Lead Product Designer (AEX)
Street GroupManchester, Germany36 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteLead£70,000 - £70,000 / Year
gormental healthtaxux designproduct design+3

Lead Product Designer 📍 Manchester (Hybrid, up to 4 days WFH) 💰 £70k-£90k (negotiable) Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology. We're now looking for a Lead Product Designer - the most senior individual contributor for design within a product domain. This is predominantly an IC role: you'll set the design bar for an entire domain through the quality of your own work, the patterns you contribute, and the way you raise the designers around you. We're flexible on this for the right person, if you've got management experience, or want to line-manage one or two designers alongside the IC work, let's talk. We want someone who is tired of the "feature factory" grind, who is past needing to be told what's worth working on, and who is ready to set the design direction for a domain in one of the most exciting PropTech companies in the UK. If you look at most UX job ads, you see a laundry list of requirements. We prefer to tell you how we actually operate so you can decide if this is the right environment for you. At Street Group, design is a strategic seat. Lead Product Designers drive roadmap conversations alongside their product and engineering counterparts, not respond to them. Our users rely on us to run their businesses, so they love talking to us. You can spin up a call and validate a prototype instantly. We don't guess; we ask. We move at pace, including on strategic work. Strategy isn't a separate, slower track here - we test it by shipping. Here's what you can expect to be working on as an L6 Lead Product Designer at Street Group Own the design vision and execution for a product domain. Translate strategic direction into the most ambiguous, cross-cutting, or strategically important pieces of design work. Set the craft bar through your own output. The work you ship is the reference point for what good looks like in your area. Own the cross-cutting design problems: patterns across multiple features, flows across multiple surfaces, the coherence of the domain's experience as a whole. Mentor and raise the bar of the designers around you - through critique, pairing, and modelling what excellent design looks like. Drive AI thinking strategically - both in your own workflow (Claude Code, in-product changes, prototype testing) and in what we ship to users. You'll have a strong view on what makes a good AI feature in this domain vs a gimmicky one. Why you should (and shouldn't) apply You should apply if: You've operated at senior IC level in a modern product org and you want broader scope to influence what gets built. You're commercially fluent. You've made design trade-offs informed by how the product makes money, not just by user preference. You can name those trade-offs and defend them either way. You define what success looks like before you ship, and you read the result against it after. Metrics, support data, customer feedback - you go and look. You have strong, well-formed views on AI in product design and have put them into practice. You can articulate when AI is the right design solution and when it isn't. You move at pace on strategic work, not just on features. You probably shouldn't apply if: You're looking for the next pay band up from Senior with broadly similar expectations. This is not a "Senior+" role. Lead expects materially more scope, autonomy, judgment, and ownership of outcomes. You've never shipped design work where you defined a success measure upfront and checked the result afterwards. We need someone who already operates that way. You've never had to make a commercial trade-off - design that's user-optimal but expensive to build, or design that doesn't move retention. You'd struggle to explain how AI is changing what you ship, not just how you work. AI fluency is non-negotiable at this level. You expect to be handed a brief. At L6 you identify what's worth doing and bring the case for it. A bit about you Experience: Roughly 8+ years of Product/UX Design experience, with a track record at senior IC level. SaaS or complex product experience is strongly preferred. Outcomes, not artefacts: You can point to design work you've shipped where you wrote the success measure upfront and read the result after release. You know what worked, what didn't, and what you'd do differently. Commercial fluency: You understand how the products you've worked on make money and you've made trade-offs informed by that. AI: Comfortable using AI across your workflow and equally comfortable thinking strategically about AI in the products you design - what makes a good AI feature, what the failure modes are, what to build now vs later. Craft: Your work is exemplary and you can articulate it clearly enough to teach. You have views on interaction quality, hierarchy, motion, microcopy - and you can defend them. Cross-functional: Comfortable as a peer at the table with product and engineering counterparts in your domain. Drive direction; don't wait for it. Open to flex: This is predominantly an IC role, but we're not rigid about it. If you've line-managed before, or want to take on one or two direct reports alongside the IC work, we're open to that conversation. Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application. Why join Street Group? 🏠 Hybrid-working - you can work from home up to 4 days per week 🏖️ Guilt-Free R&R - £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!) 💪 Joining a culture that supports your development and encourages growth 📚 £500 yearly L&D budget for your career development 🎂 Your birthday on us - we pay, you stay away 🙋 'Give something back' - 2 paid days volunteering on us 👶 Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay 🧠 Mental health & well-being support via Health Assured 🧘 Regular well-being initiatives 🕒 Flexible working hours 🚂 Public transport season ticket loans 🌷 Paid menopause leave 🌞 Holiday buying scheme 🚀 Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition 👥 Be a part of something bigger - everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! It's a huge goal, but it motivates us to do better every single day 👩🏿‍💻 A chance to work on cutting-edge technology 🐶 Comfortable, relaxed office space - office dogs welcome! 🍻 Fully stocked fridge and beers (or an alternative) on us every Friday afternoon 🎊 Company and team off-sites, events and happy hours 🚴 Cycle to work scheme 🚗 Electric car salary sacrifice scheme 🌍 Feel good about sustainability - we're a climate-positive company! Salary We don't have a fixed band published for this role yet - it'll be calibrated based on your experience and scope. Please apply and let's have the conversation. We care deeply about helping the tech industry become a more inclusive and diverse place and we work hard to lead by example. We are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity through attracting and retaining a complementary team of employees and building an inclusive environment for all. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified. Interview Process 4 stages = An introductory call with one of our Talent team > Technical Interview inc a design task with our Head of UX > Final interview with our Co-Founder/Head of Product. A note on using AI in your job application As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don't want to hire an AI-generated version of you. Territory Account Executive - London
