Manager of Implementations, High Touch - EMEA Hi, I'm John and I'm the Head of Professional Services at Ashby . One of my favorite aspects of Ashby is our operating principle of Continuous Improvement . Coupled with our principle of caring deeply about our customers, we often find ourselves wondering 'what is a better way to accomplish this'. That's why I am thrilled to be hiring an EMEA Manager of High Touch Implementations! As a leader on our growing Professional Services team (within Ashby's Customer Success organization), you'll have the opportunity to play a key role early in our customers' journey, ultimately upleveling the overall customer experience. About this role: As our Manager of High Touch Implementations in EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality experiences for customers beginning their Ashby journey. You will lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to our High Touch (mid-market) customers, reporting into our EMEA Manager of Implementations. You will oversee the delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences, and will partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning for prospective customers. Role requirements: Implementation & Project Management: You have extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects (defining the work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating the project plan, and ultimately delivering results in accordance with the agreed upon expectations). You keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met. You work effectively in a remote-first setting, with the ability to travel <10% as needed for strategic customer engagements. Team Leadership: You build and scale high-performing teams, empowering them to achieve outcomes that meet or exceed the high standards set by our team and company. Customer Centricity: You are adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations to meet their specific requirements. You build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; you're the customer's proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period. Bias for Action: You move work forward, translating ambiguity into clear paths, driving toward outcomes, and ensuring follow-through. Regional Focus: You leverage your understanding of the EMEA market to define and evolve how implementations are delivered, ensuring our approach optimizes for regional considerations and scales without compromising quality. Fluency with Enterprise Motions: You are comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements. You are experienced in navigating change management processes at scale and helping customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach. Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies; you are technically curious and creative. Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: You proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve our processes accordingly. You don't rely only on 'I've seen this done,' but instead think critically to solve problems. Cross-functional Collaboration: You effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress. What Success Looks Like: EMEA customers achieve time-to-value quickly and predictably Implementation quality is consistent across segments without feeling templated Upmarket customers receive an enterprise-ready onboarding experience Clear, effective transitions into Customer Success support strong adoption momentum Scalable processes reduce manual effort while preserving quality You could be a great fit if: You love to coach. You see every teaching moment as an opportunity and are excited to help your team and our customers grow. You demonstrate clear communication. You ask clarifying questions with precision and can distill complex concepts into simple themes. You approach all stakeholder conversations with confidence. You are a great listener. You see your role as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders so we can ensure that our offerings continue to evolve in accordance with customer needs. You are a problem solver. You thrive at solving complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions. ⚡️You know process matters. You are eager to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and efficacy. Your peers describe you as detail-oriented and technically proficient. You take pride in internal operations. You are data-driven. You use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success. You are adaptable. You can navigate changes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You might not be a great fit if: You prefer being an individual contributor. You prefer an in-person role over remote. You are less interested in customer-facing roles that require both technical and interpersonal skills. You are accustomed to defining ideas and strategies, yet not responsible for their execution. You prefer working with a simple product (such as a point solution). You prefer exclusively to build (rather than build, iterate, optimize). Our Philosophy Here are a few key points (relevant to the go-to-market side) that should give you an idea of what it is like to work with us: We spend a lot of time building best-in-class products since we believe a highly differentiated product is a lot easier to sell. We want to offer deep expertise whenever we interact with prospects and customers. We strongly believe that small teams with very talented people (and the right work environment) deliver much better performance than teams with large headcount. We hire and compensate accordingly. We value a strong sense of ownership, principled thinking over experience, and thoughtful communication (we put a lot of effort into using the right communication channels) - we'll get into these and other values during the hiring process. The Interview At Ashby, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. Our interview process is structured to get to know you and your career as well as empower you with insight into our key focus areas. Here is the process in its entirety: 30 min - Recruiter Screen with Talent Team 45 min - Interview with Head of Professional Services (Hiring Manager) 45 min - Mock Customer Escalation Call Final Round Part 1: 30 min - Interview with VP of Customer Success 30 min - Cross-functional Leadership interview Final Round Part 2: 30 min - Interview with CEO 10 min - Closing Questions with Hiring Manager Benefits You'll get the time to do things the right way; we put a lot of emphasis on high quality work and avoid quick hacks as much as possible. You get to sell a product that our prospects & customers are truly excited about. Competitive compensation is offered. 10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn't feel pressure to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby —do it when you feel financially comfortable. Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year. Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. About the Role Social is one of the most visible surfaces of the LP brand, and it's ready for a strategic owner. You'll set the direction for how LP shows up across every platform, from LinkedIn to Reddit, and turn that presence into a real growth channel rather than a content calendar that runs on its own. This is a build role. You'll define the strategy, prove that social drives pipeline, and make the function a reliable partner to the rest of marketing. You'll work closely with our CEO on his thought leadership presence and with content, demand gen, and sales on campaigns that need social to land. What You'll Do Build and publish a documented social strategy within your first 90 days: channel priorities, content pillars, posting cadence, and voice guidelines, reviewed quarterly against performance data. Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target, set jointly with sales and RevOps, and build the reporting that shows a clear line between social activity and business results. Grow share of voice for LP's core narrative through follower growth, reach, and impressions on flagship content, including our CEO's thought leadership and our Reddit presence. Manage community health end to end: engagement rate, response time, and sentiment, with a clear before-and-after benchmark from your first day. Make social a dependable contributor to at least one other function's goals within your first year, such as the newsletter's social section, video series distribution, or webinar promotion, with a documented handoff process. Own real-time judgment calls. Reddit threads and comment sections move fast, and there's no playbook for every scenario. You'll decide when to engage, when to escalate, and how to protect the brand without waiting for direction. What We're Looking For Skills and Experience 4-6 years in social media or community management, with at least 2 years owning strategy rather than executing someone else's calendar. Deep working knowledge of how platforms actually behave, not a one-size-fits-all approach to LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. Comfortable pulling and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data, and adjusting strategy based on what the numbers say. Strong brand voice discipline. You can make LP sound like LP everywhere, including in fast-moving, informal spaces like Reddit. Hands-on content creation or art direction skill, whether that's producing content yourself or briefing designers and videographers effectively. Attributes You operate as a strategic owner of the function, not an execution arm. You spot opportunities and act on them rather than waiting to be asked. You have strong judgment under ambiguity. When something goes sideways in public, you own it end to end. You hold a high quality bar even at volume. Social is often a prospect's first touchpoint with LP, and you know sloppy content undercuts the brand. You work fluidly across functions. Social touches nearly everything else in marketing, and you're comfortable coordinating with content, demand gen, sales, and leadership. You stay ahead of platform shifts and cultural moments instead of catching up to them weeks later. Compensation Additional Information Join us in shaping the future of real estate The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the proptech and marketing sectors, Luxury Presence challenges the status quo of what technology can do for real estate agents, leaders, and brokerages. We're a team of agile and tenacious innovators working collaboratively to drive the industry forward. Together, we build game-changing products that empower modern real estate entrepreneurs to dominate their markets. From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition. Founded in 2016 by Stanford Business School alum Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence has grown to a global team ranked on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list three years in a row. Role Overview We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions we build for our clients: more than 20,000 real estate websites that rank independently, each in its own market, with its own authority, its own competitors, and a real business depending on the outcome. This is not the SEO of a single corporate domain or one large marketplace. It is a platform product, where one change to a template, a schema implementation, or the way we render content moves thousands of domains at once. The mandate is an excellent organic discovery platform: technical foundations, page experience, conversion, content, measurement, migrations, and experimentation. AI search is a growing part of that. Our clients are evaluated by Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both. This is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. You will set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and build the defaults, standards, and safeguards that make quality hold across the entire fleet. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one. What You'll Do Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform, including what clients can see, control, and get credit for Own the technical foundations across every page type we generate: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance Productize what repeats. When the same issue or workflow shows up across the fleet, solve it once through better defaults, automation, shared capabilities, or safeguards Make our clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how we measure citations and visibility across answer engines Run a real experimentation program: prove changes on representative cohorts of sites, establish incremental impact, then scale what works rather than shipping broadly and inferring impact afterward Own migration quality and regression prevention, including the standards, acceptance criteria, and automated checks that hold search quality as the platform ships Partner with the team building the next generation of our website platform so search is designed in from the start, and give every product team a low-friction path to the right implementation Set platform-level goals for organic performance, AI visibility, and client outcomes, and report against them to leadership Who You Are 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years as a product manager shipping alongside engineering teams You have owned search for a platform that hosts many independent customer domains, such as a website builder, a hosting or commerce platform, or a multi-location or franchise network. Running search for one large marketplace or corporate domain is valuable experience, but the fleet problem is a different job and it is the one we have Deep technical foundation across rendering and JavaScript SEO, crawl and index management, information architecture, structured data, page performance, and migrations You treat bots and AI agents as users of a website alongside people, and you design for both without trading one against the other Obsessive about experimentation and measurement, including cohort testing, causal impact analysis, Search Console data at scale, log analysis, and the discipline to tell a result from a coincidence A current point of view on AI search, including how models discover, interpret, and cite a brand, and the judgment to separate what genuinely moves visibility from what is repackaged advice Fluent with AI as a working tool. You use it to investigate messy systems, establish ground truth quickly, prototype solutions, and unblock yourself rather than waiting on another team at every stage of discovery You get requirements implemented by teams you do not own, and you are welcome back afterward. What you write is sharp enough that a team of engineers can move without waiting on you Opinionated about prioritization. This space generates infinite work, and your judgment about what to ignore matters as much as what you ship Preferred Qualifications Experience at a website platform such as Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, or Duda Experience with programmatic or template-driven SEO across large page inventories Local and entity-driven search experience, since our clients compete market by market Conversion and page experience work alongside acquisition, since traffic that does not convert does not help a client Background in PropTech, real estate, or another B2B2C category where the platform's job is to make its customers win Experience building client-facing reporting or diagnostic tools for a non-technical audience Compensation Additional Information Join us in shaping the future of real estate The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground.
