that comes with strong support from the Switzerland HQ. Your first job is to work out who buys, why, and what makes them pick up the phone. You will hear no far more often than yes. The yes is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, COO, or Head of Finance at a large UK manufacturer or industrial business, where you run the meeting, present the value, and map the stakeholders live. If you want a finished machine to plug into, this is the wrong role. If you want to help build the machine, read on. About the role As our Founding SDR in London, you own outbound into UK enterprise accounts. You will prospect and open relationships with Finance and Procurement leaders (CFO, COO, Head of Shared Services, Process Excellence, AP) and generate qualified opportunities for our agentic AI platform automating Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Don't expect inbounds to carry you from day one. You are one of the first commercial hires on the ground in a new market. You prospect, you run the connect calls, and you help write the playbook the next UK hires will use. You report directly to the VP of Business Development for now, work day to day with the UK Account Executive as a tag-team, and lean on the DACH SDR team for what already works. You will monitor the UK market with regards to procurement and finance processes, ERP transformation announcements and buying triggers, and turn what you learn into better targeting. We need you to flag what is not working early and bring it to the team, so we fix the approach fast instead of grinding on a broken one. Once the UK team reaches critical mass and shows initial success, we hire a local team lead (internally or externally). Tech stack You will work with a sharp outbound stack: HubSpot as our CRM and source of truth, Clay for enrichment and signal-based prospecting, Claude for AI assisted tasks and research, and LinkMatch to keep LinkedIn and HubSpot in sync without manual logging. That said, the work has a strong outbound and calling focus. You will help decide what to add as the motion matures. We're excited about you because You have roughly 2 to 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, most of it outbound, and you have built or helped build an outbound motion rather than only working an established one. You know the UK market and can navigate UK enterprise buyers, ideally with experience selling to Finance, Procurement, or Operations. You can run a discovery call with a senior stakeholder: you hold the room, communicate clearly, adapt to a CFO or a Head of Procurement, and understand the buying center. You are comfortable with ambiguity. No inbound, no case studies, no script on day one does not rattle you, it interests you. You see opportunity. You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions. You are looking for a role that comes with key responsibility beyond the typical SDR scope. You take ownership, ask for help when you are stuck, act on feedback, and pass on what you learn to the people who join after you. Bonus points You have been a founding or first SDR in a new market, or helped stand up a new territory. You know the ERP domain, or have sold Finance, Procurement, or industrial software and are familiar with P2P/O2C processes. You are familiar with HubSpot as a CRM and Clay. You speak another European language. What you'll get London Office. This role is based in our London office, You will spend regular time with your DACH peers in our HQ in Zurich and are invited over for onboarding. Onboarding built for a founding rep. There is onboarding material that trains you on our product, you get a buddy from the DACH SDR team and direct support from the VP Business Development. High earning potential. Uncapped commission and potential for a 6-figure package. Equal OTEs. As we share the same incentives, you'll be comped as the Account Executives. Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup. Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers. Learn more about blp and our values at blp.digital/company/careers . About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network , to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers. The opportunity We're looking for a Director or VP of Enterprise Sales to build and lead our direct enterprise business across Europe. This is distinct from our ISV and platform sales motion. The mandate is to win major European enterprises, create a focused regional playbook and build the organization to scale it. We'll calibrate the title to the leader's experience and scope. Europe's largest enterprises are moving more communications and customer workflows into software and AI, but they face real constraints around data residency, telecom requirements, legacy systems, procurement and cross-border operations. They need partners that understand where infrastructure runs, how it connects, what it costs and how to deploy reliably in production. Telnyx has an unusual platform for those conversations: its own network and communications stack, integrated with AI and inference capabilities. The opportunity is to make that technical differentiation relevant to the buying priorities of European multinationals, prove it in initial deployments and expand into durable enterprise relationships. What you'll build A European enterprise organization. Build an initial team of eight enterprise account executives, paired one-to-one with field development engineers (FDEs). Establish the pod model, hiring bar, management cadence and shared technical-sales accountability. Scale toward 16 sellers only when repeatable performance supports it. A deliberate country and account plan. Prioritize markets and industries based on addressable revenue, readiness to buy, competitive advantage and our ability to serve customers well. Start with a named-account strategy then segment for scale across Europe. A disciplined multinational sales motion. Build relationships with country operators and central buying groups, navigate local and global stakeholders, and manage complex security, legal and procurement processes. Know when a local use case can become an enterprise-wide standard. Technically credible solution selling. Lead with the customer's operational and economic problem, then prove the architecture with FDEs through demos, technical validation, integrations and production pilots. Be precise about network performance, AI inference, data handling, security and deployment requirements. Repeatable commercial plays. Package wins in customer engagement, contact centers, AI agents, programmable voice and messaging, real-time network services and AI infrastructure into examples the team can take across similar European accounts. Work with Product and Marketing on localized customer proof and industry narratives where they matter. An operating system for profitable growth. Own pipeline generation, forecasting, territory design, conversion, rep productivity, hiring, coaching and deal inspection. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps and Customer Success, and coordinate with our other regional and ISV teams on account ownership and expansion. How we'll measure success The ultimate scorecard is revenue. We will measure net-new European enterprise ARR, qualified pipeline, win rates, sales cycles, forecast accuracy and AE/FDE pod productivity. A healthy pipeline consists of real buyers, clearly defined use cases, executable deployment paths and credible deal economics. Expansion should follow initial production success, not just an impressive proof of concept. Early success means building an exceptional initial team, identifying a defensible set of priority markets and named accounts, personally helping progress lighthouse deals and establishing replicable wins. Longer term, we want a European enterprise organization that can forecast reliably and grow without requiring bespoke execution on every account. Who you are You've built and led enterprise sales teams across multiple European markets and personally helped close substantial, complex B2B technology deals with large regional or multinational customers. You understand how European enterprises buy, including regional differences in procurement, security, data handling and decision-making. You can distinguish a real requirement from a sales objection and won't make unsupported compliance claims. You have technical fluency in areas such as cloud infrastructure, AI, networking, developer platforms or communications. You can work directly with FDEs and customer architects to turn a demanding evaluation into a production deployment. You know how to allocate coverage across countries and industries, recruit strong local talent and run a distributed organization with a consistent performance standard. You bring rigorous forecasting, genuine pipeline discipline, strong executive presence and a record of turning initial deployments into larger, multi-year relationships. You're a builder who still enjoys customers, recruiting and deals. You don't need a fully formed regional machine before you can produce results. Why Telnyx You will build a direct enterprise business across one of the world's most demanding markets, with meaningful ownership of regional strategy, team design and major customer relationships. The underlying technology is real, the company has scale and momentum, and you will work closely with senior technical and go-to-market leadership. Equal opportunity Telnyx is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on the skills and experience relevant to the role. #LI-RH1 Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Software Engineer II (Mobile Developer - Android/Kotlin) - Mobile App Growth
Full TimeOn-siteMid$116,000 - $174,000 / Year
pythontypescriptswiftkotlinflutterreact+15

At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo (we call ourselves Klaviyos) brings to our workplace each and every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you're a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you'll still consider applying. Want to learn more about life at Klaviyo? Visit klaviyo.com/careers to see how we empower creators to own their own destiny. Why you should join the Mobile App Growth team The Mobile App Growth team's mission is to enable Klaviyo customers to develop and maintain personalized relationships with their mobile app users through rich mobile app experiences. The team is part of the Mobile App Marketing org and owns Klaviyo's mobile SDKs — the foundational layer that enables customers to integrate Klaviyo into their mobile apps. We maintain native and wrapper SDKs across iOS, Android, React Native, Expo, and Flutter. This role is open to fully remote work from within The United States As a Natural Extension Of The SDK, The Team Also Builds And Maintains Adjacent Mobile Products That Are Enabled By It In-app messaging — including the in-app messaging publishing and scheduling pipeline Universal linking — universal links settings pages and web tier Geofencing That product list keeps expanding — this year alone the team is greenfielding several new features, including mobile inbox. We're looking for passionate engineers who want to roll up their sleeves and grow beyond just Android into the other areas the team owns. How You'll Make An Impact Design, build, and ship features and fixes to the Android SDK — your primary area of ownership — used across a huge range of third-party apps and OS versions/devices. Pitch in on our other mobile SDKs (iOS, React Native, Expo, and Flutter) when priorities call for it; you don't need to be an expert everywhere, but you should be willing to get hands-on. Contribute to the backend services, infrastructure, and embedded web UI that power products like in-app messaging, universal linking, and geofencing — including newer greenfield work like mobile inbox. Diagnose and resolve SDK issues reported by customers. Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code and design review. Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to keep tracking and messaging behavior consistent across platforms. Contribute to documentation, sample apps, and integration guides that customers use to adopt the SDKs. Who You Are Android-first — 1-3 years of professional Android development experience, ideally including Kotlin; this is your core strength and primary focus. Self-motivated — you don't need heavy oversight to make progress; you take a problem, figure out the right questions, and drive it to done. High ownership — you treat outcomes as yours end-to-end, not just the code you personally typed. As AI tooling raises how much one engineer can credibly own, this matters more than it used to. Adaptable — willing to pick up iOS, backend, or frontend work when it falls under the team's ownership; you don't need to be an expert everywhere. Production-tested — experience shipping and maintaining production Android code, with a solid grasp of the Android lifecycle, threading, and Gradle. Comfortable in the weeds — used to debugging across a wide matrix of devices, OS versions, and third-party app environments, since SDK work means you don't control the host app. Quality-minded — familiar with testing practices (unit, integration, instrumentation) and CI/CD for mobile. Clear communicator — you'll work with customers' engineering teams as well as your own. Curious — comfortable with webviews and location services, and open to picking up new technologies (Python, React, AWS) as the team's surface area grows. Bonus: experience building or maintaining an SDK/library (versus an app), exposure to iOS/Swift or backend services, familiarity with push notification/messaging systems, or contributions to open source. Technologies We Use (not exhaustive) iOS (Swift) Android (Kotlin) React Native Flutter React, TypeScript, Redux Python, Django MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB AWS (EC2, RDS, Aurora), Terraform Massachusetts Applicants It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Base Pay Range For US Locations: $116,000—$174,000 USD This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance. Get to Know Klaviyo We're Klaviyo (pronounced clay-vee-oh). Senior Software Engineer — TypeScript & Node · Distributed Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ) · AI Coding Agents
