You have experience designing multi-region, multi-tenant platforms with strong isolation, scalability, failure recovery, and data-consistency guarantees. You have experience integrating with third-party communications or messaging vendors and designing abstractions that account for different capabilities, rate limits, and failure modes. You have experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component with an elegant, simple and extensible design. You write high quality code that is easily understood and used by others. You are proficient at making significant changes in a large code base, and have developed a suite of tools and practices that enable you and your team to do so safely. You are proficient with AI-assisted development tools and apply sound judgment to validate their outputs. Full Stack Engineer - Trust and Safety
InternshipFully RemoteMid$187,680 - $187,680 / Year

What's in it for you?  Ready to make a serious impact? Millions of people already rely on Calendly, and we're still in the midst of exciting product growth — it's a fantastic time to join us. Everything you'll work on here will accelerate your career to the next level. If you want to learn, grow, and do the best work of your life alongside the best people you've ever worked with, then we hope you'll consider allowing Calendly to be a part of your professional journey. About the team & opportunity Millions of people use Calendly to book meetings, and most of that happens on public booking pages where anyone with a link can schedule time. That openness is what makes Calendly easy to use, and it's also what makes it a target. The Trust & Safety team keeps Calendly safe without slowing anyone down. We protect everyone who interacts with Calendly: the hosts who share their links, the invitees who book with them, and the email and SMS providers and partners who rely on us to send responsibly. Our work covers three areas: preventing and responding to abuse, protecting the deliverability and compliance of the messages Calendly sends, and keeping messaging costs predictable as the platform grows. Most of our problems are adversarial. We often can't rely on knowing who someone is, so we judge behavior, patterns, and content instead. Attackers change tactics all the time, so we build signals that last from one attack to the next. And we take false positives seriously, because blocking a real customer costs more than letting a spammer through. Engineers work closely with our Trust & Safety Operations team, who see abuse first and shape what we build. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager for the Trust & Safety team. A day in the life of a Full Stack Engineer at Calendly On a typical day, you will be working on:  Building and improving the systems that detect and stop abuse across sign-up, booking, and messaging, such as spam, phishing, bots, and fraudulent SMS traffic. Improving the reliability, deliverability, and compliance of the email and SMS notifications Calendly sends. Shipping new detection carefully: measuring how it performs on real traffic before it acts on accounts, and weighing false positives against false negatives. Responding to active abuse, including during on-call, by stopping the damage fast, then replacing quick fixes with durable ones. Building tools that help our Trust & Safety Operations team review accounts faster and understand why the system took each action. Partnering with Product, Operations, and Data to define requirements and measure the impact of what we ship. Working with other product teams to add protections to the flows they own. Reviewing implementation plans and pull requests, and sharing what you learn with the team. What do we need from you? 3+ years of professional software development experience at a SaaS or technology company, including building and running production systems. Strong backend skills: building services, APIs, and data-heavy workflows in a service-oriented architecture. Experience with Rails, Node/TypeScript, Go, or a comparable language or framework, and a willingness to work across more than one. Comfort with relational databases and SQL, and with using data to check whether a change actually worked. An analytical, curious mindset: you think about how a system could be misused, not only how it's supposed to be used. Good judgment about trade-offs, such as stopping bad actors without adding friction for real customers. A commitment to clean, reliable, maintainable code, thoughtful testing, and shipping in small increments. Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike, including Operations and Support partners. Comfort and skill with AI tools in your engineering work, including reviewing their output critically. Availability to take part in an on-call rotation for critical services. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time. Nice to have Experience in trust and safety, fraud, spam, or abuse prevention. Experience with email or SMS delivery, such as deliverability, sender reputation, or messaging compliance. Experience with bot protection, rate limiting, or third-party risk and verification services. Experience building rules engines, risk scoring, or ML-backed decisions in production. Experience using LLMs to classify or moderate user-generated content. Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or Redis. Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range $187,680 — $227,424 USD Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range $172,040 — $208,472 USD Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range $156,400 — $189,520 USD The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change. Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee's starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity. Base salary is just one component of Calendly's total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for equity awards, and competitive benefits. Eligible Sales employees also qualify for a Sales Incentive program. Calendly uses the zip code of an employee's remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows: Tier 1: San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, New York City, NY Tier 2: Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, PA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, and all other cities in CA. Tier 3: All other locations not in Tier 1 or Tier 2 If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request a reasonable accommodation as part of the application or recruiting process, please let your Recruiter know when first connecting with them. Calendly is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states. If you are located in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia, you will not be eligible for employment. pythonsqlsnowflakedatabricksdbtllm+19

