If you're looking for a well-established, tech-forward company full of smart people doing meaningful work, you've found the right place! Analyst, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships for portfolio company of K1 Investment Management Reports to Chief Strategy Officer About PerfectServe PerfectServe builds the clinical communication and scheduling technology that helps physicians, nurses, and care teams deliver faster, safer care. Our cloud-based platform is used by more than 500 hospitals and 40,000+ ambulatory practices across the country, and we are backed by K1 Investment Management as we execute an aggressive growth strategy across both acute and non-acute healthcare markets. We've been at this for nearly 30 years, but we're moving like a company half our age: expanding through M&A, building AI-native products, and forming partnerships that extend our reach into new corners of healthcare. We hold tight to a set of core values, Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, Service, Purpose, and Inclusion, and we need a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve to build technology that works for everyone. About the Role PerfectServe grows in two connected ways: through acquisitions and partnerships that extend our reach into new markets, and through the relationships with investors, partners, and advisors that make those deals possible. We're looking for a Corporate Development & Partnerships Analyst to support both. A significant part of this role is proactive sourcing: identifying acquisition and partnership targets directly, through research, outreach, and cold calling, rather than relying only on inbound opportunities. This includes finding targets in less obvious places, industry forums, conferences, and online communities, where companies worth a conversation show up before they're on anyone's radar. You'll own the pipeline from first contact, qualifying opportunities and keeping them moving. Alongside this, you'll support our partner ecosystem, channel, and strategic relationships that extend our reach outside of a full acquisition. You'll work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and have regular interaction with PerfectServe's executive team, our board, our private equity sponsor K1, and outside advisors. This is a strong early-career opportunity to build a foundation in corporate development on a small, high-visibility team. The person who takes it will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and with doing outreach that doesn't always get a response but will get exposure to the full arc of how deals and partnerships get built, with room to grow into greater ownership as they prove themselves. We're looking for someone who is motivated by relationship-building and deal-making and wants to learn corporate development by doing the work firsthand. What You'll Do Sourcing and relationship building Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets across PerfectServe's core and adjacent markets through proactive, off-market outreach Cold call and cold email owners, founders, and executives at target companies to open relationships and gauge interest, and keep doing it even when most calls don't land Find opportunities that don't come through conventional channels by digging into industry forums, conferences, trade associations, and online communities where smaller or less visible companies surface Keep a disciplined, up-to-date view of every relationship in the pipeline: where it stands, what the next step is, and when to follow up Represent PerfectServe at industry events and conferences to build the relationships that turn into future deal flow Advancing the pipeline Move prospects through the funnel: schedule and help run initial conversations, keep momentum after the first call, and know when and how to push a deal forward Build models and analyses to support deal screening and synergy sizing Support internal due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, clinical/product, HR, technology) by organizing data requests, synthesizing findings, and flagging risks Draft board and investor-ready materials Help manage the mechanics of a live deal: data rooms, trackers, timelines, and coordination across internal and external workstreams Partner acceleration Maintain a structured view of PerfectServe's partner and channel relationships, including status, next steps, and owner Prepare materials and briefing documents ahead of partner and leadership meetings Support negotiation and documentation of partnership and referral agreements in collaboration with legal and the deal team Help track and report on partnership performance against the commercial case that justified the relationship Cross-functional and investor support Work closely with the CEO, CSO, and functional leaders to gather input and keep strategic initiatives on track Prepare board and investor-ready materials, including decks, one-pagers, and financial summaries Serve as a reliable point of coordination between PerfectServe, K1, and outside advisors on live workstreams What You'll Bring 2+ years of relevant experience, from investment banking, corporate development, sales, business development, or another role where you had to build relationships and move deals or prospects forward A genuine comfort with cold outreach: you don't flinch at calling someone who doesn't know you yet, and you know how to turn a first call into a second one A relationship-builder's instinct: you remember details about people, follow up without being asked, and build trust quickly Competitive, persistent, and resilient; you can make fifty calls, get told no forty-five times, and show up just as sharp on the next one Strong enough financial and analytical fundamentals to build a basic model or synthesize a diligence finding, with the willingness to sharpen those skills fast on the job Excellent written and verbal communication; you can represent PerfectServe credibly to a founder, a banker, or a board member Scrappy, resourceful, and low-ego: willing to do the unglamorous work because you know it's what moves the deal forward High motivation and a genuine hunger to learn how acquisitions and partnerships actually get built, not just modeled Experience or exposure to healthcare, healthcare IT, or SaaS is a plus but not required Why Join PerfectServe? At PerfectServe, we are transforming healthcare communication and collaboration to help clinicians deliver better care. You'll work with a dedicated and mission-driven team in an environment that values growth, transparency, and innovation. