Staff Product Manager, Atlas Infinite
Full TimeHybridPrincipal$155,000 - $155,000 / Year
goawsazuregoogle cloudmongodbdental+10

The Staff Product Manager is an Individual Contributor (IC) product leader responsible for a broad platform surface for Atlas Infinite at MongoDB. Atlas Infinite is the largest architectural innovation in MongoDB Atlas ever, purpose-built to handle today's speed and scale of development and demand.  In this position, you will own and solve end-to-end problems around the user experience and database experience of Atlas Infinite, including but limited to feature discovery, activation, monetization, and retention. You will see patterns, opportunities, and risks across areas, own cross-team product and architectural trade-offs, establish reusable standards for PM craft, and align senior stakeholders around multi-year bets. You have deep knowledge of cloud database platforms, distributed data systems, and enterprise product development. You will partner closely with cross-functional engineering leaders, product peers, and executive stakeholders to drive outcomes across organizational boundaries, guiding a portfolio spanning Atlas Infinite's disaggregated compute and storage architecture, production workload readiness, migration and Atlas interoperability, and the new customer experiences this architecture may make possible. You will not inherit a closed list of future features: part of your mandate is to discover opportunities we have not yet articulated and challenge assumptions about which problems matter most. With AWS public preview now live, you will help turn real workload evidence into a credible path to GA and subsequent releases, in close partnership with the existing team. This role can be based out of a MongoDB office or remotely in Canada. Responsibilities Interlinked Vision & Multi-Year Bets: Set and champion a product vision across Atlas Infinite's capabilities, while actively discovering opportunities that are not on today's roadmap or fit any single team's remit. Explore what decoupled compute and storage could make possible for developers, enterprises, and emerging AI workloads; use hypotheses, customer evidence, prototypes, and market signals to uncover needs we have not yet named. Branching, on-demand compute, and instant recovery are examples of possible bets. Make the case for investment and prioritization, including build-vs-buy considerations, and distinguish exploratory vision from release commitments Cross-Team Execution: Along with program management, own execution health across workstreams, negotiating sequencing, scope, and resource trade-offs with engineering leaders and peer PMs where you have no direct authority. Ensure preview-to-GA readiness, roadmaps, and dependencies across database, storage, Atlas platform, migration, backup, security, and cloud infrastructure teams are aligned and connect to company objectives Execution & Research Standards: Establish lightweight operating practices and shared customer/market research frameworks that make workload qualification, customer-representative testing, win/loss analysis, launch readiness, and post-launch learning consistent across the portfolio. Use data to drive decisions without overburdening delivery teams Product Health: Resolve complex post-launch escalations when the root cause spans architecture, performance, migration, observability, supportability, or unclear ownership. Turn customer and operational signals into systemic product fixes rather than one-off workarounds Customer Discovery: Identify needs and competitive dynamics that cut across product areas. Look beyond requests from today's customers to discover emerging jobs-to-be-done, surprising uses of the architecture, and reasons customers do not choose MongoDB at all. Combine interviews, workload and pricing evidence, product analytics, field feedback, and experiments to test known hypotheses and uncover unknowns; reorient the roadmap when the evidence warrants it Outbound & GTM: Partner with product marketing, pricing, sales, solutions architecture, customer success, documentation, and support on high-stakes customer engagements, product positioning, and omni-channel marketing. Establish ideal customer profile; ensure claims and migration guidance match demonstrated capabilities; translate successful adoption and enablement approaches into shared playbooks Executive Alignment: Synthesize customer experience, technical readiness, adoption, and commercial impact into clear, confident product stories for senior leadership. Surface cross-area risks and progress early, including trade-offs between new-workload growth, customer savings, and changes to existing Atlas usage Mentorship: Mentor PMs across the area, sharing frameworks for cross-team alignment, customer evidence, technical trade-offs, multi-year bets, and leadership communication Qualifications 8+ years of product management or equivalent product leadership experience, with a track record personally shaping strategy and outcomes for complex technical platforms across multiple teams, rather than only coordinating delivery Strong technical fluency in cloud databases, distributed data systems, storage infrastructure, developer experiences, or an adjacent developer platform. Able to reason with engineers about architecture, performance, availability, data movement, and trade-offs without needing to be the system designer A demonstrated ability to discover opportunities beyond the current roadmap: connect technical possibilities to unmet customer needs, formulate and test hypotheses, notice surprising patterns, and change direction when evidence challenges the original thesis Experience taking a complex product from early adoption toward dependable, broader use while protecting space for longer-term innovation; able to make explicit trade-offs among customer trust, technical readiness, speed, and investment Proven ability to influence without authority, negotiating sequencing and resource trade-offs across partner teams with competing priorities Commercial and analytical judgment: able to assess workload-level value, adoption and usage evidence, competitive alternatives, pricing and unit economics, and the