This role is part of our Prerender team, one of our growing brands at saas.group . For nearly a decade, Prerender has helped marketers build dynamic, complex JavaScript websites at scale while keeping them fully visible to search engines and AI platforms. We remove crawling and indexing limits so our customers' content can be found, ranked and cited, whether on Google's search results or in AI-powered answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. More than 100,000 websites around the globe trust Prerender to serve more than 2.7 billion web pages to crawlers, improving their organic rankings and AI visibility. Profile Overview As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Prerender, you make sure our customers stay, grow and succeed with us. You own retention and churn for a defined book of enterprise and mid-market accounts, and you're measured on how well that book retains. You use data to spot risk early, reach out before problems surface, and show customers the business value Prerender delivers. This is a highly customer-focused role at the point where technology meets business. You'll explain what rendering, crawling and indexing mean for a customer's traffic, visibility and revenue. You'll also bring what you learn from customers back to our Product, Support and Marketing teams so we keep getting better. If you like building trusted relationships, working from data, and making technical topics simple, you'll thrive here. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be: Build trusted relationships with assigned customers, understand their challenges and how Prerender can help Start acting as an advisor on machine/AI visibility as Prerender repositions itself out of the pure SEO/rendering space. After about a year, you should have measurably helped retain customers, understood early warning signals, and used the team's diagnostic/signal tooling to proactively reach out before issues escalate. Your responsibilities Own retention for your account book: Take ownership of the retention and churn metrics (e.g. gross revenue retention and logo churn) for a defined book of accounts. Track them, report on them, and drive the actions that move them. Drive proactive retention: Use usage data, health scores and risk signals to spot churn risk early, and run structured retention playbooks instead of waiting for tickets. Turn technical results into business value: Explain Prerender's impact in terms your customers care about: indexing, organic traffic, AI-search visibility and revenue. Build lasting trust: Hold regular check-ins and business reviews that keep customers seeing, and getting, value from Prerender. Be the voice of the customer: Bring feedback, churn reasons and feature gaps back to Product, Support and Marketing in a structured way. Partner across teams: Work closely with Account Managers, Support and Engineering so every customer gets a joined-up experience. How We Work At Prerender, Customer Success is proactive, data-informed and focused on outcomes. We don't wait for customers to come to us. Think in outcomes: Success means the customer reached their goals, not just that a ticket was closed. Build shared context: You make sure teams understand what customers need and why. Scale what works: You help turn good one-off actions into repeatable playbooks. High trust, high ownership: You're trusted to run your book your way. A Typical Day Might Involve Reviewing account health dashboards and picking out who needs attention this week Reaching out to a customer whose usage has dropped before it turns into churn risk Running a business review that shows a customer the SEO and AI-search impact of rendering Helping a customer's developer understand a setup or caching question, and escalating to Engineering with clear context when needed Briefing an Account Manager on account health and value delivered ahead of a renewal Sharing customer feedback and trends with Product Refining a retention playbook based on what you've learned What You bring to the table Proven experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company in marketing, advertising, SEO or martech Retention mindset: A track record of owning retention or churn targets for a book of accounts, and of reducing churn and keeping customers engaged Data-driven, AI-fluent approach: Comfortable working with usage data, health scores and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), and using AI assistants connected to your tools and data to make decisions and automate routine work Business translator: You can turn technical details into clear business value for non-technical and technical stakeholders alike Strong communicator: Clear and confident in writing and on calls, in fluent English Structured and proactive: You plan your work, follow through, and don't wait to be told Trusted advisor: Warm, patient and a good listener who cares about customer outcomes. Customers enjoy working with you, and you're confident starting conversations and leading calls. Bonus: Technical product fluency. It helps if you're tech-savvy and familiar with SEO, JavaScript websites, web crawlers, caching or web performance. We're happy to invest in training you on our product, so curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than specific technical expertise. What's in it for You Ultimate flexibility: We're 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like. Freedom and autonomy: We're a high-trust team, and you'll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it. This role is part of our Central Marketing Team at saas.group . What is saas.group? Think of us as the driving catalyst behind your favorite software success stories. saas.group, established in 2017, is on a mission to turbocharge promising B2B SaaS ventures, unlocking their full potential. As a Software-as-a-Service portfolio powerhouse, we specialize in acquiring small software treasures and polishing them into industry stars. With a dynamic, fully remote team of nearly 400 colleagues spanning 50+ countries we are truly global and we are rewriting the playbook on SaaS innovation and collaboration. We grow 25 exciting brands under our umbrella. Feel free to explore our Candidate's Hub to get an insider's