Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the go-to-market side of our product. Our team is strong on technology and delivery. What we need now is someone who owns the commercial half of product: who we sell to, what we package and price, how we launch, and how a customer gets from signature to value. What You'll Do: Turn ambiguity into clarity: take fuzzy problems from key enterprise accounts and come back with a crisp problem statement, a prioritized experiment and a decision. Own packaging and pricing: tiers, bundles, API usage models, pilot-to-production pricing, expansion. Test it against real deals, not in a spreadsheet. Own product launches end to end: plan, positioning, pricing, docs, enablement and measure adoption afterwards instead of moving straight to the next release. Map the customer journey from first demo to go-live and expansion, and design onboarding that shortens time-to-first-value; turn what Customer Success does by hand into product. Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs. Be the product voice in commercial conversations: join enterprise calls, hear the objections first-hand, and bring them back into the roadmap. Feed a prioritized, evidence-based demand signal to the delivery PMs and Engineering — you own the what and the why, they own the how. What will help you thrive in this role: 6+ years in Product Management for B2B or B2B2C SaaS, with clear ownership of go-to-market — not only backlog and delivery. You have taken products or major product lines to market commercially, and can tell us what worked, what didn't, and what the numbers were. Real experience with pricing and packaging decisions, ideally including usage-based or API pricing. Comfortable in customer and sales conversations, including enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders. Analytical fluency: you define metrics, read product analytics, and can build a simple business case. You have worked closely with Sales and Customer Success, not only with Engineering. Strong discovery and delivery fundamentals: PRDs, prioritization, stakeholder updates, outcome-based planning (OKRs). A strong command of LLMs and AI agents in your own daily work — you prototype with vibecoding to test an idea before it reaches the backlog, automate the routine parts of the job, and can show us what it changed in your output. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Proactive, high-agency, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. Nice to have: Experience with API or platform products. Beauty, retail or e-commerce background. Why Join Haut.AI ? Competitive compensation based on experience and skills. Fully remote position with flexibility across UK and EU time zones. Paid PTO Сompany-issued Macbook and other equipment. Stock options after the probation period. Be part of a pioneering company revolutionizing the BeautyTech space. Opportunity to collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team while making a real difference in the industry. Make a tangible impact on product development and company growth. To Apply: Please submit your CV in English for applying. We look forward to hearing from you! Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. About the Role Pelico is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to pioneer our agent-first product strategy in Paris. You'll define and build the next generation of autonomous AI agents that transform how aerospace and manufacturing companies plan, optimize, and execute complex supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of agentic AI in enterprise B2B, creating intelligent systems that make decisions, take actions, and deliver measurable business value autonomously . What You'll Do Own the product vision and execution for autonomous AI agents — define agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows that transform supply chain planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and MRO operations Lead complex cross-functional AI initiatives — drive discovery of high-value use cases, design agent personas and reasoning patterns, and pioneer agent-native UX paradigms including conversational interfaces and proactive recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer operations, sales, and enterprise customers to ensure AI features deliver measurable value and achieve adoption at scale Define the AI product vision and strategic roadmap with VP Product and engineering leadership, balancing innovation with enterprise deployment requirements around scalability, explainability, security, and compliance Drive excellence in AI product development — from experimentation frameworks to deployment best practices — championing data-driven decision making and rapid iteration to launch capabilities that deliver 10x productivity improvements to enterprise customers About You 5+ years in product management with 3+ years building AI/ML products, including hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation in Enterprise B2B SaaS Strong technical acumen across agent architectures — including multi-agent systems, LLM-based reasoning, tool use, RAG, RLHF, and safety mechanisms — to collaborate effectively with ML engineers and data scientists Proven track record shipping autonomous AI products to large enterprise customers, with experience navigating safety, compliance, auditability, and controlled autonomy requirements Outstanding communication skills in English and French — able to articulate complex agentic AI concepts to executives, engineers, and end users alike You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work — curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows — whether for writing, research, analysis, coding, or productivity — and a genuine interest in staying at the frontier of what these tools can do. Experience building agent-based products with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures Background in operations research, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace industries Why Pelico We're building something genuinely hard and genuinely important. Here's what that comes with: Meaningful equity — you're building this with us, so you'll own a piece of it Competitive salary benchmarked to your market Flexible, hybrid work model — we care about output, not face time Alan health coverage — up to 70% covered by Pelico Learning & development budget — we invest in people who invest in themselves Opportunity to work with some of the world's most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously Meal allowance: €10/day worked, 50% covered via Swile Transport: 50% public transit coverage or equivalent sustainable mobility package ClassPass partnership — fitness, wellness, and wellbeing at a discount Pelico is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
