About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role The Workplace Program Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the programs that span Legora's Workplace organization — the initiatives that help employees move faster, have a better day-to-day experience, and keep our offices running within budget as we grow into new markets. This role operates across functions and geographies, owning programs end-to-end while building the structure, processes, and tools that let the Workplace team operate consistently and at scale without slowing down. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong program management fundamentals, independent judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. You'll work closely with the Workplace team — Managers, Coordinators, and Design/Build — to turn their vision for what a great office experience looks like into programs that are actually launched, adopted, and improving over time. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments, skilled at building clarity and alignment, and motivated by improving how the Workplace team delivers for employees globally. If you love the moment a good idea becomes a program employees actually notice and love, this is your role. What You'll Do Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional Workplace programs with global scope, driving delivery from scoping through launch, ongoing operation, and continuous improvement Collaborate deeply with Regional Workplace Managers and Workplace Managers to design programs, events and experiences that make employees' day-to-day faster and better — from travel to winter parties and physical security Develop and maintain program-level processes, playbooks, and operating standards that let the Workplace team deliver consistently across regions and offices Lead cross-functional workstreams in partnership with Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security, ensuring Workplace priorities are clearly represented, aligned, and delivered Identify gaps in current programs and proactively design and launch solutions, often without an established playbook Build and scale tooling, workflows, and internal resources that improve team effectiveness and the consistency of the employee-facing experience Own the budget for programs under your management — building the business case, tracking spend against plan, and flagging drift before it becomes a problem Manage vendor relationships and provide direction where relevant to program delivery, ensuring alignment to Legora's standards Help monitor and control budget across the broader Workplace portfolio, and step in to unblock global procurement and vendor issues as they come up Serve as a thought partner to Workplace leadership on priorities, team capacity, and program strategy Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, translating complex operational topics into guidance employees actually understand Who You Are You get energy from watching an idea become something employees actually use and love You'd rather build the plan yourself than wait for someone to hand you a template You partner well — you make the Workplace team's vision better, not just execute it You move fast without losing sight of the budget or the details that make a program actually work You're motivated by impact on real people's day-to-day experience, not just ticking off a delivery date What We're Looking For 7+ years designing, launching, or running employee-facing programs — workplace, people ops, program management, or a related field A track record of taking a program from idea to launch, including owning the budget Experience improving or relaunching an existing program based on data or feedback, not just building new ones Comfort partnering across Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security without needing a governance structure to get things moving Global or multi-office experience is a plus, but not required Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. As Destinus scales its vehicle programmes, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to own execution across the full vehicle development stack – from propulsion and structures through avionics integration, ground support equipment, and qualification. This frees our engineers to focus on technical depth and our team leads on strategic leadership. As one of the first hires in this group, you will manage a programme and help build the PM structure itself alongside team leads and fellow TPMs. You own execution – schedule, cross-disciplinary coordination, risk, and delivery. The engineers run the technical depth; you run the programme. What You'll Do · Own end-to-end execution of vehicle-level and subsystem product development programmes – from kick-off through hardware build, test campaigns, qualification, and delivery · Build and maintain programme plans spanning propulsion, structures, avionics, systems engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory dependencies; identify and resolve critical path risks early · Run programme reviews and cross-functional coordination meetings; keep decisions documented and actions closed · Work closely with engineering leads across disciplines to track technical progress and translate it into clear programme status · Coordinate system integration activities – ensuring interfaces between subsystems (propulsion, structures, avionics, GSE) are managed, dependencies tracked, and integration milestones owned · Manage external dependencies: supplier lead times, test facility scheduling, regulatory submissions, and customer milestones · Proactively flag scope creep, resource conflicts, and schedule risk to leadership – with options, not just problems · Contribute to building the PM structure, tools, and ways of working for the department alongside team leads and fellow TPMs Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems, or a related engineering discipline · 5–8 years in a hardware-heavy development environment; at least 2 in a project management, programme coordination, or technical lead role – career PMs without hardware exposure will not be considered · Background in aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated hardware domain; familiarity with vehicle-level or system-level development and qualification cycles is essential · Experience managing cross-disciplinary programmes spanning multiple engineering domains (structures, propulsion, avionics, or similar) is a strong advantage · Able to manage multiple concurrent projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and testing · Strong systems thinking – able to see the full picture, spot where the hard problems are likely to sit, and know when to dive into detail without losing the overall programme · Strong planning skills – able to build a programme schedule from scratch, identify critical path, and keep it current · Comfortable building structure in an ambiguous environment; pragmatic over bureaucratic · Clear, direct communicator in English; German is an advantage Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow

Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact ). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact's work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight. What you'll do Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines. Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared. Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in. Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally. Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact's lens. Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations. Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets. Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once. Requirements A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it. Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public. Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once. Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work. Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy. 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing. Comfortable traveling for shoots and events. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses. About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. Set up the tools and ATS (Ashby) that let the team scale. About You AI-powered and innovative You design recruiting processes where AI does the heavy lifting, and you know when to automate and when to keep the human touch. You're resourceful and curious, and you bring ideas to the team rather than waiting to be asked. 6+ years of tech recruiting experience You have a proven track record hiring tech profiles (engineering, data, product) through full-cycle recruiting. You're comfortable as a generalist, hiring across functions and seniority levels as needs evolve. You're skilled at outbound sourcing and experienced with modern ATS platforms. Scale-up and agile mindset You've worked in a high-growth, fast-changing environment and love building from zero. You think like an owner, balancing speed with quality. Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. TRM Labs is hiring a Senior Capture Manager (UK) to support our most complex, high-impact deals, with an initial focus on public sector opportunities. This is not a traditional proposal writer or reactive Deal Desk role. The Senior Capture Manager will operate upstream in the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Security, and RevOps to shape deal strategy, influence decision criteria, and improve win probability before formal procurement begins. This role exists to increase quality, speed, and consistency across complex deals — while reducing risk, rework, and late-stage friction. We practice async communication and collaboration through various methods such as slack channels and documentation (Notion, etc.). It's important to note that the primary method for communication for this role with all relevant stakeholders will be through slack (text, voice notes and video messages across DMs and various channels). Additionally, RevOps is involved in a variety of live recurring meetings throughout the week (~8 hours). A few times a year we'll come together in-person to collaborate, with an opportunity to engage in-person more often if you're near a hub. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Must live in UAE Must have at least 5 years Enterprise sales Experience in UAE Public Sector Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently and know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that. Ability and/or willingness to use our product . This role is an existing vacancy #LI-AG1 #LI-Remote #MEAREGION What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills , experience , and location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth: United States: $281,300.00 to $453,500.00 United Kingdom: £176,600.00 to £290,500.00 Singapore: S$349,400.00 to S$524,000.00 If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) . Benefits & Perks We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you're based.
