Senior Product Manager - Measurement & Reporting
Full TimeOn-siteSenior$108,000 - $216,000 / Year
sqldata sciencerestinsurancesalesexperimental design

Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It's becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results. Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what's actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house. Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart's first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta. This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart's scale, data, and reach behind us, we're building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel. About the Role You'll own Measurement & Reporting: the product surface where Vibe turns campaign delivery into proof. Performance is why clients pick Vibe. Trusted, actionable measurement is why they stay and scale with us. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for how Vibe explains and proves the impact of CTV advertising across every vertical. Your main focus will be ecom and CPG, with growing coverage of apps, local, and travel. The goal is to make CTV outcomes as trustworthy and actionable as search and social, so clients confidently move more budget to Vibe. You'll work daily with Data Science, Data Platform, Engineering, and our client-facing teams (CS, Sales, TAM). With Walmart's purchase data now part of the platform, measurement is becoming one of Vibe's biggest differentiators. What You'll Do Reporting & Insight Own advertiser-facing reporting, including dashboards, outcome metrics, and exports that make CTV performance clear to both technical and non-technical buyers. Turn raw performance data into benchmarks and insights clients can grasp at a glance. Attribution & Incrementality Productize attribution and incrementality to a client-grade standard, not just an internal signal. Own integrations with the measurement tools clients already trust, such as MMPs, web/CAPI pixels, MMM, and third-party partners (e.g. Northbeam, Haus), so Vibe's numbers hold up next to Meta and Google. Guarantee data accuracy, transparent methodology, and defensible results. Activation Translate measurement into clear recommendations and next actions that drive spend decisions. Close the loop between proven outcomes and campaign optimization, powering the "more performance → more spend" flywheel. Partner with CS, Sales, and TAM to make measurement the core of how we retain and grow clients. Use SQL and log-level data to validate methodologies, size opportunities, and prioritize by impact. What You Need 5+ years in Product Management on performance AdTech, measurement/attribution, or analytics products. Strong grasp of digital measurement (attribution models, incrementality and causal testing, MMM) and of why click-based models break for CTV. Solid statistical literacy, including experimental design, holdouts, significance, and confidence intervals. A track record of shipping client-facing reporting or insight products, and of making complex data simple and trustworthy for marketers. Fluency with outcome KPIs across verticals and with the ecom/CPG performance stack. Hands-on SQL and data exploration, and you're comfortable in technical, data-intensive environments. The ability to bridge technical measurement and business/GTM stakeholders. Why This Role You'll own the product domain that decides whether clients trust their Vibe spend, and whether they scale it. You'll have a direct line to revenue, because measurement is Vibe's main lever for retaining and growing clients. You'll shape how an entire category proves CTV as a performance channel. You'll have high autonomy and influence across functions, from data science to clients' C-suite. Our Values At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions. You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort. This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast. If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you. What We Offer The base pay range for this role in Paris is €99,000 – €133,000. We will support relocation to Paris for great candidates. The base pay range for this role in New York is $108,000 – $216,000. We will support relocation to New York for great candidates. Director of IT and Workplace
Hippocratic AIRemote (Fully Remote)11 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector
pythonbashpowershellllmssoencryption+25

The Role We've grown to roughly 265 people working onsite from our Menlo Park headquarters, supported by a large network of remote U.S.-licensed clinicians — and part of the Series C is earmarked for acquisitions. The systems and the spaces holding all of that together were built for a much smaller company. We're hiring a Director of IT & Workplace to own them properly. You'll own two halves of the same problem: the employee technology platform — identity, endpoints, networking, the SaaS portfolio, and our IT security posture — and the physical environment the company runs on, from space planning and physical security to the AV that customer demos and all-hands depend on. You'll inherit a small, capable team and be accountable for leveling it up. You'll be the named owner for IT controls in our HIPAA and SOC 2 programs, you'll own the IT and workplace budget, and when we acquire a company, you'll be the one integrating it. Our Environment Identity and access: Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle provisioning. Productivity: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, both in active use across the company. Endpoints: a Mac-primary fleet with Windows machines alongside it, managed through MDM. VDIs included. Internal systems: IRU, plus a growing portfolio of internal and third-party SaaS applications. Workplace: a Palo Alto headquarters with conference room AV and access control, plus a distributed clinician and staff population. What You'll Do Strategy, budget, and team Own a multi-year IT and workplace roadmap tied to the hiring plan, and bring it to leadership with clear tradeoffs and funding asks. Own the IT and workplace operating and capital budget: forecast it, defend it in planning cycles, and continuously rationalize license, vendor, and facilities spend. Lead, coach, and grow the existing team — set clear expectations, run honest performance conversations, hire as scope deepens, and build career paths that keep strong people. Define and publish service levels for ticket response, uptime, onboarding readiness, and workplace turnaround, and report against them to the executive team. Technology and infrastructure Own the identity platform: SSO, MFA, automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning in Okta, and access governance across every connected application. Own the endpoint fleet and the SaaS portfolio — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IRU, and a long tail of business