Commercial Associate
StacksLondon, Germany14 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteJunior
salesbusiness developmentoutboundbdraccount executive

This role is based out of our London office 🇬🇧 We are an office-first company & believe great products are made when we are together. About Stacks Stacks is building an AI-native platform that reinvents how modern finance teams run the monthly close. The opportunity is massive: every growing company depends on accurate, timely financial data, yet most are still operating with tools and workflows built for a different era. In just two years, we've grown from a team of 2 to 30+ and are on a rapid trajectory. We've raised a $23m Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners , and we were recently recognised as one of Harmonic's Hottest Startups of 2026 . We're already trusted by leading European scale-ups including Pleo, Freetrade, and Motorway. Our team is a blend of finance, product, and technical experts from top-tier companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, Mollie, and Bunq, united by the drive to create a game-changing solution. We're a team that is deeply customer-obsessed, plays to win, and isn't afraid to take big, bold bets. We move fast, hold a high bar, and are committed to growing together as we scale. About the Role Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven Business Development Representative / Commercial Associate to join as one of our initial GTM hires! In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate closely with our Sales team to create and execute our GTM strategy at Stacks. If you're excited by the idea of limitless growth and fast-paced challenges, this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career as you help shape the future of Stacks. 🧱 What You'll Do Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Own outbound into Mid-Market and Enterprise companies across the UK. Outbound Strategy: Run multi-channel campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn. You'll be writing, testing, and iterating constantly. Discovery & Qualification: Hold sharp, insight-led conversations with finance leaders. Your consulting instincts for asking the right questions will show up here. Product Mastery: Get deep on the close process fast, so you can speak credibly about debits, credits, reconciliations, and the pain of a 10-day close. Cross-functional Partnership: Work directly with our Sales team to shape messaging and build a repeatable outbound motion. Growth Path: Clear track to AE. This is the launchpad role. You're looking at an 8-12 month trajectory into a mid-market deal-making role. 🧩 What You Need Brilliant Background: 1–3 years in a top-tier environment like MBB, VC, PE or Early-stage Analytical Horsepower: You think in frameworks, get to the "so what" quickly, and can break down a prospect's business in a first call. Commercial Instinct: You want to be closer to revenue. You're motivated by tangible, measurable outcomes, not slide decks read by three people. Hunger & Grit: You're competitive, coachable, and don't flinch at a cold call. Clear Communicator: Written, spoken, and on the phone, you can be concise, direct, and persuasive. 🚀 What's in It for You Foundational role: Help shape a category-defining company from an early stage, working directly with founders and a small, high-agency team. Meaningful ownership: Competitive equity in a company scaling rapidly towards $10m ARR, where your impact will directly shape the outcome. Cutting-edge product and tech: Work at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that fundamentally change how companies run their financial close. High-calibre team: Collaborate with people from companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, and Mollie. Exceptional workspace: Our London HQ is based in Fora — a modern, design-led space in the heart of the city with access to a gym, classes, and an environment built for focused, in-person building Strong team culture: We run regular socials and off-sites that bring the team together properly, we recently have our 2-year anniversary party in Amsterdam, with board games, a tarot card reader and live music 🎶 🔥 Where this role can take You The BDR seat is the way in, not the ceiling. You'll learn the product, the persona, and the close from the front line, then move into the function that fits you best. How well you do sets how quickly you get there. Account Executive: Own and close your own enterprise deals. Solutions Engineer: Run technical discovery and demo behind the close. BD Lead: Hire and coach the next wave of BDRs as the team scales. Product: Shape what we build with everything you hear on the front line. 🤝 The Hiring Process Step 1: 30-minute screening call with Pepijn (BDR) to discuss your background, motivation, and experience Step 2: 45-minute conversation with Basile (BDR Lead) to dive deeper into your commercial experience Step 3: Take-home and 45-minute role-play interview with Basile and Koen (our Founding AE) Step 4: 30-minute conversation with Julien (COO) to discuss growth and more! Account Executive (m/f/d)
BliqBerlin, Germany14 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
crmsalesb2c salesoutboundaccount executiveresearch

