WHY JOIN PROXIMA FUSION You will get to work on some of the most complex tech challenges to bring abundant, safe, clean energy to the world. You'll get to join and learn from an exceptional selection of accomplished and driven individuals. Do your life's best work and enjoy the journey. As a ClickUp Senior Engagement Manager you will lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for the company's largest and most strategic clients. We're looking for someone hungry, who excels in building, and who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work. Here, Engagement Managers are the single point of accountability for outcomes. You own everything between the contract being signed and the client seeing measurable results: what was sold gets delivered, on time and on margin, and we can prove it worked. You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team and delivery, go-live, stabilization and a clean handover to the account team. You'll run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client's own project team, and you'll be the trusted advisor to the client's executive sponsor. Simply put: you are the single point of accountability for delivery, the client's partner in getting value from ClickUp, and a thought leader for how we deliver. Your role Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary client contact for delivery Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring delivery remains aligned to client objectives and contractual commitments. Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and program leads at VP and C-level, acting as their primary point of contact for delivery. Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and competing priorities across client functions (IT, PMO, business sponsors, procurement) and broker alignment when they conflict. Project Delivery Oversight Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality, using rigorous change control to protect timelines and delivery margin. Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, sponsor check-ins and SteerCos, and provide clear, concise status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture while providing coaching, direction and support. Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log, and act as the primary escalation point. Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin, flagging overrun risk early and agreeing recovery plans. Drive AI adoption Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations, and own post-go-live adoption outcomes. Drive Value and Business Outcomes Identify expansion opportunities through delivery and co-sell with Account Executives, bringing the delivery credibility that secures follow-on work. Establish a value baseline before configuration begins, track benefits through go-live, and produce the value assessment that underpins renewal and expansion. Governance Design and run governance mechanisms Track delivery efficacy, timelines, value realization and customer experience Create continuous-improvement mechanisms Change Management & Communication Own communications around delivery status, risks and outcomes Manage escalation and communication across customer/internal teams Assess change readiness and resistance across impacted teams; build sponsor and champion networks to carry the rollout. Design the communications and enablement plan with the client, and sequence go-live to match the organization's capacity for change. Role Development Contribute to building the Engagement Management practice by iterating on templates, playbooks and AI workflows that make every engagement faster and more consistent. Your skills and experience 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead. Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption, ideally in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms. Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement. No coding required, but you can challenge an unrealistic technical scope. Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs. Commercial acumen: you've managed engagement budgets, SoWs, change requests and margin, and you know when to push for expansion vs when to stabilize. Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO in the room. Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don't directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources. Strategic judgment to separate genuine product gaps from client process or training gaps. Hands-on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit. Excellent written and verbal communication. Status reports people actually read. Nice to have: Experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries. PMP Certification. What you'll love about working here Impact: Lead high-visibility enterprise engagements with global brands, and see the result in their day-to-day work. Build something: Engagement Management is a new function. You'll help define the methodology, tooling and AI workflows that become the standard. AI at the centre: Work on the frontier of AI-driven work management, with ClickUp Brain and Super Agents in your own delivery toolkit. Career growth: A clear path from Engagement Manager to Senior or Principal Engagement Manager. Community: Learn alongside Paid TAMs, AI specialists and delivery leaders across EMEA and NA. Revenue Operations Lead
Full TimeOn-siteLead

