Intro Every industrial company on our customer list, ZF, Schaeffler, Miele, Maersk, Lufthansa, is fighting the same challenge: margin erosion from tariffs, CBAM, and supply chains nobody fully understands anymore. We're not another SaaS tool competing for budget. We're the difference between a board that knows its cost exposure and one that finds out the hard way. As Account Executive, you own that conversation end to end, first call to signed contract, for the deals that actually move the needle. Why this seat is different The deals are long-cycle, technical, and multi-stakeholder, procurement, sustainability, and operations all in the room, often with conflicting priorities. If you've sold complex B2B SaaS where the win depends on translating technical value into board-level urgency, this is that seat, at a stage early enough that you'll shape how we do it, not just execute a playbook someone else wrote. Your tasks Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close Build and run your own outbound strategy across LinkedIn, phone, email, and your own network Lead demos and presentations that translate technical product value into business urgency for enterprise buyers Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (procurement, sustainability, technical) without losing momentum Keep your pipeline clean and current in our CRM Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep what we sell aligned with what we can deliver Bring market and competitor intel back to the team to sharpen our positioning Your profile Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise B2B SaaS sales , with a strong trajectory (quota overachievement, fast progression) weighted more heavily than years alone Comfortable managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical and non-technical buyers Experience selling into industrial or regulated sectors ( automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, chemicals) is a strong plus; we're equally interested in strong operators from adjacent complex B2B environments Fluent in German and English ; most of our enterprise buyers are German-speaking Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) Based in or willing to relocate to Munich , in-person presence 3 days/week , with regular travel to customers Benefits Unique & Powerful Mission: join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change Compensation & Rewards: a steep learning curve and ownership from day one. We offer an attractive compensation package, including virtual stock options Health & Wellbeing: Urban Sports Club subscription to stay healthy & fit.1:1 coaching sessions with Nilohealth for your mental well-being. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: A hybrid setup with 3 days/week in our Munich office. Real collaboration time with the team, plus the flexibility to structure the rest of your week where you focus best. Team Culture: Our transparency, Humility, and Accountability values create a unique and supportive working environment. Be part of a multinational, motivated team that thinks work should be fun! Connection & Networking: Summer Offsite, Winter Party, and regular team events We give you plenty of opportunities to connect with people, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and boost collaboration Trust & Transparency: monthly All-Hands Meetings, weekly update newsletters, and Founders Q&As. We keep you informed on current company numbers and goals Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

We will never ask you for bank account information, checks, or other sensitive information as part of our hiring process. All correspondence will come from the zello.com email domain. If you're unsure, please email ----- with questions. About Zello Zello is a voice-first communication platform, powered by our industry-leading push-to-talk technology, to improve collaboration and productivity for desk-less workers. With over 175+ million users, we're the #1 rated push-to-talk app in the world, delivering 9 billion (yes, with a B) messages a month. At Zello, our company values are at the heart of what we do everyday. We're proud to serve the frontline, we're privileged to connect people in times of crisis across the globe, and we're honored to support first responders. And this is where you come in. Zello gives frontline teams in logistics, aviation, retail, transportation, and utilities instant push-to-talk voice on the devices they already carry. We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win and expand multi-site frontline organizations across EMEA and help turn our enterprise motion into something repeatable. You'll report to the Head of Sales EMEA. After a successful first year, you will have Closed at least three new multi-site enterprise logos in EMEA, each with a defined path from pilot to full rollout. Built and held a qualified pipeline of 3-4x your quarterly target in HubSpot, with your forecast landing within 10% of actual. Converted at least two pilots or self-serve teams into enterprise agreements covering multiple sites or countries. Co-sold at least one deal end-to-end with a channel partner and documented the playbook for the team. Fed structured win/loss and customer feedback into Product, with at least one insight shaping the roadmap. What you'll do Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from first discovery call to signature, multi-threading across operations, IT, security, and procurement. Prospect into target accounts in aviation, ground handling, logistics, retail, transportation, and utilities alongside SDRs and Marketing. Run structured pilots with Solutions Engineers, agreeing success criteria with the customer up front and driving to a commercial decision. Who you are You've spent 5+ years closing B2B SaaS deals, at least 3 of them selling enterprise in EMEA, ideally to operations leaders in frontline or field-heavy industries. You build your own pipeline and can point to deals you originated, not just ones you inherited. You get complex buying groups to a decision by aligning operations, IT, security, and procurement around a clear business case. You reduce friction for the people around you. SEs, SDRs, and CSMs want to work your deals. You turn losses into lessons and share them with the team instead of keeping them to yourself. You've worked in HubSpot or a comparable CRM and use call intelligence tools like Gong to improve your craft. You work fluently in English. Additional European languages are a plus. This Role Is Not A high-velocity SMB role. Smaller teams buy through our product-led, self-serve motion. A pure account management role. Your focus is new logos and landing enterprise expansion. A people management role. You're an individual contributor. A role where pipeline is handed to you. You co-own pipeline generation. We hire for potential, passion for our mission, and a knack for solving difficult problems over checking every qualification box. We have competitive pay, equity with significant upside, and intentionally design our benefits to encourage healthy and well-balanced employees, flexible schedules and time off. We even offer a sabbatical after every five years of service so you're able to pursue and enjoy what matters most to you. And of course, we wouldn't be a technology company without a ping-pong table and free snacks in our break room. Join us! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Must live in UAE Must have at least 5 years Enterprise sales Experience in UAE Public Sector Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently and know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that.
