About You We're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. At Constructor, we hire builders: people who take real ownership of their work, spot what needs fixing, and fix it without waiting to be asked. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire. Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us. You'll also own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career (or coming from an SDR/BDR seat) who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter. About Us Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We're a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. About the Position You'll support hiring for Constructor's GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You'll work closely with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learn the craft of recruiting hands-on, and take on more ownership as you grow. What you'll do: Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuck Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones Give every candidate clear, timely communication and a great experience, even when volume is high Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch it Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. We build AI products, and we use them too Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring data Requirements 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus Comfortable doing a high volume of outreach and following up until you get a response Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem Strong written communication, from candidate emails to hiring manager updates Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information Low ego and high curiosity. You want to learn the craft of recruiting, not just follow a checklist Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) Benefits 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year 💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact 🏥 Company sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Constructor At Constructor.io we are committed to cultivating a work environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of their education, diversity of opinion, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or affiliation in any other protected group. How we handle your data. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Constructor will collect and process the personal data you provide for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for this role. You've worked complex deals involving IT, business, and procurement stakeholders, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Developing territory and account planning instincts, orchestrating resources efficiently. We get money into our customers' hands in minutes instead of days. We're growing fast, and there's a lot more to do: we're going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house : we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role We're entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up. Direct Marketing is one of our highest-potential channels and we're hiring a leader to turn it into a scaled, precise, and defensible growth engine. We're looking for a Head of Direct Marketing to own the channel end-to-end: creative, sends, logistics, offers, and reporting, sourcing the data pipeline and user-data enrichment that let us target the right customer, with the right offer, at the right moment. Addressed direct mail is the core today, and you'll have the scope to extend into other formats. You'll lead the channel's dedicated analysts and work with our creative team. Your job is to set the direction: decide who we mail, with what offer and when, commission and challenge the selection and response models, and hold every campaign to CAC and LTV targets. Standalone direct marketing roles with this kind of budget and autonomy are rare. If you've got significant experience in acquisition mail and want to build and extend a channel your own way, at a profitable business with the product range and analytical capabilities to make it work, this is the role. What we're looking for: Essential: 5+ years in direct marketing, including at least 2–3 years owning an acquisition DM programme end to end: strategy, budget, data, production and results. A track record of mailing cold prospects at meaningful scale. You'll be able to talk through the volumes, budgets, response rates and CPAs you've been accountable for. Commercial ownership: you build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, and judge results on a marginal CAC basis rather than vanity metrics. Experience procuring data: working with data suppliers on list selection, screening, enrichment and cost. Deep knowledge of the DM supply chain: print, lettershop, Royal Mail products (Advertising Mail, Mailmark, partially addressed, door drops) and suppression (MPS, goneaways, deceased). A strongly commercial approach. You build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, own the channel P&L, and measure spend on CAC, ROI and payback rather than pieces mailed. Strong analytical judgement. You design test cells and holdouts, read results critically, and understand response and propensity modelling well enough to brief analysts, challenge their work and turn it into mailing decisions. Experience managing suppliers: tendering, negotiating, setting SLAs and keeping several partners to schedule. The ability to run a multi-drop campaign calendar across products, segments, creative, compliance sign-off, production and mail dates.