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus structure, with total earning potential up to $120,000 for candidates who meet or exceed sourcing and deal targets. The compensation range listed for this role reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. compensation will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, and the specific team or product area they support. Senior Staff Operations Manager, Office of the President (PED)
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$178,500 - $178,500 / Year
dentalschedulinginsurancefacilitationsales

We are looking for a Chief of Staff–style operator to serve as the President's right hand and help run, maintain, and continuously evolve the Product, Engineering & Design operating model and cadence. This role will turn strategy into a durable execution system. You will own the connective tissue across the President's leadership cadence: preparing the right inputs, creating clarity on decisions and tradeoffs, ensuring commitments are followed through, surfacing risks early, and improving the operating model as the organization changes. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance, People, and your peers in Business Operations, partnering with senior leaders who do not report to you and influencing through judgment, trust, and clarity. The successful candidate will combine executive judgment, operational rigor, business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic questions and the execution details required to make the system work. AI fluency is an important part of this role. You will use approved enterprise AI tools, including tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, Cursor, or comparable platforms, to automate repeatable operating work, synthesize information across functions, improve leadership preparation, surface risks and dependencies, and accelerate strategic-initiative delivery. This role reports to the VP of Operations at Squarespace and is based remotely in California or locally at our New York City headquarters. You'll Get To… Run the President's operating cadence . Own end-to-end orchestration of the leadership rhythm: staff meetings, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs, finance and portfolio reviews, priority updates, and annual operating-plan inputs. Ensure each ritual has a clear purpose, owner, input, output, decision authority, and downstream cascade. Drive decision quality. Synthesize diverse inputs into concise narratives that make priorities, risks, options, tradeoffs, and recommended decisions clear to the President and leadership team. Document decisions in the room, assign owners and deadlines, track commitments, and escalate unresolved issues with context and a proposed path forward. Improve execution velocity. Identify alignment and execution risks before they surface as leadership surprises, and facilitate resolution across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Operations, Finance, People, and Business Operations, connecting planning, performance, financial, organizational, and roadmap inputs. Use AI and advanced tooling to make decisions faster and better-informed. Evolve the operating model. Treat the operating system as a living thing. Establish health measures such as decision latency, action closure, cascade reach, pre-read quality, participation, recurring issue themes, and use them to assess whether rituals, artifacts, and escalation paths are producing the right outcomes. Recommend and implement changes to cadence, governance, templates, roles, and channels as strategy and priorities evolve, codifying what works so the model is easy for leaders to understand and operate. Lead high-priority strategic initiatives. Drive complex, ambiguous, cross-functional work on behalf of the President, from framing and workplan through decision, implementation, and follow-through, including emerging problems that don't yet have a clear owner. Support annual strategy, goals, headcount, and budget processes by connecting them to the department's operating rhythm. Represent the President and build transparency. Stand in for the President in meetings, events, and discussions, exercising the remit of the position. Navigate difficult conversations and cross-functional tradeoffs without relying on formal authority. Support two-way access to the President through Town Halls, Roundtables, Office Hours, and written follow-up, using sound judgment about what should be broadly communicated, selectively shared, or handled privately. Serve as a trusted thought partner to the President and senior leadership team, offering an independent perspective and respectfully challenging assumptions when needed. Who We're Looking For Significant experience in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or management consulting A track record of owning an operating model, leadership cadence, or portfolio of complex cross-functional initiatives, preferably in tech companies Knowledge of the product / software development lifecycle Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, Cursor, or comparable approved tools, and experience integrating them into daily workflows to automate repeatable tasks, optimize processes, improve synthesis, and accelerate project delivery. Exceptional written communication: you can turn a large volume of input into a concise, decision-ready narrative tailored to the audience Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand metrics, forecasts, resource tradeoffs, product or portfolio performance, and organizational implications. Strong executive presence and facilitation skills; you can create clarity and momentum in high-stakes or ambiguous settings. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build consensus, resolve conflict, and push for decisions without formal authority. High judgment and discretion when handling sensitive organizational, people, financial, and strategic information. Comfort operating in ambiguity, switching between strategic altitude and detailed execution, and taking ownership of problems that cross organizational boundaries. A continuous-improvement mindset: you distinguish between process and content, challenge ineffective routines, and make change practical and durable. A bias toward action, paired with the judgment to know when to decide, when to seek input, and when to escalate. What Success Looks Like In the first 6–12 months, you will: Implement a dependable operating rhythm in which leadership forums are well-prepared, decision-oriented, and followed through. Improve the quality and consistency of pre-reads, decision logs, action tracking, portfolio updates, and quarterly communications. Make it easy to see what changed, what matters now, what decisions are needed, who owns the next step, and where risk is accumulating. Establish a small number of reliable AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual preparation and reporting effort, improve the timeliness and quality of leadership inputs, and make follow-through more visible. Increase the organization's ability to reuse knowledge, detect recurring issues, and move from raw information to clear decisions without adding unnecessary process. Build strong working relationships and trust with the President and his leaders across the department and company, leading with tact, discretion and respect. Help the President and leadership team make faster, clearer, better-informed decisions without adding unnecessary processes or meetings. Leave the system more scalable and more resilient than you found it. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the distributed systems that train, serve, and secure our AI models. Every other team at Anthropic depends on these systems. In this role, you'll work directly with our Research teams to build the reliable, scalable, performant infrastructure our research depends on. This is a cross-functional systems team: you'll scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects and resolve the performance and scalability bottlenecks that limit how fast we can grow. Key responsibilities Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system Build deep partnerships with researchers and Research teams to understand their needs and deliver for them Mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar for the team Build alignment on technical direction across multiple teams, working through ambiguous problem spaces Take ownership of the reliability, scalability, and security of the systems you build as usage and complexity grow Lead the improvement of operational processes across Infrastructure, such as incident response, postmortems, and on-call rotations, so the team learns from every incident Minimum qualifications Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure in production Experience independently scoping and delivering complex, ambiguous, multi-month technical projects Prior experience as a technical lead or mentor for other engineers Experience making architectural decisions that other engineers and teams build on top of Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, Java) Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, AWS, GCP) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience building alignment across multiple teams or stakeholders Preferred qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience, not including internships Experience with machine learning infrastructure (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, Trainium) and associated networking infrastructure (e.g., NCCL) Low-level systems experience (e.g., Linux kernel tuning, eBPF) Experience applying security or privacy engineering best practices The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Product Manager, Enterprise Privacy

awsazuregcpgcpconcretearchitecture+9

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Product Manager focused on Enterprise Privacy, you'll collaborate with Privacy Engineering, Infrastructure, Trust and Safety, Legal, Security, GTM, enterprise and platform product teams, and our cloud partners to evolve and extend the controls that enterprises, regulated industries, and governments require in order to bring their most sensitive work to Claude. You will synthesize complex and fast-changing business needs and partner closely with the teams that retain, protect, and govern customer data across Anthropic's first-party platform and Claude on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Together, you will ensure that privacy guarantees are enforced by our systems and are verifiable by our customers. This is a high-visibility role with substantial scope. Anthropic offers layered controls over how customer data is retained and accessed, and you will build the product surface that lets customers understand, govern, and verify