Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering
parloaRemote (Fully Remote)7 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid

About Parloa Parloa's mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience, one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale. About the role: As a Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering at Parloa, you'll be on the front lines of enterprise AI adoption — leading a high-impact team of FDEs that delivers our most strategic enterprise deployments. Your mission is to ensure our consistent deployment excellence: predictable delivery, strong engineering quality, and fast unblocking in complex enterprise environments — while staying technically credible yourself. FDEs are our in-field engineers. They build what doesn't exist yet, adapt architecture to enterprise realities, and engineer integrations across systems and APIs to make deployments successful. As a Manager, you make that work repeatable and reliable across multiple customer projects — through strong delivery leadership, clear priorities, and hands-on technical guidance. Areas of ownership: Lead and develop the team: hire, coach, and grow a team of FDEs; set clear expectations; run 1:1s, feedback cycles, and performance development. Own capacity planning and staffing: allocate engineers across parallel strategic projects, manage load and utilization, and anticipate delivery bottlenecks early. Drive project delivery management: own engineering delivery across deployments — milestones, dependencies, risk management, escalation paths, and stakeholder alignment. Establish time tracking and delivery visibility: implement lightweight tracking and reporting that creates trusted insight into effort, progress, and capacity (without bureaucracy). Provide technical leadership and escalation support: guide architecture and implementation choices, review designs/code when needed, and unblock high-severity issues in production environments. Create scalable field engineering practices: build reusable patterns, playbooks, and standards that improve reliability, maintainability, and speed across deployments. Shape the product via field learnings: translate recurring customer needs into clear productization proposals and partner with Product/Core Engineering to reduce one-offs over time. Partner with customer engineering and enterprise stakeholders: collaborate directly with customer teams (architecture, security, platform) to deliver outcomes and build long-term technical trust. Our Tech Stack: Typescript, NodeJS, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MCP Who you are: Experience level: 8+ years in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering roles with meaningful production responsibility. People leadership: proven ability to lead and develop engineers (e.g., formal management, team lead responsibility, coaching, hiring, performance growth). Enterprise delivery track record: demonstrated success delivering complex technical projects in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and constraints. Technical breadth and depth: strong capabilities across backend engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and databases — able to review designs and guide production decisions. Hands-on effectiveness: able to personally own and drive smaller technical workstreams end-to-end and to jump into debugging/implementation when necessary. Operational excellence: strong planning, prioritization, capacity thinking, and risk management; creates delivery clarity without unnecessary process overhead. Customer-facing communication: confident and credible with customer engineering teams and senior technical stakeholders; clear written and verbal communication. Strong plus: experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (agent workflows, orchestration, evaluation, vector DBs, guardrails), ideally in forward-deployed or solutions engineering environments. Our Recruiting Process: Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser Why Parloa? We're at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn't just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We're building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren't just support tickets; they're defining experiences. We're here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments, this is where you do it. At Parloa, ownership isn't a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that's evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them. We've grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we've kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one. Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients' and employees' data. All our employees are instrumental in ensuring the utmost care, GDPR, and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001, in handling sensitive information. Parloa is an e-verify employer in the USA. tl;dr After 14 years in construction tech, Lea & Jonas are building the AI foundation for the construction industry 6 of Europe's 20 largest construction companies already rely on Kuro, with leading construction enterprises representing over €40bn in combined annual construction volume using the platform every day Construction has some of the most complex, unstructured data you can throw at an LLM. At Kuro, you can tackle some of the hardest problems in applied AI every day Curious about the bigger engineering challenge? Explore the vision and open problems at kuro.build . About us Lea and Jonas scaled two of Europe's leading construction tech companies - Capmo and alcemy - and saw firsthand the challenges holding the industry back. Now they're tackling the root cause: the 50% of construction work still lost to manual data handling. Kuro is building the AI foundation for construction. We're reimagining how construction professionals get work done and make decisions by leveraging AI to augment back-office workflows and make core data accessible. We are not pursuing marginal improvements, but a step change for construction. After one year on the market, leading construction enterprises with a combined annual construction volume of >€40 billion use Kuro every day to automate workflows and make faster, better decisions. Backed by an €10 million