This is a senior leadership position for someone who combines deep technical expertise in knowledge representation, graph-based learning, and reasoning systems with the ability to build, inspire, and scale a high-performing team. You will own the end-to-end technical direction of a per-tenant contextual knowledge graph that captures the full complexity of each customer's sales environment: accounts, deals, contacts, rep behaviors, competitive landscape, and the signals buried in calls, emails, and CRM activity. This graph is the reasoning backbone of the platform, powering next-best-action recommendations, deal risk signals, coaching suggestions, competitive intelligence, and agentic AI workflows. In this role, you will set the research agenda, define the architecture, hire and grow the team, and drive measurable business impact through applied science innovation. Reasoning & Inference Systems: Lead the development of reasoning and inference layers over
About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world's largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas: Scaling and infrastructure. Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online. Velocity. The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform. Inference engine. The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request. Performance. Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance. This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like. Key responsibilities Own the programs that scale Claude's serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery. Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path. Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision. Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps. Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org. Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams. Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion. Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs. Minimum qualifications 7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it. Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking. A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly. A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep. The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers. Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on. Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit. Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably. Preferred qualifications Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing. Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform. Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services. Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity. Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work. Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling. Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements. Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Background Nash powers the logistics infrastructure behind some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and 7-Eleven, along with platforms like Shopify and Toast. We are scaling fast, the category is forming around us, and we are building the product marketing function from scratch. We're hiring our first Product Marketing Lead to own positioning, narrative, launches, and the strategic voice of the platform that is becoming foundational to modern commerce. The Role This is the strategic seat where positioning, narrative, customer truth, competitive worldview, and launch craft come together. It is also where the next chapter of Nash's product strategy is shaped. Product marketing can take many different forms in different organizations... It can be a function to spit out whitepapers and datasheets, a megaphone for product management, or… it can be something very different: a force multiplier for the whole organization. We're looking for the latter. You'll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer (whose career has been building and leading marketing, growth, and product organizations at companies like Twilio, Plaid, and Salesforce). You'll work as a peer to our Product Team, and alongside our CEO, our CTO, and a small, senior, fast-moving cross-functional group across product, engineering, sales, and growth. The bar for taste, craft, and strategic thinking on this team is high, and the trajectory for someone strong in this seat is significant. How We Think About PMM The best PMMs sit at the intersection of three rare skills: technical curiosity, business acumen, and creativity. You don't need to be a coder, but you need to understand technical implementation, tradeoffs, and be able to talk to a technical audience credibly enough to know what they'll ask next. You don't need to be a salesperson, but you need to read buying behavior, understand the worldview of the decision-maker, and articulate the value of the problem we're resolving (not the value of our product). You talk in the language of the customer, not the language of our company. You don't need to be a designer or a copywriter, but you need to write narratives with emotional resonance, position with clear differentiation, and find the experiment, the data, or the execution model that actually moves the needle. The skills are hard enough to find in one person. The harder bar is what you do with them. Great PMM teams are not measured on what they did. They are measured on what they got the company to achieve together. They don't ask the org to enable them. They enable the org. They earn strategic influence by inspiring the company with a common vision, and then get the whole company pulling together in the same direction. How We Work: AI-Native, By Default Product marketing at Nash is AI-native and builder-led. We're looking for a PMM who has fundamentally rewired their workflow around AI, not someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT to clean up an email. Someone who reaches for Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Replit, and whatever ships next week as instinctively as they reach for a Google doc. The reason is straightforward: the speed and surface area of what one product marketer can produce has changed by an order of magnitude in the last eighteen months. Customer interview synthesis, competitive teardowns, narrative iteration, message testing at scale, launch asset production, sales enablement, internal narrative documents: every loop has compressed. We want someone who feels that in their bones and uses it to compound their craft, not replace it. We still deeply value the soul, the originality, the conviction, and the taste that can only come from a real product marketer who has actually sat with hundreds of customers and built a worldview. But we need to pair that with the velocity AI