Senior Product Manager, Wealth & AI (f/m/d)
Full TimeOn-siteSenior

What we do At getquin, we're on a mission to empower everyone to build wealth. Founded in 2020, we started with a simple idea: help people see their entire financial life in one place, so they can make more informed decisions. Today, getquin has grown into one of the largest wealth platforms globally, already helping over half a million users manage and grow their wealth. Our platform combines analytics, tools and community to make wealth-building accessible for everyone, not just the experts. After launching in Germany, we've started expanding across Europe, with a focus on growing our user base, building valuable new features and helping even more people take control of their financial future. If you're excited to help shape the future of personal wealth management, join us. We're just getting started. What you'll be doing You've built products for investors. You know what a TER actually does to a long-run return, why a user with four brokers has no visbility what they really own, and how differently people behave when the number on screen is their pension rather than their pocket money. You've probably also hit the ceiling of what a chart can tell someone. Better tables, more filters, another allocation donut. The data was always there; the answer never quite arrived. We have something nobody else has: a complete, cross-institution picture of a person's wealth. Investments, cash, liabilities and insurance contracts, in one place, for over half a million users. Your work is turning that into features and insights people understand and act on, and the interesting tools for doing that now include AI. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own that area. You'll work directly with the founders and the product team, alongside engineering and our financial advisory teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you'll mentor less experienced product managers on the team. Own the wealth product area end to end Set the product strategy and roadmap across the picture we give people of their wealth and how we help them optimize it Decide what we build on aggregated portfolio data that nobody with a single-broker view could build at all Own our efforts to stay on the forefront of digital wealth management services and play your part in disrupting a still very offline industry Work the unglamorous, high-leverage problems too: data quality, coverage gaps, missing cost basis, duplicate holdings across connections, ETFs held through more than one broker. A portfolio insight is only as trustworthy as the numbers under it Turn the data into something users act on Define the insights we surface about someone's portfolio, cash position and risk, and why each one earns a place on their screen Own our conversational AI assistant and our AI-driven insights: what they say, what they refuse to say, and how a user knows which is which Set the quality bar for anything we tell a user about their money: accuracy targets, human review, guardrails, rollback. Decide when something is good enough to ship and hold that line when the pressure is to ship anyway Own the numbers Define the metrics for your area: activation, engagement, the insight-to-action funnel, and contribution to subscription conversion and retention Run the experiments, including proper A/B testing, read them, and report what didn't work alongside what did Live in your own product analytics and write your own queries and reporting, rather than wait for someone to give that to you What we are looking for You might be a fit if: You've built wealth management, investing or portfolio products. You know the domain properly: instruments, ETFs, costs, allocation, risk, tax drag, and how retail investors actually behave rather than how they should. This is the requirement we're least flexible on You've owned a product area end to end against a number you defined yourself, with real experimentation behind it You've shipped at least one AI or LLM-based feature to production for real users, and you owned its output quality. You've shipped inside a legal or compliance constraint, and you can reason about where an insight becomes advice. Your product discovery produces evidence, not opinion. You can show us a real research artefact and a decision that changed because of it You're fluent in English; German is a plus You can work from our Berlin office, and you already have the right to work in Germany That usually adds up to around five or more years in product, but we care about the evidence, not the year count. If you came to product from engineering, data science, research, design, financial services, or from a Product Owner role, that counts. Strong plus if you have: PSD2, open banking or account aggregation experience Insurance or brokerage product exposure, which matters as we move into advisory Recommendation systems or personalisation at scale Subscription and paywall experimentation Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers Your own portfolio, and opinions about it If you meet most of this and not all of it, apply. We'd rather read your application than guess. Work authorisation This role requires an existing right to work in Germany. We're not able to sponsor visas or support relocation for this position, so we can only consider candidates who already hold German or EU work authorisation, or who can obtain it independently. We'd rather tell you now than after four conversations. What the first six months look like Month 1: you know the data model, the aggregation layer and its technology behind it. What our analytics do and don't cover, and understand how AI is already being used and where it. You've written down the three things you think are most wrong with the product today Months 2 to 3: a written, agreed area strategy with a prioritised roadmap, a primary metric with a baseline, and, clear metrics that you will be monitoring and optimizing along the way Months 3 to 4: the first thing you scoped is live to a user segment, with a read on the primary metric, and with quality measurement behind it if it involves generated output Months 5 to 6: two or three shipped iterations with measured results, including the ones that didn't work, a quality bar the team applies without you in the room, and at least one junior product manager who's visibly better at their job because of you You won't be measured on shipping volume. You'll be measured on whether your area got measurably more useful and more trustworthy. Why join getquin? Why join getquin? We're a fast-growing B2C fintech, and here, your work has real impact. From day one, you'll take ownership of your domain, ship features end-to-end, and help shape the direction of a product used across Europe. We value initiative, ownership and creativity, not layers of process. Three things that are specifically true of this role: Wealth management is ripe for disruption. Following digitalisation waves of banking and brokerage services, we are leading those efforts across the next big topic for private individuals: better understand and optimize your wealth The data asset is genuinely rare. Aggregated cross-institution wealth for half a million people, with over +€25bn in connected assets. Trade Republic sees its own platform. N26 sees the current account. Nobody else in Europe sees the whole picture, which means there are product questions you can only answer here You'll own the area, not a slice of it. At our size the decisions are yours Ready to build something meaningful? Then join us at the forefront of making wealth building accessible to everyone. How we hire Five conversations, typically three to four weeks from first call to decision. We tell you where you stand after every step, and we respond within seven days at every stage. Recruiter screen, 30 min, video. Role, scope, the salary band, hybrid expectation, notice period, work authorisation. No trick questions Hiring manager, 60 min, video. Your product area ownership, the outcome you drove, and your depth in the wealth domain. This is the first real fit conversation, in both directions Product case, take home. We give you a real getquin problem on aggregated wealth data and work through it together. We know you already have a job, hence we do not impose an in-person case during working hours Cross-functional panel, 2 x 30 min, in our Berlin office. Cover in more depth your case study and deep dive further in your understanding of product metrics and approach to product development. Usually in person in our office. Close conversation, 30 min. Team fit, how you like to work, and whatever is still open, including your questions for a founder Along the last part we will be making reference checks, but only with former employers. Once we have this, we will make you a formal offer. The whole loop runs in English. Tell us if you need any adjustment to the process, whether timing, format or accessibility, and we'll make it. You don't need to explain why. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Security Engineer (Hybrid or Remote)
VividRemote (Fully Remote)23 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
awssplunkoidcsamlssoencryption+7