applications — with enforced MDM baselines for encryption, patching, and configuration. Own network and connectivity for the headquarters and the remote workforce, with redundancy appropriate to a company our customers depend on. Replace manual provisioning, access reviews, and device setup with scripted, auditable workflows. Lead major programs end to end: platform migrations, upgrades, office buildouts, and the IT and workplace integration of acquired companies. Security, compliance, and risk Serve as the accountable owner for IT controls in our HIPAA, SOC 2, and customer security review programs, including evidence collection and audit response. Enforce least privilege across the environment and run recurring access certifications with documented outcomes. Partner with Security on incident response and vulnerability remediation, and with Legal on data handling, retention, and discovery requests. Own business continuity and disaster recovery for corporate systems — write the plans, test them, and fix what the tests expose. Treat protected health information and confidential data with the care our customers and their patients expect. This is non-negotiable in everything we do. Workplace and facilities Own day-to-day operations of the headquarters, and lead space planning and buildouts against a hiring plan that keeps moving. Manage physical security — access control and badging, visitor management, cameras, and emergency preparedness — aligned with our compliance obligations. Own conference room and event AV, including all-hands and customer visits, to a standard where the technology is never the story. Support remote clinicians and staff with reliable equipment logistics, home office standards, and consistent service regardless of location. Manage facilities, AV, security, and food vendors, plus landlord and lease matters, in partnership with Finance and Legal. What You'll Bring 8+ years in IT , spanning hands-on administration or engineering and progressively senior ownership. You've done the work you'll now be leading. 3+ years managing IT or workplace teams , including hiring, performance management, and developing people into bigger roles. Proven ownership of an IT function through rapid growth. You've scaled systems and process ahead of headcount, not behind it. Deep technical expertise across identity (Okta or comparable), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, MDM at fleet scale, and corporate networking. Experience as a named control owner in a regulated environment — HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST — including sitting across the table from auditors. Budget ownership and vendor negotiation experience , with the financial fluency to frame a risk or a funding ask so a CFO can act on it. Workplace or facilities exposure — buildouts, moves, physical security, or lease management — or a genuine appetite to own it and learn quickly. Willingness to stay close to the work. This is a leadership role at a company where the director still unblocks a broken demo when it matters. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We weigh demonstrated ability over credentials. Nice to Have Healthcare, life sciences, or another environment handling sensitive personal data at scale. IT integration of an acquisition, or standing up a function's first access governance or asset management program. Automation depth (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience managing devices and infrastructure as code. Certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Jamf, CISM, CISSP, or ITIL. Why Join Hippocratic AI Reinvent healthcare with AI that puts safety first. Fuse is an AI-first energy company on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber. We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers. About the role We're looking for a Senior or Lead Security Engineer (Detection & Response) to build out the next generation of detection systems. You'll sit within the team responsible for security across our IT and cloud environment, spanning AWS, identity, endpoints, SaaS and data center infrastructure. You'll own security monitoring and detection end-to-end: anticipating how our systems could be compromised, ensuring we have the right telemetry to see it, and building the detections and response workflows to act on it. Think of it like SRE for security. We want someone who can answer questions like: Has this account been compromised? Is someone accessing AWS who shouldn't be? Work closely with IT and Engineering to turn security findings into preventative controls and better system design Develop and test incident response playbooks and continuously improve our response capability Implement and enhance internal AI agents and security bots that assist with monitoring, investigations, reporting, and other security operation tasks. Requirements Significant hands-on experience in detection engineering, security engineering, incident response, threat hunting or a similar technical role Strong understanding of cloud environments, ideally AWS, and how to monitor them for unauthorised or suspicious activity Strong networking fundamentals and an understanding of how attackers move through networks and systems Strong understanding of attacker tradecraft and the ability to turn it into useful, high-signal detections Experience investigating real security incidents and taking ownership through to resolution Strong scripting or programming skills, ideally Python, and a habit of automating repetitive work Experience with security monitoring and response tooling such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR or equivalent Strong systems thinking and a natural instinct for asking "how would we know if this was compromised?" Comfortable working autonomously and closely with IT and Engineering teams Curious about emerging AI capabilities and proactive in experimenting with AI-assisted development, automation and security workflows. Strong candidates may also have experience with AWS security telemetry including CloudTrail, GuardDuty, VPC Flow Logs and IAM Detection-as-code, Sigma, Git-based detections and automated testing CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender or another EDR Network security monitoring, PCAP, NetFlow/sFlow or firewall telemetry Digital forensics, threat intelligence, purple teaming or security validation Data centre or colocation security, including OOB networks and BMC/IPMI Security automation, AI-assisted development or applying AI/LLMs to security engineering and operations. Energy, trading, fintech, critical infrastructure or other high-value-target environments Benefits Competitive salary and eligibility for equity Biannual bonus scheme Fully expensed tech to match your needs Private health insurance Breakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees As we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
