Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: Want to build the data foundation powering AI and self-serve analytics at scale? As part of Samsara's Marketing Data and Analytics (MDA) Engineering team, you will shape the technical roadmap alongside our BI and Data Science peers. You will architect core Databricks pipelines, Gold Layer tables, and semantic models, turning ambitious, ambiguous business challenges into high-value data products, autonomous agents, and cross-functional automation. This role is open to candidates residing in the US. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact – helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment. You're energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers. You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.  In this role, you will: Partner on defining the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for MDA's data and AI foundation. Architect and own Samsara's marketing data infrastructure: ETL/ELT pipelines, Databricks Gold Layer tables, and the core data models that power segmentation, targeting, automation, and analytics. Design the semantic layers, data dictionaries, and structured documentation that enable self-serve BI and conversational analytics, partnering with the BI team to ensure core sales and marketing KPIs are built on trusted, well-modeled data. Translate ambiguous business questions from Marketing, Sales, and R&D into clear requirements and scalable solutions, working autonomously without dedicated PM support and influencing decisions with data and sound reasoning. Lead complex, cross-team initiatives end to end: stand up new data pipelines and integrations quickly, manage risk across interdependent teams, and own the reliability and data quality of what ships. Serve as the senior technical lead for the team's hardest problems: raise the bar for engineering quality and code review, remove bottlenecks that slow multiple teams, and mentor engineers and analysts.  Drive the strategic use of AI to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems: build AI-enabled data products and agents, with the integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation practices that keep them reliable and trustworthy. Identify and automate manual workflows with AI across Marketing and GTM teams, taking ideas from concept to prototype to production and influencing org roadmaps. Ship high-quality Python and SQL, increasingly by directing agentic coding tools, while holding a high bar for reviewing and verifying AI-generated work before it reaches production. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. Minimum requirements for the role: 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI engineering, including deep hands-on data engineering experience. Expert-level Python and SQL, with strong hands-on data modeling and DBT experience. Deep experience with data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT, and the modern data stack, including hands-on Databricks (or similar, such as Snowflake or BigQuery). Experience building semantic layers and structured documentation optimized for AI ingestion and agentic workflows. Agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) are part of your regular workflow, and you verify and take ownership of AI-generated output. Experience building, shipping, evaluating, and monitoring LLM or agent systems in production. Track record of leading complex, cross-team data initiatives, including independent requirements gathering with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Product teams. An ideal candidate also has: Experience working with Databricks and building AI Agents within the ecosystem.  Software engineering background beyond data or AI engineering, with a track record of turning ambiguous, unfamiliar problems into well-architected, delivered solutions. Expertise in data visualization and building dashboards for sales and marketing KPIs. Familiarity with go-to-market data and systems: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, web analytics, and MarTech tools. Experience building interactive applications with Streamlit, Claude workflows, or web frameworks. Data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics experience. Comfort working in an exploratory environment, testing and iterating on new data sources and methodologies. The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. At NiCE, we don't limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We're ambitious. We're game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you're like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you. Principal Customer Success Manager So, what's the role all about? Our Principal Customer Success Managers are the face NiCE CX puts in front of our most valuable customers and partners – the people who can walk into a boardroom, read the room, and change how a conversation is going within minutes. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, backs their own instincts, and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You'll take ownership of some of our most strategic, high-value, and high-complexity accounts, becoming the one person a customer or partner turns to when it matters most. Programme delivery, governance, and technical execution sit with our specialist teams – your job is to be the constant thread that keeps the customer's priorities, expectations, and experience front and centre, whatever is happening behind the scenes. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk managing a queue of tickets. It's for someone who wants to own outcomes, influence at the highest levels, and be trusted to make the right call under pressure. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and every team working behind the scenes – not to do their job for them, but to make sure their work lands in a way the customer genuinely feels and values. Interaction with customers spans phone, email, chat, and video, with regular face-to-face engagement where it counts, and travel to be in the room for the moments that matter. How will you make an impact? Be the single, unmistakable point of ownership for our most strategic accounts – the person customers and partners trust to make things happen Walk into any room – boardroom, business review, executive briefing – and hold it, adapting your style to the audience and the moment Build senior relationships that go beyond the day-to-day, becoming a genuine trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders Translate everything our programme, governance, and technical teams are delivering into language and value that customers and partners actually care about Bring real curiosity about new technology and AI-driven capability, learning quickly enough to speak with credibility about what's coming next Balance sharp commercial acumen with genuine customer advocacy – protecting NiCE's commercial interests while never losing sight of the customer's success Spot risk and opportunity early, and know when to bring in the right people rather than trying to carry everything yourself Lead high-stakes conversations around renewal, growth, and expansion with confidence and commercial rigour Influence and raise the bar for those around you, cross-functionally, setting the standard for what great customer success looks like Own the story – usage, adoption, ROI, and what's next – and tell it in a way that lands with senior stakeholders Travel to be in front of customers and partners when it counts, because some relationships are only really built in person Have you got what it takes? A track record of genuinely thriving in high-pressure, high-visibility customer or partner relationships – you don't shy away from the big room Significant experience in customer success, account management, or a similarly senior customer-facing role, ideally within contact centre, SaaS, or telecommunications environments A strong, magnetic personality – people remember you, trust you, and want you in the room Genuine comfort with technology and a real appetite for learning new tools and capabilities, without needing to be the expert in the room Sharp commercial instincts, with the ability to balance customer advocacy against commercial reality The confidence to operate independently, make judgement calls, and take ownership when things get complicated Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and, most importantly, in the room Experience managing multiple senior stakeholder relationships at once, without losing quality anywhere A genuinely collaborative approach – you know when to lead and when to bring in the specialists who make the outcome happen You will have an advantage if you also have: Previous experience in a contact centre, CCaaS, or similar customer experience environment A natural interest in AI, automation, or emerging technology, and what it means for customers Experience influencing programme delivery, governance, or technical teams without formally owning them A background that blends commercial thinking with genuine customer empathy Experience operating at executive level with enterprise or key strategic accounts What's in it for you? Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where some of the best people in the industry come to work. As the market leader, every day at NiCE is a chance to learn, grow, and make a genuine mark, with career opportunities across roles, disciplines, and locations. If you're ambitious, you back yourself in the room, and you want to be the person our biggest customers and partners can't imagine working without, you may just be our next NiCEr. #LI-Hybrid About NiCE NICE Ltd. Enterprise Account Executive
YenloSchiphol-Rijk, Netherlands13 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
goawsazuresalesenterprise salespartnerships+3

Do you get energy from winning new customers? Do you know how to build a pipeline from scratch, engage senior decision-makers and turn complex business challenges into successful deals? At Yenlo, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to create opportunities, not just manage them. This is a true hunting role, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on Yenlo's growth. We have built a strong international business in Integration, API Management, Identity & Access Management and Managed Services. Now we are expanding into Data, AI, Automation and Control. We have the technology expertise, strong partnerships and delivery capabilities. What we need is someone who can bring us to the right table, create demand and win new business. About Yenlo Yenlo has helped organisations connect their business-critical systems and processes for more than 17 years. We do this with around 100 colleagues from over 18 nationalities, with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Sri Lanka, the United States and Canada. We have been a WSO2 Platinum Partner since 2008 and a Boomi partner since 2015, and our customers include Boeing, Hard Rock Café and several ministries and universities. Now we are building on our integration expertise with Data, AI and Automation, so customers can bring their technology into production securely and reliably. For that, we are looking for someone who opens new markets. What will you do? As Enterprise Account Executive, your primary mission is to win new customers and build profitable, long-term business relationships. You will focus on mid-market and enterprise organisations across the Benelux and DACH regions, particularly those facing complex challenges around applications, integration, data, cloud transformation and AI. Your responsibilities include: Win new logos and build your own pipeline. Identify target accounts, open doors and generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships. Engage senior decision-makers and sell business value. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and other business and technology leaders, and translate their challenges into opportunities around Integration, Data, AI, Automation and Control. Own the sales cycle. Lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and closing, together with our solution architects, consultants and product specialists. Help shape our go-to-market. Bring customer insights and market feedback into Yenlo to help us improve our propositions and commercial approach. Deliver results. Take ownership of your pipeline, forecasts, new-business targets and the profitability of the deals you win. You will have access to existing customer references, partner relationships and marketing support. But this is not a role where you inherit a ready-to-close pipeline or rely on an SDR team to fill your calendar. We expect you to create opportunities yourself and have the commercial drive to turn them into business. What can you expect from Yenlo? At Yenlo, you will join an international technology company with around 100 colleagues, strong technical expertise and ambitious plans for the future. We offer: Real ownership. A new-business role with the freedom to develop opportunities and make a visible commercial impact. Attractive