Senior Content and Social Media Manager
NivodaRemote (Fully Remote)15 days ago

🚀 About Nivoda Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve. 🌍 Our Mission The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission. 🤔 About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Content and Social Media Manager to own our social channels and be the creative engine behind our marketing campaigns. You are a storyteller first and an operator second: you can take an idea, shape it into something people actually want to watch and share, and make it show up consistently everywhere we publish. This is a connective role. You will own the content calendar, plan and run campaigns end to end, keep a strong and consistent presence on social, and run our newsletter. You will be the glue across marketing, making sure a campaign lands as one coherent story across social, email, and beyond rather than a set of disconnected posts. As the team grows we will add editorial depth alongside you (long-form writing and podcast production), so you can stay focused on what you do best: social, storytelling, and campaigns that move. What would you be doing? Own Nivoda's social media channels end to end, from strategy and calendar to publishing and community, with Instagram and our primary channels front and centre. Be the main creative force behind our marketing campaigns: come up with the idea, shape the story, and make it show up consistently across every channel. Own the content calendar and keep every channel in sync, so campaigns land as one coherent story rather than scattered posts. Plan and run campaigns end to end: the brief, the timeline, the assets, the launch, and the follow-through. Run "The Modern Jewellers Playbook", our newsletter. Own the cadence and the sends, and tie it into everything else we are publishing. Turn our bigger content moments, like interviews, launches, and guides, into a steady stream of social-first content that travels. Write social and short-form copy that sounds like a real person and makes independent jewellers stop scrolling. Work with our designer and video partners to ship content that looks as good as it reads, and with our paid marketer to amplify what is working. Be the connective tissue across marketing: link events, campaigns, and content so nothing happens in a silo. Track what performs across channels and use it to sharpen the calendar. Double down on what lands, and drop what does not. What do we need from you? 4+ years running social and content for a brand, with real ownership of channels and campaigns rather than just scheduling posts. You are a storyteller first. You know how to take an idea and make it land as a post, an email, a thread, or a reel. A body of social and campaign work you are proud of, ideally including channels you grew yourself. You can write. Quickly, well, and in a voice that sounds human rather than corporate. Sharp project management. You can run a content calendar and several campaigns at once without dropping any threads. Comfort working hands-on on a small team and building process where none exists. Fluent with the tools of modern social and content work, and happy to lean on AI to move faster. An instinct for what performs, and the discipline to let data settle the debates. Nice to have Knowledge of the jewelry industry Experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or a trade and craft audience. Hands-on with short-form video: you can shoot and cut a reel yourself, or confidently direct someone who can. Experience running an email or newsletter program. Community-building experience, online or off. Our culture and what we offer We're a high-growth company in an exponential expansion phase. We move fast, operate with low hierarchy, and give people real ownership from day one. If you want to work somewhere you can genuinely shape things: not just maintain them: Nivoda is the place. Our current benefits 🕐 Flexible working hours and vibrant company culture 🏡 Remote work 📈 Opportunities for growth and learning 🌴 Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join during our exponential expansion phase Equal Opportunity Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let that stop you from applying: we hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist. Please submit your CV in English. Not quite the right role? If this role isn't for you but you're excited about Nivoda, join our Talent Pool and we'll reach out when something's a better fit: nivoda.com/talent-pool Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Product and Technical Communications
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goagilepartnerships

TL;DR - Lovable ships fast. When millions of people build real businesses on your platform, both the product story and the trust story have to be airtight. You'll own product and technical communications that makes sure this is the case: launches, trust and incident response, and the narrative that connects what we build to why it matters. Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we're just getting started. We're building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software. What you'll do Own trust, security, and incident communications. People build real businesses on Lovable, and their confidence in the platform is existential to ours. You'll own Lovable's trust narrative in earned and new media, proactively telling the story of how we think about security, privacy, reliability, and platform safety. And when something doesn't go as planned, you'll be the comms lead in the room, working alongside the Head of Communications to manage the external response with a cross-functional team. Lead product launch communications. When Lovable ships something new, you own the earned media strategy around it, including knowing the right Substacks, podcasts, and new media channels beyond traditional outlets. You'll work closely with product marketing to shape positioning, develop press materials, pitch the story, and make sure launches land. You'll build a repeatable launch engine that moves as fast as the product team does. Turn journalists and creators into builders. Some of the most