Revenue Operations Lead Global expansion is broken. Without a local company, conversion rates fall, costs rise, and compliance gets messy. Outpost fixes it. Selling internationally is a maze of tax, payments, and operational friction. Most brands avoid it, or expand slowly and expensively. Outpost is your modular back office for global commerce. Pick only what you need - tax, payments, treasury, or operations - and unlock new markets without the overhead. Sometimes we become liable for a merchant's taxes. Sometimes we become the legal reseller in each market and carry the payments, tax and compliance risk. Other times, we give you the tools to do it yourself. We go live wherever a merchant needs to sell next, for digital and physical goods. That means we own the full stack - payments, tax, compliance, treasury, and merchant experience. Sell anything, anywhere. Without compromise. 🧠 The Role We're looking for our first Revenue Operations hire: the person who owns how revenue actually works at Outpost. Your job is to build the RevOps machine. One source of truth for pipeline. One model that turns a merchant's volume, markets and product mix into a price. One set of numbers that the CEO, the board and the commercial team all agree on. And a handover from signed contract to live merchant that never drops anything. This is a hands-on build role, not a reporting layer. You'll sit between sales, marketing, and operations, and you'll be the only person who can see the whole revenue system at once. You'll design it, instrument it, automate it, and then run it until it's good enough to hand over. You'll work directly with the CEO, the Chief of Staff and the founding team. 🧗 What You'll Get Yes, the work is intense . But in return you'll get scope and exposure most people wait 10 to 20 years to access . You'll own a core function at a company solving one of the hardest problems in global commerce, you'll see every commercial decision before it happens, and you'll build a function from scratch with real budget and real backing. We won't handhold, but we'll coach you hard. 🧩 What You'll Do Own the revenue system Own the CRM (Attio) end to end: object model, stage definitions, required fields, hygiene, automation Build the forecasting system and operationalise it with weekly pipeline review, monthly board numbers, and quarterly planning Own the GTM stack: outbound sequencing, enrichment, routing, deduplication, attribution Run the pipeline agentically. Build agentic system that enrich accounts, draft follow-ups, surface stalled deals and keep the CRM clean, so the team spends its time on the conversations and not the admin. You'll design the workflows, write the prompts, set the guardrails, and audit what the agents produce Analytics & performance insights Own the revenue metrics that matter: GMV, ARR, take rate, win rate, sales cycle, pipeline coverage, cost of acquisition Build the reporting the company runs on, and the pack investors see Build the pricing and quoting model, and the deal desk discipline around it. Operational execution Own the handover from signed contract to live merchant, with operations, tax and engineering Instrument time-to-live and revenue ramp, then attack both Feed commercial reality back into the roadmap. You'll know which deals we lose and why before anyone else does Build the function Write the playbooks: qualification, scoping, pricing approval, renewal, expansion Set the standard for what good data looks like, and hold the line on it Hire behind you once the system is running 💥 Example Projects Rebuild the pipeline in Attio so every deal has a stage definition, an owner, a close date and a modelled value, and the weekly review takes 20 minutes instead of two hours Build the pricing calculator that turns a merchant's volume, market mix and product mix into a price, and retire the per-deal spreadsheet Cut time from signed contract to first live transaction by half, working across operations, tax and engineering Build the weekly revenue pack and the monthly investor pack, and automate the data pull behind both Design the commission plan for the first commercial hires Score the lead universe against our ICP and rebuild outbound targeting on top of it Instrument the full funnel from LinkedIn and outbound through to closed won, and prove which channel actually pays Forecast GMV by market and product, and tell the founding team where the $1BN does and doesn't come from 🧱 What We're Looking For Ideal background: 4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments company, or B2B SaaS Has built a revenue system from zero, not inherited a mature one Fluent in CRM architecture and the outbound stack. We run Attio, Instantly and Apollo, but the tool matters less than knowing how to design the model underneath it Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel or Sheets, experience with BI tools Signals we care about: Ridiculous bias for action . You solve, you don't observe Systems thinker who still does the work. You fix the broken report, then remove the reason it broke Analytically strong. You can quantify a process, not just describe it Strong EQ. You'll be telling experienced commercial people their data is wrong, and they need to thank you for it Exceptionally hard working . You see work as a core part of your purpose Fluent in ambiguity and chaos. Startups are not neat, this will be hard Curious and resourceful. You can figure anything out Clear, quantified achievements on your CV, not vague descriptions What this role is not: Not a reporting or BI role where you build dashboards and hand them over Not a sales role, and not a sales-support role that takes instructions from account executives Not a CRM administrator job. The tool is the smallest part of it Not for someone who needs defined processes and hierarchy to be effective 🚀 Why This Role Is Different Most revenue operations roles inherit a system and tune it. You'll write ours. At a company that takes on legal liability for its merchants, revenue operations is not admin. Pricing accuracy is margin. Time-to-live is retention. Forecast quality is how we decide what to build and who to hire. Get it right and the whole company moves faster, permanently. We expect whoever is in this role to grow rapidly into leading the function, and we'll back you every step of the way. 🦾 Outpost Team Our team were leaders at Revolut, Airwallex, Adyen and Wayflyer, and we're backed by top-tier investors who have built or backed some of the world's leading fintechs. 🧾 What We Offer Equity and salary in a well-funded startup Ability to own your work and move fast World-class training from operators who've scaled globally A global mission with real impact Low politics, high output Chance to grow into a senior leadership role A culture of builders, not talkers 🧭 Working Style We work together in person in London 5 days a week. We believe the hardest problems are solved in the room. 🌎 Reach Out Learn more Outpost Culture Outpost founder Outpost is where the hard problems are. Luminovo GmbH🇩🇪 Berlin (hybrid), Germany (Hybrid)11 days ago
