Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. About the Role Social is one of the most visible surfaces of the LP brand, and it's ready for a strategic owner. You'll set the direction for how LP shows up across every platform, from LinkedIn to Reddit, and turn that presence into a real growth channel rather than a content calendar that runs on its own. This is a build role. You'll define the strategy, prove that social drives pipeline, and make the function a reliable partner to the rest of marketing. You'll work closely with our CEO on his thought leadership presence and with content, demand gen, and sales on campaigns that need social to land. What You'll Do Build and publish a documented social strategy within your first 90 days: channel priorities, content pillars, posting cadence, and voice guidelines, reviewed quarterly against performance data. Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target, set jointly with sales and RevOps, and build the reporting that shows a clear line between social activity and business results. Grow share of voice for LP's core narrative through follower growth, reach, and impressions on flagship content, including our CEO's thought leadership and our Reddit presence. Manage community health end to end: engagement rate, response time, and sentiment, with a clear before-and-after benchmark from your first day. Make social a dependable contributor to at least one other function's goals within your first year, such as the newsletter's social section, video series distribution, or webinar promotion, with a documented handoff process. Own real-time judgment calls. Reddit threads and comment sections move fast, and there's no playbook for every scenario. You'll decide when to engage, when to escalate, and how to protect the brand without waiting for direction. What We're Looking For Skills and Experience 4-6 years in social media or community management, with at least 2 years owning strategy rather than executing someone else's calendar. Deep working knowledge of how platforms actually behave, not a one-size-fits-all approach to LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. Comfortable pulling and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data, and adjusting strategy based on what the numbers say. Strong brand voice discipline. You can make LP sound like LP everywhere, including in fast-moving, informal spaces like Reddit. Hands-on content creation or art direction skill, whether that's producing content yourself or briefing designers and videographers effectively. Attributes You operate as a strategic owner of the function, not an execution arm. You spot opportunities and act on them rather than waiting to be asked. You have strong judgment under ambiguity. When something goes sideways in public, you own it end to end. You hold a high quality bar even at volume. Social is often a prospect's first touchpoint with LP, and you know sloppy content undercuts the brand. You work fluidly across functions. Social touches nearly everything else in marketing, and you're comfortable coordinating with content, demand gen, sales, and leadership. You stay ahead of platform shifts and cultural moments instead of catching up to them weeks later. Role Overview We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions we build for our clients: more than 20,000 real estate websites that rank independently, each in its own market, with its own authority, its own competitors, and a real business depending on the outcome. This is not the SEO of a single corporate domain or one large marketplace. It is a platform product, where one change to a template, a schema implementation, or the way we render content moves thousands of domains at once. The mandate is an excellent organic discovery platform: technical foundations, page experience, conversion, content, measurement, migrations, and experimentation. AI search is a growing part of that. Our clients are evaluated by Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both. This is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. You will set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and build the defaults, standards, and safeguards that make quality hold across the entire fleet. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one. What You'll Do Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform, including what clients can see, control, and get credit for Own the technical foundations across every page type we generate: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance Productize what repeats. When the same issue or workflow shows up across the fleet, solve it once through better defaults, automation, shared capabilities, or safeguards Make our clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how we measure citations and visibility across answer engines Run a real experimentation program: prove changes on representative cohorts of sites, establish incremental impact, then scale what works rather than shipping broadly and inferring impact afterward Own migration quality and regression prevention, including the standards, acceptance criteria, and automated checks that hold search quality as the platform ships Partner with the team building the next generation of our website platform so search is designed in from the start, and give every product team a low-friction path to the right implementation Set platform-level goals for organic performance, AI visibility, and client outcomes, and report against them to leadership Who You Are 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years as a product manager shipping alongside engineering teams You have owned search for a platform that hosts many independent customer domains, such as a website builder, a hosting or commerce platform, or a multi-location or franchise network. You use it to investigate messy systems, establish ground truth quickly, prototype solutions, and unblock yourself rather than waiting on another team at every stage of discovery You get requirements implemented by teams you do not own, and you are welcome back afterward. About Flexport: At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That's why it's our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We're shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year. The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. There is no MSSP and no tier-1 queue here. Detection & Response engineers