About the Role As a Technical Web Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue between our web team and the rest of the business. This role exists because great websites aren't just built — they're coordinated, prioritised, and protected from chaos. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Web Development, you'll own the intake and lifecycle of web requests, ensure every project is properly scoped before it touches the dev queue, and support the team in delivering an ambitious web roadmap. But this role doesn't stop at coordination. You'll also be hands-on in the quality of what we ship — reviewing copy and UX before pages go live, supporting CRO initiatives, and acting as a critical second pair of eyes on every significant release. You care as much about whether a page converts as whether it launches on time. If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, understands how a website is actually built, and can hold your own in a room with developers, designers, and marketers alike, this is your role. What You'll Do Technical Ownership & QA Build and ship pages/components directly in Storyblok CMS: component configuration, staging, QA, and production deployment across market versions QA every release technically — rendering, functionality, and cross-browser/device behaviour, not just copy and visual polish Use AI tools as a core part of daily production work (drafting, layout variants, QA support), and know where AI output still needs a human check, particularly around localisation nuance and experiment validity Request Triage & Scoping Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, and estimate technical complexity and dependencies before anything is scoped or scheduled Enforce briefing standards and know enough technically to explain why a brief is incomplete Decide what can be handled directly vs. what needs to go to the development team, and write specs the team can act on without excessive clarification Project Coordination Act as day-to-day PM between the development team and business stakeholders: track scope, delivery, and risk Maintain the web backlog and sprint board with clear status, ownership, and blockers Support CRO initiatives: help build A/B test setups, document hypotheses, and track experiment results Process & Reporting Maintain intake templates, briefing standards, and triage criteria Produce regular status updates and pipeline reports for the Head of Web and wider leadership What We're Looking For Must-haves 2 to 4 years in a web operations, technical/digital project management, or web production role, ideally with hands-on CMS or front-end exposure — not purely marketing coordination Working technical literacy: solid HTML/CSS fundamentals, understanding of how a CMS is structured (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow or similar), staging vs. production workflows, and what a QA process actually checks Comfortable using AI tools hands-on in production (prompting for drafts, QA'ing AI output) and able to articulate where AI isn't reliable enough to trust unsupervised Product/project-management instincts: can scope a request, size complexity, sequence competing priorities, and brief external developers with minimal hand-holding Confident translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable pushing back on a brief or a deadline when needed Strong written communication: a clear brief, a precise QA note, a concise status update Nice to have Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a comparable headless CMS Familiarity with web analytics or conversion tracking concepts Exposure to A/B testing/CRO tools, or basic SQL Experience briefing or QA'ing a development team Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals / page performance Familiarity with SEO fundamentals as they intersect with web production What We Offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen Rest assured that you're covered by income protection in case you experience a long-term sickness or absence Leverage tax-efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones Focus on your family with 12–16 weeks' paid parental leave Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume. Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We're an equal opportunity employer, which means you're welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you're from, or anything else that makes you, well, you. Protect Yourself from Recruitment Scams All official communication from Perk will always come from email addresses ending in @ perk.com or @ externalperk.com , our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. We will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, or fees, request sensitive personal information such as bank details early in the process, or communicate through unofficial apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. This role is part of our Prerender team, one of our growing brands at saas.group . For nearly a decade, Prerender has helped marketers build dynamic, complex JavaScript websites at scale while keeping them fully visible to search engines and AI platforms. We remove crawling and indexing limits so our customers' content can be found, ranked and cited, whether on Google's search results or in AI-powered answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. More than 100,000 websites around the globe trust Prerender to serve more than 2.7 billion web pages to crawlers, improving their organic rankings and AI visibility. Profile Overview As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Prerender, you make sure our customers stay, grow and succeed with us. You own retention and churn for a defined book of enterprise and mid-market accounts, and you're measured on how well that book retains. You use data to spot risk early, reach out before problems surface, and show customers the business value Prerender delivers. This is a highly customer-focused role at the point where technology meets business. You'll explain what rendering, crawling and indexing mean for a customer's traffic, visibility and revenue. You'll also bring what you learn from customers back to our Product, Support and Marketing teams so we keep getting better. If you like building trusted relationships, working from data, and making technical topics simple, you'll thrive here. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be: Build trusted relationships with assigned customers, understand their challenges and how Prerender can help Start acting as an advisor on machine/AI visibility as Prerender repositions itself out of the pure SEO/rendering space. After about a year, you should have measurably helped retain customers, understood early warning signals, and used the team's diagnostic/signal tooling to proactively reach out before issues escalate. Your responsibilities Own retention for your account book: Take ownership of the retention and churn metrics (e.g. gross revenue retention and logo churn) for a defined book of accounts. Track them, report on them, and drive the actions that move them. Drive proactive retention: Use usage data, health scores and risk signals to spot churn risk early, and run structured retention playbooks instead of waiting for tickets. Turn technical results into business value: Explain Prerender's impact in terms your customers care about: indexing, organic traffic, AI-search visibility and revenue. Build lasting trust: Hold regular check-ins and business reviews that keep customers seeing, and getting, value from Prerender. Be the voice of the customer: Bring feedback, churn reasons and feature gaps back to Product, Support and Marketing in a structured way. Partner across teams: Work closely with Account Managers, Support and Engineering so every customer gets a joined-up experience. How We Work At Prerender, Customer Success is proactive, data-informed and focused on outcomes. We don't wait for customers to come to us. Think in outcomes: Success means the customer reached their goals, not just that a ticket was closed. Build shared context: You make sure teams understand what customers need and why. Scale what works: You help turn good one-off actions into repeatable playbooks. High trust, high ownership: You're trusted to run your book your way. A Typical Day Might Involve Reviewing account health dashboards and picking out who needs attention this week Reaching out to a customer whose usage has dropped before it turns into churn risk Running a business review that shows a customer the SEO and AI-search impact of rendering Helping a customer's developer understand a setup or caching question, and escalating to Engineering with clear context when needed Briefing an Account Manager on account health and value delivered ahead of a renewal Sharing customer feedback and trends with Product Refining a retention playbook based on what you've learned What You bring to the table Proven experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company in marketing, advertising, SEO or martech Retention mindset: A track record of owning retention or churn targets for a book of accounts, and of reducing churn and keeping customers engaged Data-driven, AI-fluent approach: Comfortable working with usage data, health scores and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), and using AI assistants connected to your tools and data to make decisions and automate routine work Business translator: You can turn technical details into clear business value for non-technical and technical stakeholders alike Strong communicator: Clear and confident in writing and on calls, in fluent English Structured and proactive: You plan your work, follow through, and don't wait to be told Trusted advisor: Warm, patient and a good listener who cares about customer outcomes. Customers enjoy working with you, and you're confident starting conversations and leading calls. Bonus: Technical product fluency. It helps if you're tech-savvy and familiar with SEO, JavaScript websites, web crawlers, caching or web performance. We're happy to invest in training you on our product, so curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than specific technical expertise. This role is part of a fast-growing AI company that is set to join saas.group , as one of our upcoming brands. This role is attached to a future acquisition by saas.group . As the deal has not been officially announced yet, we can't share the company name in this job post. We'll tell you more about the company and product during the process. We are an AI platform that turns images and text into ready-to-use 3D models in minutes, work that traditionally takes a 3D artist days or weeks. Game developers, 3D printing enthusiasts and creators use the platform to generate and edit images, turn them into 3D models in every major format, and chain it all together into their own pipelines. With more than 2 million registered users , we are now expanding into the business space, building custom AI workflows for companies such as 3D printing businesses. Profile Overview Right now, we have a great product and almost no content, and content is how people discover us. We're looking for a Content Lead to change that: the person on camera, the voice of our socials and the go-to-market brain behind everything we publish. You'll own our content end to end, from the idea and script to recording, editing and distribution, showing creators, game developers and 3D printing fans what they can build with AI. It's one of the key hires in our growth strategy, you'll work directly with our founder, and you'll be the face people recognize across YouTube, socials and our Discord community. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be: Launch a steady YouTube rhythm of two videos a week: one longer, educational tutorial and one short-format video. Turn every video into social content for Instagram, Twitter and our other channels, and bring our socials to life. Publish written tutorials and guides that help new users find us through search. Become a familiar, visible face in our Discord community. Your responsibilities Script, record and edit tutorials, guides and short-form videos, on camera, from start to finish. Own and grow our social channels (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and more). Drive the go-to-market side of content: decide what we show, when, and to whom. Spot viral trends in the 3D, gaming and AI space and turn them into content quickly. Show what's possible with the platform, e.g. how to create 3D models for a game you're building or a figurine you want to 3D print. Engage with our community on Discord and bring their ideas and feedback back into the content plan. What you bring to the table On-camera confidence: You're comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy explaining things in a way that's easy to follow. 3D know-how: You understand 3D models and the 3D industry, whether through game development (including creating games in Roblox or Fortnite), 3D modelling or editing. End-to-end video production: You can script, record and edit videos on your own, from long-form tutorials to short-form clips. Social media and content strategy: You've grown or managed social channels and know how to repurpose one piece of content across platforms. Clear, engaging English: Your spoken and written English is easy to understand for a global audience on YouTube and socials. AI Literacy & Application: You actively use AI tools to enhance personal productivity and work quality, staying curious about emerging capabilities and identifying opportunities to apply AI pragmatically in day-to-day work. Bonus points if you have: Experience with 3D printing. An existing channel or portfolio of 3D, game dev or tech tutorial content. Experience writing SEO-friendly tutorials or guides. New to 3D but excited by the space? If you're a strong content creator with a real drive to learn, we'd still love to hear from you. What's in it for you Ultimate flexibility: We're 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like. Freedom and autonomy: We're a high-trust team, and you'll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way, with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