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
goinsurancepayrollsalesforcesalesbusiness development+4

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role Square is building a best-in-class, high-impact field sales organization, and we are looking for an exceptional Territory Account Executive — someone who consistently exceeds expectations, takes full ownership of their territory, and brings Square's mission of economic empowerment directly to the businesses that need it most. This is a field-driven, execution-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments. You will spend most of your week out in the market — meeting businesses, conducting live demos, and closing deals with confidence. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and your ability to operate strategically and decisively will determine your success. You will serve as Square's presence and competitive advantage in one of our highest-opportunity markets — responsible for building pipeline from the ground up, elevating Square's visibility in your community, establishing high-value partnerships, and helping local businesses grow through our ecosystem of industry-leading software and hardware. If you are motivated by impactful work, driven to outperform, and eager to join a high-performance team with high standards, this role is built for you. You will: Lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution Spend ~80% of your week in the field — walking your territory, engaging local businesses, and driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week. Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generate leads, identify needs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Square's full product suite. Establish yourself as the go-to Square expert in your city Build strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers by being present, reliable, and value-driven. Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and fast time-to-value for new sellers. Implement a disciplined referral strategy to turn every new customer into future opportunities. Build a high-velocity pipeline from the ground up Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, events, networking, and targeted partnerships. Work with channel partners to generate a consistent, high-quality referral stream that grows over time. Master your verticals and sell with precision Build deep expertise in key verticals — including restaurants, retail, and services — to diagnose challenges and position the right Square solutions. Sell consultatively and competitively, staying proactive and strategic throughout the sales cycle. Achieve exceptional results in a high-accountability environment Maintain strong operational rigor in Salesforce: track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately. Measure performance frequently and improve continuously. Consistently exceed quota within a culture where high standards are the norm. You have: 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling) Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation and live in the market you are serving A collaborative and team player mentality Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent Even better: 2+ years of payment processing OR related technology (i.e. payroll, loyalty, time management) 1+ years of relevant audience experience (experience working in/selling to restaurants, retailers or services based businesses) We're working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace. Block is a proud equal opportunity employer. We work hard to evaluate all employees and job applicants consistently, based solely on the core competencies required of the role at hand, and without regard to any legally protected class. We believe in being fair, and are committed to an inclusive interview experience, including providing reasonable accommodations to disabled applicants throughout the recruitment process. We encourage applicants to share any needed accommodations with their recruiter, who will treat these requests as confidentially as possible. Accountant About Radiant Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build. Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally. About the Role We're seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team and become the backbone of our financial operations. Working day-to-day with the Senior Accountant and Manager – Group Reporting, you'll be responsible for keeping cash flowing, invoices accurate, records clean, and month-end close predictable. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company where your accuracy and initiative directly enable faster decision-making and smoother operations. You'll have broad exposure to financial operations across Radiant's global platform — from day-to-day banking and AR/AP to supporting the setup of new entities as we expand. If you're someone who takes pride in getting numbers right, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow as the business scales, this role offers real visibility and development opportunity. What You'll Do Own AR/AP and banking activities that keep cash flowing and vendor relationships strong, processing invoices, payments, and queries with speed and accuracy. Support and gradually own month-end close processes toward becoming predictable and smooth, preparing journals, accruals, and management schedules that leadership can rely on. Assist with and learn revenue billing to ensure invoices go out accurately and on time, supporting clean revenue recognition and customer relationships. Prepare reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany) that give the business confidence in its numbers, identifying and resolving issues quickly. Support new global entity setups as Radiant expands into new jurisdictions, working with the Senior Accountant and external advisors to ensure proper accounting foundations from day one. Collaborate across finance and operations to understand the business behind the transactions, learning how deals, contracts, and operations flow through the numbers.
