Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. What we offer Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development : ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel : We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed. We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include: Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers) Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures. Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI. Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams) Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly. Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access. Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code. In both teams you will: Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected. Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems. Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code. Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor. Requirements We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require: Expertise in Python. A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it. Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures. Strong test design and security fundamentals. Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly. Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals. Bonus: Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar). Experience with Kubernetes. Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams. Location Our team is based across the UK, EU and US, and this is our main focus. We are flexible for exceptional candidates elsewhere. You can work remotely, or from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses. Headquarters: Bulgaria URL: http://jobhire.ai Description CVM Lead (US Market) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time About JobHire.AI JobHire.AI is a vertical AI agent that automates job search for professionals in the US market. We find, tailor, and apply to jobs on behalf of thousands of paying subscribers — at scale and with precision. We operate a subscription model with monthly and longer-term tiers, plus paid add-ons. We're entering a phase where deeper customer value management — not just acquisition — is the single biggest unlock for profitable growth. Why This Role Now We are spending efficiently to acquire users — but a substantial portion of revenue is left on the table after the first purchase. Reg→Purchase conversion is below where it should be. Rebill rates erode quickly past month one. Add-on attach is minimal. Our reactivation engine is currently offline. We've been operating an email-only CRM on a platform that doesn't return analytics through its API. That ends with this hire. This is a role for someone who has already done the transformation we need: turning a basic broadcast CRM into a measurable CVM function that drives incremental revenue across email, SMS, and web push — on the US market specifically. What You'll Own Funnel Conversion Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push. Own first-purchase activation across the first 7 days. Retention & Rebill Differentiate renewal sequences by plan tier (1 / 3 / 6 month). Build pre-cancel intervention flows — pause offer, plan-switch, value reminder — using captured cancel reason. Move the dial on month-1 rebill rate, the single most leveraged metric in our subscription economics. Reactivation Build the reactivation engine for the cancelled cohort — across email and SMS, personalized by cancel reason and tenure. Recover revenue from a base that is currently dormant due to deliverability issues. Add-on Monetization Own the CRM-driven path to add-on products (Resume Review, Resume Builder): timing, segmentation, copy, channel. Channel & Tooling Lead the migration off our current ESP onto our chosen omnichannel platform (Maestra is the current candidate; Customer.io is the alternative). Recover and maintain email domain reputation. Stand up SMS as a first-class channel — including US compliance (TCPA, A2P 10DLC). Stand up web push and orchestrate cross-channel flows (email → SMS → push cascades). Measurement Implement incremental measurement with holdouts on every flow. We don't want activity reports — we want incremental revenue, attributable and defensible. Expected Outcomes First 3 Months Email deliverability restored to historical baseline. Reactivation campaign launched with measurable incremental conversion against a holdout. Differentiated renewal flows live for 1 / 3 / 6 month plans. Decision (signed off with engineering) on omnichannel platform: migrate to Maestra or alternative. First 6 Months SMS and web push live as ongoing production channels in lifecycle flows. Measurable lift in Reg→Purchase conversion via paywall-abandonment and post-registration triggered sequences. Measurable lift in month-1 rebill rate via differentiated and intervention flows. Add-on attach rate (Resume Review, Resume Builder) materially up via CRM-driven sales sequences. Per-flow incremental revenue reported weekly via proper holdout methodology. 12 Months CVM channel contributing as a top-3 incremental revenue source for the company. Cross-channel lifecycle strategy (email + SMS + web push + iMessage/RCS as those channels mature in the US) live and documented. Process documentation and tooling stable enough to remove key-person risk. We keep our hiring process quick and simple: HR Introduction Call Team Interviews Challenge Reference Check (with three prior managers) Requirements You're a Fit If You Have 3+ years operating CVM/lifecycle programs on the US market specifically. US b2c subscription. This is non-negotiable — US deliverability, US carriers, US consumer behavior, US compliance. 