About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. Own Kairos's hiring and build a recruiting process that can keep up with our rapid growth. We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis. About Kairos Kairos is a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy. In just over two years, we've trained 1,200+ people through our flagship programs: SPAR : The largest AI safety research fellowship, with 800+ mentees per round mentored by researchers from Anthropic, Redwood Research, RAND, MIT, the UK AI Security Institute, and others. Generator Residency : In partnership with Constellation, a platform for generalist talent to pitch, build, and ship projects that build capacity and infrastructure across the AI safety ecosystem, with advisors from OpenAI, AI Futures Project, METR, and more. We see ourselves as a portfolio of highly impactful projects in a fast-evolving field. Over the next six months, we expect to double in size and launch several new initiatives addressing critical gaps in the ecosystem. The Role Who we hire over the next year, and how quickly we hire them, will shape which programs Kairos can run and how ambitious they can be. Until now, our hiring has been run by our co-directors and a few staff alongside their other work, so we're looking for a recruiter to take it on full time. You'd run our hiring rounds, find strong candidates, and build the processes that let us hire well as we grow. What You'll Do Run Kairos's hiring rounds end to end. You'll manage every stage of the pipeline, including application review, work tests, interviews, reference checks, work trials, and offers. Source candidates. Many of our best hires have come to us through people we know, so you'll draw on our programs, our network, and the broader ecosystem to find strong candidates. Build and improve our hiring infrastructure. You'll design and refine applications, work tests, interview questions, and candidate tracking. You'll also think a lot about how AI is changing the way people apply and how we can use it to run hiring better. Help build the team. Beyond running hiring processes, you'll help scope new roles and weigh in on org design questions, like who we need next and how roles should fit together. Support hiring for Kairos Labs. Kairos Labs, our upcoming incubator for new AI safety organizations, plans to launch in early 2027, and you may help the organizations it supports find their first hires. Who You Are Experience with recruiting. Ideally you've run hiring processes before, whether as a recruiter or in a role where hiring was a big part of your work. Strong judgment about people. You'll make many calls about who should move forward, and you should be comfortable making them well under uncertainty. Good with people. Candidates should enjoy talking with you and come away excited about Kairos. Organized and reliable. We often have 5–10 hiring rounds running at once, so you'll need to keep track of candidates, interviews, work tests, and work trials across all of them without dropping balls. Mission-aligned with context on AI safety. You care deeply about making advanced AI go well, and you have enough context on the ecosystem to recognize promising people and understand what our roles need. Why Work With Us You'll be working toward reducing risks from advanced AI, potentially the most important challenge of our time. The people you help us hire over the next year will determine how ambitious Kairos can be, including our capacity to launch new, impactful projects and grow the programs we already run. You'd be Kairos's first dedicated recruiter, with a lot of room to shape how we hire. We're building a world-class team, so you'll be in good company. Work alongside people who've come to Kairos from METR, Coefficient Giving, Rethink Priorities, the UK AI Security Institute, and CEA who share your commitment to impact. Collaborate regularly with leading AI safety researchers, policy professionals, funders, and organizers. What We Offer Salary : $105,000–$145,000 (baseline), $130,000–$180,000 (supported hubs, like London, DC, Boston, and NYC), or $145,000–$200,000 (San Francisco Bay Area), depending on experience, with potential for additional compensation for exceptional candidates Location : This is a remote role. We provide access to office space in San Francisco, Berkeley, London, or Boston, with optional coworking elsewhere. If you work from an AI safety office in one of these cities, we cover food, lunches, and office expenses. If you work from home, we cover home office expenses. Benefits : Flexible working hours, highly competitive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, generous vacation policy, and professional development budget Team retreats: We host all-team retreats three times a year to connect in person, collaborate, and build team culture. Travel: Work-related travel and expenses covered. Logistics Start date : Flexible, though we generally expect new hires to be able to start within a couple of months of applying Remote, with expected travel 3–6 times a year for conferences and events, predominantly in the US We'd also be happy for you to work out of any of the AI safety hubs in San Francisco, Berkeley, London, or Boston. We prefer candidates who can attend meetings in the ET time zone (though our team currently spans GMT-8 to GMT+1). Kairos is happy to sponsor visas to the US (typically H-1Bs or O-1As) and will likely be able to sponsor UK visas in the coming months. We can't guarantee visa approvals, however. Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. The Role Right now our factories are floor plans, early equipment, and a handful of people who've done this before. In a few years they need to produce aircraft at rate. You'll help find everyone in between. You'll be a core part of our manufacturing hiring across two sites: our Oxnard HQ and a new facility in Northwest Arkansas. Early on, that means landing the few people who set the foundation. Later, it means scaling fast without lowering the bar. When manufacturing hiring is lighter, you'll flex to support other teams across the company, so you'll never be short on work or on range. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites, from technicians on the floor to the leaders running them Learn manufacturing well enough to follow a layout review. Composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp: you should know what good looks like Recruit from where the talent actually is. Automotive, EV, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing are often better sources for us than legacy aerospace Build our Northwest Arkansas talent pipeline from zero: schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners Hire ahead of the scale-up. Build relationships today with people we may not hire for two years Flex to support aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when manufacturing volume allows. Manufacturing always comes first You Have [4+] years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hardware teams Know the difference between a manufacturing engineer and an industrial engineer without looking it up Have hired through a factory launch, production ramp, or high-growth hardware environment and liked the pace Can run hiring in two very different markets without either one feeling like the afterthought Would rather source a composites tech out of a boat builder than wait for an applicant Bonus Points Recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp Experience hiring hourly and skilled trades at volume alongside engineering roles Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas or Midwest manufacturing talent market Supply chain or operations recruiting experience Why This Seat You get to build the hiring engine for a factory before it exists, at a company where manufacturing is the whole ballgame. How We Recruit We're a small recruiting team building a defense company that has to win. Here's how we operate, and we hire recruiters who already work this way. The Standard. We know the work deeply. We are not generalists hiding behind job descriptions; we study the engineering, the domain, and the landscape until we can hold a real conversation with a practitioner. Every candidate who talks to us should call it the best recruiting experience of their career, and we each bring our own personality to get there. High touch, never scripted. How We Think. One foot old school, one foot forward: we're obsessive about the fundamentals of recruiting and restless about finding better ways to do it. We play the long game and hire for what someone will do in two and five years, not just next quarter. And we'd rather define the industry standard than follow it. How We Operate. Mission first, always. Speed is a competitive weapon, and we use it. Quality over comfort: we'll have the harder conversation with a hiring manager before we'll make the easy hire. If that reads like a description of how you already work, we want to talk. ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Swarm Aero is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences and make employment decisions without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or disability. What We Offer Meaningful equity in a high-growth defense technology company Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, vision, and 401k PTO and paid sick leave Monthly wellness stipend Daily catered lunch (office) Paid parental leave Direct impact on a critical national security mission A world-class team of engineers and operators solving genuinely hard problems Compensation: $130K – $180K • $130K – $180K Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
