If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Must live in UAE Must have at least 5 years Enterprise sales Experience in UAE Public Sector Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently and know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that. SingleStore is looking for an accomplished sales professional to join our Sales Team. AI is moving from experimentation into production, and this role is an opportunity to break into AI while doing meaningful enterprise selling. As an Account Executive, AI Hunter, your job is simple: create new SingleStore customers. You will find companies building AI applications where data access, real-time context, memory, retrieval, or operational scale is becoming a constraint—and turn those challenges into new SingleStore customers. You will own a broad territory, build a majority self-sourced pipeline, create demand in an emerging category, and close greenfield enterprise opportunities. This is a true hunting role. You will engage customers before they have a defined project, develop customer-specific points of view, create urgency around business and technical problems, work with technical experts to land first production workloads, and build a measurable new-logo business with broad ownership. The ideal candidate is a measurable enterprise hunter who is competitive, curious, technically credible, resilient, and able to sell business outcomes. Direct AI sales experience is valuable, but proven selling ability and technical curiosity matter more than a narrow "AI seller" title. Role and Responsibilities Build and execute a territory strategy for net-new customer acquisition. Prospect fearlessly across a broad account universe using proactive, persistent outbound, account-based, partner, and market-education motions; stay resilient and effective through rejection and ambiguity. Form account hypotheses, map the buying center, and earn first meetings with relevant points of view tailored to the customer. Engage executive, business, technical, security, and procurement stakeholders. Lead great business-first discovery, connect AI and data challenges to fundable goals, and build quantified ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Build and develop champions, multi-thread the buying group, earn executive and economic-buyer access, and maintain stakeholder alignment; own the stakeholder plan, mutual action plan, close plan, value case, stage gates, forecast, and commercial outcome. Lead complex sales cycles through technical validation, security, legal, procurement, negotiation, and close. Partner with Solutions and Forward Deployment Engineers and cross-functional teams to validate technical fit and establish the first production workload. Navigate competitive displacement and maintain disciplined activity management, CRM hygiene, reporting, qualification, forecasting, and opportunity management; showcase clear metrics such as pipeline created, meetings, conversion, quota attainment, and new-logo performance. Be AI fluent: use AI and research tools productively and responsibly while applying judgment, validating outputs, and separating facts from hypotheses. Travel within the assigned territory as required. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to large or technically sophisticated organizations; experience in data, cloud, analytics, AI, or adjacent technical domains is a plus. Repeated, quantified quota success with clear ownership of new-logo wins and self-sourced pipeline. Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving executives, technical evaluators, security, legal, finance, procurement, and partners. Ability to sell measurable business outcomes and build ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Technical fluency in an adjacent domain such as databases, data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, Kubernetes, developer tools, cybersecurity, observability, or open-source software. Strong qualification, account planning, forecasting, CRM, negotiation, and deal-management skills. Learning velocity and coachability, demonstrated through specific behavior change after feedback; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences. Executive presence, customer trust, resilience, intellectual honesty, and excellent communication skills. B.A., B.S. degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience with Fortune 500 or security-sensitive organizations, cloud ecosystems, open-source or consumption-based products, or emerging categories is preferred. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. An ideal candidate also has: Experience working in a specialist/overlay co-selling with a mainline AE team. Second language experience in French or German at business-level proficiency. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Your Impact We have built a sales machine that works: ~90% of our AEs hit quota, our top performers achieve significantly more, we rarely lose head to head, and almost nobody who buys Tacto ever leaves. The bottleneck is no longer the market or the product, it is leadership capacity. We need managers who can turn good AEs into great ones at the speed we are hiring them. As Sales Manager you own one customer segment and lead a team of ~5 Account Executives. You carry no personal quota. Your number is your team's number, and your job is the thing that produces it: the quality of your people, the rigor of your deal strategy, and the discipline of your pipeline. You will work directly with the founders and sales leadership on how we go to market in a segment where over 10,000 industrial companies in DACH still run procurement on Excel, and where we are the category of one. Your Tasks Own your segment's number through your team : You are measured on team attainment. You build the pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and win rates that make the number inevitable. Team Development: Build and coach a high-performing sales team through structured training, hands-on deal support, and performance management. You'll model best practices while developing each team member's capabilities. Deal Strategy & Execution: Actively join critical customer conversations, challenge assumptions, eliminate risks, and design winning game plans alongside your AEs. You'll roll up your sleeves to support negotiations and business case development. Sales Excellence: Implement and coach on proven sales methodologies (MEDDIC) while creating a culture of continuous improvement through regular training in discovery, negotiation, and process management. Performance Optimization: Drive team performance through structured metrics tracking, pipeline reviews, and action planning. You'll identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase win rates and deal velocity. Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate the work of your team, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation. Your Profile 3+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional, multi-stakeholder sales At least 1 year leading a sales team, ideally in a high-growth environment A track record of consistently hitting or beating quota, as an individual and with a team You coach from a real methodology, not from instinct, and you can teach it to someone who does not have it yet You are strategic and tactical in the same week: you can design a segment plan on Monday and rescue a stalled deal on Thursday You are direct. You give hard feedback early because you would rather have the uncomfortable conversation than watch someone miss Resilient, high-agency, and drawn to a hard problem over an easy title Fluent in German and English Why this role is awesome Product-market fit is not a hypothesis here. Customers stay, they grow, and our product team ships against a real vision, so every quarter your AEs walk into calls with something they could not say the quarter before. That means you will not spend your first year explaining why anyone should care. You will spend it coaching sellers who are ambitious, hungry to grow, and carry almost no ego about it, the kind who ask for feedback and then act on it. A front-row seat in the European startup ecosystem Weekly exposure to leading founders and operators through internal and external events e.g. Sales-focused Events with CRO of DeepL , CRO of Dash0 or ex Head of RevOps at Forto Our Background Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. Why It Matters Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. What We Offer The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real.