seed round, we already process more than 1 million pages every month and expect that volume to grow 10x over the next six months. We are 15 people based in Berlin. You will join a group of technical ex-founders and builders who are ambitious and kind. Learn more: Join Kuro - Berlin What You'll Do Set the technical direction Own the architecture decisions for the platform, from document ingestion to the chat UI Write and review RFCs. The technical roadmap for the next two to three quarters is yours. Make the build-or-buy decisions: which models we use, and which retrieval and orchestration stack we build on. Turn a vague customer request ("show me where the bid deviates from the BoQ") into a scoped plan with the risks named. Raise the bar for the team Mentor engineers: Review their designs and their code. Define the engineering standards. Find what slows the team down, in tooling or in the CI/CD pipeline, and fix it. Interview and hire engineers. You have no direct reports. You change decisions in product and in other teams with a written argument. Build and own end-to-end (AI) features Design and implement new features to solve a specific user problem, such as document versioning or our agentic Chat. From concept to DB schema, to optimizing LLMs, to UI. Own the full development lifecycle of customer-facing features. Manage evaluations and scoring, and perform error analysis on new and shipped AI features. Build the platform that abstracts workflow building Contribute to the workflow harness, decision-trace standard, and eval tooling so a new use case ships in ~1 month Build reusable human review & approval surfaces where trust in AI output is earned Work on the construction ontology & project graph Help model and evolve canonical entities of our customers Contribute to entity resolution across sources: recognizing the same requirement, position, or price across BoQs, contracts, drawings, and bids Build features so answers are evidence-linked and auditable, and decisions flow back into the graph Contribute to scalable data pipelines & integrations Extend our multi-modal ingestion of unstructured documents - PDFs, scans, drawings, and 3D models - orchestrated and cost-efficient at scale Build read/write integrations with customer systems (document management, ERP/AVA), so workflows complete work end-to-end Projects you would be involved in Current & Past projects Project & document versioning guaranteeing data lineage in construction projects German tokenizer for construction-specific search Document pipeline ingesting 10,000s of PDFs per day Native BIM/DWG file support: ingesting and processing 3D models Design the ontology v1 + graph schema: core construction entities, evidence links, and per-customer extension model Build out our workflow harness to run agentic workflows for customers Current Tech Stack It is still day 0 for Kuro. Therefore, we are highly pragmatic with our tool choices. We believe in keeping it simple and moving quickly. You significantly help shape our tech stack decisions. Web-App: Typescript Database / Vector DB and File Storage: AWS RDS / Trubopuffer / AWS S3 Backend: Fastify API + Prisma ORM Workflow Orchestrator: Prefect (Python) Hosting: AWS Elastic Beanstalk AI: Azure / OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, AWS Obsv., Eval. & Tracking: Langfuse, Datadog Your profile This is the perfect role for an experienced engineer who wants to join an early stage company that builds a high impact applied AI product Bring 6+ years of experience as a Staff (full-stack) software engineer or Technical Lead, in a fast-paced environment Have proven experience delivering production-grade applied AI features to customers Take full ownership of solving customer problems by designing and implementing AI features Thrive in a small, accountable team with a high degree of ownership and a drive to make an impact Communicate fluently in both spoken and written English Enjoy working onsite with the team at our office in Factory Berlin Mitte every day Bonus Points You've started a company before or worked at a very early stage startup You built side projects in the past - we're excited to hear about these! German-speaking (definitely not a must, we're fully international) Why Kuro You'll join at a point when customer demand is proven, but our product and platform are still yours to shape. You'll own customer-facing features end to end while building the foundations beneath them, from ingestion pipelines and workflow infrastructure to our construction ontology and project graph. About the role Every customer's path through DataSnipper, from first sign-up to first agent run to renewal, runs on systems your team owns. We are hiring an Engineering Manager in our Amsterdam office to lead Billing & Monetization : how customers get in, what they are entitled to, and how AI usage turns into revenue. Why DataSnipper? The hardest AI problems aren't about getting an answer fast. They're about getting one people can trust. We believe trust is essential to how society works. Every day, we rely on information that's been independently verified, from financial statements to the products we buy, to the sustainability claims companies make. Behind that trust are audit and finance professionals who examine evidence, verify information and hold organizations accountable. At DataSnipper, we build AI solutions that empowers those professionals. By making evidence easier to trace and verify, we help them focus on the judgment and expertise that make their work so important. For our product and engineering team, this is where things get exciting. In audit, a plausible answer isn't good enough. Every output must be explainable and traceable back to its source. We've just launched a brand-new agentic platform, Alwin by DataSnipper. AI agents running in the cloud across hundreds of documents at once, reasoning across PDF, Word and Excel, with a full audit trail behind every step. There are lots of greenfield problems ahead, and real room to shape what we build and how we build it. And we build at scale. More than 600,000 professionals across 3,000+ organizations in 175 countries rely on DataSnipper, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and all Big Four audit firms. Backed by a $100 million Series B led by