own their detections end to end: you write them, you tune them, and your team is paged when they fire. The security team is spread across the globe with a follow-the-sun pager rotation so nobody is paged at 3am local. The adversaries are real. The business is growing fast and the threat surface is growing with it. Defining the necessary telemetry is part of the job. What You'll Do Detection engineering Build and tune detections across endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud , treating them as software: version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and shipped through the same CI/CD practices the rest of engineering uses. Track detection quality as measured quantities : coverage against MITRE ATT&CK, precision, time-to-detect. We don't build-and-forget here. Response & automation Own EMEA-hours incident response: triage, contain, remediate, and write the retrospective that turns the incident into a systemic fix. Build automation that removes toil from investigations, and partner closely with the US-based team so context carries across time zones instead of getting lost at handoff. Telemetry & partnership Define telemetry requirements for new systems before they ship , working with infrastructure and product teams to close visibility gaps rather than discovering them during an incident. Threat hunt proactively across the estate , converting hypotheses into either new detections or documented coverage. You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in detection engineering, incident response, or threat hunting, with real hands-on time writing and tuning detections. We care more about what you've built than the exact number. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar) and comfort writing production-grade detection and automation code. Experience with a modern SIEM or detection pipeline (Panther, Elastic, Splunk, or similar). What matters is that you've shipped and tuned detection logic in production. Practical incident response experience : you've led or played a major role in triaging and closing out real security incidents. Nice to Have Experience treating detections as code with CI/CD, peer review, and staged rollout. Experience defining telemetry contracts for systems before they ship. A track record of critically evaluating and verifying AI-assisted work — testing, source-checking, validation — rather than trusting agent output by default. If you haven't already spotted the em dashes in this job description and already thought about where the hiring manager (hi!) has put hands on keyboard and compared that to where they let the LLM watermarks through, you might not be the right person for the job. Familiarity with EU data-residency and cross-border data-handling considerations. Experience with fraud or financial-crime detection patterns. How We Work In Amsterdam we come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We stay closely aligned with our coworkers on other continents. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special You own your detections end to end. No MSSP, no tier-1 queue, and real authority over incident response rather than a night-shift triage seat. The consequences here are physical, not abstract: a containment decision can stop a customs filing or freight actually moving. You'll inherit a real, established estate with legacy telemetry gaps to close — genuinely underexplored surface area, not a well-mined problem. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment Daily catered lunches incl. vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks and soft drinks available in our office on a daily basis Commute expenses: Flexport will cover home-office commuting costs for employees living outside of Amsterdam 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment Health insurance: Flexport offers a collective health insurance plan including a basic package and any available additional packages. Your monthly premium is fully paid by Flexport. A defined pension contribution scheme Equity program: every team member becomes a shareholder, aligning our success with yours. As a private company in a multi-trillion dollar industry, you have a direct stake in our collective growth and success. Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living: Flexport provides an employer-sponsored program at no cost to you and your household members Parental leave benefit: Flexport is here to support you and your family during one of the most important times in life — the birth of a child. Our parental leave program allows both mothers and partners to take time off from work for pregnancy, childbirth, and to bond with your new child. Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, health status, marital and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Your team owns Trust Hub, Twilio's KYC Platform and the gateway to accessing all of Twilio's communication APIs. Ground every decision in customer data and feedback from both audiences. EMPOWER OTHERS: Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class engineering team. Build a culture of psychological safety, candid feedback, and career growth. Coach your engineers-from mid-level to staff-to reach their full potential and take on increasing ownership. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring and development decision. RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Navigate competing priorities across external product features, internal platform needs, and Ops Tooling investments. Balance requests from multiple stakeholders-Product Management, internal engineering teams, and operations-with a clear framework for saying "no" to protect focus. Ensure resources are aligned to the highest-impact work across all three pillars. WRITE IT DOWN: Communicate team strategy, progress, and risks clearly and consistently to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners. Author team plans, post-mortems, and decision documents that create transparency and alignment. BUILD BRIDGES: Act as the primary point of contact between the Compliance Domain and its stakeholders. Manage relationships with Product Management, external-facing teams, and internal engineering teams that depend on your compliance services and Ops Tooling. Proactively communicate roadmap plans, surface trade-offs, negotiate priorities, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into what your team is delivering and why.
