Capability Overview In Jellyfish Creative, we embed Gen AI at our core to create, adapt, connect and optimise award-winning content at scale. In 150+ markets. For the world's leading brands. Our creative model combines tech-driven ideation with human-generated social creativity, connecting all 400 creative and experienced experts across the globe, powered by the integration of Pencil Pro. AI Studios is where creative talent supercharges Jellyfish's market-leading experience in content, production, transcreation and localisation generating content at scale and our most dynamic, diverse, and inspiring talent forms the award-winning Creative Collective, focusing on human-generated social creative with cultural relevance that can live on any platform or medium. Creating end-to-end solutions that bring audience expectations and platform algorithms together with relevance, clarity and cultural resonance. Job Description The Senior Creative, Social is a hands-on conceptual thinker and maker who can bridge the worlds of advertising and social. You'll be as comfortable cracking a big campaign platform, activation or experiential idea as you are creating culturally relevant, platform-native social work. We're looking for someone who understands that the best social ideas aren't simply content, they're ideas people want to talk about, participate in and share. Working closely with our Creative Directors and wider creative teams, you'll develop ideas from first thought through to execution, helping us create work that moves seamlessly between campaigns, activations, content and culture. This is a role for someone ambitious about the work. Someone with a strong conceptual advertising brain, a deep understanding of social platforms and culture, and a portfolio that demonstrates both. We want to see evidence of award-winning ideas, not just beautifully executed content. This is a hybrid position, based out of our London office. The salary range for this position is between £70,000-78,000 GBP, annually, and a final offer is dependent on experience. Responsibilities Conceptual & Social Creativity Develop bold, original ideas across social, campaigns, activations, experiential, digital and emerging platforms. Bring the same conceptual ambition to a TikTok, Reel or reactive social opportunity as you would to a major integrated campaign brief. Think beyond posts and content calendars to create social ideas that can earn attention, conversation and cultural relevance. Turn cultural observations, audience behaviours, platform trends and brand truths into simple, powerful creative ideas. Understand the difference between following culture and contributing to it, and constantly look for opportunities for our brands to do the latter. Create ideas that can start in social and grow into something bigger, as well as finding compelling social expressions of larger campaign platforms. Bring an award-winning mentality to briefs of every size, continually pushing the work beyond the expected. Work closely with Creative Directors to develop, challenge and elevate ideas from initial concept through to final execution. Leadership & Creative Culture Mentor and inspire junior creatives, designers and content creators, helping them strengthen both their conceptual thinking and social craft. Give clear, constructive feedback that makes ideas stronger rather than simply different. Help build a creative culture that is ambitious, collaborative, curious and relentlessly focused on the quality of the work. Social & Cultural Fluency Stay obsessively curious about internet culture, entertainment, technology, creators, memes, trends and emerging behaviours. Understand platform conventions without becoming constrained by them. Bring a strong point of view on what makes work genuinely social rather than simply advertising placed on social platforms. Help educate clients and internal teams on evolving social behaviours, creative opportunities and emerging formats. Creative Craft & Making Take ideas from blank page through to execution, including concepts, scripts, social formats, treatments, storyboards, copy, creator briefs and presentations. Use GenAI and emerging creative technologies as genuine creative tools to explore, prototype, make and push ideas further rather than simply make things faster. Be comfortable making and prototyping ideas yourself when it helps bring thinking to life quickly. Work closely with creators, designers, writers, editors, producers and production partners to maintain the integrity of an idea throughout production. Understand how craft changes by platform, audience and context without compromising the strength of the underlying idea. Continually experiment with new tools, formats and production approaches that could unlock new creative possibilities. Bring innovation (particularly AI and emerging technologies) into both the thinking and making of our work. Qualifications 10+ years within advertising, social or creative agencies, with experience operating at Senior Creative level. A conceptual creative first with a strong advertising brain and can reduce a complicated brief to a simple, powerful idea. You are socially fluent and understand platforms, creators, communities, formats and internet culture deeply enough to create work that belongs there. Experience moving comfortably between campaign platforms, activations and experiential ideas and fast-moving, culturally relevant social content. Deep understanding of how people actually use TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging social platforms, including the behaviours, communities, creators and formats that shape them. You have created, or can demonstrate the potential to create, work capable of competing at the highest creative level. Experience with the nuanced rules and behaviours of individual platforms but don't allow formats or trends to become substitutes for ideas. Ability to articulate ideas simply, write compelling copy and scripts, and build persuasive creative presentations. Strong presentation experience with the ability to sell an idea, defend the thinking behind it and bring clients and collaborators with you. Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling and other emerging creative technologies as part of your creative process. Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English. AEO Content Strategist
ChimeSan Francisco (Fully Remote)15 days ago
FreelanceFully RemoteMid$105,000 - $105,000 / Year
llmjirainsurancecompliancecompliancehigher education+3