Index Ventures, at a $1 billion valuation, and as proud members of 1% for the Planet, we care about how we grow, not just how fast. If you want to build AI that professionals trust with work that really matters, this is your chance to help shape the future of audit and finance and do the best work of your career along the way. The Scope Onboarding & offboarding : sign-up, trials, tenant and workspace provisioning, and the first-run experience. Getting a new firm from contract to value, fast. Licensing & entitlements : seats, plans, feature access and limits across the Excel add-in and Alwin, for self-serve users and global enterprise contracts alike. Metering & billing : real-time usage and credit consumption for our agentic products, through to invoicing, payments and revenue reporting. What You Will Do Lead through outcomes, not tasks. Set clear goals and trust the team to find the how. Make the team measurably better. Raise the bar, grow engineers into bigger problems, and address performance directly. Own the technical direction of the full customer lifecycle platform, and stay close enough to the code to make the hard calls credibly. Build systems where correctness is non-negotiable: accurate metering, enforced entitlements, reliable billing, all observable, secure and auditable. Treat onboarding as a product. Measure activation and time-to-value, and remove friction with Product and Design. Continuously improve on the admin experience to delight and empower our internal users. Turn commercial strategy into software. Partner with Product, Finance, Sales and Customer Success to shape pricing, packaging and licensing models. Set the bar for AI-assisted engineering. Not just shipping faster, but taking on harder problems, and shaping how DataSnipper engineering uses AI. Grow the scope. Expand ownership and stand up new teams as the area grows. What You Bring 3+ years leading engineering teams, on top of 5+ years as a software engineer An empowerment style of leadership and a track record of building high-performing teams Experience building billing, licensing, entitlement or onboarding systems at scale, ideally usage- or credit-based Strong fundamentals in software architecture, distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native development Experience running production systems where financial correctness matters Strong product aptitude: you challenge framing, make roadmap trade-offs, and care about activation and conversion as much as uptime Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools and agentic harnesses, and a team that is measurably better for using them A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset: you shape direction, not just execute it Nice to Have Usage-, metered- or credit-based billing in production, including AI token metering and cost attribution Billing and payment platforms (e.g. Stripe), CRM and ERP integrations Identity and provisioning: SSO, SCIM, multi-tenant account models Product-led growth: self-serve sign-up, trials, in-product upgrades Financial correctness: idempotency, reconciliation, auditability, revenue recognition Python, Azure and observability tooling Scale-up experience, ideally in fintech or audit tech What We Offer Be part of one of the fastest-growing, profitable unicorn scale-ups in the Netherlands with a global impact. Equity (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share in the company's success and growth. Pension plan with a 6% contribution on top of your base salary. 28 vacation days per year (full-time) to support your work-life balance. Hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite in our dynamic Amsterdam office. Daily, freshly prepared lunches by our in-house chef to keep you energised. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that's okay. If this role excites you, we'd love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany or Sweden. Senior Software Engineer - Security Assurances We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Security Assurance to join our GRC engineering team. We are building a security system that's automated at scale, rigorously data-driven, and built from the ground up with defense-in-depth and self-healing in mind. We support a highly autonomous, remote-first, cloud-native organization. We are a technical team that can build any tool we need, while knowing when to buy to improve velocity. To support our growth and ambitious vision, we embrace agile principles and values, share openly, apply context-driven security mechanisms, default to action, and have an OSS-first mindset. We are a 100% remote company. We believe in high-velocity but sustainable expectations and timeframes, giving people the room to do great work. The Opportunity: You will work to build out our security observability, compliance, and control management systems and tools. You will develop services and tools to proactively defend our systems, provide visibility to our security state, and give engineers and stakeholders guardrails and paved roads to behave securely. You will collaborate across your team, the security department, and wider Grafana to write and deploy security policies across all of our SDLC, applications, and infrastructure. This is a very technical, hands-on keyboard software engineering, so development experience is critical. You will ideally have some experience building, implementing and improving the maturity of security programs in Cloud-based SaaS organizations. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc) is useful, but the disposition to quickly learn new things is more important than rote knowledge. You will work alongside other security engineers, full-stack developers, and customer-facing teams. Experience guiding and negotiating with peers, stakeholders, customers, and auditors is a plus. What You'll Be Doing: Be a technical contributor on our GRC team covering a range of areas, including certifications, application, build, cloud, and supply chain security, and internal security tooling development Develop, implement, and maintain highly automated security assurance programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS, TISAX, whatever else our customers eventually throw at us) Develop systems, automations, and methods of security observability to push the GRC engineering organization beyond just meeting certification requirements Deploy security and compliance checks in an employee-enabling way (guardrails and paved roads) in their daily workflows and build pipelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle and operational processes. Respond to customer security issues, security alerts, and potential incidents What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience developing in a production environment with at least one programming language. We primarily use Go, TypeScript, and Python but most languages translate well. You will take a code screen and be expected to discuss programming principles such as algorithms, data structures, and optimization Knowledge of using and securing containerized, cloud-native applications, ideally with Kubernetes. Experience with multiple cloud providers is a strong plus Experience in automating security and compliance processes using tools, scripts, and frameworks while enabling developer and employee workflows Strong interpersonal skills, as this position will require communication with peers, stakeholders, auditors, and customers Understanding of industry-recognized security frameworks, standards, and certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, or GDPR, and how to apply them without added operational burden. You can gain this by reading the standards documents and audit guidance A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) Bonus Points For: Working knowledge of Grafana Labs OSS projects and products. Experience in using observability tooling to solve security problems. Experience working with OSS communities Experience in using technical automations to prove infrastructure compliance Experience securing large-scale distributed systems running in public clouds In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is € 97,034 - €116,441 . Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally. Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market's defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process. If this role excites you, we'd love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Germany. About Product Management As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential. Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. The role As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes Grafana Federal Cloud , for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) , which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale. Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You'll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next. Along the way, you'll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results. As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments We're excited about you because you have 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required. Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus Points Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 124,571 - EUR 149,485 . Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 250+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business. Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo's operations and business. The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization, with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture, and agentic development: building the platform where AI agents can take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably without lowering the quality bar. Currently, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling. It's an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend and infra domains. In this role, you'll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite), and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we'd expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It's especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains. What you'll be doing Owning the Foundation: the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience that 250+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day. Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture : improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast. Product and Planning: Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Supporting Engineering Excellence : Champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements. Long-Term Thinking: Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform. Agentic Development: Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, tool integrations, guardrails, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship. AI Fluency: Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes. 📍This role can be based in our Berlin tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup here . Feel free to check out the Wolt Tech Blog for more insight into our culture and technology. Our humble expectations Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React. Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js services that support frontend infrastructure. Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows. Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases. Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning priorities, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly with partner teams and leadership. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams. Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs. Nice to Haves Experience with micro-frontend architecture. Frontend platform engineering experience. Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads. Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE). Experience building tooling or workflows for autonomous AI coding agents (e.g., agent instructions, skills, MCP servers, or evaluating agent-generated code). What's in it for you Impact: Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on. Scale: Work on real platform problems behind 250+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors. Collaboration: Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better. Growth: Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, agentic development, DX, and improving engineering efficiency. Culture: Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