brings, so insight reaches the org and the market while it still matters. In practice this looks like having Claude synthesize forty customer calls into the real patterns (and dampening the lone noisy ones) before you write the narrative, running ten message variants against synthetic personas before you brief the real ones, prototyping a launch landing page in Replit on the same day you finalize the positioning, building a competitive intel system that updates itself, and treating prompt craft, model choice, and tool-chaining as part of your PMM practice. If your reaction to a new AI tool is curiosity and a Saturday afternoon experiment, you'll fit here. If you believe AI will never replace , you probably won't. What You'll Do - Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category we're shaping - Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement of whether the launch actually moved the business - Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash. Distill the full breadth of customer signal into the patterns that matter, so Product can build against truth and Sales can sell against reality - Own competitive intelligence: a living worldview on every competitor that matters, refreshed continuously, that a Sales rep can use in a deal at 4pm on a Friday - Build the launch system itself (the cadence, the rituals, the templates, the prompts, the playbooks) so each launch compounds rather than getting reinvented - Partner with Sales as a strategic peer. Be the deepest student of our market, our buyers, and the problems they're actually trying to solve, and the best teacher of it across the org. But also build the system so your knowledge scales without you: living competitive intel, talk tracks grounded in real customer signal, enablement that a rep can pull from at 4pm on a Friday without pinging anyone. The best PMM isn't the one who answers every ping. It's the one who built the system that made most of them unnecessary. - Partner with Product as a peer. Challenge the roadmap with customer signal, shape what we build, not just how we describe it - Equip the org. Pricing, packaging, deal desk, content, web, sales plays: make Nash collectively faster and sharper at every customer touchpoint - Build and grow the PMM function over time as Nash scales Requirements - 8+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles, with shipped work at a high-growth B2B technology company that you can defend in detail (the decisions, the tradeoffs, the outcomes) - Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of technical, business, and creative, not just one of the three - Has owned positioning and launches for a complex platform product (infrastructure, fintech, devtools, data, logistics) where the buyer is technical and the stakes are real - Active, daily use of Claude (or equivalent LLM) and AI prototyping tools like Replit as the core of your workflow of how you actually get things done, not just a copy editing tool. - Strong narrative and writing craft. You can hold a worldview in your head and turn it into copy that sticks - Comfortable in the data. Funnel, deal, pipeline, win/loss; happy to sit in a CRM and pull the truth yourself rather than wait for a dashboard - Customer-obsessed. You measure your week by how many real customer conversations you had, not how many decks you produced - Strong opinions, communicated clearly, updated quickly when the evidence changes - Has built or scaled a PMM function before, or is genuinely ready to do so for the first time - Bonus: prior experience in logistics, commerce infrastructure, or B2B platforms with a technical buyer; time spent as a PM or in a customer-facing role earlier in your career; built and shipped your own side project using AI tools - Location: Hybrid remote/in-office, Bay Area preferred, Fully remote considered for right candidate. How to Apply Send us your resume, a portfolio or links to launches and positioning work you've owned, and a short note on the launch or narrative you're most proud of and why. If you'd rather skip the cover letter and send a Loom walking us through a piece of work, or a Replit prototype of the Nash homepage you'd build instead of ours, that is very much encouraged. Want to grab our attention and bypass the Recruiting platform? Record a video introducing yourself at testimonials.nash.ai with code JOIN-NASH - you'll get the benefit of your application instantly notifying us via Slack, and we'll get some much needed testing coverage on our latest PMM-focused claude build:) More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. What You'll Love About Us ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We're scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that's okay. If this role excites you, we'd love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a remote position. We are considering candidates in Germany, Sweden, Spain, Ireland and the UK only. The opportunity: Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack. The Observability department is focused on enabling developers to understand the health and performance of their applications and infrastructure in any environment by providing tools to instrument their code, ingest observability data into Grafana Cloud and visualize and explore it. What is the Ingest team? We build and maintain the configuration and deployment tooling that bridges the gap between "I want observability" and "I have observability,". To achieve this the team owns Fleet Management , the Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart , and the Instrumentation Hub . Fleet Management is the cloud-based central control plane our customers use to manage hundreds of thousands of Observability Collectors in the wild. The Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart is used to effectively deploy Observability Collection in Kubernetes based environments. The Instrumentation Hub seamlessly combines Fleet Management and the Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart to achieve a magic 1-command instrumentation experience. What You'll Be Doing: Manage and develop the team of backend and frontend engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting each person's growth through career conversations. This is a remote team, distributed between EMEA and NASA. Collaborate closely with go-to-market to ensure customers and prospects are successful with their Observability collection journey. Work closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure Fleet Management, the Kubernetes Helm Chart, and the Instrumentation Hub fit seamlessly into the end-to-end user experience for Grafana cloud products. Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle from early ideation through planning, execution and post‑launch guiding the team to deliver high‑quality results consistently. Foster a psychologically safe environment where engineers can learn, experiment and iterate quickly, encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement. Work across team boundaries by contributing to projects outside your team's scope and partnering with other functions to solve customer problems. As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience in either of these areas is a strong advantage: Observability (especially OpenTelemetry), or building a central control plane that manages fleets of collectors. You will be comfortable working with engineering teams who have a strong sense of autonomy in their decision-making, be it technical or product focused. While you're great with people and adept at managing relationships, you still keep up-to-date with the latest technical trends and shifts in order to maintain and enhance your understanding of the challenges your teams face. Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures in a fully remote environment, using clear, empathetic communication to build trust, connection, and psychological safety. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, align stakeholders, and elevate team performance to deliver meaningful, high-quality results. Deeply customer-focused, consistently grounding decisions and technical choices in user needs and real-world impact. Solid understanding of distributed systems principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, consistency, and observability. Comfort with AI-assisted tooling. We embrace AI and agentic development so we expect you to be curious and comfortable using AI-powered tools and ideally have practical experience folding them into a team's workflow. Who is Boulevard ? Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most. Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen . We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most . Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too. ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Experience team is responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening relationships with Boulevard's customers. As the Onboarding Manager for our Small/Medium Business segment, you will lead a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists (OSs) responsible for driving fast, consistent, and high-quality activations across our highest-volume customer segment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on operational rigor, forecasting discipline, and coaching a team to hit velocity targets at scale. SMB success is defined by speed, standardization, and repeatability — helping customers reach value quickly through a consistent, well-executed process. You'll be accountable for outcomes, not activity: activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and team execution quality. Above all, you'll ensure every customer is positioned to achieve long-term success by balancing implementation speed with solution quality, customer readiness, and adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO Team Leadership & Development Manage and develop a team of 8–12 OSs through structured 1:1s, Gong-based coaching, and performance reviews. Drive a culture of ownership and accountability — coaching specialists to lead customer timelines firmly rather than passively tracking status. Run structured weekly portfolio reviews covering On Track, At Risk, On Hold/Delayed, Forecasted Out, and Aging accounts, with a defined recovery plan and owner for every at-risk account. Own new hire ramp quality, volume, and velocity, including acting as a buddy/shadow resource for new specialists' early customer assignments. Develop future leaders through mentoring, stretch assignments, succession planning, and career development conversations. Execution & Portfolio Management Own team activation velocity against benchmark targets. Track and enforce efficiency standards across the funnel to eliminate backlog drag. Maintain forecast accuracy and hold specialists accountable for defensible, evidence-based commits. Analyze operational trends to identify root causes impacting activation velocity, forecast accuracy, cancellations, customer delays, and portfolio health. Ensure customers consistently complete implementation milestones and activation readiness standards. Customer Risk Leadership Own customer risk identification, mitigation strategies, and executive escalations to maximize activation success. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify systemic bottlenecks across onboarding and recommend scalable process improvements. Use portfolio trends and operational data to influence tooling, playbooks, customer journey improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Operations to improve reporting, automation, and onboarding efficiency. Coaching & Quality Score and review Gong calls per the coaching cadence. Deliver documented coaching tied to specific behaviors: driving vs. tracking, handling pushback, timeline control, and escalation discipline. Run team meetings that are portfolio-focused and action-oriented — activation pacing, risk cohort review, backlog recovery, and skill development. Cross-Functional Business Partnership Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clean pre-sale to post-sale handoffs for the SMB segment. Serve as the voice of the SMB customer across Product and Engineering, surfacing friction points from high-volume onboarding patterns. Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on capacity planning, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency. Identify and champion automation, tooling, and process efficiencies that increase throughput without sacrificing quality. Maintain data hygiene standards across project management and implementation platforms. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 1–2 years leading a team. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with velocity and forecasting discipline. Strong coaching skills — able to translate call reviews and metrics into specific, actionable behavior change. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where speed and consistency matter. Experience with data hygiene and reporting integrity in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). Experience with project management or implementation platforms. Ability to hold a team accountable to standards while maintaining a supportive, development-oriented culture. Strong written and verbal communication skills for both customer-facing escalations and internal reporting. BONUS POINTS FOR Experience managing high-volume onboarding motions. Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools for coaching at scale. Experience within wellness, healthcare, med spa, salon, or service-based industries.