About Gusto At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy . AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role Gusto's Finance team is rebuilding planning, forecasting, and analysis with AI at the center. As Staff FP&A AI Architect, you'll design and lead the technical and process architecture that turns FP&A from a manual, spreadsheet-driven cycle into an automated, insight-generating function. You're a hybrid: deep enough in finance to understand driver-based planning, variance analysis, and board reporting, and deep enough in data and AI to design the systems that automate them. You'll partner with the CFO org, FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Engineering. About the Team This is a new role on the Enterprise AIT team, which drives the intelligent transformation of Gusto's enterprise systems by integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics across internal applications. The team works closely with Finance, Business Ops, IT, and Security, and this role brings dedicated AI architecture capacity to FP&A and the CFO org. What You'll Do Set the strategy: Define the multi-year architecture and roadmap for AI-enabled planning, forecasting, and reporting, prioritizing use cases by value, feasibility, and risk. Build forecasting systems: Architect driver-based, ML-assisted forecasts for revenue, headcount, opex, and cash, combining statistical models with LLM workflows and benchmarking against human forecasts. Automate analysis: Build agentic workflows for variance commentary, flux analysis, scenario modeling, board and QBR narratives, and ad-hoc "ask the numbers" questions. Own the finance data foundation: Work with Data Engineering on governed data models connecting the GL, billing, CRM, HRIS, and planning tools, so AI outputs are traceable and auditable. Embed controls and trust: Establish evals, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, lineage, and audit trails that meet SOX, security, and privacy requirements. Evaluate and select tools: Drive build-vs-buy decisions across planning platforms, LLM providers, and orchestration frameworks. Lead through influence: Mentor analysts and engineers, create reusable patterns and templates, and drive AI adoption across Finance. Measure impact: Report on cycle-time reduction, forecast accuracy, analyst capacity freed, and decision latency. What We're Looking For Required 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, finance systems, data science, or finance engineering, including 3+ years designing or leading AI/ML or advanced automation for finance Strong FP&A fundamentals: driver-based modeling, operating plans, rolling forecasts, SaaS or fintech metrics, variance analysis Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems (prompting, RAG, tool use, evals) and classical forecasting (time series, regression, ensembles) Proficiency in SQL and Python, a modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt), and BI tools Experience with enterprise planning platforms and ERP/GL systems Track record shipping production-grade solutions under SOX, data governance, and security review Exceptional communication: able to explain model behavior to a CFO and system design to an engineer Nice to have Payroll, HR tech, fintech, or SaaS finance experience Experience building internal tools with Engineering Familiarity with MCP-style integrations and AI governance frameworks CPA, CFA, or an advanced quantitative degree Ideal Attributes Finance-fluent builder, systems thinker, rigorous about trust (evals, lineage, and human-in-the-loop as design requirements), pragmatic on build vs. buy, influencer and teacher, and outcome-driven. AI Fluency Expectations Expert/Transformer level, expected to set AI standards for Finance. Advanced in LLM platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini), agent frameworks and MCP, and Python/SQL; proficient in Snowflake/Databricks/dbt, planning platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment), ERP/GL (NetSuite), and BI tools.   Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $185,000-$205,000 /yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $225,000-$250,000 /yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.   At Gusto, we don't use titles the traditional way, as a signal of rank or hierarchy. Instead, our titles describe two things at once — your craft (what you do, e.g. Engineering, Design) and your scope of ownership (what you're accountable for) — which is why you'll see something like "Head of X" instead of a rank word like "Director" that tells you neither. Because of this, the title on this posting may look different from what you'd expect based on the scope and seniority of the role, and from how similar roles are typically titled elsewhere. If you have questions about how this role compares to your current title or level, your recruiter can help translate. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.  When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees. Reliable, consistent presence: We expect regular and predictable attendance, whether you're working in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, so that you stay closely connected to your team, customers, and stakeholders in real time and ensure colleagues and customers receive the timely support and responsiveness they deserve. Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.  Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you. Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer . Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to  Gusto's Applicant Privacy Notice .

