About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. Travel: Job ID: 1917 The Role: We are looking for a Staff QA Engineer to join our team building post-quantum cryptography (PQC) hardware acceleration for HSM and network-appliance products. You will own product-level quality assurance: the system test plans, automation and compliance test execution that stand between an engineering release and a product customers can trust. In a security product, QA is not an afterthought; it is part of the evidence. Responsibilities : You will define and execute system-level test plans for FPGA-based cryptographic products: functional, performance, stress, stability and negative testing across the full stack, from hardware through firmware and drivers to cryptographic APIs. You will build and maintain the automated QA infrastructure (regression suites, hardware-in-the-loop test benches, CI integration, results dashboards), execute standards-based compliance test campaigns (NIST ACVP/CAVP test vectors, FIPS 140-3 evidence runs, CNSA 2.0 checklists and standard FPGA compliance tests) together with our verification and security engineers, run interoperability testing against protocol stacks and customer-representative configurations, own defect tracking and triage, and define the release-qualification criteria for every product release. Own system-level QA of cryptographic hardware products: test plans, automation, execution and release qualification Execute standards and compliance test campaigns (ACVP/CAVP vectors, FIPS 140-3 evidence, CNSA 2.0 and FPGA compliance tests) as part of the certification effort Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least five years in quality assurance or system test of embedded, hardware or networking products. You have built test automation in Python or similar, integrated it into CI, and worked hands-on with lab equipment and hardware-in-the-loop setups. Exposure to security or compliance testing (FIPS, Common Criteria, or telecom/industrial certification regimes) is a strong plus, as is experience testing cryptographic or networking functionality. You are rigorous, methodical and precise in documentation, because in this product your test reports become certification evidence. Fluency in English is required; French or German is an advantage. Experienced system-test/QA engineer for embedded or hardware products with strong automation skills Compliance or security test experience and meticulous documentation habits are strong advantages Preferred Qualifications: You take professional pride in being the last line of defence before a release, you like breaking things methodically so customers never do, and you enjoy the extra weight QA carries when the product is a security device. Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, matching 401(k), unlimited PTO and paid holidays, parental/adoption leave, legal insurance, and a home technology stipend. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided when a candidate receives an offer of employment. At IonQ, we believe in fair treatment, access, opportunity, and advancement for all while striving to identify and eliminate barriers. We empower employees to thrive by fostering a culture of autonomy, productivity, and respect. We are dedicated to creating an environment where individuals can feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued. We are committed to equity and justice. Employment with IonQ is contingent on either verifying "U.S. Person" (e.g., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum) status for export controls and government contracts work, obtaining any necessary license, and/or confirming the availability of a license exception under U.S. export controls. Please note that in the absence of confirming you are a U.S. Person for export control and government contracts work purposes, IonQ may choose not to apply for a license or decline to use a license exception (if available) for you to access export-controlled technology that may require authorization, and similarly, you may not qualify for government contracts work that requires U.S. Persons, and IonQ may decline to proceed with your application on those bases alone. Familiarity with LLM prompting and tuning of voices/transcribers; eager to experiment and iterate. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills — quick at identifying the root cause of issues. Have ownership and autonomy of projects and are encouraged to ship. Comprehensive Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision coverage. Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup. Our Operating Principles Extreme Ownership We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success. No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it's not "your job." If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don't wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us. Craftsmanship Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for "just fine." We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it's a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody's watching. We are "majos" Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. "Majo" is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We're building something ambitious, and it's easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego. Urgency with Focus Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We're running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy. Talent Density and Meritocracy Hire only people who can raise the average; 'exceptional performance is the passing grade.' Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that's how we win. First-Principles Thinking Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don't copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. It's how we build what others think is impossible. The personal data provided in your application and during the selection process will be processed by Happyrobot, Inc., acting as Data Controller. Forward Deployed Engineer - MX

