About the Role At OLX, Design is more than aesthetics, it's how millions of people build trust, discover opportunities, and connect with their communities. As Principal Brand Designer, you'll shape how OLX and its portfolio of brands are experienced across every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you'll define the visual principles, creative systems, and brand standards that unite a diverse portfolio while allowing each brand to express its unique identity. This is a highly strategic, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines exceptional craft with systems thinking, influences through expertise, and embraces AI as a catalyst for creativity, consistency, and scale. Working in close partnership with Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Design, Communications, Employer Brand and regional teams, you'll translate business strategy, customer insights and brand positioning into cohesive creative systems that strengthen brand equity, build customer trust and accelerate high-quality execution across the organisation. You'll establish the creative vision and quality bar for brand design, while building the frameworks, governance and tools that enable teams worldwide to create distinctive, consistent and impactful brand experiences. What you'll own Define the future of OLX's Group's brand ecosystem Partnering with the Director of Product Design, Marketing and Brand Strategy, you'll evolve the visual identity and creative direction across OLX Group and its portfolio of brands. You'll ensure our brands feel connected where they should, distinctive where they need to be, and consistently recognisable across every customer touchpoint. Group-wide brand identity systems and visual standards Brand visual identity governance, quality assurance and design principles Multi-brand design systems and asset libraries Creative direction across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints related to brand design (excludes advertising) Long-term evolution of OLX Group's visual identity and assets. Build scalable creative systems powered by AI You'll help define how AI enhances brand design across OLX Group by developing AI-ready design systems, prompt libraries, reusable templates, automation workflows and governance that empower teams to produce high-quality work consistently and efficiently. Rather than replacing creativity, you'll ensure AI amplifies craftsmanship, accelerates production and strengthens consistency while maintaining the integrity of every brand. You'll also stay ahead of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities where AI can improve creative workflows, collaboration and design quality across the organisation. Raise the creative standard across OLX Group As the most senior brand design practitioner, you'll establish the benchmark for the application of brand design across product launches, executive communications, presentations, employer branding, events, web experiences and marketing initiatives. You'll provide creative direction, thoughtful critique and hands-on design leadership, ensuring every expression of the brand reflects exceptional craft, clarity and purpose. Translate strategy into brand experiences You'll partner closely with Marketing and Brand Strategy from the earliest stages of initiatives, transforming customer insights, research and business priorities into compelling visual systems and brand experiences. You'll contribute strategic thinking—not simply execute briefs, helping teams solve complex business challenges through design that strengthens trust, recognition and long-term brand value. Drive adoption and influence across the organisation Creating great systems is only part of the role, you'll ensure they're embraced. You'll build documentation, enablement programmes, design resources and governance models that help global and regional teams confidently apply OLX Group's brand standards. You'll influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Executive Leadership, aligning teams around a shared creative vision and ensuring design has a meaningful voice in strategic decision-making. Mentor and elevate the craft As a Principal Designer, your influence extends well beyond your own work. You'll coach designers through critique, mentoring and collaboration, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, systems thinking and continuous improvement. While this isn't a people management role, you'll be recognised as a trusted design leader whose expertise elevates the entire organisation. What we're looking for We're looking for a strategic design leader with exceptional craft, systems thinking and a passion for building brands that scale globally. You create brands that people trust Your portfolio demonstrates outstanding work across visual identity, typography, layout, storytelling, motion and digital experiences. You understand how to create memorable brands—and how to evolve and steward them over time. You think in systems You build frameworks, governance models, templates and design systems that enable organisations to produce consistently exceptional work. You know that the best design creates lasting capability, not just individual deliverables. You bring strategy to life through Design You're comfortable partnering with Marketing, Brand Strategy and executive stakeholders, translating positioning, customer insights and business objectives into creative systems that deliver measurable business impact. You're fluent in AI-enabled Design You already incorporate AI into your creative practice and understand where emerging technologies create value, and where human judgement remains essential. You can translate those insights into scalable workflows that improve quality, speed, experimentation and consistency across teams. You influence without authority You communicate with clarity, build trusted relationships and bring people together around a shared creative vision. You're equally comfortable presenting to executives, collaborating with marketers or mentoring fellow designers. You bring depth of experience You'll likely have: 10+ years of experience in brand design, or visual design Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Why join OLX OLX operates some of the world's most recognized online marketplaces, connecting millions of people every day to buy, sell, find jobs, discover homes, and build businesses. Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment. Principal Product Designer, London, Hybrid
AutogenaiLondon - Hybrid, Germany (Hybrid)12 days ago
Full TimeHybridPrincipal