5+ years total in CRM / lifecycle / CVM, with at least one stint owning the function end-to-end (not just executing). Hands-on operating experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform — Maestra strongly preferred; Braze, Iterable, Customer.io , or Klaviyo also relevant. Real, hands-on experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, carrier compliance — not "I worked with a vendor who handled it"). Real, hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its lift. SQL good enough to pull your own segments and validate your own data. A subscription-business orientation: you think in LTV/payer, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts — not in opens and clicks. A track record of measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout. Bias toward action. We operate as a tiny team; you'll need to ship faster than you plan. Nice to Have Experience migrating off a damaged email domain. Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals (EdTech, FinTech, dating, streaming). iMessage Business / RCS experience. Communication (speak English and Russian). Benefits Clear mandate and ownership from day one. You're the function, not a contributor to it. The economics are highly leveraged — even a 5-percentage-point lift on month-1 rebill is meaningful to the bottom line of the company. Direct work with the CMO, CEO, and Growth PM. No layers, no politics. A market where your work is directly visible to users searching for their next job — outcomes you can feel. $4000-7000/month + 38DaysOff. We're developing the UK's first sovereign frontier large language model, alongside specialised models trained for complex, high-stakes applications. Our technology can be deployed in highly secure environments, including fully air-gapped infrastructure, enabling organisations to adopt advanced AI without compromising control over their data or systems. We work with some of the world's most complex organisations across defence, financial services and other critical industries, helping them develop, customise and deploy AI capabilities that solve real operational problems. We're now looking to build a substantial presence in healthcare and life sciences. The Opportunity We're looking for an exceptional Founding Healthcare Lead to build and lead Cosine's healthcare and life sciences business from the ground up. This is an entrepreneurial role at the intersection of frontier AI, healthcare and commercial strategy. You'll identify where our technology can have the greatest impact, build relationships with leading healthcare organisations, and turn those opportunities into meaningful commercial partnerships. We're particularly interested in applying our capabilities to problems that require secure deployment, highly specialised AI models, complex data processing and deep integration with existing enterprise systems. You'll work directly with Cosine's leadership, researchers and engineers to shape our approach to the sector and help establish healthcare as one of our most important markets. This isn't a conventional sales role. You'll be expected to develop the strategy, originate opportunities, shape solutions and build a business. What you'll do Build our healthcare business Define and execute Cosine's go-to-market strategy across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and the wider life sciences ecosystem. Identify the highest-value applications for Cosine's technology, particularly where generic AI solutions fall short. A strong understanding of how major healthcare organisations operate, buy technology and make investment decisions. A track record of building senior relationships and turning complex opportunities into commercial outcomes. Job Title: Defence Account Director Location: London; full in-office working as default Start date: ASAP Reports to: CCO Compensation: Salary and Equity options available for discussion Clearance: Must be eligible to hold UK Security Vetting Clearance SC or above (no prior clearance required) Application deadline: 01/11/26 at 23:59 UK time Help make sovereign AI operational for UK Defence Cosine is a UK AI lab building models, applications and infrastructure for mission-critical organisations. We build coding agents, specialised Lumen models, AI-native security products and the infrastructure required to deploy advanced AI in demanding environments. We are also training Lumen Sovereign, the first frontier large language model trained in the UK, with the support of the UK Government. Defence is a strategic priority for Cosine. AI will change how Defence operates, from software engineering and intelligence analysis to cyber security, command and control, logistics and frontline operations. The challenge is turning advanced AI into capability that is trusted, secure, sovereign and useful in the real world. We are looking for a Defence Account Director to help build that business. This is not a traditional defence sales role. You will understand where Cosine can make a genuine operational difference, identify the right customers and programmes, shape credible opportunities and help turn early conversations into funded pilots, programmes and long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with Cosine's Defence Lead, technical teams and senior leadership. You will build relationships across the MOD, the Armed Forces, wider Government and the UK defence industry, while helping define Cosine's position in the emerging sovereign AI market. What you'll do Build and own a prioritised Defence account and opportunity strategy. Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the MOD, Front Line Commands, wider Government and defence industry. Identify operational problems, programmes and capability gaps where Cosine can make a material difference. Translate customer needs into clearly defined use cases, propositions, pilots and programmes. Navigate Defence stakeholders, budgets, acquisition routes, procurement processes and decision-making structures. Lead opportunities from initial conversation through demonstration, technical evaluation, commercial agreement and delivery. Work with Cosine's technical teams to create credible customer propositions without overpromising. Develop relationships with primes, strategic partners and specialist technology companies where this creates a stronger route to market. Maintain disciplined account planning, pipeline management, qualification and forecasting. Bring structured customer and market insight back to Product, Engineering, ML and senior leadership. What we're looking for You may have served in the UK Armed Forces or worked closely with Defence in engineering, capability development, acquisition, procurement, digital transformation or technology adoption. You may subsequently have worked in consulting, technology, industry or an advisory role. What matters is that you understand how Defence works and can turn a customer need into commercial momentum. You should have: Meaningful experience of the UK Defence ecosystem. Strong existing relationships across Defence, Government or industry, and the ability to build new ones. Experience introducing, acquiring or adopting complex technology. The ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable opportunities. Strong commercial judgement and comfort being accountable for pipeline, opportunities and revenue. The confidence to engage with operators, engineers, procurement teams, senior civil servants, military leaders and industry executives. Genuine technical curiosity and the ability to learn enough about AI to have credible conversations with technical teams and customers. The resilience to work through long Defence sales cycles while maintaining urgency and focus. The independence and judgement to operate in a scale-up where the playbook is still being written. You do not need to be an AI expert when you join. You do need to be intellectually curious, technically literate and able to communicate clearly without hiding behind jargon. What success looks like Success ultimately means winning business and building enduring customer relationships. We aim to onboard at least 10 new client logos within the Defence account over the next 12 months and increase revenues by at least 300%. We expect that growth to come through credibility, judgement, customer insight and persistence rather than transactional selling. In your first few months, you will: Build a clear view of Cosine's Defence proposition, capabilities and priorities. Establish a focused account and stakeholder map. Develop relationships with priority customers and partners. Identify and qualify the most promising opportunities. Create a disciplined approach to account planning, pipeline and forecasting. Over time, you will help convert those opportunities into funded demonstrations, pilots and programmes, while shaping how Cosine is understood and adopted across UK Defence. Why this role matters Defence does not need more AI demonstrations that remain disconnected from operations. It needs technology that can work across real missions, real systems, real security constraints and real acquisition processes. You will help make that happen. This is an opportunity to build Cosine's Defence business from the ground up, with direct access to leadership and technical teams and genuine influence over our product, market strategy and customer relationships. If you understand Defence from the inside, have strong customer instincts and want to help make sovereign AI operational, this is an opportunity to have significant impact. Why join Cosine Build a strategically important business from the ground up. Work at the intersection of frontier AI, Defence and national capability. Sell a genuinely differentiated product into mission-critical environments. Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with a small, technically deep and ambitious team. Receive meaningful early equity with genuine upside. Compensation, Benefits & Ways of Working We're an in-office team, five days a week, by design. We believe the work we're doing benefits from being together, collaborating closely, and building shared context. About Zelara Most CRM marketing still blasts generic messages at scale and calls it "personalization." Our founders experienced this firsthand in senior roles at HelloFresh, Salesforce, Uber, and others. Backed by top-tier VCs, they decided to build a better way. Zelara is an agentic lifecycle marketing platform that improves with every interaction. It works with the CRM infrastructure our customers already use, replacing static journeys and manual segmentation with a system that creates content, makes individual-level decisions, and learns from every outcome. With bunq, Europe's