view, dive into our culture, gain valuable insights into our teams and how we work. Also, don't forget to follow saas.group on LinkedIn to stay up-to-date on our job openings, podcast episodes, and with all things happening at our company. Profile Overview At saas.group paid acquisition across our portfolio runs through a small network of experienced PPC freelancers. We're looking for a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead to oversee this: someone who owns the standards, strategy and quality bar for paid across our portfolio, from accounts ranging from small to large monthly budgets. The role goes beyond people-management, with continued hands-on responsibilities. You'll set the systems and direction and lead the freelancer network, but you'll also be in the accounts yourself on the most valuable brands, and you'll be the person we trust to judge whether the work being done is actually good. If you want real ownership of a function where your work impacts 25+ brands, this is that role. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be: Take ownership of our most valuable paid accounts and demonstrably move performance, while keeping smaller-budget accounts efficient. Set a consistent standard across all brand accounts: how campaigns are structured, how conversions are tracked, how performance is reported, so there's a consistent quality bar across the whole portfolio. Take over the paid accounts of a newly acquired brand cleanly: audit, tracking check and handover with no performance dip. Your responsibilities Own paid performance strategy and standards across the portfolio, and run the most valuable accounts hands-on yourself (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and others), including ad copy and landing page testing. Lead and support our PPC freelancers: set targets, review accounts, approve budgets, run regular syncs, challenge the "why" behind decisions, and keep the rest of marketing in the loop. Advise brands directly on strategy and budget allocation, with the ability to push back, manage expectations and tell a brand honestly when a channel or budget won't deliver. Take over newly acquired brands' paid setups and build the systems, documentation and reporting that let performance scale across more brands and freelancers without losing the quality bar. Partner closely with our data analytics team on tracking, attribution and the flow of CRM data back into the ad platforms, and support the M&A team on due diligence for paid-heavy acquisition targets. Regularly connect with the SEO Team Lead to remain aligned with campaigns and strategies. What you bring to the table Several years owning paid budgets (think €1M+ a year) while staying genuinely hands-on: you can open an account, diagnose it and run the full campaign yourself. Demonstrated B2B lead-gen experience on search: comfortable with low conversion volumes, long sales cycles and optimising for lead quality over click counts (B2B SaaS, B2B or adjacent backgrounds such as gaming portfolios are welcome, as long as you can translate them to B2B). A track record across very different budget sizes, from a few thousand a month to six figures a month, making small budgets work through sharp targeting and prioritisation rather than leaning on automated bidding. Deep Google Ads and Microsoft Ads expertise, strong LinkedIn Ads experience, and the curiosity to pick up new platforms as brands need them. You're also confident with the measurement stack behind paid: GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports and CRM integration. Experience with ChatGPT ads is a bonus. German at C1 or native: strong enough to write compelling German ad copy, alongside fluent English. Genuine AI fluency, and the drive to put it to work. You already use AI tools (Claude especially) in your day-to-day, and you're the kind of person who looks for where they can sharpen paid performance, from research and analysis to campaign and reporting workflows. What's in it for you Ultimate flexibility: We're 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like. Freedom and autonomy: We're a high-trust team, and you'll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way - with plenty of help from the team when you need it. Minimum bureaucracy: We don't like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable. Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around. Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally. Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed. We don't just simply offer you to "take a job with us" but rather to "join us on this journey" to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies. Sounds like something you're up for? Feel free to apply even if you don't check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient! — saas.group is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Mid-Market Implementation Specialist Hi, I'm Daryl and I'm the Manager of Mid-Market Implementations at Ashby . One of my favorite aspects of Ashby is our operating principle of Continuous Improvement . Coupled with our principle of caring deeply about our customers, we often find ourselves wondering, "What is a better way to accomplish this?". That's why I am thrilled to be hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist! As a member of the Mid-Market Implementation team and part of our growing Professional Services team within Ashby's Customer Success organization, you'll have a unique opportunity to help shape this new implementation offering and uplevel the overall customer experience. About this role: As an Implementation Specialist aligned to our Mid-Market segment, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end implementation of Ashby's solution for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers. Your book of business will include about 15 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4-8 weeks. You will work directly with customers to develop and execute implementation plans that ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. Your goal is to support our customers, helping them get up and running swiftly with Ashby so they can achieve their desired outcomes. Role requirements: Implementation & Project