About The Role We're looking for a Security Engineer to own and improve the security of our internal environment — the identities, SaaS apps, endpoints, AI tooling, and networks our employees use every day. This is a hands-on senior role: we expect you to design controls, find the gaps, and drive the changes that close them — and to build the automation that makes it scale. We're an EMI-licensed fintech in a fully cloud-native AWS environment, we use AI heavily, and we're growing fast. We need someone who can lead technical initiatives independently, influence our security architecture, challenge approaches that no longer fit, and explain it clearly to engineers and leadership. Your Mission Detection & Response (SIEM) — our top priority Own SIEM alerting end-to-end: ship logs from endpoints, IdP, VPN, SaaS, and cloud; write and tune detection rules; cut false positives. Act as first responder for security incidents — investigate, contain, drive to closure with clear runbooks — and feed recurring issues back into preventive controls. Identity, Access & SaaS Administer the IdP (SSO via SAML/OIDC, MFA, conditional access) and run access recertification end-to-end across IdP, SaaS, AWS, and internal tools — scope, evidence, follow-through on revocations. Hunt down over-permissive and stale access, enforce least privilege and PAM, catch SoD gaps, and make JML and third-party access work in practice. Improve SaaS security posture (Google/Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, others) and apply DLP controls to limit data leakage. Endpoint, Email & Phishing Defense Keep the endpoint stack healthy and well-tuned — MDM, XDR/AV, device-compliance checks for VPN/ZTNA — and define posture requirements (disk encryption, EDR present, OS version) with automated remediation. Defend against phishing and spoofing — secure email gateway rules, DMARC/SPF/DKIM — and run phishing simulations and security awareness, acting on the results. Automation & Ownership Build internal tooling and automate repetitive operations — reduce manual work, don't just operate it. Own the roadmap for your areas: identify gaps, lead initiatives independently, and raise the bar rather than just maintain it. Your Profile 5+ years in security operations, corporate/IT security, or endpoint engineering. Strong with a SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, Panther, Sumo Logic) — detection engineering and incident response — plus an identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace), access recertification, and least-privilege / PAM. Working knowledge of endpoint security (MDM, XDR/EDR/AV) and email / phishing defense. Practical experience securing how a company uses AI internally: shadow AI discovery, DLP for AI tools, controls for AI assistants and agents, and a working risk framework for adopting new ones. You've done this for real, not from a vendor pitch deck. Strong scripting and automation skills — you build tooling against APIs, not just configure consoles. Track record of driving improvements end-to-end and leading initiatives with little oversight. Сlear written and spoken English for engineers and leadership. Why Join Vivid? We have a hybrid model in our Limassol office, or fully remote outside office locations. We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed. Learning & development budget to support your professional growth. Fully paid vacation and sick leave. Sports compensation. Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one. Enhance your expertise and shape the future of FinTech. Join Vivid's talented team and help us revolutionize how businesses think about their finances! Compensation range Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. About Vivid At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

accountingnetsuitecompliancecompliancepartnershipscompensation & benefits+2

Headquarters: Americas Remote About Customer.io Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. About the role Hi, my name is Eric Anderson, Senior Controller at Customer.io , and I'm looking for an AP Contractor to keep our T&E engine running clean through a busy stretch. Our Accounting team relies on Ramp and Navan to keep expense and travel spend moving, and we need someone who can own the day-to-day grind — coding, reconciling, chasing exceptions — without losing sight of the bigger picture. This is a 6-month contract with real ownership from day one, working closely with Terre Holmes and the AP team. What we value Ownership — you drive the exception queue to zero, not someone else. Directness — you enforce policy clearly and kindly, without dodging hard conversations. Precision — a mismatched dollar amount doesn't get past you. What you'll do Own Ramp expense management end-to-end — review, code, and approve expense reports, chase missing receipts, and enforce policy compliance. Administer Navan travel — reconcile bookings and spend, flag policy exceptions, and support employees through out-of-policy approvals. Review AP bills for accuracy, coding, and approval routing — catching duplicate invoices and mismatched amounts before they hit the payment queue. Reconcile Ramp and Navan activity against the GL and drive the exception queue to zero before every close. Serve as the responsive point of contact for vendors — confirming payment details, tracking status, and resolving disputes. Spot recurring T&E headaches and propose (and document) process fixes. What we're looking for 3+ years of AP & T&E experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment Hands-on experience with Ramp and/or Navan (or comparable — Concur, Expensify, TravelPerk) Sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of expense policy enforcement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a recurring, deadline-driven workload Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP is a plus Compensation & Benefits This is a contracted engagement at $45–60/hr USD , depending on experience, for an estimated 6-month term. Our Process No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision. 30-minute video call with a Recruiter 45-minute video call with the Hiring Manager 45-minute cross-functional screen with a member of the AP team All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process. Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact. Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io . Join us! Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness.