Join AutogenAI – Revolutionising Bid and Proposal Writing At AutogenAI, we're changing how teams win work, not just how they write documents. Our platform is moving from AI that suggests to AI that acts: agents that research, draft and assemble proposals on a user's behalf, while the people who own the bid stay firmly in control. We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to shape that shift. You'll define how bid and proposal teams delegate to, supervise and trust AI, own the experience of key areas of our platform, and help raise the bar for design across the team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll do the work yourself, and your influence will reach well beyond your own features. You'll report to Chief Product Officer and join a design team of 4, working closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams. This is a hybrid role (two days per week in our London office), What You'll Do Shape product direction. Partner with Product and Engineering leads to frame the biggest user and business problems, influence the roadmap, and turn ambiguity into clear design strategy. Design how people work with agents. Move beyond "AI proposes, human accepts" to a calibrated range of autonomy, with clear moments for review, override and audit built in from the start. Make trust visible. Extend our trust patterns (source verification, calibrated confidence, visible progress) so every claim can be checked and every autonomous step traced back to what it did and why. Treat context as design material. Work with Engineering on what the system knows when it acts (instructions, memory, retrieved evidence, tool access) as part of the experience, alongside layout and flow. Own complex journeys end to end. Take multi-step, multi-user workflows from discovery to polished, production-ready UI, making the hard trade-offs and bringing stakeholders with you. Lead the design system's evolution. Keep agentic and AI-assisted patterns feeling like one coherent, accessible and refined product as we grow. Stay close to users. Lead research with customers and internal bid teams working under deadline and compliance pressure. Learn where they welcome AI autonomy and where they need control, and connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. Ship with care. Work with engineers on edge cases, failure states and QA so what we ship matches the design intent and stands up to enterprise and regulatory scrutiny. Help designers grow. Mentor, lead critiques, and shape how design is practised and valued at AutogenAI. What You'll Bring Significant experience at Principal or strong Senior+ level designing B2B enterprise SaaS, with a track record of influencing direction beyond your own features. A portfolio showing clear problem framing, strategic thinking and high-quality UI for complex workflows: intricate processes, multiple user types or high-stakes decisions. Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, ideally agentic ones. You know the difference between a system that suggests and one that acts, and what that shift asks of an interface. An understanding that trust and explainability live in system state and interaction sequencing, not only in microcopy or visual treatment. Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design. The ability to lead through influence: clear communication, sound judgement on trade-offs, and confidence presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders. Comfort in a fast-moving environment, turning complex, AI-mediated work into simple, usable experiences. Expert use of Figma and modern prototyping practices, including AI-assisted design tools. Experience building or scaling a design system in a growing product organisation. Nice to Have Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains, such as public sector, healthcare or financial services. Familiarity with emerging agentic UX patterns and toolkits, such as AI SDK Elements. Experience with document editors, text-heavy tools or collaboration software. A background in bid or proposal workflows. Why Join Us Shape a category-defining product at the moment it moves from AI-assisted writing to autonomous, accountable proposal work. Work alongside a high-calibre, mission-driven team across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success. Real autonomy and ownership, and a genuine say in how design (and how AI acts on a user's behalf) is done here. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: c.£100,000 - £120,000 depending on experience. Stock Options: Meaningful equity in the company. Retirement Plan: Pension scheme to help secure your future. Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation (Yes, you read right!) Flexible Work Options: This is a hybrid role (two days per week in our London office), Private Healthcare: Bupa Medical and Dental cover Life Insurance: Peace of mind for you and your family Paid parental leave: 16 weeks if you've just given birth, 4 weeks if your partner has just given birth (after one year of service) Values in Action: These aren't just principles we print and forget – they're how we work, how we treat each other, and how we deliver for our customers. They shape the company we are, and the one we aspire to become. Customers, Always : Everything starts with our customers. We walk in their shoes, speak their language, and build for their delight and success. We win when they win. Make It Happen : We move fast and take ownership. No waiting, no red tape – just action, urgency, and focus on outcomes. We ask for forgiveness, not permission. Learn and Invent : We stay curious. We learn what we can from past masters - and make up the rest. Change is constant, and so is our growth. Act Like Owners : Titles don't solve problems - people do. We own challenges, break the rules when it's necessary, and focus on what matters. Turn It Up to 11 : There is no "Good enough". We raise the bar, push boundaries, and keep building. There's always a next level. Lead With Respect : We listen first, speak honestly, and value every perspective. Integrity, follow-through, and kindness matter. Build Trust Through Transparency : We default to openness. We give feedback, share information, and assume positive intent - no secrets, no silos. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: AutogenAI is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities and veterans. Our hiring decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. At AutogenAI we value the unique perspectives each employee brings and strive to provide an equitable environment. If you require reasonable accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know, and we will gladly assist you. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
