Job Description As Platform QA Chapter Lead on the Platform side at JustPlay, you'll lead and scale quality assurance for our core app experience — the foundation that powers our games, live operations, and player rewards. Working closely with Engineering, you'll ensure the platform runs seamlessly across devices, regions, and releases, setting the standard for quality, reliability, and user experience. You'll split your time between hands-on QA work and leading the QA engineers in the QA chapter: helping them grow in their craft, spreading good practice, and raising the bar for quality across the teams you work with. A key part of this role will be driving smarter, more scalable testing approaches, including AI-driven testing and automation. Job Responsibilities Own the full QA lifecycle for JustPlay's app and platform features — from test planning and execution to reporting and defect management. Foster a strong quality culture across teams by embedding QA best practices early and tying quality goals to product velocity and platform reliability. Drive innovation through AI-driven testing and predictive approaches to identify risks earlier, improve coverage, and reduce manual effort. Partner with development, design, and product teams to integrate QA best practices early in the release cycle. Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and automated suites for key user flows (login, payments, live events, notifications, etc.). Lead, mentor, and scale the QA team — setting up clear processes, code quality standards, and testing frameworks. Implement automation and regression testing strategies using tools such as Maestro, Espresso, XCTest, Appium, or similar frameworks. Use contract testing (e.g., Pact) to validate backend and service integrations. Apply performance and reliability testing across mobile platforms to ensure smooth user experiences. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in QA for mobile apps or platforms, including at least 2 years leading teams. Proven ability to design scalable QA processes in fast-paced, development-heavy environments. Strong experience with automation frameworks, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with mobile debugging tools (Android Studio, Xcode) and network analysis tools like Charles. Strong understanding of how to build a quality-first mindset across engineering and product teams. Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing and new QA technologies. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a user-first mindset. Familiarity with project and documentation tools such as Jira and Notion. Nice to have Experience in backend integration testing and API monitoring. Experience with contract testing frameworks such as Pact. About the Opportunity In this role, you'll help shape MoonPay's product and business decisions through data, combining deep analysis, experimentation, and strong stakeholder partnership to drive real impact. You'll sit within our centralised Product Data team and work closely with Product and Engineering, owning analytics across the full product lifecycle, from defining problems and success metrics through to launching, measuring, and optimising products at scale. Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business health, helping teams make better, faster decisions through trusted insights and clear narratives. You'll also raise the leverage of the whole team by building reusable, AI-assisted analytics skills that let the wider org self-serve reliable answers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear direction, influencing decisions, and helping shape the future of high-impact financial and crypto products. Model robust, trusted data in our dbt and BigQuery layer, safeguarding its quality through testing, documentation, and certification in collaboration with engineering. Create reusable, AI-assisted analytics skills that scale the team's impact and help Product and Engineering self-serve. Communicate complex concepts and findings to technical and non-technical audiences across different teams, while ensuring clarity and understanding to drive critical business decisions. A solid grasp of statistics and probability, including experiment design and interpretation (A/B and quasi-experimental methods such as difference-in-differences). A working understanding of how a payments or fintech business operates, including fraud, chargebacks, KYC/AML, and payment success rates. Comfort using AI-assisted and LLM tools to accelerate analysis, and curiosity about building reusable skills that scale your impact. Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills. You can distill complex findings for any audience up to C-level, and lead projects independently. Nice-to-have experience Familiarity with our stack (dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Python) and AI tooling such as Claude Code. Hands-on financial crime, payments, or fraud analytics experience. Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups. Bonus Points A crypto-native perspective and experience with on-chain and blockchain data (e.g. Dune, Flipside, Chainalysis). Experience making data self-serve for non-analysts (e.g. semantic layers, metric stores). Research has shown that women are less likely than men to apply for this role if they do not have experience in 100% of these areas. Please know that this list is indicative, and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel that you are only a 75% match. Skills can be learned, diversity cannot. What is Flagstone? Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work. Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It's our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage. A feel for our culture: To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. That's why we're building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it. We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three. But enough about us. Let's talk about you. About the squad The Mobile App squad sits within our Engagement Tribe, whose mission is to deepen how clients engage with Flagstone and grow the balances they hold with us. The native mobile app is an important growth area for us, and we're looking for a product manager to lead the squad through an intensive period of building. Does this sound like you? This is a senior product manager role, hands-on role with real ownership. You'll lead the squad, setting the product direction for the mobile app, leading discovery, owning the roadmap, and being the product leader the squad rallies around. You'll report to the Group Product Manager and work closely with both the Group Product Manager and the Tribe Lead on wider tribe strategy, but the direction of the mobile app is yours to shape and deliver. What you'll do: Shape the mobile app strategy and roadmap, using customer and market insight, and align it to our tribe and company goals. Lead product discovery: validate problems with data and research, scope solutions, and connect what you build to measurable outcomes. Own delivery end to end for the squad, shipping small and often so we learn quickly and improvements land reliably through the app stores. Provide product leadership to the squad: set the standard for how you work, run retrospectives and experiments, and keep raising the bar on quality. Own the squad's outcomes and metrics, focused on engagement and deposits, and show how the squad's work contributes to wider company goals. Shape stakeholder expectations and secure buy-in across design, engineering, compliance and growth, bringing people with you rather than relying on your title. Analyse in-app journeys from a data perspective to find where they fall short and prove the impact of what you launch. Work with Compliance, content designers, data analysts and go-to-market experts so that what you ship is compliant, well made, evidence-led and ready for clients. What you'll bring: Essential At least 5 years in product management, including experience leading a squad or owning a product area end to end. Experience with mobile engagement mechanics like push notifications, in-app messaging and CRM-triggered comms. Hands-on experience shipping native mobile app features on iOS and/or Android, including app store release cycles. A strong track record in product discovery and strategy: turning customer and market insight into a roadmap, and validating problems before building. Experience owning engagement or growth outcomes such as activation, retention, deposits or acquisition. A strong grounding in data, comfortable digging into funnel and journey data to find problems and prove impact. Confident stakeholder management, able to align senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities without leaning on positional authority. Backlog management, prioritisation, and writing epics, features and user stories. Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment. Desirable A FinTech or financial services background. Experience using AI tools to speed up the product development lifecycle. How we reward you: At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like "fruit and snacks". Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here's a selection of our benefits: Hybrid working - Spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office Competitive bonus scheme - designed to reward and recognise high performance Flexible benefits budget - a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you, whether it's hormone or fertility testing, cancer screening, neuro-diversity coaching or something that matters for you. This is a role with significant technical ownership. You'll shape the architecture and evolution of our monetization landscape, make technical decisions across services and integrations, and help solve complex challenges at the intersection of engineering, finance, and commercial processes. Beyond building and operating software, we're looking for someone who can bring technical direction, challenge existing solutions, and raise the engineering bar within the team. About your new role You take technical ownership of business-critical services and applications that connect clickouts, merchant billing, and revenue processes across idealo. You shape the architecture and technical evolution of this domain, balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability, and business needs. You design, build, and operate applications in AWS and take end-to-end responsibility following our "You Build It, You Own It" approach – including architecture, infrastructure, development, testing, security, deployment, monitoring, and on-call. You drive technical improvements and help identify where existing systems, integrations, and processes need to evolve. You design and evolve integrations across our monetization landscape, including Odoo, internal master-data systems, Salesforce, and SAP. You act as a senior technical sparring partner within the team, contributing to architectural discussions, challenging solutions, and helping others make sound engineering decisions. Job Title: People Operations Reports to: People Manager Location: London onsite About Radiant Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments. We are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure, from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one, who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of the team you've previously managed. About the role We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to run the employee lifecycle at Radiant and to keep making it better as we grow. We're looking for someone who loves building automations, agents and workflows, and wants to point that instinct at People Ops. You'll own the data and systems behind our People Ops stack (HiBob, Ashby, Notion), and use that ownership as the foundation for turning slow, manual, multi-tool processes into things that mostly run themselves. This is a role for someone who'd rather ship a working automation this week and improve it next week than spend a month planning the perfect system - someone who gets a genuine kick out of making the unglamorous stuff disappear. You'll bring expertise, energy, and commercial thinking to help us elevate our People processes. The challenge in this role is to put the systems and frameworks in place that let us scale that quality, consistency, and fairness as we grow – without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. What you'll do People Operations (~80%) Run new joiner onboarding end to end, but treat every manual step you touch twice as a candidate for automation, with the goal is to keep making the process faster and lighter-touch, not just execute it reliably. Administer employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) across systems, and build the guardrails - validation rules, alerts, review steps etc. Process documentation: create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and playbooks for onboarding, offboarding, and systems admin current as processes evolve, so nothing lives only in your head. Own and execute core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and off-boarding. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies across different regions. Coordinate team socials, offsites, and the other moments that bring a distributed team together. Liaise with our payroll providers (UK and US) to process any changes, corrections, or new starters/leavers each cycle Keep policies and the employee handbook up to date and ensure compliance with any UK/US regulatory changes during the cover period Translate employee feedback into concrete action points and employee journey initiatives Employee first-line support: be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions on payroll, leave, benefits, and admin Administer employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) across systems, and build the guardrails - validation rules, alerts, review steps etc, that catch data errors before they become a downstream mess in payroll or compliance. Improving it (~20%) Support and contribute to improving, automating, and streamlining HR processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. Design, build, and maintain automations, workflows, and AI agents across our People Ops tooling (HiBob, Ashby, Notion) - from a simple triggered workflow to a more sophisticated internal agent - turning multi-step manual processes into things that run themselves. Contribute to and take ownership of parts of people-related projects and process improvements. Turn employee feedback into specific, sequenced actions with owners and dates — not a list of themes. Use data from our people systems to show where time is going, what is working, and what to fix next. Keep the People pages in Notion current, and improve them as you learn where colleagues get stuck. Partner with relevant stakeholders on anything touching UK employment or compliance judgement calls while you build fluency here. You own the system and the escalation path, and that ownership shifts to you over time. What you'll bring You've worked in a high-growth environment, ideally remote and across multiple geographies, and you're comfortable working async across EMEA time zones. Experience building people systems in scaling companies, ideally through comparable periods of fast growth. A practical, hands-on approach – comfortable building from scratch rather than inheriting an established function. Strong judgement and a commercial mindset. The ability to influence managers and senior leaders through credibility rather than authority. Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and a deliberately low-process environment.
