About Us: Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We're building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting. Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less. The Opportunity - Mid-Market Account Executive, Film & Television (Remote - USA) As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in expanding Wrapbook's footprint across mid-market film and TV production companies, selling into accounts typically ranging from $70K–$200K ARR, with 3–12 month sales cycles. You'll own a focused set of high-potential accounts, working closely cross functionally with Demand Gen to execute highly personalized, creative outbound strategies and close new business. We operate fast, think differently, and expect every team member to contribute ideas and drive results. If you're organized, collaborative, energized by film and TV production, and want to be part of a tight team doing some of the most thoughtful sales work in the industry, this is your role. What You'll Do: Own a small book of targeted Mid-Market accounts and drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close. Execute highly customized outreach strategies using creative tactics — not templated sequences. Every prospect should feel like they're your only prospect. Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager to align on messaging, campaigns, events, and programs that will drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles. Engage prospects through multichannel outreach, onsite meetings, demos, and attendance at key industry events in Los Angeles and New York. Build strong relationships with production company decision makers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their workflows, challenges, and business goals. Manage complex deal cycles efficiently, with clear documentation of next steps, risks, and paths to close. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently, with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience and surface field insights. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs within the entertainment production space. Use AI tools to speed up account research, personalize outreach at scale, and keep pipeline and CRM hygiene sharp. What You'll Have: Entertainment industry expertise — you've sold for another entertainment payroll or production finance provider, or you've worked in production/production finance and know these workflows firsthand. Ability to navigate 3–12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum and creativity throughout. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality. A self-starter mindset — you operate with ownership, urgency, and a sense of pride in your work. Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to test new tactics, take calculated risks, and learn from what works. Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day sales workflow — from account research and outreach personalization to call prep and pipeline management. High organizational rigor; you stay on top of your pipeline, your tasks, and your customer communications without needing hand-holding. Strong team player mentality — you value transparency, collaboration, and lifting others up as much as winning deals. Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in helping productions operate better and smarter. Why Join Us At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product. In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you'll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. Elation is building the technology platform that powers the new era of primary care. Our Clinical-First® EHR is beloved by physicians and is enabling the transition to value-based care. We're a mission-driven team committed to empowering independent primary care physicians and improving the quality of care for patients. We're looking for a Billing SME to join Elation's Billing Team's and accelerate our AI-powered billing capabilities. As AI takes on more of the revenue cycle, this role will serve as the billing expert who ensures our AI features deliver accurate, trustworthy billing outcomes that practices can rely on. You'll be the connective tissue between our product team and the real world of primary care billing — bringing hands-on RCM expertise to help us build AI that billing professionals actually trust. Why This Role Exists Accelerate Agentic Billing velocity. Your hands-on primary care coding and RCM expertise (e.g., AdvancedMD, Athena, or similar billing solutions) lets our team iterate on AI billing features with fast, credible domain feedback instead of waiting on live-customer validation for every coding or claims decision. Manage billing risk and trust as AI takes on more of the revenue cycle. Coding and billing correctness carries real financial and compliance consequences — denials, CPT/ICD accuracy, payer rules. As AI authorship of billing decisions grows, you'll evaluate and safeguard accuracy and practice trust. You're the billing analog to the clinical-safety role our Clinical SMEs play for clinical AI. What You'll Do User Zero Testing — Feedback & Insight Test new AI billing capabilities (coding suggestions, Auto-Queue, Worklist, ERA/payment posting) before wider release, evaluating them against real coding and billing judgment. You'll be the first eyes on every billing feature, providing the credible feedback that shapes the product. Front-line Context & Grounding Bring firsthand experience of how competitor and adjacent billing systems handle the same workflows, so our billing teams build with the broader RCM landscape in view — not just Elation's current implementation. Help us understand what "best in class" looks like. Billing Evaluation & Success Criteria Define what "correct" means for coding and billing outputs — a billing-specific subset of user success criteria — and pressure-test AI-generated billing outputs before they reach practices. Your judgment protects practices from billing mistakes. Design Partner Sit alongside Product Design as a billing co-designer, providing billing and coding context and success criteria directly into the design process. Help architect workflows for process excellence by providing a high-level view of industry standards and differentiators. Customer Partner & Key Contributor Support Work with Product to act as the connective tissue between both billing teams and: Customer and design-partner practices piloting Agentic Billing, translating their real billing language and pain points into product-usable input Internal key contributors — Enablement, Marketing, Sales, CSMs, Engagement Advisors, Support, other SMEs — who today escalate billing questions ad hoc and need a defined path to expertise What Success Looks Like Requirements: Billing and coding requirements for billing teams features carry your direct input — written into the requirements themselves, not layered on as post-hoc review Contributes to customer-facing and design groups: Work with Product and Design to execute discovery and design sessions with design-partner practices and cross-functional design reviews, on a standing cadence PM/PD-aligned: Your requirements and customer synthesis feed straight into product management's prioritization, design, and roadmap calls Standup presence: Show up regularly in CSM/Support stand-ups, so billing escalations get triaged directly rather than bouncing through ad hoc Slack DMs You'll Wear Two Hats Billing Co-Designer — Bring primary-care coding and RCM expertise into the design process the way Clinical SMEs bring clinical expertise: defining billing success criteria, front-line grounding, and user-zero testing. Customer & Cross-Functional Liaison — Be the person Engagement Advisors, Support, and other SMEs escalate billing questions to, and who works directly with customer