impact of a new product on an existing portfolio. Comfortable with build-vs-buy questions where relevant Ability to raise the quality of customer discovery and product decision-making across teams through useful shared methods and mentorship, without mistaking more process for better outcomes Exceptional communication skills: able to explain a technical and commercial thesis, its uncertainties, and the evidence that would change your mind to engineers, customers, executives, and go-to-market partners Success Measures In 3 months you will have built a shared picture of which workloads Atlas Infinite serves well today, where customers struggle, what must be true for broader adoption, and what remains unknown. You will have clarified ownership with peer PMs and engineering, established baseline measures, and identified the highest-value questions to investigate In 6 months you will have influenced consequential roadmap and GA-readiness decisions with customer-representative evidence; articulated a compelling, revisable view of where Infinite can create distinctive customer value beyond GA; and built a learning agenda with clear tests and decision points for both known bets and newly emerging opportunities In 12 months the portfolio will show measurable progress against its established baselines for qualified adoption, customer experience, and readiness for broader workloads. Important bets will have advanced, changed, or been stopped for explicit reasons; cross-team investments will have produced customer value; and the team will be better equipped to recognize and act on opportunities that were not visible at the start of the year About MongoDB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market. Principal Security Engineer
MongoDBSan Francisco (Hybrid)10 days ago
Full TimeHybridPrincipal$162,000 - $162,000 / Year
goawsazuregoogle cloudmongodbmental health+6

MongoDB's Global Security Organization (GSO) is looking for a Principal Security Engineer. The GSO secures MongoDB's products, infrastructure, and the trust our customers place in us — spanning product security, corporate security, and risk, and working across engineering, go-to-market, and corporate development to keep security moving at the same speed as the business. The Principal Security Engineer will serve as a senior technical anchor for the team. This is a deep individual-contributor role that will stay hands-on with hard security and architecture problems, form sharp independent opinions, and know how to debate, align, and commit once GSO has made a call.   Key topic areas will include collaborating with our product teams to ensure identity and permission models meet customer needs for our new autonomous agent platform and working with integration security teams to push the envelope on automated detection, reproduction, and remediation of security vulnerabilities via AI.  What we need here is depth, judgment, and the ability to build up the bench of senior technical talent around you. This role can be based out of our NYC or Seattle office or remotely in the North America region. Responsibilities Maintain real technical depth in security and in MongoDB's product architecture — compute, network, and storage — deep enough to evaluate actual risk rather than apply generic best practice Form independent, well-reasoned opinions on security and architecture decisions, and voice them even when they cut against consensus or a leader's default plan Push teams to move faster when process or over-engineering is introducing complexity without reducing risk — and push teams to slow down when GTM pressure is outrunning a clear-eyed view of the risk Debate hard, then align, then commit: help the org land on the right call, then execute on it Seed and grow a working community of senior ICs embedded in security operations, product security, and enterprise security — connecting people, sharing knowledge, and creating the venues (formal or informal) for that to happen Lead time-boxed, high-stakes, cross-functional engagements such as M&A security due diligence and partner risk assessments, often with incomplete information and a short runway Draw on your own expertise where it applies, and quickly figure out how to close knowledge gaps elsewhere — staying accountable for the outcome either way Requirements 12+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline, including senior individual-contributor or technical-lead experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Deep, credible technical expertise in security, plus working depth across compute, network, and storage architecture A track record of forming and defending independent technical positions, along with the judgment to know when to stop debating and commit Experience influencing without formal authority, including with management and cross-functional partners, in both directions — accelerating and slowing down decisions Comfort owning ambiguous, deadline-driven work such as M&A diligence or partner risk reviews, and being accountable for the result even without the full picture upfront A genuine interest in mentoring and connecting other senior engineers, without needing a management title to do it Don't feel that you meet all of the requirements? We encourage you to apply anyway — studies show strong candidates sometimes rule themselves out prematurely. MongoDB has a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and high-performing environment, and we want to keep improving our ability to deliver for customers. Nice to Haves Direct experience leading M&A security due diligence or partner/vendor risk assessments Background spanning multiple layers of the stack (e.g., network and storage, or application and infrastructure security) A history of building or growing technical communities of practice Success in This Role Means Leadership trusts your technical judgment on the hardest, most ambiguous calls Your willingness to disagree — in either direction, faster or slower — makes decisions better, not just louder A real community of senior security talent has formed around you in GSO About MongoDB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market. Director of Retention & Monetisation
