About Dust Work is being rewritten, and the people holding the pen are the ones who actually run it. With enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice, and a collaborative interface for humans and agents to work together, Dust empowers AI Operators at the world's fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done. With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We don't get piloted and shelved. We land once, and spread. We're at an exciting stage of our journey, and growing fast. We're serving great customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta and Persona, and aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2026. Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50 . Summary We're hiring our first dedicated BDR for the UK market to build and own early-stage pipeline in London. This is a net-new role — you won't inherit a warm book of business, and that's the point. You'll be the person who figures out how we win in the UK, running outbound from day one with real ownership over a market we're just beginning to unlock. For the right person, this is a direct path to AE. What you'll do Own outbound pipeline generation Run high-volume, high-quality outbound across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling targeting UK enterprise buyers Build and iterate on sequences that get responses — you write the copy, test the angles, and improve the numbers Hit 30+ meetings booked per month, consistently Drive event presence and follow-up Represent Dust at UK-based events and convert conversations into pipeline Own follow-up from events with speed and precision — no leads left to go cold Feed event insights back into outbound messaging Support AEs and help close the loop Partner with AEs on follow-up for warm conversations that need a nudge Help keep deals moving in the early stages without taking over the sales cycle Be the connective tissue between early interest and a qualified meeting Build market and product knowledge Develop genuine fluency in Dust's product and how it maps to UK buyer problems Stay close to what's happening in the UK AI and enterprise software landscape Use that knowledge to personalise outreach and earn credibility with buyers fast Iterate and improve the playbook Track what's working and what isn't — bring data and hypotheses, not just activity Contribute to a BDR playbook that doesn't exist yet; you're building it Use AI tools to research accounts, personalise at scale, and work smarter Requirements Every candidate and employee's success is measured against the same 3 dimensions. Aptitude, Attitude and Agency. Aptitude You have prior BDR experience and a proven record of booking meetings through outbound — cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn are second nature You can hold a sharp, credible conversation with a senior buyer that earns an AE meeting, not just a rejection You know how to manage and improve your own metrics — pipeline velocity, conversion rates, outreach quality — without needing to be coached on what to track You're genuinely fluent in AI tools and use them to research accounts, personalise outreach, and scale your output — not as a novelty but as a core part of how you work You understand the UK enterprise software landscape well enough to know who to target, how to reach them, and what they actually care about Attitude You're resilient — rejection is information, not discouragement, and you stay sharp across a full day of outbound You're collaborative with AEs and the wider team without being dependent on them to generate your pipeline You give and receive direct feedback, and you're honest about what's working and what isn't You're scrappy — you find a way when the playbook doesn't exist, and you don't wait for perfect conditions to perform You show up prepared, energised, and ready to represent Dust well in every interaction with a prospect Agency You don't wait for a territory or a sequence to be handed to you — you build your own approach and take ownership of the UK market from day one You're on track to be an AE and you act like it — you understand the full sales motion and you're already thinking about what comes after the meeting is booked You iterate on your messaging independently: you test, analyse, and improve without being asked You spot gaps in coverage — an untouched segment, a weak follow-up cadence, a missed event — and you act on them before anyone else notices You treat 30 meetings/month as a floor, not a ceiling Location We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together. We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect. That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call. Why Dust The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves. We use Dust ourselves every day. We get to shape how humans and agents collaborate while solving our own problems with the product we ship. That loop is rare, and it's why we move fast. If you're excited about defining a new category and want to join a determined team of optimists who focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously, we'd love to talk. Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist. Learn how we think and work. Our product constitution, a story about our mission Your Next Co-Worker Isn't Human , Stanislas Polu , VivaTech 2026. A conversation about AI agents taking on larger parts of work and how teams collaborate with them. Dust: Gabriel Hubert on Enterprise AI , Gabriel Hubert , Nasdaq, published May 7, 2026. Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50 . This Role Dust is seeking a UK Partnerships Manager to grow our partner ecosystem in the UK. This is a business development role at its core: your job is to identify, engage, and activate the partners who will become a meaningful source of pipeline and revenue for Dust in the UK market. This is a 0-to-1 role. There is no existing UK partner program, no playbook, no team. You'll be the first person on the ground, responsible for building relationships, closing early partnership agreements, and proving that partners can generate real pipeline for Dust. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Growth, Community, the France Partnerships team, and the Executive Team to make this happen. All types of partnerships are in scope: resellers, system integrators, consultancies, agencies, tech alliances, affiliates, community partners, and anything else that drives results. We care about what works, not what fits a predefined category. The Solution Partner Ecosystem is the second biggest growth lever at Dust, yet UK's agency and professional services market is still almost entirely untapped. As Partner Manager UK at Dust, you will build partnerships with leading agencies to boost partner-led revenue. Your job is to find the right partners in the UK, recruit them, and get them to their first win fast, and then transform into a repeatable motion. Working directly with our global partnerships team, you'll own the outreach motion, the onboarding, and the early relationship with every new partner you bring in, primarily AI transformation agencies and consultants. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build a relationship quickly, has entrepreneurial, and can craft joint solutions that makes partners want to invest in Dust. You will be part of a growing global partnerships team of 6 people, with dedicated support from partner operations, solutions engineer and partner marketing. Key Responsibilities Partner Ecosystem Development Build Dust's UK partner ecosystem. Identify, qualify, and recruit the partners best positioned to Dust's ICP buyers in the UK, Drive partners to pipeline. This isn't about signing partner logos. Your success is measured by partners generating qualified opportunities, co-selling with Dust AEs, and closing deals. Own the full journey from first conversation to first partner-sourced deal Create activation playbooks that take partners from signed agreement to actively selling. Build the training, enablement, and co-selling infrastructure needed to make partners effective Own UK partnership pipeline and revenue targets , with latitude to experiment with creative deal structures, incentive models, and go-to-market approaches Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with UK Sales (AEs and BDRs) to ensure partners are pipeline accelerators. Build deal routing, co-selling motions, and account mapping that the sales team actually uses Collaborate with Field Marketing (Events, Content, Community) to build joint events, co-branded content, and community activations that serve both partner development and demand generation Stay tightly connected with the Global Partnerships team to share learnings, adapt proven playbooks, and maintain consistency where it matters Partner with Growth Marketing to turn partner activity into scalable demand: co-hosted webinars, joint case studies, partner-led content, and event-driven pipeline Coordinate with Product and Engineering on integration priorities, partner feedback, and joint solution development where relevant Requirements Every candidate and employee's success is measured against the same 3 dimensions. Aptitude, Attitude and Agency. Aptitude High AI literacy, you're already using AI daily in your work and can articulate how you'd apply it to partnerships at Dust Proven go-to-market strategy experience: customer-obsessed, first-principles thinking, not just copy-pasting past playbooks Experience building partnerships at a startup or scale-up (not large enterprise reseller models) Specific experience with agency partners, system integrators, or similar zero-to-one motions Grit and sales acumen, you can convince partners, hold them accountable, and go through windows when doors are closed Attitude Team player who solves for Dust and its customers, not just partnerships metrics Low ego, high impact, you leverage others' work and make the broader team better Decisive — you make tough calls on prioritisation and aren't afraid to cut partnerships that aren't working Direct and transparent, you surface problems early and give honest feedback User-first orientation, you frame decisions around customer outcomes without being prompted Agency You unblock yourself with AI and people, scaling your impact through tools and cross-functional leverage You own outcomes end-to-end, identifying gaps, building solutions, and driving to resolution without being told You challenge the goal when it's wrong, high agency in execution AND thinking You've expanded your scope by solving problems no one assigned you You launch things without waiting for permission and find ways to deliver with limited resources Location We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