and design-partner accounts to turn real billing language into input GPT/Thor can act on. What You'll Bring Required: 3+ years of hands-on primary care billing and coding experience in a physician practice setting Deep familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and modifier rules for primary care Experience with practice management and billing systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, Athena, Kareo, or similar platforms) Working knowledge of commercial and government payer rules, denial management, and claims workflows Ability to translate billing domain knowledge into clear, actionable product feedback Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with EHR workflows and how billing intersects with clinical documentation Familiarity with value-based care billing models (MSSP, CPC+, direct contracting) Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification Experience in a SaaS, product, or technology-forward healthcare company Previous involvement in user testing, product feedback, or design partnership roles What This Role Is Not Not a roadmap or prioritization owner — Billing teams retain those decisions Not a gate that blocks releases — You provide feedback to teams, not directives Not a substitute for user research — You support and accelerate it, you don't replace it Salary: $ Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Elation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is dedicated to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment. We are committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants, and value individuals with diverse perspectives including, but not limited to: race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status. Elation also complies with all applicable national, state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment as well as work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act and IRCA. We firmly believe a strong culture that supports a diverse and inclusive workforce allows us to achieve Elation's mission of helping independent primary care thrive.

Spot pricing opportunities across the marketplace that no one's looking at, and make the case for them. Own the segment's pricing recommendations to GTM leadership: propose the moves, defend the trade-offs with data, turn decisions into rollout plans. Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling them. Adjust and follow up on budget assumptions as we learn from the market. Maintain country price lists in our internal systems. The Opportunity - Senior Tax Manager (Remote - USA / Canada) We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager, to own the tax function end to end, from corporate income tax to sales and indirect tax to cross-border compliance. You will be the sole in-house tax expert partnering directly with Finance, Product, and external advisors. Manage sales and indirect tax across all jurisdictions we operate in, including nexus determination, registration, filing, and audit response. Scope, select, and implement a tax engine if needed, integrating it with our ERP (Rillet) and internal systems to automate tax calculation at scale. Manage Canadian tax obligations and correspondence with the Canada Revenue Agency, covering GST/HST, provincial sales taxes, SRED and cross-border matters tied to our EOR model. Eight or more years of progressive tax experience spanning corporate/income tax and sales/indirect tax, ideally built on a foundation in public accounting (Big Four or regional firm) before moving in-house. Generalists who have carried multiple tax disciplines are strongly preferred over narrow specialists. Hands-on experience implementing or administering a tax engine and integrating it with an ERP. Working knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision and the corporate compliance cycle, from estimates through the annual return. Foreign or international tax experience, ideally including Canadian tax (GST/HST, provincial sales tax) and direct interaction with the Canada Revenue Agency. Proficiency with tax research platforms (Checkpoint, Bloomberg Tax, or CCH) and the ability to research tax law independently and turn findings into documented, defensible filing positions. Strong organization and self-sufficiency; you can run a full tax function as a team of one and prioritize across competing deadlines. Foreign or international tax experience, ideally including Canadian tax and direct interaction with the CRA. A track record of advising cross-functional partners (Finance, Product) and influencing decisions with clear, practical guidance. CPA (or CPA, Ontario / equivalent) preferred but not required. Who we are Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we're in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We've been a fully remote team since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It's a culture where you'll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we'd love to meet you. The Opportunity As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you'll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You'll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship. Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You'll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you'll be the first to notice when something starts to slip. You won't carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you'll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You'll also be the customer's voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team. Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you're accountable for the health and retention of every account. Build multi-threaded relationships. You'll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them. Catch risk early. You'll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around. Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment. Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book. Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them. Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work. Design your own workflows. You'll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book. Raise the bar for the team. You'll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout. About You You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS , with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments. You've owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you've managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them. Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them. You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn't what gets you up in the morning. You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed. You're not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care. You're a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you've handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before. You thrive while things are still being built. You're comfortable shaping processes as we go and don't need a playbook for everything. You're excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most. Technical aptitude. You're comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product. OTE: $139K–$160K Company values Happy to Help Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we're invested in the team's collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. Craft over Convention Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won't work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. Progress not Perfection Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. Own the Outcome Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you "own the outcome," you don't just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.