pythonsqloraclerestprocurementsap+3

Forward Deployed Engineer - Mexico About the Company We're partnering with an AI-native operating system for supply chains used by wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and traders. The platform integrates logistics and procurement data through connections with internal and external systems, enabling predictive analytics and automated workflows that improve fill rates, reduce inventory levels, and optimize cash-to-cash cycle time. By leveraging predictive analytics and automation, the company helps large enterprises reduce costs, unlock additional revenue, and prevent under- or over-stocking across complex global supply chains. Role Overview The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is the person who makes the platform work in the real world. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, client operations, and AI implementation — and owns the technical execution of how the platform gets built into each client's environment. The FDE works directly with clients and the Implementation team, learns how each client's systems and operations actually run, and builds the integrations, automations, and AI solutions that make the platform mission-critical. This is a first-of-its-kind role at the company — the person who takes it will be defining what forward deployment looks like here. Key Responsibilities Build integrations between the platform and client systems — ERPs, WMS, TMS, data warehouses — writing real code to connect, extract, and transform data across environments Deploy alongside clients in their environment — understand how their teams actually operate, where data breaks, and what needs to be built or configured to run reliably Design, implement, and iterate on AI workflows using the company's platform — agentic flows, prompt engineering, context design, and output evaluation — tuned to each client's specific supply chain use cases Own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of live deployments — monitor outputs, identify failure modes, and fix them without waiting to be asked Translate what you build and learn in the field into structured product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks — so the next deployment starts smarter than the last Profile We're Looking For You build things: Min. 2-4 years of hands-on engineering experience — Python, REST APIs, SQL — and a portfolio of real integrations or systems you've shipped, not just designed You operate in ambiguity: comfortable walking into a client environment without a complete spec, asking the right questions, and figuring out what needs to be built — without waiting for perfect requirements You understand data end-to-end: how it flows across systems, where it breaks, and what it takes to make it clean and reliable enough for AI to use — SQL or equivalent is second nature You have a working understanding of AI and LLMs: enough to design prompts, evaluate outputs critically, and know when a model result looks right but isn't You communicate clearly across audiences: can explain a technical integration to a VP of Operations and write clean documentation for an engineer — in both Spanish and English You own what you ship: high accountability, low ego — you track down the root cause, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen again Based in LATAM or the US, available to work across time zones and travel to client sites when needed Nice to Have Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations — you'll understand what stockouts, fill rates, and OTIF mean without needing a glossary Experience integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs and WMS platforms Previous experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Legal AI Engineer (Berlin or Leipzig)

Description Legartis is on a mission: to unlock legal work at scale. We set the standard for AI-powered contract work by offering a platform that changes how legal teams work, from drafting through negotiation to completion. We are now looking for the person who turns what customers actually need into what our AI actually does. Joining Legartis is not taking a job, you take ownership. We are a team of product builders and lawyers, who do not chase hype; we build substance. If you are a lawyer who builds, someone who has stopped waiting for better tools and started making them, this is your moment and your place. Send us your CV, a short note on why Legartis, and links to anything you have built or published. Your mission Most companies split this seat across three teams, and that split is exactly the problem. The person who hears the customer describe their workflow should be the person who writes the requirement, and the person who writes the requirement should be able to build the first version themselves. That is you. 1. You translate customer reality into engineering requirements — and into revenue. You sit in customer and expert calls alongside Sales, not as a note-taker but as the person who understands the legal work. In trials and hackathons you coach hands-on: the customer drives, you navigate, and they create the first "wow" moment themselves. When they say "that won't work for us" or "we'll build it ourselves", you answer with a concrete path (a workaround, a workflow, the honest maintenance cost of the alternative) and you leave every conversation with a next step: trial licenses, a hackathon, a scoped rollout. Then you pull out the workflow: what actually happens, in what order, where it breaks, what the customer would pay to never do again. And you write the spec, edge cases, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can build against. 