second-largest neobank, we delivered +7.4% activation and +66% reactivation uplift, measured against a control group. We raised a €3M pre-seed and are generating revenue with paying enterprise customers. We are growing our Solutions Architecture team to make the path from integration to measurable value repeatable across more customers. The Role This is a deeply technical customer role centered on post-sales value realization, with involvement in pre-sales discovery. It is not reactive customer success, nor a pre-sales role that hands off at signature. You own technical value realization for a portfolio of customers, from discovery and onboarding through live experiments, measured results, and scaled adoption. You and the commercial lead run each account as a pair. They own pricing, contracts, expansion, and renewal. You own the technical plan and the evidence behind those decisions: before signature you lead technical discovery alongside them, after signature you are the customer's named technical lead for solution design, data mapping, the experiment plan, and go-live. There is no separate customer success manager; the two of you hold the whole relationship. Product, Engineering, and Science own the platform, the integrations, and the measurement standards. You turn their work into a working customer solution and bring them in when a requirement crosses those lines. Our customers are mid-market and enterprise B2C companies across Europe: fintech, e-commerce, travel, and employee benefits. What You Will Do Lead technical discovery before signature: how the customer makes money, which metric moves it, and what the pilot can credibly promise Own onboarding: align stakeholders, define the data mapping and acceptance criteria, and take the customer live on its existing CRM stack Design and pre-register each experiment to Zelara's scientific standards, because a success bar set after seeing the data is not a result Own the customer-facing readout: reconcile our analysis with the customer's data, and say clearly when the evidence is not decision-ready Enable the customer's team to run campaigns independently Partner with the commercial lead on annual contracts, expansion, and renewal Drive the product loop: turn recurring customer needs into product opportunities and research questions, backed by evidence from live accounts, and use agents to build the scripts and prototypes that unblock an account in the meantime Your First 90 Days 30 Days: Learn the platform and the portfolio, join the active accounts, and take over your first technical customer relationship. 60 Days: Lead one onboarding independently, with the integration, experiment design, and measurement plan agreed before launch. 90 Days: Own a small portfolio and deliver your first evidence-backed results readout. Who You Are You have led deployments, implementations, or technical accounts for mid-market or enterprise customers at a B2B SaaS company, and your work has influenced adoption, renewal, or expansion. You judge a customer's business before you design for it: which metric their leadership is held to, and what matters that nobody has said out loud. You have led real customer integrations and know that a successful import is not the same as usable data. You turn a business question into an analysis plan and understand experiments: control groups, effect sizes, statistical power, and why the design is frozen before it runs. You know the lifecycle marketing stack (Braze, Bird, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io , Emarsys, HubSpot) and how a CRM team works inside it. You are credible with a Head of CRM and their data engineer in the same hour. You say the uncomfortable thing early, and a commitment with a date on it is a commitment. You are AI-native. A software engineering background is not required, but building with agents is: the script that reshapes a customer's export, the prototype that shows a CRM team what we mean. You are fluent in English. German is a strong advantage given our current market focus. Bonus You have run lifecycle or CRM programs in-house, so you know what we ask a customer's team to change. You have experience with experimentation platforms, bandits, or applied ML in production. You have converted pilots or POCs into multi-year contracts and can say what moved the decision. How We Work We are an AI-first team. We adopt what makes us faster and drop what does not, and we value evidence, speed, and clear ownership over process theater. What We Offer Work alongside founders who have built and sold an AI-driven SaaS business and led large-scale B2C operations from the customer's side of the table. A senior individual-contributor role in a small Solutions Architecture team, with real influence on how we deliver. Autonomy over onboarding, pilots, and technical value realization, and a tight working relationship with Product, Science, and Engineering. Direct access to real customers and real production data. Based in Berlin, with regular travel to European customers. A competitive salary and a meaningful equity stake. Your choice of a Deutschlandticket or bike subscription, plus a gym membership. Our Compass We are guided by four core values: Seek Truth: We ground decisions in evidence. When the facts change, we change our mind. Act with Integrity: We build trust through transparency, reliability, and ownership. Put Customers First: We succeed only when they succeed. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
