We offer award-winning regulatory intelligence and AI solutions to help organizations protect people and products. With over 35 years of experience and a global presence, we empower our customers with innovative compliance solutions. You will get to work at a company that combines startup agility with the stability of an industry leader. Partner with enterprise customers and global experts to advance environmental safety and solve complex data science challenges. Join us and make an impact! About the Role As an Implementation Project Manager at 3E, you'll lead larger, more complex customer implementations where successful delivery requires multiple products, technical contributors, workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders to operate against one coordinated plan. You'll be accountable for turning the customer's scope of work into an executable implementation strategy and for determining whether the overall project succeeds—on time, within scope, adopted, and connected to a clear customer outcome. You'll establish success and acceptance criteria, own the integrated project plan, manage risk and change, coordinate specialists and technical teams, and give both customers and 3E leadership a clear, data-backed view of project health. You'll understand the technical delivery deeply enough to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies, connect customer needs with the right specialists, and engage credibly with Product and Engineering. You won't need to personally execute every configuration, migration, or integration; your role is to ensure those pieces come together into a successful customer outcome. What You'll Do Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from internal handoff through customer acceptance and formal close. Translate complex scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, workstreams, milestones, resources, dependencies, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria. Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers, CX technical specialists, and relevant internal teams. Own the master implementation plan and coordinate implementation specialists, Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, technical consultants, external partners, and customer resources. Establish measurable success and acceptance criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability for those outcomes throughout delivery. Lead customer project governance, including senior stakeholder and sponsor communications. Maintain the milestone tracker and conduct phase-gate reviews, giving a clear assessment of whether projects are on track, at risk, or behind and establishing mitigation plans when required. Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks early and determine their impact on the critical path. Lead complex, multi-product delivery by managing scope and change control, coordinating custom development through launch, maintaining a unified customer plan across teams, and providing leadership with clear, data-backed reporting on project health, risk, timelines, value, and adoption. Build and maintain dashboards or reporting tools that make project status and risks visible without relying solely on status meetings. Lead customer escalations diplomatically while maintaining accountability for customer commitments, decisions, resources, data readiness, and signoffs. Partner with Commercial on implementation handoff and identify expansion opportunities or renewal risks surfaced during delivery. Represent the delivery perspective during pre-sales scoping of complex or higher-risk opportunities so commitments can be successfully delivered. Drive structured post-onboarding Value Realization Projects, including complex migrations, integrations, optimization, remediation, and workflow initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent implementations and make prioritization decisions based on risk, complexity, dependencies, and customer impact. Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, delivery predictability, time-to-value, and the overall customer experience. What Makes You a Great Fit Required 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, or professional services, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or information services. Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams, technical dependencies, contributors, or products. Experience owning project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, change control, customer communication, and delivery outcomes. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand configuration, data, integration, and technical delivery sufficiently to coordinate specialists and identify risk; coding is not required. Demonstrated ability to lead customer conversations and communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional contributors without formal authority. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and making informed prioritization decisions based on customer and business impact. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office, with comfort using data, dashboards, and systems of record to communicate project health. Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing scope while maintaining accountability for outcomes. Willingness to travel 10–20%. Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, environmental science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with enterprise and/or mid-market SaaS customers. Experience developing or improving implementation processes and customer journeys. Familiarity with implementation, onboarding, or enablement tools such as Pendo, Gong, or Zendesk. Experience working with time-to-value, adoption, usage, or customer health metrics. Exposure to environmental, regulatory, compliance, chemical management, SDS, EHS, or sustainability software. As Destinus scales its vehicle programmes, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to own execution across the full vehicle development stack – from propulsion and structures through avionics integration, ground support equipment, and qualification. This frees our engineers to focus on technical depth and our team leads on strategic leadership. As one of the first hires in this group, you will manage a programme and help build the PM structure itself alongside team leads and fellow TPMs. You own execution – schedule, cross-disciplinary coordination, risk, and delivery. The engineers run the technical depth; you run the programme. What You'll Do · Own end-to-end execution of vehicle-level and subsystem product development programmes – from kick-off through hardware build, test campaigns, qualification, and delivery · Build and maintain programme plans spanning propulsion, structures, avionics, systems engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory dependencies; identify and resolve critical path risks early · Run programme reviews and cross-functional coordination meetings; keep decisions documented and actions closed · Work closely with engineering leads across disciplines to track technical progress and translate it into clear programme status · Coordinate system integration activities – ensuring interfaces between subsystems (propulsion, structures, avionics, GSE) are managed, dependencies tracked, and integration milestones owned · Manage external dependencies: supplier lead times, test facility scheduling, regulatory submissions, and customer milestones · Proactively flag scope creep, resource conflicts, and schedule risk to leadership – with options, not just problems · Contribute to building the PM structure, tools, and ways of working for the department alongside team leads and fellow TPMs Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems, or a related engineering discipline · 5–8 years in a hardware-heavy development environment; at least 2 in a project management, programme coordination, or technical lead role – career PMs without hardware exposure will not be considered · Background in aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated hardware domain; familiarity with vehicle-level or system-level development and qualification cycles is essential · Experience managing cross-disciplinary programmes spanning multiple engineering domains (structures, propulsion, avionics, or similar) is a strong advantage · Able to manage multiple concurrent projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and testing · Strong systems thinking – able to see the full picture, spot where the hard problems are likely to sit, and know when to dive into detail without losing the overall programme · Strong planning skills – able to build a programme schedule from scratch, identify critical path, and keep it current · Comfortable building structure in an ambiguous environment; pragmatic over bureaucratic · Clear, direct communicator in English; German is an advantage Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