eucalyptusRemote (Fully Remote)10 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector
clinicalcrm

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support. You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally. We hope that's you. About the role Impact Most of our UK investment to date has gone into winning patients. This role owns what happens next — whether they stay, whether they grow, and whether the revenue they generate is actually profitable. You will own Repeat Contribution Margin for the UK: repeat revenue minus the variable cost to serve it, across Hims and Hers in weight-loss, hair, sexual health and TRT. It is a single number and it is yours. You'll report to the Managing Director, UK and sit alongside the two brand Directors of Growth, who own new patient acquisition. Own UK Repeat Contribution Margin — both halves: repeat revenue and the variable cost to serve, including retention-linked COGS. Commercial sets the P&L target and owns the model and guardrails; you choose the levers within it, build the plan, and land the number. Run the monetisation portfolio — expansion levers (cross-sell across conditions, service packages and premium tiers, Shop and physical add-ons, paid diagnostics for existing patients) and margin-protection levers (upsell to commit-and-save plans, titration and maintenance plans, cancellation saves, reactivation, loyalty). Decide where to invest, size the prize, and kill what isn't working. Own churn and save economics — cancellation saves, reactivation and win-back. Churn modelling and automated save offers are already in flight; your job is to turn that into a governed P&L lever and to prove incrementality rather than bank credit for patients who'd have returned anyway. Own the whole post-purchase journey — from activation through to lifetime. Where Proposition defines and builds a new offer for a core category, operational execution post-purchase hands off to you. Lead a condition-level retention team of four — a Head of Retention for weight-loss across both brands (with a Strategy & Ops Lead beneath them), plus S&O Leads for Hair/Sex and for TRT, the latter including activation ops from blood test to first order. Build the bench and raise the bar. Direct the central and shared functions without managing them — you decide and brief; CRM, Patient Support, Clinical Ops, Clinical Outcomes and Product build. You set the experience standard, approve the SLA and cost line, and hold each function to its impact. You will not set clinical protocol, and you will need to be effective without line authority. Surface, prioritise and win the product roadmap — turn retention friction into a prioritised requirement list with a business case, and pitch it to the MD against acquisition work that is easier to justify. What good looks like. A first six months that delivers a Repeat Contribution Margin baseline everyone trusts, condition-level cost attribution phased in behind it, two or three monetisation levers live with clean reads, and a save programme that survives an incrementality test. About you Skills & experience You have 10-12 years of experience across D2C brands running P&Ls and owning commercial targets. You've owned a repeat-revenue or contribution-margin number in a subscription or repeat-purchase consumer business — not influenced it, owned it. You can talk through the plan you set, what you got wrong, and what you'd do differently. You've built a monetisation portfolio, not just run retention campaigns. Pricing and packaging, upsell and cross-sell, plan structures, loyalty — you've decided what to build, sized it, and killed the ones that didn't earn their place. You are commercially and analytically rigorous on the cost side. You understand contribution margin properly, you've worked with imperfect cost attribution and made decisions anyway, and you hold a hard line on incrementality — including when a flattering headline number is on offer. You've delivered through functions you don't manage. CRM, support, ops, clinical, product. You know how to set a standard, agree an SLA, and hold people to impact using influence and evidence rather than reporting lines. You've led and built a small senior team — hired well, levelled honestly, and given people real ownership of sub-numbers. You operate at pace in ambiguity and bring your own point of view. This role has no playbook at Euc. You'll be expected to anchor the direction rather than wait for the MD or Commercial to set the agenda. Nice to haves Healthcare, or another regulated, trust-based consumer category where what you can say and offer is genuinely constrained. Experience across more than one market — Germany mirrors this model as it matures, and weight-loss retention may become EMEA-wide. At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. We use AI-assisted tools across our business to help our teams work more efficiently, including within our recruitment process. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our clinical teams in Germany. This is a delivery-focused role: you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of clinical and medical roles. We are moving quickly, and this hiring is about precision and pace. You will work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to hire outstanding healthcare professionals who want to work in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment. What you'll do in the first 6-12 Months End-to-end recruitment for German clinical and medical roles (e.g. physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, medical technical assistants, clinical operations), managing a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans. Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and events, and adjust channels based on response and conversion data. Working knowledge of German clinical licensing and credentialing basics (e.g. Approbation, Berufserlaubnis, recognition of foreign qualifications). Clear, professional communication with clinicians and internal teams alike. Comfortable using AI tools to speed up sourcing, outreach and admin, and to sharpen your own judgment. Fluent German and English. We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