these controls. This includes retention and access controls, access logs and compliance reporting, customer-managed keys and custody, data residency, and self-serve user interfaces. Your stewardship of these privacy capabilities earns the customer trust that is essential to Anthropic's mission. Key responsibilities Deeply understand external customers with strict data handling requirements, from a bank's CISO to a healthcare system's compliance team to a government contractor's auditor, and the internal Trust and Safety, Legal, and GTM stakeholders whose needs pull in different directions. Partner with Privacy Engineering to ship controls that unblock regulated customers, balance impact against engineering cost, and deliver at Anthropic speed. Co-develop solutions with design-partner customers and their compliance teams, so shipped changes pass real audits, not just hypothetical ones. Work with engineers to steer architecture and investment decisions with a long-term lens: balancing build versus buy versus rely-on-the-cloud-provider, and sequencing custody, residency, and transparency across clouds that ship on their own timelines. Define success metrics for privacy controls, from preventing configuration incidents by design, to the speed at which customers can independently answer questions about their own data. Define and iterate on the self-serve experience for compliance and security teams, expanding what an organization can check about its own posture, settings, and access history without having to wait on support tickets. Gather and assess competing stakeholder needs and communicate prioritization trade-offs clearly to senior leadership, balancing privacy risk, safety requirements, legal exposure, and commercial impact. When something goes wrong, own what customers hear from us and when. Work with engineering leads to decide how retention, access, residency, and custody controls are enforced, so that our infrastructure keeps the promises we make. Minimum qualifications Experience taking a new product area from ambiguity to a durable roadmap, and shipping controls that enterprises or regulators depend on. A track record of driving platform capabilities that balance the needs of multiple customer segments and internal stakeholders. The judgment to make prioritization trade-offs between customer demand, risk, and engineering cost, and the clarity to communicate them. The ability to internalize how privacy, safety, legal risk, and commercial impact interact, and translate that understanding into a coherent product vision. Experience building highly collaborative and effective relationships with engineers and key cross-functional stakeholders. You have equal credibility providing design doc feedback to engineers, negotiating a control with a CISO without losing the relationship, and explaining a risk trade-off to leadership. Preferred qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to privacy, security, or compliance products. Built or scaled audit logging, key management, data residency, retention, or access governance products for regulated customers. Shipped controls across multiple cloud providers or partnered with AWS, GCP, or Azure at the platform level. Worked with certification, attestation, or trust center programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP). Used Claude, Claude Code, or comparable agentic tools and formed opinions about the data controls they should offer. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $385,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Responsibilities Deeply understand customers across segments (consumers, developers, teams, and enterprise admins) and where billing friction costs us conversion, trust, or support volume. Partner with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows, balancing conversion against clarity and long-term customer trust. Partner with Trust & Safety to stop abuse of Claude plans and credits without adding friction for legitimate customers. Design agentic billing experiences: Claude answering billing questions, resolving common issues, and taking billing actions, with a confirmation step wherever a mistake would cost the customer money. Partner with Engineering and Design so every Claude product gives customers the same clear way to buy, upgrade, and manage spend. Drive product strategy and roadmap, synthesize competing stakeholder needs, and communicate prioritization clearly to senior leadership. You may be a good fit if you: Have 7+ years of product management experience, including self-serve purchase, subscription, or billing experiences. Have shipped self-serve experiences where you owned conversion and retention metrics and ran experiments to move them. Have strong product design instincts, and can make a confusing concept like proration, overage, or credits clear on a single screen. Have built LLM-powered or agentic product features, and have a point of view on when an agent should act on its own and when it should ask first. Are equally credible discussing system design with engineers, abuse patterns with Trust & Safety, and funnels with Growth. Are comfortable making tradeoffs between growth, risk, and financial accuracy, and explaining them clearly. Are scrappy and resourceful, and do what it takes to get things done. Strong candidates may have: Shipped customer tools for usage-based or hybrid pricing (seats, usage, credits), such as usage dashboards, spend limits, and alerts. Worked with Trust & Safety or risk teams to prevent abuse of plans, credits, or free trials. Launched a product in new countries, including local pricing, tax, and currency. Built self-serve help experiences that measurably reduced billing support contacts. Scaled through hypergrowth (10x+ revenue). Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
