About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Our mission We're making Africa the first cashless continent. In 2017, over half the population in Sub-Saharan Africa had no bank account. That's for good reason—the fees are too high, the closest branch can be miles away, and nobody takes cards. Without access to financial institutions, people are forced to keep their savings under the mattress. Small business owners rely on lenders who charge extortionate rates. Parents spend hours waiting in line to pay school fees in cash. We're solving this by building financial services that just work: no account fees, instantly available, and accepted everywhere. In places where electricity, water and roads don't always work, you can still send money with Wave. In 2017, we launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments. Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast. Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in... How you'll help us achieve it We're looking for an experienced security engineer who's independent, excited about getting things done, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll primarily be responsible for our application security, working with our product teams to work on new systems to enhance our security posture. Our customers trust us with their money, and you'll be at the forefront of making sure we retain that trust! This broadly scoped role will allow you to get your hands on many different types of security projects, from direct application security to helping our infrastructure team think about security for our databases. As we integrate AI-powered agents into our engineering and operations workflows, you'll help define and enforce the guardrails around how we use them safely. This includes securing agentic tooling against prompt injection, excessive permissions, and data exfiltration — and building the policies and technical controls to govern AI usage across the company. Some experience with common industry certifications like ISO-27001 and PCI-DSS would be beneficial, although you won't be expected to run or oversee audits. Our to-do list changes constantly, but here are some recent projects: Design our agentic SIEM/SecOps pipelines to evaluate and tune AI-driven triage, alerting, and response automation Secure our MCP integrations against prompt injection, tool misuse, and credential exposure Tune and maintain code security review agents tailored to Wave's codebase, threat model, and regulatory environment Develop internal AI governance standards covering acceptable use, data handling, and audit requirements for LLM-powered tools Centralise application-level login and permissions enforcement including privileged access management Rework our approach to secrets management with ephemeral secrets and tighter access scopes Security review of our public-facing APIs Key details You can work remotely from anywhere (between UTC -5 and +4) with reliable internet access. For this role, depending on your level of experience, we offer a salary of up to $185,800 USD (or local equivalent), plus a generous equity. We run performance reviews twice a year and award bonuses or promotions to strong performers who have been with the company for more than six months Major benefits: Subsidized health insurance for you and your dependents and retirement contributions (both vary from country-to-country). 6 months fully paid parental leave and subsidized fertility assistance. Flexible vacation, with most folks taking between 30-40 days per year. $10,000 annual charitable donation matching. Yearly travel to one of our African operating countries. Legal AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it. At Lefebvre Sdu, we've been building that knowledge for 200 years. Day in, day out. Law by law. Word by word. Other legal AI tools run on our data and software. As the Dutch heart of Lefebvre Group, the European leader in legal and tax knowledge, we're also developing our own platform: GenIA-L, where lawyers and tax professionals don't just get an answer, but an answer they're willing to put their name to. More than 75,000 professionals use it every day, accounting for over €100 million ARR across Europe. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape how the intelligent core of that platform evolves. HOW YOU'LL MOVE US FORWARD GenIA-L is a research platform for legal professionals. A user asks a question. The platform searches our trusted sources and turns them into a usable answer. This is done with agents: specialised AI components that each take on part of the question and work together. In the legal domain, an answer can't just sound convincing. It has to be correct, and you need to be able to see which source it comes from. This isn't a pilot: the platform is in production and used heavily every day. As a senior, you build alongside the team, but you also keep the bigger picture in view. You know the different parts of the platform and how they affect one another. You help prioritise, spot obstacles early and make sure we're heading in the right direction, both in how we work and technically. You look ahead: where could we go, and what do we need to know to get there? And you help medior colleagues grow by seeing exactly where they're stuck, without taking the work off their hands. You give direction to the agent architecture of GenIA-L: which specialised agents are needed and how they work together. You break down legal processes and translate them into technical solutions. You decide how the components are best connected. You make sure our knowledge packages and the pipelines behind them can scale and stay up to date. A knowledge package is an expert-reviewed set of commentary, case law, legislative history and practical guidance for each article of law. You build the way we measure quality. Using evaluation sets, observability and metrics, you show that answers, source attribution and reliability are genuinely improving. Not based on gut feeling, but on evidence. You help prioritise the team's work and flag technical or process risks early. You explore new developments, test ideas in practice and turn them into proposals that make the product sharper or faster. You coach medior engineers and work directly with editors and subject-matter experts. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have a realistic view of LLMs. You see what they can do, but you also know their weak spots. You follow new AI developments closely, but you don't just follow the herd: you stay critical and aren't afraid to say so. You can break a complex problem down into smaller pieces and keep oversight of a system with many moving parts. You take ownership, show initiative when things aren't yet clear and think from the customer's problem. You enjoy helping others move forward without taking over. And you like working with lawyers and editors, because they know what a good answer looks like. Extensive experience in software or ML engineering, around 5 years or more. Depth in recent projects counts for more than the number of years. In-depth knowledge of Python and experience with relevant machine learning libraries. You've built LLM applications and run them in production. Solid experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain, tool calling, MCP or similar orchestration. Our entire product is built around this. Experience with only a simple search-and-answer setup (RAG) isn't enough. You've made the quality of LLM systems measurable with evaluation sets and observability, and can give concrete examples. Experience with tools like MLflow and LiteLLM is a plus. Strong backend experience, including REST APIs and Postgres databases. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience in the legal, tax or another knowledge-intensive domain is a plus. WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the team works together at the office. What colleagues value most here: mutual trust, room to experiment, and a team that helps each other out when someone gets stuck. A place where you have influence from day one: on the approach, the processes, and the direction. Colleagues who deliberately chose Lefebvre Sdu over big tech jobs because here, they're building something that doesn't exist yet. Base salary between €5,500 and €6,450 per month, based on a 36-hour week, since that's full-time for us. Plus a lot of extra allowances (see below). A bonus tied to company performance: a fixed year-end bonus of 4% and profit sharing of up to 6%. 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday pay and 4% is freely allocable. Want more vacation? Just buy it. A bonus of up to 10% of your salary, based on company performance and individual performance. A solid pension plan through PGB, including supplementary partner insurance. Collective insurance plans. A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer or a public transport reimbursement, plus an attractive bike plan. For employees with a commute of less than 10 km or more than 60 km, we have an adjusted arrangement. Two days a week in the office in The Hague, within walking distance of Voorburg station. The rest of the week, wherever you work best. Room to grow: in your craft, in your role, in the organization. Want to know more? We'd love to tell you all about the team and the role. Send us your CV and you'll hear from us within 5 working days. Any questions first? Message or call Nadine on 06 28556265. A reference check and a VOG (certificate of good behaviour) are part of the selection process. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

More than 75,000 professionals use it every day, accounting for over €100 million ARR across Europe. We're looking for a Medior AI Engineer to help shape how the intelligent core of that platform evolves. HOW YOU'LL MOVE US FORWARD GenIA-L is a research platform for legal professionals. A user asks a question. The platform searches our trusted sources and turns them into a useful answer. It does this with agents: specialised AI components that each handle part of the question and work together. In the legal domain, an answer can't just sound fluent. It has to be correct, and you must be able to see which source it comes from. This is not a pilot project: the platform runs in production and is used heavily every day. As a medior, your focus is on building. You work independently, on challenges that come from customers and on challenges we spot ourselves. You break down a legal process, translate it into a technical process and work out how to best connect the pieces. Stuck on something? You say so, and your colleagues think along with you. You build and improve the agents of GenIA-L and the way they work together. You build and maintain our knowledge packages: for each legal article, an expert-validated set of commentary, case law, parliamentary history and practical interpretation. You also work on the pipelines that create these packages and keep them up to date. You make quality measurable. With evaluation sets, observability and metrics, you show that answers, source attribution and reliability really improve. Not by gut feeling, but with evidence. You build features for customers, such as analysing their own documents and new ways to search case law. You work directly with editors and subject-matter experts, and check with them which parts of a legal question really matter. You come up with and test ideas to make the product sharper or faster, and alternate AI experiments with back-end development. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have a realistic view of LLMs. You see what they can do, but you also know their weak spots.