About the Role People increasingly find financial products by asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode instead of scrolling search results. Chime's Organic Growth team helps members find Chime without paid media. Chime is already one of the most visible brands in AI answers in several core banking categories, and we want to widen that lead. We're hiring an AEO Content Strategist to own the content and citation work that wins in AI search. You'll run Chime's blog from planning through publishing, run our AI-powered content workflows, and earn Chime coverage on the third-party sources AI models trust most. You'll partner closely with our Principal, AI Search Strategy & SEO, who sets Chime's AI search strategy, priority categories, targets, and measurement. You'll own the content that helps us hit those Visibility targets. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room for strategy. In the same week you might find a citation gap in a high-value category, brief a publisher partner, move a refreshed article through compliance review, and publish it in our CMS. In this role, you can expect to Own Chime's blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO. You'll turn priority categories, prompt data, and member insights into a sequenced roadmap that helps Chime own its story and earn accurate, positive citations in AI answers. Run the editorial calendar and keep a steady publishing cadence. Structure content so AI models can find, understand, and cite it, with clear answers, clean formatting, and accurate, current product details (like rates, limits, and eligibility) in Contentful. Lead content across Chime.com, including product launches and seasonal moments with Product Marketing. Lift conversion on the blog and site through inline CTAs, email capture, stronger conversion paths, and regular CRO testing. Manage the day-to-day relationship with AirOps, our AI content optimization platform, and automate manual steps in the content lifecycle, from drafting and optimization to disclosures and CMS publishing. The goal is faster turnaround without losing quality. Lead offsite visibility with affiliate and publisher partners, and manage the AI visibility budget. Find where Chime is missing from the sources AI answers cite, brief partners on accurate product information, and track placements from request to live. Move content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank review, managing a high-volume queue and using AI-assisted pre-review tools to speed up approvals. Work with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, and Help Center so what the web says about Chime is accurate and consistent. Track citations, AI visibility by topic, rankings, traffic, and enrollments. Run experiments on format, structure, and CTAs, and bring what you learn to the weekly organic performance review. To thrive in this role, you have 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content, with a track record of growing organic visibility, traffic, or conversions. Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge: how LLMs and AI answer engines choose and cite sources, and how content structure, accuracy, and third-party coverage affect visibility. Experience with AI content tools and workflows (for example AirOps, Profound, or LLM-based writing and optimization tools), and real enthusiasm for automating repetitive work. Experience publishing in a regulated industry such as financial services, fintech, insurance, or healthcare, including managing content through legal and compliance review. Hands-on experience with a CMS (Contentful preferred) and with Jira or similar ticket-based workflows. Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners, including timelines, quality, and budget. Strong writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations. Ability to manage many workstreams and stakeholders at once in a fast-changing area, with little supervision. #LI-Onsite #LI-AM1 Below is the base salary offered for this role and level of experience. Full-time employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), competitive equity, and benefits. For commissioned roles, the base salary listed in this job description does not include incentive/variable pay. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role: As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Gusto's accountant/indirect channel, you'll own the lifecycle marketing strategy that shapes how Gusto shows up for the accountants and bookkeepers who trust us with their clients' businesses, primarily across email and webinar communications. You'll build and continuously improve the programs that bring that strategy to life, with AI-powered and agentic workflows as a core part of how you work, not an add-on to it. This is a hands-on builder's role: you'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI Ops, and Brand/Creative to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience with measurable impact on engagement, retention, and growth for the accountant channel. About the Team: The Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) team owns how Gusto engages, retains, and grows its existing customer and partner relationships via email (in this role, specifically the accountants and bookkeepers who serve as Gusto's indirect channel to small businesses). The team builds and runs the email, webinar, and lifecycle programs that acquire and engage both customer and accountant audiences, working closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate needs into measurable engagement and retention outcomes. Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Plan, build, QA, launch, and report on email campaigns for the accountant/indirect channel using both third-party tools and Gusto's proprietary agentic email tool Own the health of the webinar program: calendar management, stakeholder collaboration, production, promotion, follow-up, and reporting Build and continuously improve AI-powered/agentic workflows for segmentation, personalization, and reporting Partner with Product Marketing, Community Marketing, Analytics, and Product to plan and prioritize the channel roadmap Analyze campaign and program performance, run tests, and bring forward recommendations on channel health Here's what we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or channel/partner marketing Hands-on experience with an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (Marketo or Iterable strongly preferred; other enterprise tools considered) Demonstrated experience building and directing AI-powered or agentic workflows for real marketing tasks, not just using AI as a drafting assistant Proven end-to-end ownership of email campaigns and webinar production programs Strong copyediting/copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across audiences Cross-functional collaboration experience across Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Compensation Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $134,000 - $168,000/yr in Denver, and $158,000 - $197,000/yr for San Francisco and New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.  When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