2. You build the skills yourself. You write, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks that solve real customer workflows. You build the evaluation frameworks and test sets that prove they got better rather than just different. When the AI fails on a clause, you diagnose why, at the prompt and context level, and you either fix it or hand Engineering a diagnosis precise enough to act on. 3. You make it repeatable, and therefore sellable. Anything you build once for one customer, you turn into something Sales and Customer Success can run without you. Standard demo environments. A skill library they can reach for. Onboarding that lands in days rather than months. Where Customer Success needs legal depth you step in, fix it, and turn the fix into something the team can handle alone next time. Your success is measured by how rarely you need to be in the room, and by what happens to adoption and expansion when you are not. 4. You are the legal authority in the building. Legal and compliance questions land with you: contract reviews, customer security and data protection questions, the occasional in-house matter which makes roughly ten to fifteen percent of your time. You use our own product to do it, and you tell us honestly when it is not good enough. Your profile The person we picture. There is a name emerging for what we are describing, and it is not "lawyer who is good with computers". It is legal quant : a lawyer who builds their own tooling to practise law, rather than waiting for a vendor to ship it. The distinction that matters to us: plenty of lawyers now use AI. A legal quant builds with it. They look at a workflow and ask how to redesign it from first principles to get the best possible outcome, rather than making the existing process incrementally faster. A note on how we are weighting this role. Three capabilities make someone exceptional here: commercial instinct, legal depth, and technical ability to build. The ideal candidate has all three. We know that person is rare, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by writing a wish list and hoping. So for this role we weight the technical evidence most heavily, because it is the hardest of the three to teach on the job. If you believe you genuinely combine all three, we want to talk to you regardless of how neatly your CV matches the bullets below. Say so in your note and tell us what you have built and what you have sold. 1. Technical track record. You have built things and they exist and ideally you have published some of it. You are fluent with LLMs the way a practitioner is fluent, not a spectator: you know how context windows fail you or why a prompt stopped working. When something breaks you go into the system rather than around it. Scripting, Git, and APIs are a strong plus. 2. Legal foundation. A law degree with a commercial-contracts focus: German-qualified (Bachelor, Master, or Staatsexamen) or an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction. No bar admission required, no second Staatsexamen required. What we need: you have worked hands-on with German commercial contracts, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating them, and you can hold a conversation with a General Counsel as a peer. 3. Commercial and entrepreneurial track record. You have carried commercial responsibility for something of your own: a freelance client base, a legal tech product, or a company you started. You know what it takes to win a client from a standing start and why "they did not understand the value" is never the customer's fault. If instead you have supported enterprise sales teams in demos, pilots, and expert calls, tell us what you changed about the outcome. You prioritise by impact, you are comfortable deciding without permission, and you would rather ship something imperfect this week than something elegant next quarter. 4. Language. Excellent German and English. German is non-negotiable: our customers are DACH legal teams and the nuance lives in their language. You can run a room of legal buyers, ask the sharp question, and write a specification precise enough to build from. Other EU languages are a plus. Why us? Impact over hype. You define a new discipline at the intersection of law, product, and AI. Your work directly shapes how thousands of legal professionals will operate. No silos. You sit between Product, Engineering, and the customer, with a direct line to all three. The better argument wins, not the higher title. We invest in you. The enterprise motion (multi-stakeholder pilots, procurement cycles, security reviews) is teachable, and we teach it: side by side in real customer calls from week one. Real ownership. Competitive salary and employee stock options (ESOP). Build in public. We want you to keep publishing what you build, because it makes you better and it makes us visible. Offices in Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup. Regular apéros, lunches, and hiking trips as we enjoy the journey together. Process Expectations. A conversation with the People Manager about the role and who you are. Depth. A conversation with our General Counsel & Head of Legal AI on Legal Engineering at Legartis and where the legal market is going. Build session. A live case at the intersection of legal reasoning, prompting, and product work: a real customer scenario, a legal AI workflow, or a playbook that misbehaves. Meet the team in Leipzig or Berlin. A mutual decision, before we welcome you to the team. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Consulting Partner in Pharma & Life Science (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gorclinicalmanufacturingprocurementsales+2