powerful product coverage comes from people who've experienced Lovable firsthand. You'll develop relationships with earned media and creators by getting the product into their hands, helping journalists, technical writers, and influencers build something real on Lovable so they can tell the product story from their own experience. Be the comms partner to our CTO and product leadership. You'll develop spokesperson platforms for our CTO, CISO, and senior product and engineering leaders. In partnership with product marketing, you'll prep them for media, conferences, and podcasts. You'll help them become recognized voices defining a new product category. Own product-level partner integration comms. When Lovable launches a technical integration or platform capability that changes what builders can do, you own the comms. You'll coordinate with product marketing and partnerships to shape the narrative and get it in front of the right audiences. Build analyst and technical influencer relationships. You'll build relationships with the analysts, tech media, and voices that shape opinion among technical audiences. You'll make sure Lovable shows up in the right conversations and earns positioning in the right reports. Ensure product news travels beyond traditional media. Product stories in 2026 don't just live in TechCrunch. You'll make sure product news reaches the Substacks, podcasts, technical creators, and communities where your audiences are. Who you are You're technically fluent and genuinely curious about the product. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how software products work, architecturally, not just conceptually. When an engineer explains a design decision, you understand why it matters and can translate it into something a reporter or analyst would care about. You've run product comms at a fast-moving technology company. You've lived through the chaos of a product team that ships faster than comms can keep up, and you've built systems to stay ahead. You know how to run a launch process that's tight but not slow, and you know when to push for a bigger moment versus when to just get the word out. You have real trust and incident comms experience. You've worked on or alongside security, privacy, or trust and safety teams. You know the difference between proactive trust storytelling and reactive crisis management, and you've done both. You've been in the room during a product incident and know how to craft external communications that are honest, precise, and fast. You have strong media relationships in the tech and AI ecosystem. You know the reporters, podcasters, and analysts who cover AI, developer tools, and enterprise technology. You understand what makes them care about a product story, and you can get Lovable in front of them. You write clearly, concisely, and technically without being dry. Product comms doesn't mean jargon-heavy. Your writing is precise, human, and accessible, even when the subject matter is complex or the situation is sensitive. You connect dots and see around corners. A feature ships, and you immediately think: which reporter is writing about this problem? What should our CTO say on social? How does this fit the narrative arc we've been building for the quarter? That connective instinct is what makes this role work. You're hands-on, agile, and low-ego. You'll draft the press materials, build the media list, coordinate the launch timeline, and prep the spokesperson. You thrive in environments where the plan changes and the pace is relentless. You have 8+ years of experience in communications , including product launches and trust or incident communications at a technology company. You've run launch processes, managed incident response, and built media relationships in the tech ecosystem. What you need to know This role requires genuine product immersion. You'll work closely with product marketing to understand what's shipping, why it matters, and how to position it. That partnership is what lets you move fast and tell the right story at the right moment. Trust and incident comms are core to the role. You'll need to be comfortable being the person who's on call when something breaks, who can draft an incident communication at speed, and who brings the judgment to know when to say something, when to wait, and how to say it right. Lovable is headquartered in Stockholm, with product and engineering teams across multiple offices. Wherever you sit, you'll need to work effectively across time zones and build relationships with the teams who ship the product you're talking about. Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you're deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically "yours" when the moment calls for it. Please Note: This role is based out of either our Stockholm or London office, both of which have in-office requirements. This role is not eligible for remote work. We are unable to support work authorization in the UK at this time. About your application Please submit your application in English. It's our company language, so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally — if you're interested, please apply through our careers portal. You will work alongside industry-leading minds on autonomous systems, advanced propulsion, and secure cyber platforms. We foster a fast-paced, collaborative environment where bold ideas are supported by serious R&D backing. About the Team We move fast, ship real software, and operate under constraints most engineers never encounter — low-bandwidth networks, air-gapped devices, high-stakes decision loops. There is no room for abstraction for its own sake. Everything we build ends up in the hands of real operators in the field. Our Team is dedicated to a mission of pure strikes. Your Mission As an Senior AI Systems Engineer with a focus on Robotics and Swarming, you will play a critical role in defining the tactical brain and behavioral logic onboard next-generation autonomous drone swarms. Rather than focusing on computer vision, you will work directly with advanced behavioral frameworks, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and high-fidelity simulation environments to build