Make build-versus-buy calls: Lead structured evaluations (e.g., RFPs, pilots, time-boxed POCs) of third-party tools against in-house alternatives, build business cases, and present investment recommendations to GTM leadership Lead AI product strategy: Identify, evaluate, prototype, and scale AI-powered capabilities, whether built in-house or bought, that improve prospecting, enrichment, personalization, and rep workflows, and help define the forward-looking AI roadmap for the Sales and CS organizations Measure impact: Define and track success metrics across every tool and data product (e.g., adoption, data quality, time saved, pipeline influenced) and use the findings to make data-driven decisions to invest, consolidate, or retire Partner with the field: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to uncover workflow pain points through interviews, workflow observation, usage analysis and feedback loops. Distinguish user problems from requested features and translate these opportunities into product improvements that directly increase rep productivity. Lead launch and adoption: Own release planning, change management, and onboarding in collaboration with Sales Enablement so field teams get maximum value from every product Ensure seamless integration: Work with GTM Systems to maintain and improve integrations between our tools, Salesforce CRM, and the broader GTM tech stack and data infrastructure Set the standard: Build and enforce governance frameworks, acceptable use policies, and data hygiene standards across all managed tools and data products to ensure consistency and compliance Requirements Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, data or analytics roles, product management, or management consulting, ideally within SaaS or high-growth B2B technology Product management fundamentals: Proven ability to take a product from problem definition through requirements, prioritization, launch, and iteration, including writing clear PRDs, user stories, scope tradeoffs, and communicating to technical and non-technical teams why the team will or will not invest in a request.  Build-versus-buy judgment: Experience weighing in-house development against third-party solutions on cost, speed, scalability, and strategic fit, and making a clear recommendation Data fluency: Strong understanding of GTM data (contacts, accounts, intent and enrichment signals) and the ability to define data quality standards; comfortable with SQL and working with data warehouses and BI tools to analyze usage and outcomes AI innovation: Strong interest in exploring, launching, and scaling new GTM AI technologies, including practical experience prototyping or deploying AI-enabled workflows Cross-functional collaboration: Strong track record of partnering with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Data teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions from requirements through rollout Analytical mindset: Comfortable defining product metrics, measuring adoption and ROI, and communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders CRM knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and how data products and sales tools integrate into the broader GTM tech stack Communication: Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ownership mentality: Self-starter who takes initiative, operates independently, and drives projects through to completion without heavy oversight Bonus Points SaaS background: Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company managing a GTM or sales tool portfolio or an internal data product AI passion: Stays current on the latest AI news, has a passion for experimentation, has fully integrated AI into professional workflows, and vibe codes on the weekend Technical aptitude: Working knowledge of APIs and how sales tools connect to CRM systems and data infrastructure; has shipped a prototype or internal tool of their own Tool fluency: Hands-on familiarity with the B2B sales technology landscape, including contact intelligence (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism), outbound sequencing (e.g., Groove, Salesloft, Outreach), and data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit, Crunchbase) Broader stack exposure: Familiarity with adjacent tools such as buyer intent platforms (e.g., Bombora, G2) or conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong) Full-funnel experience: Experience supporting tool adoption across Sales Development, Account Executive, and Customer Success teams #LI-Hybrid Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Senior Operations Manager, Luxe Vetting
AirbnbCanada, United States (Fully Remote)7 days ago
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$122,000 - $122,000 / Year
sqlcadsalesforcesalesrecruitingonboarding+1