Description BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce growth agency built exclusively for e-commerce brands. We combine paid media, owned media, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. Our team is made up of specialists who are deeply invested in their craft — and in the success of the brands they serve. This isn't a "jack of all trades" environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well. The Opportunity We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who creates with conversion in mind. You know that a beautiful email that doesn't get clicks isn't finished yet, and that a product page is a sales tool first. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time designing for e-commerce brands — emails, landing pages, website sections, and social/ad creative — and can explain exactly why each design choice was made. You'll design across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams. You'll also use Claude and other AI tools as a real part of your workflow — to move faster on ideation, variations, and production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. This role starts part-time at 15 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand. What You'll Own Email & Retention Design Design campaign and automated flow emails (newsletters, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) that are on-brand and built to drive clicks and revenue Design mobile-first, with clear hierarchy, scannable layouts, and strong calls to action Prepare email-ready files and specs (image slicing, live text vs. image text, alt text, dark mode considerations) for clean builds in Klaviyo and other email platforms Web Creative & CRO Support Design landing pages, homepage, and collection page sections, product page (PDP) modules, banners, and promotional assets for Shopify stores Partner with the CRO team to design test variations based on data, heatmaps, and hypotheses — not just personal taste Hand off dev-ready Figma files to our web developers, with desktop and mobile layouts, organized layers, and clear specs Social & Ad Creative Design static social and paid ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and other channels Create ad variations and iterations to support creative testing Video editing for social and ad use (resizing, trimming, captions, simple motion) where needed Process & Quality Follow each client's brand guidelines closely, and flag gaps or inconsistencies when guidelines are missing or unclear Apply design and e-commerce best practices (accessibility, contrast, legibility, load-friendly assets, platform specs) Present work with a clear rationale — why this layout, this hierarchy, this CTA — to internal teams and, when needed, clients Take feedback well, turn revisions around quickly, and keep work moving across multiple accounts and deadlines Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up concepting, copy-to-layout exploration, asset variations, and repetitive production tasks — while following client confidentiality and our AI use guidelines Who You Are Skills get you in the door. These are the qualities that make you right for this role: An exceptional designer with a strong eye for layout, typography, and color — your portfolio speaks for itself Conversion-minded — you think about what the customer needs to see, feel, and do next, not just what looks good Detail-obsessed — you catch the misaligned element, the off-brand color, and the typo before anyone else does A clear communicator who can explain the reasoning behind design choices and keeps the team updated without being chased Excellent at managing your time — you can juggle multiple clients and deadlines in a remote, async environment without dropping the ball AI-curious and AI-capable — you already use tools like Claude in your workflow and are excited to find new ways to work smarter Adaptable — you can shift between very different brand styles and still make each one feel right. What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days: You've learned the brand guidelines and design systems for your assigned client accounts You're consistently delivering email, web, and social designs on time with minimal revision rounds You've handed off at least one web project or CRO test variation to our Shopify dev team with clean, dev-ready files You've built AI into your workflow in a way that measurably speeds up production Internal teams trust your work and your reasoning, and come to you with ideas, not just requests Must-Have: 2–4 years of e-commerce digital design experience (email, website, social, etc.) A portfolio showing e-commerce work — ideally with context on goals and results Advanced proficiency in Figma Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI tools in a design workflow Experience designing for the web and supporting website creative (landing pages, site sections, PDPs) Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and e-commerce best practices Proven ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands Strong written and spoken English for async communication with a U.S.-based team Strong Differentiators: Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) Experience designing for Klaviyo or other email platforms Familiarity with Shopify themes and how designs get built Experience designing A/B test variations or working with CRO data Paid social ad creative experience (Meta, TikTok) Agency background preferred This role is fully remote. Time Commitment and Availability Hours: 15 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to scale up as the role and client roster grow Availability: Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST Compensation $20–25 USD/hour, based on experience and portfolio. This is a part-time, remote contractor role starting at 15 hours/week. Video editing experience is a strong plus and is factored into the rate. Our Operating Principles Extreme Ownership We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success. No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it's not "your job." If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don't wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us. Craftsmanship Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for "just fine." We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it's a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody's watching. We are "majos" Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. "Majo" is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We're building something ambitious, and it's easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego. Urgency with Focus Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We're running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy. Talent Density and Meritocracy Hire only people who can raise the average; 'exceptional performance is the passing grade.' Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that's how we win. First-Principles Thinking Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don't copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. It's how we build what others think is impossible. The personal data provided in your application and during the selection process will be processed by Happyrobot, Inc., acting as Data Controller. Description Legartis is on a mission: to unlock legal work at scale. We set the standard for AI-powered contract work by offering a platform that changes how legal teams work, from drafting through negotiation to completion. We are now looking for the person who turns what customers actually need into what our AI actually does. Joining Legartis is not taking a job, you take ownership. We are a team of product builders and lawyers, who do not chase hype; we build substance. If you are a lawyer who builds, someone who has stopped waiting for better tools and started making them, this is your moment and your place. Send us your CV, a short note on why Legartis, and links to anything you have built or published. Your mission Most companies split this seat across three teams, and that split is exactly the problem. The person who hears the customer describe their workflow should be the person who writes the requirement, and the person who writes the requirement should be able to build the first version themselves. That is you. 1. You translate customer reality into engineering requirements — and into revenue. You sit in customer and expert calls alongside Sales, not as a note-taker but as the person who understands the legal work. In trials and hackathons you coach hands-on: the customer drives, you navigate, and they create the first "wow" moment themselves. When they say "that won't work for us" or "we'll build it ourselves", you answer with a concrete path (a workaround, a workflow, the honest maintenance cost of the alternative) and you leave every conversation with a next step: trial licenses, a hackathon, a scoped rollout. Then you pull out the workflow: what actually happens, in what order, where it breaks, what the customer would pay to never do again. And you write the spec, edge cases, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can build against. 2. You build the skills yourself. You write, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks that solve real customer workflows. You build the evaluation frameworks and test sets that prove they got better rather than just different. When the AI fails on a clause, you diagnose why, at the prompt and context level, and you either fix it or hand Engineering a diagnosis precise enough to act on. 3. You make it repeatable, and therefore sellable. Anything you build once for one customer, you turn into something Sales and Customer Success can run without you. Standard demo environments. A skill library they can reach for. Onboarding that lands in days rather than months. Where Customer Success needs legal depth you step in, fix it, and turn the fix into something the team can handle alone next time. Your success is measured by how rarely you need to be in the room, and by what happens to adoption and expansion when you are not. 4. You are the legal authority in the building. Legal and compliance questions land with you: contract reviews, customer security and data protection questions, the occasional in-house matter which makes roughly ten to fifteen percent of your time. You use our own product to do it, and you tell us honestly when it is not good enough. Your profile The person we picture. There is a name emerging for what we are describing, and it is not "lawyer who is good with computers". It is legal quant : a lawyer who builds their own tooling to practise law, rather than waiting for a vendor to ship it. The distinction that matters to us: plenty of lawyers now use AI. A legal quant builds with it. They look at a workflow and ask how to redesign it from first principles to get the best possible outcome, rather than making the existing process incrementally faster. A note on how we are weighting this role. Three capabilities make someone exceptional here: commercial instinct, legal depth, and technical ability to build. The ideal candidate has all three. We know that person is rare, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by writing a wish list and hoping. So for this role we weight the technical evidence most heavily, because it is the hardest of the three to teach on the job. If you believe you genuinely combine all three, we want to talk to you regardless of how neatly your CV matches the bullets below. Say so in your note and tell us what you have built and what you have sold. 1. Technical track record. You have built things and they exist and ideally you have published some of it. You are fluent with LLMs the way a practitioner is fluent, not a spectator: you know how context windows fail you or why a prompt stopped working. When something breaks you go into the system rather than around it. Scripting, Git, and APIs are a strong plus. 2. Legal foundation. A law degree with a commercial-contracts focus: German-qualified (Bachelor, Master, or Staatsexamen) or an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction. No bar admission required, no second Staatsexamen required. What we need: you have worked hands-on with German commercial contracts, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating them, and you can hold a conversation with a General Counsel as a peer. 3. Commercial and entrepreneurial track record. You have carried commercial responsibility for something of your own: a freelance client base, a legal tech product, or a company you started. You know what it takes to win a client from a standing start and why "they did not understand the value" is never the customer's fault. If instead you have supported enterprise sales teams in demos, pilots, and expert calls, tell us what you changed about the outcome. You prioritise by impact, you are comfortable deciding without permission, and you would rather ship something imperfect this week than something elegant next quarter. 4. Language. Excellent German and English. German is non-negotiable: our customers are DACH legal teams and the nuance lives in their language. You can run a room of legal buyers, ask the sharp question, and write a specification precise enough to build from. Other EU languages are a plus. Why us? Impact over hype. You define a new discipline at the intersection of law, product, and AI. Your work directly shapes how thousands of legal professionals will operate. No silos. You sit between Product, Engineering, and the customer, with a direct line to all three. The better argument wins, not the higher title. We invest in you. The enterprise motion (multi-stakeholder pilots, procurement cycles, security reviews) is teachable, and we teach it: side by side in real customer calls from week one. Real ownership. Competitive salary and employee stock options (ESOP). Build in public. We want you to keep publishing what you build, because it makes you better and it makes us visible. Offices in Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup. Regular apéros, lunches, and hiking trips as we enjoy the journey together. Process Expectations. A conversation with the People Manager about the role and who you are. Depth. A conversation with our General Counsel & Head of Legal AI on Legal Engineering at Legartis and where the legal market is going. Build session. A live case at the intersection of legal reasoning, prompting, and product work: a real customer scenario, a legal AI workflow, or a playbook that misbehaves. Meet the team in Leipzig or Berlin. A mutual decision, before we welcome you to the team. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
