More about Wayve: 🚀 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines. Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. Why join us? Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick. Role Purpose This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti's customers, designing and implementing solutions that ensure customers integrate deeply with the platform and realise measurable operational outcomes, while bridging the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE). They own end-to-end delivery of integration offerings within defined scope, timeline, and budget, escalating only where customer requirements exceed standard package boundaries. Key Responsibilities Drive customer success and stickiness Own technical solution design for select customers: from scoping integrations and data workflows through to working implementations that enable full platform value. Deliver the standard Integration/Automation packages end-to-end: scope confirmation, project delivery, build, testing, and handoff within the defined timeline and effort budget. Advise customers and partners on integration architecture: how to connect Mitti to their existing systems effectively and sustainably. Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build implementation plans that accelerate time-to-value for managed accounts. Work alongside Account Executives (AEs) during pre-sales to communicate technical platform capabilities (APIs, security architecture, and cloud integrations) and resolve technical blockers in the sales cycle. Act as a technical bridge between GTM and PDE, capturing and routing customer integration feedback that shapes the product roadmap. Partner with the API and Integrations Engineering team to resolve complex customer requirements and advocate for platform improvements that benefit the broader customer base. Improve how we deliver Identify recurring technical patterns across customer integrations, propose and participate in standardisation efforts: new packaged offerings, reusable automation, or templated solutions that reduce delivery effort across the customer base, not just for one account. Build and maintain technical automations (scripts, workflows, tooling) that reduce manual effort in the standard delivery motion, contributing them back to the shared Customer Solution & Implementation toolkit rather than keeping them account-specific. Flag when the same "out of scope" request appears repeatedly across customers, as a signal the package boundary itself needs to move, not just that this customer needs an exception. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Proven ability to design and implement data solutions: writing SQL queries, modelling relational databases, and translating raw data into business-relevant insights. Comfortable building across scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang) to automate workflows or extend platform capabilities for specific customer use cases. Able to navigate a wide variety of enterprise system architectures, data models, and integration patterns. Confident reading API documentation and building or troubleshooting API integrations in enterprise environments. Background spanning software development and data analytics; comfortable moving between building solutions and communicating data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Behavioural Skills Translates fluently between technical and non-technical audiences: equally credible in an engineering deep-dive and a customer-facing session with business stakeholders. Stays organised across a high-volume, concurrent workload; switches context quickly without losing quality or missing detail. Customer-first problem solver: listens to understand the real need before proposing a solution, and brings options rather than just problems. Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; exercises sound judgment on edge cases while operating within a defined delivery methodology. Team-first mindset: invests in the success of CSMs, AEs, and engineering partners, not just their own outcomes. Distinguishes clearly between solving a customer's immediate problem and identifying a systemic delivery improvement worth productising, and routes each appropriately. AI Skills Uses AI tools to accelerate integration work, drafting technical specs and documentation, analysing customer data to surface insights, and building automations faster. Applies AI coding assistants fluently in day-to-day work; evaluates AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and security before deploying. Proficient with AI tools: independently identifies where AI adds leverage in their workflows and adopts new capabilities without direction. Benefits At Mitti, we care about people and growing the team, through: Equity with high growth potential, and a competitive salary, Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility, Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities; Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns; We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies. You'll also receive other perks such as: Remote flexible working arrangements Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidised fitness programs, EAP services and generous parental leave policy Quarterly celebrations and team events Table tennis, board games, gym sessions, book club, and pet-friendly offices. We're committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day. About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem . Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. About the Role We are hiring our first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering . Perk's revenue organisation is 800 people selling to more than 10,000 companies. Behind them sits a CRM, an enrichment and signal stack, a growing set of AI agents - and a lot of manual work that no longer needs to exist. Your job is to remove it and to build the automated systems that replace it. You will own GTM Engineering end-to-end: which tools we use, how the architecture fits together, what gets built, and what it does for revenue. You report to the VP of Revenue Operations , lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, and work across SDR, Account Executive, and Account Management - a few high-impact projects each quarter. This is a player-coach role, and we mean it. You will be in Clay, in the orchestration logic, in the agent workflows, building alongside a team doing the same. You're using your experience to guide and coach them to accelerate the pace. The other half of the job is commercial. The best GTM engineers we have met can sit with a regional Sales VP, work out why their pipeline isn't converting, and leave with the right thing to build. That instinct matters more to us than any single tool on a CV. What You'll Do Own the strategy and the stack Define Perk's GTM engineering architecture - how CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers fit together. Make the tooling calls: what we adopt, what we consolidate, what we retire, and why it pays for itself. Set the roadmap with the VP of Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and the Revenue Systems and Data teams. Establish the standards the team builds to - version control, documentation, testing, and rollback. Build, hands-on Design and build in Clay: tables, waterfall enrichment, AI columns, webhooks and API integrations in production. Own the orchestration layer - the logic deciding which records enter a workflow, when, and on what criteria. This is where GTM automation succeeds or fails. Build agentic workflows on modern LLM and agent tooling to take research, qualification, summarisation and data entry off people entirely. Write the code the job needs - Python, SQL, SOQL or TypeScript. Automate across SDR, AE, and AM Own account prospecting automation globally: TAM sourcing, enrichment, ICP and intent scoring, prioritisation and distribution. Give AEs their selling time back - CRM autofill, quoting, meeting prep, opportunity hygiene, first outbounds. Build account intelligence for Account Management: risk signals, whitespace, account planning. Take each project from prototype to production properly - instrumented and validated before it scales. Bridge commercial and technical Turn commercial problems into technical architecture, and technical output into impact a revenue VPs recognises. Understand Perk's revenue goals and how to leverage AI capabilities for us to achieve them quicker and more efficiently. Understand and drive clear and tangible commercial outcomes. For example, how to reduce the time that quota-carrying roles spend on non-core activities such as account research, be able to quantify the impact, and clearly communicate the outcomes to leadership. Build the team Lead and grow a small, senior team across Europe and North America. Set clear ownership, and the review discipline that makes shipping fast also means shipping safely. Grow the team's technical depth and commercial judgement in equal measure. What Will Make You Successful Experience Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or an adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS Proven track record in GTM Engineering specifically, with delivery at real scale — systems hundreds of sellers relied on, not a pilot for one team Time as both a builder and a leader. This role needs both. Technical craft Clay expertise in production - complex tables, waterfall enrichment, webhook integrations and AI column logic that revenue teams actually depended on. Deep Salesforce fluency: the data model, integration patterns, and where the constraints really are. Working proficiency in code — Python, SQL, SOQL, TypeScript or equivalent. You pull your own data. Not all coding languages are necessary, but proficiency in one or some is required. Architecture instincts: you build for scale, monitoring and recovery, not just for the first successful run. Depth across several layers of the modern GTM stack - enrichment and data (Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Cognism, PredictLeads), signal and intent (6sense, Bombora, UserGems), sequencing (Outreach, Salesloft), orchestration (n8n, Make, Workato), data infrastructure (Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery) and LLM and agent tooling. Nobody has all of it. We care that you have real depth somewhere and can learn the rest quickly. Commercial instinct You judge your work by whether it moved a commercial metric, not by whether it shipped. You have the credibility with Sales leaders to scope the right build - and to say when automation is the wrong answer. You understand the funnel end to end: TAM, ICP, pipeline generation, conversion, expansion, and the economics underneath. Nice to have Having stood up a GTM engineering function at a high-growth SaaS business, ideally above $100M ARR. Experience taking an automation programme from pilot to global production, including what you learned when it got bumpy. Multi-region GTM experience across EMEA and North America. Why This Role GTM Engineering is a discipline being written right now, and most companies are still treating it as a tooling function. This is the chance to own it properly, the stack, the architecture, the build, and the commercial outcome across a $300M+ revenue business with 800 people in the field, a genuine appetite for automation, and the budget and executive backing to move fast. You would be the first person in this seat, with real systems and real data to work with rather than a blank page, and the freedom to decide what Perk's automation layer should look like. There is a lot to go after, the problems are interesting, and the impact is immediate and visible. If you want to build the automation layer of a commercial engine at this scale and you want to still have your hands on it come and build it here. AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume. Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We're an equal opportunity employer, which means you're welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you're from, or anything else that makes you, well, you. Protect Yourself from Recruitment Scams All official communication from Perk will always come from email addresses ending in @ perk.com or @ externalperk.com , our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ The Senior Revenue Operations job Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership. You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team , whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost. Why is this role interesting? High-impact scope : You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers. Real ownership : You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery. Builder's playground : You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale. Tangible results : Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate. What will you do with us? You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works. You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks. ⭐ Is it you we're looking for? You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you: Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness , several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. Read our operating principles to see it in full. About the team The Credit Risk team is part of Airwallex's Second Line of Defence and helps the company grow responsibly as a global financial platform. We work at the intersection of credit, FX, and counterparty risk, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to enable commercial growth while protecting Airwallex from financial loss and excessive risk exposure. This is a team for analytical, commercially minded risk leaders who are energized by building scalable frameworks and practical controls across a fast-moving, multi-currency global network. What you'll do As a Senior Manager, Credit Risk, you will lead Airwallex's global second-line oversight of credit, FX, and counterparty risk. You will set the risk guardrails that allow the business to grow safely across merchant acquiring, charge cards, FX, treasury, settlement, and banking-partner activities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Risk, you will own the global framework, risk appetite, limits, governance, and portfolio oversight for these risk areas. You will provide independent challenge to first-line decisions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business. This role is based in London. Responsibilities Credit risk framework and risk appetite: Define, implement, and continuously enhance the global second-line credit risk framework, including policies, risk appetite thresholds, limits, escalation protocols, and governance standards across Airwallex's products and legal entities. Credit portfolio oversight: Oversee credit exposures across merchant acquiring, charge cards, B2B and commercial activities, FX pre-funding, treasury-related exposures, settlement flows, and other relevant products. Underwriting and limit governance: Review and challenge first-line underwriting strategies, customer and merchant risk policies, credit assessments, limit-setting methodologies, and exception processes. Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-value credit decisions. FX risk oversight: Establish and monitor appropriate second-line guardrails for FX exposures arising from pre-funding, settlement, customer activity, treasury flows, and other multi-currency activities. Challenge controls, limits, escalation triggers, and risk reporting to ensure exposures remain within approved tolerances. Counterparty risk management: Set and oversee counterparty risk standards for banking partners, payment partners, merchants, customers, and other material counterparties. Establish appropriate exposure limits, concentration thresholds, monitoring requirements, and escalation processes. Portfolio monitoring and early warning indicators: Lead proactive monitoring of credit, FX, and counterparty portfolios, including exposure, concentration, delinquency, default, chargeback, loss, settlement, liquidity-of-counterparty, and other relevant risk indicators. Identify emerging trends and escalate material issues before they become systemic. Loss mitigation and remediation: Review and challenge first-line monitoring, collections, collateral, prefunding, reserves, chargeback, and other mitigation strategies. Ensure deteriorating counterparties, customers, merchants, or exposures are identified and addressed promptly. New products and market expansion: Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Treasury, Finance, and Operations to assess and challenge the risk design of new products, features, markets, currencies, and partner arrangements before launch. Risk approvals and governance: Lead or support risk committee decisions, material risk approvals, limit exceptions, breach assessments, and remediation plans. Ensure decisions are documented clearly and aligned with approved risk appetite. Regulatory and partner engagement: Represent Credit Risk during regulatory examinations, internal and external audits, and reviews with banking and strategic partners. Prepare clear, decision-useful materials for senior management, risk committees, and the Board where appropriate. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications 10–15 years of progressively senior experience across credit risk, counterparty risk, FX risk, treasury risk, or related financial risk disciplines within banking, payments, fintech, or another highly regulated financial services environment. Deep experience designing, implementing, and governing second-line credit risk frameworks in a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization. Strong understanding of credit risk identification, measurement, underwriting, limit management, monitoring, mitigation, provisioning, loss recognition, and capital implications. Demonstrated experience managing risk across multiple product lines, such as merchant acquiring, commercial or charge cards, B2B lending, payment processing, FX, treasury, settlement, or banking-partner activities. Practical experience overseeing FX and counterparty risk, including exposure measurement, concentration risk, limits, settlement risk, prefunding, collateral or other mitigants, and escalation governance. Proven ability to challenge first-line decisions and communicate clear risk positions to senior executives, commercial leaders, product and operations teams, banking partners, auditors, and regulators. Preferred qualifications Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or an equivalent qualification. Experience with automated decisioning engines, credit scoring models, portfolio analytics, or alternative data used in underwriting and monitoring. Familiarity with IFRS 9, expected credit loss methodologies, stress testing, or other relevant prudential and accounting frameworks. Strong data literacy and familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools used to analyze portfolio, exposure, and loss trends. Experience working in a regulated payments fintech, digital bank, or financial institution with multiple licenses and banking partnerships. Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and a bias for practical, scalable execution.