Your mission At Bliq, we are building and launching driverless vehicles for everyday life and business operations across Europe. We are looking for a Account Executive to help bring them to customers. You will acquire business and individual customers across European markets and own the commercial process end-to-end: identify and engage prospects, run discovery, demonstrate the product in person, design the right commercial and operating model for each customer, build proposals, negotiate, and close. Our customers can look very different. One week, you may be discussing a fleet deployment with a taxi or car-sharing company. The next, you may be showing the vehicle to a real-estate company, law firm, mobility operator, or prospective individual customer. This is not a role where you inherit a mature market, established category, and optimized sales playbook. Driverless technology is only getting started in Europe. You will need to understand unfamiliar customer problems quickly, figure out how Bliq can solve them, and help us discover how this technology should be sold. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and founders to refine Bliq's sales playbook market by market. Responsibilities Own the sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract Build pipeline through targeted outbound and proactive prospecting across European markets Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover customer operations, economics, pain points, and decision criteria Conduct live Bliq vehicle demos and turn the experience into a compelling commercial conversation Develop deployment concepts together with prospects, including use case, fleet size, operating model, responsibilities, economics, and rollout plan Create proposals, commercial models, LOIs, and contracts together with the relevant internal teams Navigate complex buying processes involving operators, management teams, fleet owners, partners, and other stakeholders Build relationships with customers across mobility, taxi, car sharing, rental, real estate, professional services, and other relevant sectors Own defined markets and be accountable for commercial progress within them Keep CRM data, pipeline, next steps, and forecasts accurate Test new segments, messages, channels, and commercial models and turn what works into repeatable processes Work closely with the Customer Deployment team to make sure signed customers can actually be deployed successfully Represent Bliq at customer meetings, industry events, demos, and market visits across Europe Support B2C sales initiatives when they become part of the GTM strategy Bring customer feedback directly into Bliq's product, operations, and commercial decisions Your profile Apply if this describes you: You have at least 2 years of Account Executive or comparable full-cycle sales experience You are a hunter and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand You learn quickly and can become credible on a complex technical product without hiding behind technical jargon You are excellent face-to-face and comfortable walking into an important customer meeting, running the room, and demonstrating a physical product You are customer-first and care about finding solutions that make customers satisfied You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to turn customer needs into a viable deal You write clearly and can produce concise, convincing emails, proposals, and commercial documents You are highly organized and detail-oriented; pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and commitments do not get lost You have CRM experience and understand disciplined sales processes Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus You know how to use AI to research, prepare, analyze, and move faster while keeping the thinking and customer judgment your own You have a figure-it-out mindset and remain effective when there is no existing template for the problem You are comfortable owning a market or commercial project and being measured by the outcome You can work professionally in German and English; additional European languages are a plus You are based in Berlin You are willing to travel regularly across Europe Experience selling hardware, mobility, automotive, physical technology, or other operationally complex products is a strong plus This role will probably not suit you if you want an established sales process, a narrowly defined territory, a predictable product demo, or a manager telling you exactly what to do next. It will suit you if you want to help create a category, sell something people can experience in the real world, and build the commercial machine while running it. Why us? Sell a product people are excited about Build Bliq's sales playbook together with the Commercial Lead Work directly with the founders and senior team Own meaningful customer relationships and markets from an early stage Work on complex deals combining technology, vehicles, operations, economics, and regulation See deals move from your first message to vehicles operating on public roads with the customer Fast decisions, direct feedback, and no bureaucracy Strong compensation package with meaningful upside for performance Significant room to grow as Bliq expands across European markets Tips for a successful application Show us that you can sell. Generic applications tell us very little. Tell us what you have personally owned and what results you produced. If you have built pipeline, opened a new market, sold a difficult product, or closed an unusual deal, tell us how. Use AI as a tool. Make sure the thinking and personality in your application are yours. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

(Senior) Sales Manager - Cloud Solutions (UK&I)
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
goawss3salesrecruiting

ABOUT US: Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. We have built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimised for AI and compute workloads. Our commercial hyper-growth speaks for itself, powered by our channel-first go-to-market strategy. We are now expanding beyond storage: we are building a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. In doing so, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications. Find out more about us here . Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU. Your Impact Our partner network in the UK and Ireland is the main route to market for this region, and it has room to grow well beyond today's footprint. You will own that market: recruiting the right distributors, MSPs and resellers, getting them selling, and joining the deals that matter. Alongside storage, you will bring our managed inference offering into the same partner base and into AI-native end customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own the UK&I revenue number for our storage product, with personal accountability from partner recruitment to closed deals. Win and activate distributors, MSPs and resellers, and turn signed agreements into partners who actively sell and renew. Join partner-led opportunities with end customers and lead the commercial and data sovereignty conversation through to signature. Run structured pipeline reviews with each key partner, so that every account has a plan, a next step and a forecast you can defend. Bring managed inference into your partner base and into AI-native companies and software vendors, working with Solutions Engineering on proofs of concept. Feed what you learn from won and lost deals back to Product and Marketing, so that our positioning in the UK&I market keep improving. WHAT YOU BRING: A verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding quota in channel-led technology sales. Hands-on experience selling storage, backup or wider cloud infrastructure through distributors, MSPs or resellers, and enough technical depth to hold your own with a partner's engineers. An existing network across UK&I channel partners, so that the first conversations in your market start in week one. You have owned hard problems end to end, such as opening a new market or building a partner programme from a standing start, as the person who figured it out. Exposure to AI or inference sales is a clear advantage. If you have sold model serving, GPU or AI infrastructure and can talk about latency, throughput and token-based pricing, tell us. Professional proficiency in English. AI-native working style: you use AI tools to move faster and work smarter. This is a baseline expectation at Impossible Cloud, not a differentiator. WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary coupled with direct engagement in your success through an enticing ESOP. Clear and transparent career progression scheme inspired by the best performing organisations incl. fast track promotion opportunity for exceptional performance to support your growth ambitions. Prime growth-stage company with proven revenue and a sharp edge in cloud — founded by serial entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits. Experienced, passionate team working with cutting-edge cloud technology. A vibrant office in a trendy location with free brain food and a canteen — plus a subsidized premium gym membership and monthly team meet-ups that bring the whole crew together! OUR CULTURE: We are committed to success. We embrace individuals from all backgrounds who share the goal of building a future European cloud champion, celebrated through a richly diverse team of 15+ nationalities and 10+ languages spoken. OUR HIRING PROCESS: Apply : Submit your CV or LinkedIn profile via the application form. First response : We review every application carefully and get back to you within a few days. If your profile is a strong match, we'll invite you to an intro call via Google Meet. Get to know us : We move quickly through two to four interview steps, including a meeting with our founders. Offer : If it's a mutual fit, you'll receive a personal offer and feedback call, followed by a written offer document. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
