Senior Solutions Engineer, New Business
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior

OUR MISSION At Redwood, we empower our customers with lights-out automation for their mission-critical business processes. ABOUT US Redwood Software is the leading orchestration platform for the autonomous enterprise, driving business transformation at the lowest total cost of ownership. Redwood empowers organizations to intelligently automate and orchestrate mission-critical business and IT processes across complex ERP, hybrid cloud, data and emerging agentic AI systems. Through its SaaS-first automation fabric—with AI embedded across the automation lifecycle—Redwood accelerates the path to autonomous operations. Backed by 30 years of experience and trusted by more than 50% of the Fortune 50, Redwood helps organizations unlock human potential to focus on innovation, growth and what's next. CORE VALUES One Team. One Redwood Make Your Own Weather Obsess over Customer Success Work the Problem Be Curious Own the Outcome Respect Each Other YOUR IMPACT Gartner predicts that by 2029, 90% of organizations currently delivering workload automation will have transitioned to Service Orchestration and Automation Platforms (SOAPs) — a market expected to reach $4.9 billion by 2028. Redwood is the top-ranked vendor in Gartner's 2025 Critical Capabilities for SOAP, scoring #1 across all five use cases. We're expanding our Solutions Engineering team to meet that demand. In this role, you'll be the technical face of a category leader — helping enterprise prospects understand not just what Redwood does, but why it's the right answer in a market that's fundamentally changing. Cover the full SOAP surface area. Present and position Redwood's capabilities across all five Gartner-defined SOAP use cases — IT workload automation, IT workflow orchestration, data orchestration, citizen/self-service automation, and DevOps automation. You won't be a deep expert in all five on day one, but you'll develop enough fluency to lead discovery and qualify the right fit for each prospect. Demonstrate Redwood's platform with AI fluency. Deliver compelling technical presentations and live product overviews that connect Redwood's AI capabilities — AI-powered observability, intelligent job scheduling, and agentic orchestration — to concrete operational outcomes, not just platform features. Use AI tools as a force multiplier. Leverage LLM-based research, prompt-driven workflows, and AI productivity tooling as a standard part of how you work — accelerating demo preparation, account research, competitive analysis, and technical documentation. Position confidently in a competitive market. Develop a working understanding of the SOAP competitive landscape well enough to articulate Redwood's differentiation, handle objections live, and understand why you win and why you lose. Drive technical evaluations hands-on. Lead proof-of-concept work with prospects to validate use cases and prove out business outcomes — including light scripting (REST APIs, Python, bash) where needed to close technical gaps. Enable Account Executives. Provide technical insight, SOAP market context, and prospect feedback that sharpens messaging and accelerates new account acquisition. Stay ahead of the SOAP and AI landscape. Continuously deepen your understanding of how the market is evolving — from agentic AI and GenAI-powered automation to data pipeline orchestration and self-service automation — and bring that context into every prospect conversation. Uphold Redwood's standards. Maintain the highest ethical standards across all customer-facing work, representing the company with professionalism and technical credibility at every level of the prospect organization. What we're looking for in how you work: Resourceful: You're constantly curious, proactively learning new AI tools and technical capabilities as part of how you operate — not as a side project. Competitive: You bring initiative, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset to every pursuit. Goal-Oriented: You set meaningful objectives, track them rigorously, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes. Detail-Oriented: You're organized and exercise sound judgment — able to manage multiple technical evaluations and sales cycles simultaneously without things falling through. Communicator: You can explain SOAP, AI, and automation concepts clearly to both a VP of Engineering and a CFO, and you know the difference matters. Adaptable: You're comfortable shifting priorities and handling complex, dynamic requirements in a fast-moving enterprise sales environment. YOUR EXPERIENCE The most important thing we're hiring for is technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity. Domain knowledge can be taught — the ability to learn fast, think technically, and communicate clearly cannot. What we require: 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or adjacent technical role in enterprise software — Process Automation, ERP, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, ESB, or similar. Technical aptitude. Working knowledge of REST APIs and comfort with light scripting (Python, bash, or equivalent) sufficient to build simple integrations, validate technical scenarios, or debug issues in a demo environment. You don't need to be a software engineer — but you need to be comfortable in that world. Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in a professional context — LLMs, prompt-based workflows, AI-assisted research, AI productivity tooling. This is a baseline requirement, not a differentiator. Bonus if you understand how AI capabilities like observability, intelligent automation, and agentic orchestration are being embedded into enterprise automation platforms specifically. Familiarity with agentic AI and AI orchestration concepts. You understand what multi-agent systems are, how LLMs are being embedded into enterprise workflows, and can hold a substantive conversation with technical buyers about where this is headed. High-level ERP literacy across core business processes: Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, Quote to Cash, Reporting, and Data Quality. Ability to bridge technical depth and business value — credible in a room with enterprise architects, while equally effective communicating ROI to executive stakeholders. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A head start — not a hard filter. We'll invest in the rest: Prior exposure to workload automation, job scheduling, or enterprise orchestration platforms. Familiarity with SAP environments — S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, or core SAP business processes. We operate deeply in this ecosystem and will develop this knowledge in you. Awareness of data orchestration concepts — ETL/ELT pipelines, DataOps workflows, data movement across hybrid environments. Familiarity with DevOps toolchains and how automation intersects with CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, or SRE practices. Experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services. If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! A career driven by you. Join AutoScout24 Group and experience life in the fast lane. We're not just leading the market; we're creating it. We're constantly innovating, evolving and transforming things for our customers. We're driven, ambitious and determined to do our best work, together. For a career that doesn't stand still, where you can put your ideas in the driving seat and change the way the world moves, join our international community. About the role We're hiring two senior software engineers for Autonex Tech Effectiveness (ATE), a team within Core Tech working across business units. We build software that helps engineering teams deliver more effectively and make better use of their resources. Our remit spans cloud and AI spending, software licensing, delivery insights, and the workflows that connect them. You'll build AI agents, integrations, and internal products that turn data into useful decisions and actions. You'll work closely with engineers, engineering leaders, and Finance to understand real problems, ship solutions, and measure their impact. We're looking for a strong software engineer who is excited about agentic AI and cares about how engineering organizations work. See what this looks like in practice: AI Teammates for Scrum and FinOps: How AutoScout24 Built Nex and Fyn . What you'll do: Build and evolve AI products such as Nex and Fyn, their companion tools, and self-service analytics for engineering effectiveness and FinOps. Design agentic workflows with tool calling, orchestration, retrieval, and memory. Make their actions predictable through clear permissions, human approvals, and auditable execution. Lead AI Engineer (m/f/d)
Flip GmbHStuttgart & Remote (Fully Remote)19 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteLead
pythongokotlinazurekubernetesllm+7

