We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement & Procure-to-Pay to lead how Flexport buys and pays for corporate indirect and warehouse goods and services. You'll run daily procure-to-pay operations and build the procurement processes that help us negotiate better agreements, manage renewals, and control costs. You'll lead a team of approximately five to ten people and work closely with Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Expect to negotiate with vendors, solve operational problems, and use AI and automation to improve how the team works. We're looking for someone with strong judgment, a record of results, and the ability to learn quickly. You may have developed those strengths in procurement, finance, operations, consulting, or another demanding role. You Will Lead and develop the team: set priorities, coach team members, and uphold high standards for accuracy and service. Build clear purchasing and approval processes for corporate indirect and warehouse spend. Make it easy for business teams to understand who owns each step and where to take an issue. Lead vendor negotiations with business owners, using spend data and commercial alternatives to improve pricing and terms. Maintain a clear view of contracts, commitments, and renewal dates. Work with Legal and business owners to address risks and negotiate before deadlines limit our options. Own purchasing approvals, invoice processing, exception resolution, and payments, working with Accounting and Treasury. Maintain reliable records and controls, including approval authority, separation of duties, and checks against duplicate or incorrect payments. Work with budget owners to challenge unnecessary spending and track realized savings with Finance. Track savings, renewal readiness, invoice accuracy, processing times, and timely payments. Fix the causes of recurring problems. Build and test AI-assisted workflows for spend analysis, contract review, and invoice exceptions. Work with Finance Systems and technical teams to implement them, train the team, and measure improvements without weakening payment controls. Success in Your First Year Business teams follow a clear purchasing process, and key vendors, contracts, renewals, and approvals are easy to track. Negotiations and renewals produce measurable savings confirmed by Finance and better commercial terms. Invoices and payments are more accurate and timely, with fewer recurring exceptions and consistent controls. The team has clear responsibilities, stronger skills, and AI workflows that demonstrably reduce manual work. You Should Have A record of strong results and increasing responsibility in procurement, finance, operations, consulting, or a related field. Experience leading and developing people, setting expectations, and addressing performance issues. Strong commercial judgment: you can negotiate, weigh tradeoffs, and influence people with competing priorities. The ability to analyze spending and financial data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools and turn your findings into clear recommendations. An understanding of financial controls and how purchasing, invoices, and payments fit together, with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly. Experience taking an unclear problem, building a workable process, and getting people to use it. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and curiosity about better ways to work. Hands-on experience using generative AI to analyze information or improve a recurring workflow. You can explain what you built, how you tested it, and what improved. Sound judgment about AI: you check results against source data, recognize unreliable outputs, protect confidential information, and know when human review is needed. Experience with indirect procurement, finance systems, or procure-to-pay operations is helpful. We care about what you've accomplished and your ability to handle this scope, even if you haven't held this exact title. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Note: this job post is for Fullstack Software Engineers only. If you are a Backend Engineer, please see our Backend Software Engineer post here . About the role We are looking for fullstack software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies. We have multiple teams that are currently hiring within Safeguards. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential. Responsibilities: Design and build the internal review tools analysts use to investigate abuse — dashboards, case queues, and evidence viewers that make high-volume, high-stakes decisions fast and accurate. Build the interfaces where humans supervise agents: streaming output, interruption and approval flows, and clear provenance for every action an agent takes. Surface abuse patterns to our research teams through the visualizations and exploration tools that make emerging patterns legible. Own the frontend architecture for tools handling sensitive data at scale — performance under large datasets, correctness under real-time updates, and access controls enforced end to end. You may be a good fit if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience Proficiency in TypeScript and modern React; comfortable in Python for backend work The ability to work across the stack Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong candidates may also: 8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships or co-ops Have experience building data-dense internal tools or operator interfaces, not just marketing or consumer surfaces Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation Have experience building trust and safety detection mechanisms and intervention for AI/ML systems Have experience with prompt engineering, jailbreak attacks, and other adversarial inputs Have worked closely with operational teams to build custom internal tooling The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About the role Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team—based in Dublin —to own full-cycle recruiting for either our G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) or our Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer-facing roles), depending on business need and your background. This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You'll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic's values. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you'll have real ownership over the roles you run. We're open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic's hiring bar Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions Minimum qualifications Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it Preferred qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €125.000 — €170.