earning potential. A competitive fixed salary and a substantial performance-based bonus, with uncapped upside for overachievement. A strong technology portfolio. Established capabilities in Integration, API Management, IAM and Managed Services, complemented by growing propositions in Data, AI and Control. Access to specialists. Experienced solution architects, consultants and product teams to support discovery, demonstrations, assessments and proposals. An international ecosystem. Partnerships with leading technology providers, including Boomi and WSO2, alongside Yenlo's own Connext platform. Room to build. The opportunity to contribute to our evolving commercial approach, propositions and go-to-market strategy. Professional benefits. Pension arrangements, holiday allowance, a lease car or mobility allowance, laptop and phone. A realistic start. An appropriate ramp-up period, recognising that enterprise sales cycles take time and building a pipeline starts from day one. You will work closely with our sales leadership and wider commercial organisation. We believe in face-to-face collaboration, both with customers and colleagues, and expect you to spend time at our Schiphol-Rijk office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in complex B2B technology sales. You know how to build relationships, navigate enterprise organisations and close significant deals. What you bring: A demonstrable track record of generating your own pipeline and personally closing new enterprise customers. Experience selling complex IT services, software, cloud, integration or other enterprise technology solutions. Experience managing six-figure deals and longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong outbound prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills. The ability to engage credibly with senior business and technology decision-makers. Enough technical understanding to discuss Integration, APIs, Data and AI, while focusing on business outcomes rather than technical features. An entrepreneurial mindset and the resilience to succeed without a fully established sales playbook. The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and commercial colleagues. Professional proficiency in Dutch and English. Experience with platforms such as Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, AWS, Azure or related enterprise technologies is an advantage, but not a requirement. An existing network in the Benelux or DACH enterprise market would be a strong plus. We care more about what you have personally achieved than the number of years on your CV or the technology companies you have worked for. Ready to make an impact? If you enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and winning complex enterprise deals, we would love to meet you. Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Senior Solutions Engineer - French Speaker
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
datadogcompliancecompliancelmscrmsales+2

Synthesia is the world's leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. We're hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to build Synthesia's presales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you'll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you'll take what you learn in the field back to Product. This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA. If you're someone who is excited and driven by building whilst scaling, we'd love to hear from you. Sales Cycle Ownership Coplan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges. Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else. Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers. Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer's broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, and provide your assessment of opportunity stage and forecast your book of business to leadership. Demo Excellence Design and execute repeatable Demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product. Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally. Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks brought to life directly in Synthesia's platform. Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations. Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments. Product & Industry Expertise Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia's platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value driving use cases. Specific vertical knowledge, establishing credibility as a subject matter expert within an industry to easily build credibility and trust with executive buyers. Share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback to the pre-sales leadership and Product team; flag customer pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in live deals. Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development. Ecosystem Collaboration Product: share customer and prospect feedback with Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap. Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards. Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments. Enablement: Review and enhance enablement content from what is effective in preparing our team members for client engagements, delivering and evaluating certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team. What we are looking for We think the ideal candidate for this role will bring 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies. Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers). Technical depth in at least one area: Creation flows, APIs, integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM, identity), security, compliance; willingness to learn quickly across domains. Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations. Consultative approach to problem-solving; comfort gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs. Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset; thrives working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success. Product orientation; genuine curiosity about how customers use technology Willing to travel; willingness to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos. Location We're ideally looking for someone based in Paris who can spend time in our office at 40 Rue du Colisée, 75008 Paris, or someone based in the UK who can spend time in our London office at 20 Triton Street, Regent's Place, London NW1 3BF. Please confirm where you are located and whether you can spend two days a week in either location. Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