Empower every employee. Flip is the leading AI-powered employee experience platform for frontline workers. We're transforming how people do their jobs across the industries that keep the world running: retail, manufacturing, and logistics. One app. One touch. Everything they need. Our mission: Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch. Job Description AI orchestration is at the centre of where Flip is going. Fusion, a multi-agent code-generation system sits at the core of our newest product, and our Ask AI agent gateway and Flip Flows automation both run on capabilities our AI engineers build and maintain. As Lead AI Engineer you take over the AI discipline: you own the how (architecture, standards, technical direction) across all three surfaces, you lead and grow a team of three AI engineers, and you stay hands-on where the problems are hardest. What you can expect Own the AI architecture: Define and align a coherent AI architecture and set of standards across Flip Fusion, Ask AI agent gateway, and Flip Flows. Tackle the hardest challenge: Multi-agent systems, built to specific purposes, generalizable enough for diverse customers, balancing high expectations with feasibility, reliability and cost effectiveness. Lead and grow the discipline: Take over people leadership for three AI engineers and help them level up into engineers who set the technical bar themselves. Stay hands-on: Roughly 70 percent of your time stays in the code, on the problems where your judgment matters most. The rest is technical and people leadership. Influence across products: Land architecture decisions with the product managers and engineering leads who own the roadmaps you don't, by making the better argument rather than by mandate. Work with our stack: Python, pydantic-ai for orchestration, qdrant for vector search, Azure AI for models, deployed on Kubernetes into a mostly JVM-based (Kotlin, Micronaut) and Go backend. Shape a young discipline: AI engineering at Flip is new enough that there is enormous design space and no inherited playbook. What you bring to the table We're looking for an engineer with a software engineering foundation and real production depth in agentic systems, who wants to lead a discipline rather than just work a codebase. If you're excited about the role but don't tick every box, we still want to hear from you. Must-haves: 7+ years of software engineering experience with a senior or staff-level track record, built on a software engineering foundation (backend, platform, or full-stack) Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating LLM-powered systems in production: RAG, tool calling and MCP, orchestration, and evals. Not prototypes, systems you lived with after go-live. Experience with multi-agent orchestration, weighted heavily. This is the core of what you would be architecting. Demonstrated technical leadership: architecture ownership, tech lead responsibility, RFCs, design reviews, or setting standards for a team. Proven ability to move technical work you don't own: you win architecture arguments through persuasion and credibility, and you're comfortable being right without being in charge. Evidence that you grow people: coaching or mentoring engineers into stronger engineers rather than absorbing the work yourself. A clear, explicit commitment to people leadership. This role includes managing three engineers and that is not the part you tolerate to get the technical scope. Strong communication skills and business-fluent English (C1). Nice-to-haves: Formal people-management experience: line management, performance and development conversations, hiring. Strong mentoring evidence counts just as much. Experience leading a discipline or craft across teams in a matrix organisation. Product context at scale: frontline or deskless workforces, high-volume B2B SaaS, or comparable. Cost, latency and reliability engineering for LLM systems: guardrails, fallbacks, evaluation harnesses. German at any level. Useful in parts of the company, never required for this role. What we offer you Work mode: We're remote-first, giving you flexibility to work from home. At the same time, we deeply value the power of in-person collaboration. Depending on the role, you'll join occasional team events, workshops, or meetings in our Berlin or Stuttgart offices - always with plenty of notice. The exact balance will be discussed during your interview. Work-Life-Balance: We don't want you to grow roots to your desk chair. That's why we cover the costs of your E-Gym-Wellpass membership and offer job bike leasing. Celebrating success: Expect highly motivated and committed people in a relaxed working atmosphere. Be part of something bigger : You actively shape Flip in your role. Along the way, you are an enabler of the rapid growth process of a young tech company and grow towards your goals, fun is guaranteed. Happy to be a Flipster: Stay tuned for regular team events and culture days that bring us together as Flipsters. Working abroad: At Flip you can also work abroad in the European Union. Let's talk about remote work in the interview. At Flip, everyone is welcome - no matter what gender you identify as or how old you are. Sexual identity , origin, religion, world view and disabilities do not influence your potential job at Flip. The most important thing is that YOU fit in! Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Applied AI Engineer, Enterprise
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gollmconcretemanufacturingarchitectureprocurement+10

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of Germany's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude. Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in German, with German executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent German is essential for the role. You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude. Responsibilities Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in Germany from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in German and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team Travel to customer sites across Germany for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building You may be a good fit if you have Native or fluent German, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with German enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the German market, including scoping and designing complex solutions Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you ----- addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