Management: You have extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments, defining scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results against agreed upon expectations. You keep teams on track to meet milestones, work effectively in a remote first setting, and are willing to travel <10% for customer engagements. Technical Proficiency: You have experience with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, understand shared configuration and data models, and are comfortable with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data (Ashby knowledge is a plus but not required) Customer Centricity: You deeply understand customer needs and tailor implementations to meet their specific requirements. You build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; you're the customer's proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period. Change Management: You are experienced in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach. Best Practices & Recommendations: You take pride in advising customers on best practices specific to their usage of software to ensure optimal value. Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: You proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve our processes accordingly. You don't rely on 'I've seen this done,' but instead think critically to solve problems. Cross-functional Collaboration: You effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress. You could be a great fit if: You demonstrate clear communication. You ask clarifying questions with precision and can distill complex concepts into simple themes. You are a great listener. You see your role as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders so we can ensure that our offerings continue to evolve in accordance with customer needs. You are a problem solver. You thrive at solving complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions. ⚡️You know process matters. You are eager to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and efficacy. Your peers describe you as detail-oriented and technically proficient. You take pride in internal operations. You are data-driven. You use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success. You are adaptable. You can navigate changes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ‍ You love to coach. You see every teaching moment as an opportunity and are excited to help our customers grow. You might not be a great fit if: You bring project management expertise, but rely on other resources to be technical or product subject matter experts during implementations. You prefer managing shorter implementations of less than 30 days. You typically manage only a few simultaneous implementations at a time - This segment moves with urgency and we balance a book of business of about 15 implementations at a time You are accustomed to defining ideas and strategies, yet not responsible for their execution. You prefer working with a simple product (such as a point solution). You prefer exclusively to build (rather than build, iterate, optimize). Our Philosophy Here are a few key points (relevant to the go-to-market side) that should give you an idea of what it is like to work with us: We spend a lot of time building best-in-class products since we believe a highly differentiated product is a lot easier to sell. We want to offer deep expertise whenever we interact with prospects and customers. We strongly believe that small teams with very talented people (and the right work environment) deliver much better performance than teams with large headcount. We hire and compensate accordingly. We value a strong sense of ownership, principled thinking over experience, and thoughtful communication (we put a lot of effort into using the right communication channels) - we'll get into these and other values during the hiring process. You can take a look at our Operating Principles to get a sense of what we are looking for in folks on the team. The Interview At Ashby, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. Our interview process is structured to get to know you and your career as well as empower you with insight into our key focus areas. Here is the process in its entirety: 30 min - Recruiter Screen with Talent Team 45 min - Interview with Manager of High Touch Implementations 60 min- Mock Call with Strategic Implementation Specialist and High Touch Implementation Specialist Final Round: 30 min - Cross-Functional Interview with Head of Professional Services 30 min - Product Complexity Interview with VP of Customer Success 30 min - Customer Adoption & Enablement with Manager of High Touch Customer Success and a High Touch Customer Success Manager 10 min - Closing Questions with Hiring Manager Benefits You'll get the time to do things the right way; we put a lot of emphasis on high quality work and avoid quick hacks as much as possible. You get to sell a product that our prospects & customers are truly excited about. Competitive compensation is offered. 10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn't feel pressure to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby —do it when you feel financially comfortable. Unlimited PTO with four weeks is recommended per year. Expect "Vacation?" in our one-on-one agenda until you start taking it Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the US . We plan to expand this to employees in other countries as situations arise. Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget. Get what you need to be happy and productive! $100/month education budget with more expensive items (like conferences) covered with manager approval Ashby provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities. Ashby is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. We confirm that this advertisement is for an active, existing vacancy within our organization. Please be advised that we may use artificial intelligence-driven tools to assist our recruitment team in screening, assessing, and selecting candidates for this position.