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join:  Airbnb's mission of providing inspiring travel experiences for our hosts and guests is heavily reliant on our Supply teams' success in ensuring high quality supply in the market.  The Homes Enterprise team sits at the heart of this mission. We ensure that Airbnb's supply engine runs efficiently and intelligently - from how we identify demand and supply imbalances, to acquiring, vetting, onboarding and growing our host base, to how we communicate at scale, plan markets globally, and operate our field sales teams across every region. This is a team that makes things happen, removes friction, and builds the systems that allow Airbnb's Stays business to grow durably. The Luxe Vetting team, within the Homes Enterprise team, is responsible for onboarding new Luxe listings, defining and enforcing the quality bar that keeps the Luxe badge meaningful, and converting existing high-potential Marketplace listings into Luxe. The Difference You Will Make: Airbnb Luxe is a curated category of 9,000+ vetted, high-end homes delivering exceptional quality and premium service. As of this year, Luxe is one of Airbnb's fastest-growing categories, and is Airbnb's proving ground for the managed marketplace model.  We are increasingly investing in how we identify, onboard, and retain world-class supply. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end — building the acquisition and onboarding motions that bring new supply online, keeping the pipeline healthy, and partnering cross-functionally to hit the team's growth targets. You'll also take on cross-team programs and represent the team in leadership settings, with scope to grow. A Typical Day:  Own and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations to meet the pace and quality the business requires. Build and run new listing acquisition and onboarding approaches in partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams. Identify and close gaps in tooling and process so the team runs on durable systems rather than manual workarounds. Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners as needed. Drive shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution, taking on new projects as team priorities evolve. Represent the team in internal team meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings as needed. Track the key metrics for your programs, diagnose the drivers when performance slips, and identify and pull the levers to get back on track. Your Expertise: 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment. Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, from design through steady-state operation, including budget and vendor accountability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building dashboards and using data to drive decisions; advanced data analytics skills are preferred (i.e. SQL). Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports, and diagnosing and resolving pipeline or automation issues. Comfortable getting things done with a sense of urgency and adapting quickly to changing priorities to hit project goals and objectives. Proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and technical teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and judgment to represent the team in leadership settings. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality. Your Location: This position is Canada - Remote Eligible. This role requires candidates to be based in Canada. This role is not eligible for relocation support. Our Commitment To Inclusion & Belonging: Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible. We believe diverse ideas foster innovation and engagement, and allow us to attract creatively-led people, and to develop the best products, services and solutions. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. We strive to also provide a disability inclusive application and interview process. If you are a candidate with a disability and require reasonable accommodation in order to submit an application, please contact us at: reasonableaccommodations@airbnb.com . Please include your full name, the role you're applying for and the accommodation necessary to assist you with the recruiting process.  We ask that you only reach out to us if you are a candidate whose disability prevents you from being able to complete our online application. How We'll Take Care of You: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Canada Annual Pay Range $122,000 — $128,000 CAD   Reasonable Accommodations: We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process for applicants with disabilities. If you need assistance, or an accommodation, please let your recruiter know once you are contacted about a role. A Note on Recruiting Scams: Scammers sometimes pose as Airbnb recruiters to get money or personal information from candidates. A few things that will always be true for Airbnb's hiring process: our open roles are posted on Airbnb's Career's Page at careers.airbnb.com, and our recruiters correspond only from @ airbnb.com or @ ext.airbnb.com email addresses. Our recruiters will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account details, passport, or payment app information while you are interviewing.  We'll also never ask you to pay a fee, send money, deposit or cash a check, or purchase work-related equipment (such as a company laptop) during the interview process. We encourage candidates to remain vigilant of these recruiting scams and not share sensitive information if you do not believe an individual is actually affiliated with Airbnb.