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythonjavascripttypescriptjavareactnext.js+55

"Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." Doc Brown, Back to the Future Senior Software Engineer - TypeScript & Node, Distributed Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and AI Coding Agents. Remote, USA (Pacific overlap preferred). Up to $230k + equity. Full-time. US citizens and Green Card holders only - no sponsorship or visa transfers of any kind. READ THIS BIT FIRST Three things decide whether this role is for you. Everything below is detail. Deep TypeScript and Node. Expert level, not exposure. Modern service frameworks, a monorepo setup, React on the front end, cloud-native infrastructure. If TypeScript has been incidental to a Java or Python career, this is not your role. Real distributed messaging Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalent. This is the single most common reason strong resumes get rejected here. Event-driven systems, queueing and streaming, ordering, idempotency, retries, and what happens when a consumer falls over at volume. Calling REST APIs is not this. Shipping production code with AI coding agents. Hands-on, in a real codebase, right now. You should have opinions about what you delegate to an agent, what you never would, and how you review what comes back. Theory and weekend experiments will not clear the bar. Miss one of the three and the conversation stops there. Have all three and you are already most of the way into a process with a company paying well above market for engineers who do this properly. THE COMPANY A venture-backed B2B software company of roughly 100 people, rebuilding the data layer that moves orders, invoices and shipment data between the companies that actually make and ship things. It is a category that has run on decades-old tooling, manual configuration and months-long onboarding since roughly the fax era. This team turned it into a self-service platform with AI built into the core of the product, and hundreds of enterprise customers now push serious production volume through it daily. Boring-sounding industry. Enormous, sticky market. Genuinely interesting engineering. WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT Most companies will tell you they are AI-forward. Usually that means someone expensed a licence and the team is encouraged to experiment. Here, coding agents are standard equipment - simply how the work gets done. Which means the senior engineering job has quietly turned into something more interesting than it was three years ago. You are not the fastest typist on the team. You are the person who decides what is worth building, designs the system it lives in, directs the agents doing the construction, and reviews their output with exactly the scepticism you would bring to a teammate's pull request. And here is what gets missed in every breathless post about AI replacing engineers: this makes deep fundamentals more valuable, not less. You cannot safely approve what an agent produces if you do not genuinely understand the system underneath it. An agent will happily hand you something that compiles, passes tests, and quietly falls apart the first time real volume hits it at 3am. Catching that is the job. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE DOING Designing the hard parts. You lead the technical design of major initiatives and product features. You write the design docs. You make the call on architecture and you argue it in business terms, not just technical ones. Directing and reviewing AI agents. Decomposing work so agents can execute it well, steering that execution, and reviewing it rigorously. You set the standard for what an agent is and is not allowed to ship. Living in distributed systems. The platform is event-driven, moving high volumes of transactional data between parties who all have opinions about format and timing. Owning reliability. Enterprise customers' supply chains depend on what you build. You own how it behaves under load and when things break. Raising the bar. Mentoring other engineers and lifting their design skills. Partnering with product. Pushing back when the engineering cost does not justify the outcome, and proposing the better route to the same result. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT Not a management role. No reports, no headcount, no review cycles. If you went into management and came back to IC because building is what you love, that reads as excellent judgement here. Not execution inside someone else's architecture. If the last few years were delivering well-specified work within a design someone more senior set, this will not land at this level. Not a prompt-engineering gig. Using agents is the baseline, not the achievement. Not a process role. Nobody is being hired to run ceremonies, own a board, or evangelise a methodology. Not backend-only, frontend-only or infra-only. This is product engineering. Not hybrid, and not sponsored. Genuinely remote, US-based, Pacific overlap preferred. No visa sponsorship and no visa transfers. THE REST OF THE SCREEN 5-15 years in product engineering, shipping things customers use. A growth-stage background - Series C or later, or Series A/B with genuine enterprise traction. End-to-end ownership of a major system or product area. Product-minded, strong communicator who can argue a trade-off with people who do not write code. B2B SaaS experience is a bonus. THE DETAILS Up to $230k + equity. Full-time and permanent. Remote-first by design, with unlimited PTO and a work-from-home benefit. Four-stage interview process. Several engineers are being hired on this requisition, so you are not competing for a single seat. This is a confidential search handled by Big Wave Digital. Apply here and we will walk you through the company, the product, the team and the process. Where we're going, we don't need roads. We do need someone who can read what the machines write.