robust, scalable decision-making functionality. You will contribute as a highly skilled individual contributor—hands-on with the system—bridging the gap between machine learning models and physical flight controls, ensuring swarms can dynamically reason and coordinate in real-time. Your work will be essential to ensuring that our autonomous systems operate reliably in real-world, unpredictable environments. Responsibilities Design, train, and deploy decision-making frameworks using RL, imitation learning, and behavior-tree architectures for coordinated behavior across our fixed-wing, tube-launched, and quadcopter platforms. Develop and optimize algorithms for decentralized task allocation, collective intelligence, and multi-vehicle strategic coordination under communication-constrained or GPS-denied conditions — building on our existing TDOA/RSSI localization and mesh networking work. Build and heavily utilize ROS2 SITL environments to stress-test behavioral logic, neural networks, and reactive behaviors before hardware deployment, extending our current simulation-phase epic (containerized comms, leader-follower scaling). Engineer pipelines to move trained models and policies off the GPU cluster and onto edge robotics hardware without performance degradation, feeding directly into our hardware-phase epic (mesh networking with real drones, end-to-end flight test). Collaborate closely with the perception and flight control teams to ensure AI-driven behaviors interface cleanly with safety-critical C++ flight software. Profile and debug behavioral system performance under embedded constraints, ensuring stability and robustness in field deployments across all three platform types. Contribute to system-level architecture discussions on autonomous decision-making, heuristic planning, and multi-agent reliability. Required Skills Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with emphasis on autonomous decision-making. 3+ years professional or advanced research experience in Robotics AI, multi-agent reinforcement learning, or autonomous behavioral modeling. Strong programming proficiency in Python and C++ for embedded and robotics development; comfort working alongside safety-critical flight code. Mastery of SITL workflows to validate neural networks and decision-making logic under variable, adversarial, or degraded-comms conditions. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of MDPs, game theory, heuristics, and trajectory/motion planning, applicable to strike-capable UAV coordination. Proven track record moving ML models from simulation to physical edge-robotics systems — ideally on multi-vehicle or swarm platforms rather than single-agent robotics. Strong debugging skills in real-time, resource-constrained environments. Nice-To-Have Effective communicator able to work across autonomy, hardware, and flight-software disciplines. Willingness to travel occasionally for field testing and deployment. Fluent English (C1 preferred). German language skills are advantageous but not required. Equal Opportunity: At Stark Defence, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team. We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented. We actively encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and identities. Instead we focus on ruthless prioritization and pivot quickly as needed. Challenging Timelines (Execution Pressure): An engineer questions a teammate's proposed 3-week timeline, and constructively argues for condensing it to 2 weeks—backed by rationale, tradeoffs, and a plan to reduce scope or increase velocity. They show ownership of delivery speed and willingness to push for urgency. Time-Boxed Spiking (Rapid Learning & Decision-Making): An engineer proposes a 1-week spike with a clear time-box and success criteria to explore implementation options or validate feasibility through a proof of concept. We're driven by the desire to continuously hone our craft and to this end, we regularly assess our processes, seek feedback, and embrace iterative development to refine what we do. This mindset creates an environment where innovation is part of our daily routine and every team member is an impact-oriented trailblazer. By celebrating our successes and learning from our setbacks, we stay agile and forward-thinking, always striving to elevate our performance and impact. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: The team received a request from customers to show the running balance for assets tied to an address within the product. They brainstormed to determine the minimal viable solution that could be delivered within two weeks. The team decided to develop a framework that would facilitate enabling this feature for each chain (such as BTC, ETH, etc.) individually. They successfully implemented and tested this solution for the BTC chain and delivered it to customers within the two-week timeframe. This approach allowed the team to quickly provide value to customers and establish a repeatable process. The team was tasked with implementing a new feature that would enable TRM to gather feedback from the user community swiftly. Due to the company's goal of showcasing the feature at an upcoming event, the timeline was tight. The team quickly adjusted to the request, assessed the requirements, and developed a solution that addressed 80% of the needs and could be executed within a very short timeframe. They successfully delivered the feature on schedule, impressing customers with both the functionality and the speed of execution. The team was tasked with developing a solution to reveal Indirect Exposure through cross-chain swaps in response to a competitor's similar feature. Before choosing the technical approach, the team consulted with stakeholders to establish a feasible timeline for the implementation. With this input, the team devised a solution that fit the timeline, communicated the tradeoffs to stakeholders, and successfully delivered the solution as promised. Consistently delivers efficient and reusable systems, optimizes team throughput with appropriate tradeoffs, mentors team members, and enhances cross-team collaboration through documentation and knowledge sharing.