Why Join Sales at Ashby Sales at Ashby is a unique opportunity to sell a product customers genuinely love during an AI-fueled market expansion. Over 5,000 companies rely on Ashby including Shopify, Snowflake, OpenAI, Bolt, and Notion, and our business is durably growing faster than 100% year-over-year. We're well funded , and on a path to profitability. That's exceptionally rare for a company at our scale, and puts us in the top 10% of benchmarks. We have, in just a few years, replaced incumbents Greenhouse and Lever more than 500 times each, clear evidence of strong product-market fit and a meaningful opportunity to help modern teams move beyond legacy recruiting software. Ashby replaces 3-5 tools in a consolidation & efficiency play that's equally loved by recruiters and CFOs. We're known as a clear AI-leader in the recruiting space. And the market opportunity is growing. We are rapidly extending from a best-in-class recruiting product toward a multi-product platform, expanding upmarket, into new industries, and internationally. For sales reps, that means a large market full of legacy tools, and a product portfolio that creates room for both new business and expansion. This is a chance to participate in how a category-defining company wins in its next phase of growth. We are equally intentional about how we build the business. We have established a remote-first, high-performing sales organization that rewards learning and accountability. We use data to set achievable quotas , and reward sustained impact with competitive compensation and meaningful upside. We prioritize coaching and career development, with AEs advancing to Enterprise & Leadership roles in just a few years — 38% of the team who have been here more than a year have been promoted or taken on a new role! You will work with people who care about craft, customer outcomes, and winning together—without sacrificing the trust, autonomy, and balance required to do your best work over the long term. Don't just take my word for it, see what the team has to say about working here. About this Role You will help us win Enterprise accounts in Eastern and Central time zones by managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to won. You can expect to own a curated list of excellent fit, high propensity accounts as well as a geographic territory with significant market opportunity. In this role, you'll primarily focus on new logo acquisition via a healthy mix of inbound and outbound, while also covering a small number of customer accounts for expansion and upsell. Our emphasis is on your ability to excel in the areas listed below and your appetite for continuous growth & improvement. Role Requirements: You have a multi-year track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas, selling complex SaaS technologies to large organizations You have closed many $100K+ ARR sales which require consensus building and executive engagement. You have a demonstrated ability to win highly competitive opportunities by identifying pain and business impacts and connecting those to strategic initiatives of the leadership team You are a hunter at heart and are comfortable self-sourcing a majority of your own pipeline You have a growth mindset and are excited to tackle the challenges of a high growth startup You could be a great fit if: You demonstrate mastery of clear communication. You ask questions with precision and can explain complex concepts in simple terms. You eschew business jargon. ️ You skillfully guide prospects through their entire buying process—engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus for a strategic technology decision. You become both a product and industry expert. You create 'Ah ha!' moments in collaboration with your Solutions Engineer to build momentum & solve customer-specific challenges. Your peers describe you as detail oriented. You send timely & crisp follow-up emails. You take pride in internal operations, like real-time CRM updates. You have strong business acumen. You help customers connect the dots between technical problems and their business impact. You craft compelling cases for change. You're excited to land the biggest deals we've ever done. You are diligent and gritty and have demonstrated perseverance to win long, competitive sales cycles. ⚙️ You're a creative problem solver and comfortable with some healthy ambiguity. You'll help us refine our Enterprise go-to-market motion to maximize the segment's results over time. ✈️ You're willing to travel for company events, customer meet ups and on-sites. You may not be a great fit if: You dislike prospecting. Enterprise reps at Ashby are responsible for sourcing half or more of their pipeline to complement our robust inbound lead flow. You prefer to leave demos "to the experts." While you can expect Solutions Engineering support, our most successful AEs are those with strong curiosity and deep product acumen. You're more of a relationship builder who focuses on selling into the install base. This is primarily a new business oriented role. You're a lone wolf. You prefer to go it alone in your pursuit of new business. We believe in a team-selling sales model. Bonus: Familiarity with Talent Acquisition and HR tools and workflows A network that includes Heads of Talent whom you can tap into Interview Process Our interview process is thorough — we assess if you are the right fit for Ashby and we will provide ample information for you to determine if Ashby is the right place for you. Written Exercise - You'll complete a short take home assignment to showcase your outbound muscle. Experience Deep Dive (60 min) - You'll walk the Hiring Manager through your career journey in some detail to highlight your experience, achievements, and points of learning to understand how you've developed into the professional you are today. Challenge Interview (90 min) - This will be made up of two parts: Discovery and Demo Role Play (60 min) Deal Strategy Discussion (30 min) Benefits Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget. We also offer up to 12 weeks of fully paid family/parental leave for all caregivers. We're in the talent acquisition software business. We run the end-to-end hiring process through our own platform, and ensure a level playing field for all candidates. Reaching out to hiring managers or recruiters directly won't improve your odds of success. Please focus your energy on the quality of your application.
