Our Retail Store Manager is accountable to store KPIs, maintaining visual and operational standards and leading by example for company processes. They are able to balance floor leadership, administrative tasks, coaching, and sales on each shift ? working with their Area Manager to ensure they are creating an engaging, rewarding, and environment of accountability. They also provide support to our HQ Store Support Teams by sharing information from Friends so Snuggle Bugz can continue to grow.