Who we are Artefact is a global data and AI consulting firm. We help organisations turn data and AI into measurable business impact across the value chain, from strategy and operating model to data platforms, AI products and marketing. More than 2,500 consultants, data scientists and engineers work for over 1,000 clients worldwide, including Samsung, L'Oréal, Orange and Sanofi. In Switzerland, our team of around 50 people works from Zurich and Lausanne with Swiss and international companies. Our work covers AI strategy and governance, data transformation and AI use cases that run in production. What you will be doing: Key responsibilities We are looking for a Partner to scale Artefact's Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland. Many global pharma, biotech and medtech companies run their headquarters, R&D, manufacturing or commercial functions from Switzerland. We already work with life sciences clients here and now want to make this practice one of the pillars of our Swiss business. This is an origination role: most of your time goes into winning new clients and expanding existing relationships. You will be based in Zurich and work with clients across Basel, Zurich and Romandie. Your role will encompass: Scaling the Swiss Life Sciences practice: its offer, its client base and its team, in coordination with Artefact's global healthcare and life sciences teams. Growing existing client relationships and winning new clients, so that the practice moves from first references to a broad portfolio. Leading senior client stakeholders (CDO/CDAO, CIO, heads of Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs, R&D Operations, Manufacturing & Quality) through data and AI transformation. Overseeing project delivery and quality assurance on our life sciences engagements, and giving strategic support to ongoing client programmes. Sparring with the Swiss Managing Partner on practice strategy and investment. Among your responsibilities as Partner, you will: Build the practice and its offer Build on our existing life sciences work to define where data and AI create value along the pharma value chain: R&D and clinical development, regulatory and medical affairs, manufacturing and quality, supply chain, and commercial engagement. Translate this into a few Swiss offers with clear entry points, scope and pricing. Develop the client portfolio Build a go-to-market plan for Swiss life sciences, own the pipeline and write proposals that address the client's actual problem. Navigate pharma procurement: vendor qualification, framework agreements and preferred-supplier panels. Deliver to the highest standard Sponsor and oversee engagements run day to day by Engagement Managers, with multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists and data/AI engineers, and ensure the quality of what we deliver. Make sure delivery meets regulatory requirements: GxP, validation of AI systems, Swiss FADP/GDPR and the EU AI Act. Be accountable for client satisfaction, project margin and team experience. Develop our knowledge base Speak and publish on AI in life sciences, for example GenAI in medical and regulatory writing, AI in clinical operations, HCP engagement, and AI governance under GxP. Turn our Swiss life sciences work into references and case studies, and bring them into Artefact's global practice. Lead and develop the team Hire and develop consultants with life sciences experience, train the wider Swiss team on the domain, and own staffing on your engagements. What we are looking for 12–15 years of experience, including 8+ years serving pharma, biotech or medtech clients at a life sciences–focused consultancy or the life sciences practice of a strategy or technology firm. A later move in-house is welcome. Currently Director, Principal or Associate Partner with a personal sales target, ready for the step to Partner. A track record of origination with life sciences clients: you can name clients you opened yourself and the revenue you sold, beyond extending existing accounts. A network among decision-makers in the Swiss life sciences industry, especially in Basel and Zurich, that you are actively growing. Working knowledge of GxP and computer system validation, and how they apply to data and AI systems. Working fluency in data and AI: you can discuss what an AI use case needs from data, what it costs and when it pays back. Fluent English. German is a strong advantage, French a plus. Based in or willing to relocate to the Zurich area, with regular travel to Basel. Why you should join us Shape what comes next: the Swiss practice has proven itself and is growing fast. It is still small enough that you shape its clients, its offers and its team. Sell with a global platform: you bring the credentials, delivery capacity and AI assets of a 2,500-person firm into every proposal, and you work with industry leads across Europe. Strategy to production under one roof: our consultants and engineers work in the same teams, so your clients get from recommendation to working solution without changing firms. Culture: innovation, collaboration and action shape how we work. Artefact Switzerland is Great Place to Work certified (2026). Entrepreneurship: you are measured on the clients, revenue and team you build. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