Full TimeHybridExecutive€100,000 - €100,000 / Year

About the role Luminovo builds the B2B SaaS platform that powers the electronics supply chain. DACH is our home market and one of our strongest, and we're adding an Account Executive to the German-speaking team. Unlike traditional transactional sales, you'll be selling complex supply chain software to technical buyers—requiring deep discovery, consultative selling, and the ability to prove measurable ROI in a trillion-dollar industry. You'll sell software that directly impacts how electronics companies—from automotive suppliers to industrial equipment manufacturers—manage their complete electronics supply chain. The impact is tangible, the industry is fascinating, and the growth trajectory is yours to shape. Who you are You've sold B2B software, and you can walk through your own numbers from memory: quota, attainment, average deal size, how long your ramp took You've built something that didn't exist before you — a segment, a first playbook, a function nobody had staffed, a company of your own. You're more comfortable without a playbook than with an inherited one You use AI as more than a better search engine. You've built your own automations, workflows, or tools, and you can name what you shipped and what came of it You've been close to how electronics or physical products actually get made — manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain. A bonus rather than a must, and the strongest single signal we look for, because it's what lets you find the pain before a customer names it You're consultative by instinct. Our buyers rarely arrive knowing they have a problem worth solving, so short cycles with demo-ready buyers aren't the motion here You work in German and English at a professional level. Discovery, demos, and negotiation happen in German; the company runs in English Your potential growth path: Months 1-6: Master the product, close your first 5-10 deals, build your DACH network Months 6-18: Take on larger deals, navigate complex stakeholder environments, mentor BDRs 18+ months: Transition to Enterprise AE (€100k+ deals), own strategic accounts, mentor junior AEs Your performance objectives 📣 Generate pipeline Build your network. Connect with 50+ relevant decision-makers at electronics manufacturers per quarter through industry events, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach. Establish Luminovo's presence at 2-3 key industry fairs annually. Generate qualified pipeline. Create €240k-€400k in qualified pipeline ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) through outbound prospecting, events, and inbound lead qualification using SPICED discovery. Qualify with precision. Run customer-centric discovery to uncover Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical event, and Decision criteria. Quantify potential value before investing in lengthy sales cycles. 💪 Close opportunities Inspire with demos. Deliver product demonstrations tailored to each customer's pain points. Clearly articulate our competitive positioning. Prove measurable value. Collaborate with domain experts to run workshops that demonstrate ROI through concrete impact calculations (time savings, cost reductions, efficiency gains). Close strategically. Guide prospects through complex buyer journeys, map stakeholders, and turn negotiations into win-win outcomes. Close €60k-€100k in new ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) with smooth handovers to Customer Success. 💡 Build expertise Become an industry insider. Develop deep knowledge of electronics supply chains and feed customer insights back to product teams. Master consultative selling. Make SPICED your guiding principle and build expertise in technical SaaS sales with longer cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions. 📈 Lead by example Own your metrics. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity. Use data to consistently hit quarterly targets. Enable your peers. Mentor junior AEs through shadowing and deal reviews. Contribute to our sales playbook. Embrace feedback. Reflect on every major customer interaction and proactively seek coaching to maximize impact. 🇪🇺 Your territory You'll primarily cover the German-speaking market (DACH), with some English-speaking territories. Fluency in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is essential. 📍 Work location Munich headquarters or Berlin satellite office (both in hybrid setup with home-office flexibility). Our sales team meets in the office three days per week. Occasional travel for team retreats and industry events (expenses covered). Whom you'll be working with Clifton Lobo , VP Global Sales — Your manager who'll coach you on deal strategy and career progression Sebastian Schaal , Co-Founder — Provides strategic guidance on positioning and pricing Inga Schwarz , Team Lead and Pioneer AE for OEM — Your primary partner in building the OEM sales playbook Max Hungenbach and RevOps — Provide CRM support, dashboards, and sales enablement Marketing, Customer Success & Product teams — Regular collaboration on campaigns, customer onboarding, and product roadmap 💡 Skills, knowledge, and expertise Just so you know—we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care about your CV.