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly. We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly. As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you. We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible. Key responsibilities Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools Minimum qualifications A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science Preferred qualifications Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work Representative projects Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $460,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Podcast Media Manager at Anthropic, you will own how Claude shows up in podcasts, one of our most important channels for reaching professionals and knowledge workers. This is not a traditional media buying role. We're looking for someone to build a refreshed, proactive podcast strategy: securing the right shows before they're obvious, going beyond standard ad reads, and creating unique partnerships that fully integrate our product into shows in ways no other brand is doing. In this role, you'll own our podcast program end to end, from annual strategy and show selection through network buys, scripts, pacing, and reporting across 100+ shows. You'll sit on the influencer marketing team and partner closely with growth marketing on performance goals and in-house campaigns, brand marketing on major campaign flights, enterprise marketing on B2B buys and scripts, creative and copy teams on reads and refreshes, comms teams on messaging and media buying teams/agencies on execution. Key responsibilities Own podcast strategy for Anthropic, setting where we show up instead of reacting to inbound pitches Lead podcast strategy flights for major campaigns end to end, from planning through reporting Manage network buys across major audio publishers including Spotify, Amazon, NYT, and others Develop year-long buys with top shows and media outlets, identifying and pitching partners before they come to us Build partnership packages that go beyond ad reads to include bonus episodes, video, live events, and social Partner with creative and copy teams as their main point of contact on podcast work, establishing a repeatable process for scripts and copy points Manage voice-actor reads and QA spots before they air Develop a refresh cadence for reads so messaging stays current across 100+ shows, tailored to each show's audience Manage agency relationships, pushing partners to deliver the best rates, placements, and ideas Track pacing across buys and shift budget as performance data comes in Present results and learnings back to the team on a regular basis Partner with growth, brand, and enterprise marketing to align podcast plans with performance goals, campaign flights, and B2B objectives Minimum qualifications Have deep experience in podcast media buying at a tech or consumer company with a substantial podcast budget Have managed podcast programs in-house directly, not only through an agency Have run both agency partnerships and in-house podcast programs, and know how to get the best work out of each Are skilled at managing and pushing media agencies to secure strong rates, placements, and ideas Can spot up-and-coming shows before they're obvious and back your picks with a clear rationale Bring creative ideas that go beyond the standard ad read, from bonus episodes to live events to product integrations Are comfortable owning the details of execution, including scripts, QA, pacing, and reporting, alongside long-range strategy Work well across many partner teams and can build repeatable processes that scale Enjoy shaping a program from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing playbook Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications Experience negotiating year-long or multi-format partnerships with top shows or networks A background in copywriting or close collaboration with creative teams on host-read scripts Familiarity with B2B audiences and enterprise-focused podcast buys Experience with podcast measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing Relationships with major audio publishers, networks, and independent hosts Experience extending podcast partnerships into video, social, or live formats Familiarity with AI products or the broader developer and knowledge worker audience The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. About the role Anthropic's Customer Success organization covers our most strategic enterprise accounts through dedicated Customer Success resources, but the majority of our customers will never be reached that way. Programmatic Customer Success is how we close that gap: scalable digital journeys, AI-built engagement plays, and partner-delivered activation motions that drive habitual Claude adoption across a much broader customer base. This is a new function, and you'd be its first leader. You'll report to the Head of Strategic Deployments & Success and work closely with Product, Partnerships, Growth Marketing, and Strategy to design and operate the system that moves customers from signed contract to deeply embedded, outcome centric usage. The right person for this role has built something like this before, at real scale, and is genuinely excited to build it again from the ground up with better tools. We anticipate using Claude as a core part of how the team operates, but will supplement with best of breed SaaS products where appropriate. Key responsibilities Define the customer journey and moments that matter along the journey that lead to daily usage of Claude in a way that delivers outcomes for Claude users Define and own the programmatic CS strategy: how we tier accounts, what motion each tier receives, and how customers move between them as their needs evolve Design and ship digital success programs, including lifecycle communications, in-product nudges and self-serve onboarding in a way that drives activation and habitual usage without human-touch coverage Build and run AI-powered engagement plays that extend the team's reach; work with Product to clarify what this team builds versus what lives in the product itself Set the quality bar and requirements for partner-led activation, and maintain a tight feedback loop with our Partnerships team who owns the partner ecosystem Establish the metrics framework for programmatic success: define what "activated" means at each tier, identify leading indicators, and build the instrumentation to track them Run a rigorous experimentation program to understand which motions actually change customer behavior Hire and lead a small, high-leverage team while bringing cross-functional partners along on the vision and the operating model Minimum qualifications Proven experience leading and building programmatic, digital success, lifecycle, or PLG motions at significant scale — with direct ownership of an adoption or activation outcome Track record of building scalable systems and programs, not just managing existing ones; you've started from a blank page before Strong cross-functional instincts — comfortable writing briefs that other teams execute against, resolving handoff ambiguity, and influencing roadmaps without direct authority Data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience designing experiments that distinguish real behavior change from activity metrics Experience managing and developing teams Preferred qualifications Experience spanning more than one of: digital/PLG, partner ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, or scaled CS — ideally combined into a single integrated motion Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered workflows or automation as a force multiplier for a small team Background working at a fast-growing technology company where the playbook was still being written Experience with tiered coverage models and designing the handoffs between high-touch and low-touch The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
