Fully Remote (UK based) | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Generous Equity | B Corp Certified TrustedHousesitters is a fast growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace that is redefining pet care and travel. Here at TrustedHousesitters, we're on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. We've got big plans on becoming the world's most-loved travel solution for pet people. We've built something pretty special: a trusted place where pet owners and sitters connect to keep pets happy at home while their humans explore the world. We've already grown into a global community with members in over 140 countries, a product people genuinely love, and a team of more than 100 brilliant humans powering it all. But we're only just getting started. Our goal? To grow to 1 million members and make TrustedHousesitters the world's most-loved travel solution for pet people. At the moment, a sit starts every two minutes somewhere on the planet. We want that to be every single minute and we know the only way we'll get there is with the right people in the right roles. The right people in the right roles will shape our future. So, here's the big question: Could that be you? The role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the core experience our members rely on every day across iOS, Android and web. You'll own the moments that matter: onboarding, listing homes, finding and applying for sits, matching with the right sitter or owner, preparing for a stay. This is a hands-on role as the primary designer in your squad. You'll have real strategic influence over your area's direction and drive measurable impact for both our members and the business. What You'll Do Design mobile-first experiences that work across iOS, Android and web, respecting platform conventions while staying consistent with our design system Own discovery research and testing for your squad (interviews, usability testing, concept testing) and measure impact using product analytics and qualitative signals to guide iteration Define problems and hypotheses with your squad, choose the right validation method to make sure we're building the right thing for our customers Design AI-powered features for matching, personalisation and communication with trust and transparency built in, and use AI tools daily to speed up exploration, prototyping and synthesis Work with stakeholders across product, engineering, user research, content, data and commercial teams, communicating design rationale clearly to stakeholders, facilitating workshops to create alignment and negotiating trade offs Contribute to and evolve the design system, partnering with Design Systems to create robust, accessible, cross-platform patterns Build solutions that scale. Map journeys and service relationships rather than solving problems in isolation, and champion craft and accessibility throughout What you'll need Strategy and systems thinking Strong systems thinking with experience designing complex customer journeys end to end. Proven ability to set customer-centric vision and translate it into practical, phased delivery while balancing member needs with business goals and technical constraints. Research and methodology Hands-on user research skills, confident choosing methods and synthesising insight into clear design direction. Able to frame complex challenges into clear problem statements and testable hypotheses, with solid understanding of experimentation methods and when to use each. Craft and execution Exceptional interaction and visual design craft with meticulous attention to detail, including advanced prototyping and working within mature design systems. Deep knowledge of mobile interface guidelines and best practices, backed by a portfolio showing end-to-end, beautifully crafted, user-centred work with measurable impact on customer and business outcomes. AI in design Confident daily use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools as part of your everyday workflow. You'll ideally be working in Cursor, Claude Code or similar for at least some of your workflow and you'll bring ideas of how AI tools can be used to drive efficiency and impact across the design process. Collaboration and culture Excellent communication and storytelling skills with comfort working in empowered, cross-functional squads. Experience in scale-ups with strong product and experimentation culture. You'll need to be confident in selling your ideas across the business, creating alignment and inspiring others. Nice to have Experience designing AI/ML-powered features such as recommendations engines and LLMs with good understanding of the UX challenges they create - trust, comprehension, feedback loops, agency etc. Experience in two-sided marketplaces, subscription or membership businesses, or trust and safety-sensitive products. Self-serve analytics experience (we use Amplitude, Mode) and familiarity with research depository tools such as Dovetail, Chattermill. Our hiring process Intro call with hiring manager Technical portfolio review with PM, Design lead and Engineering partner Leadership and first 90 days presentation What you'll bring You'll own the product design process end-to-end. At TrustedHousesitters we start with the customer. You'll need to be able to show us how you've used quantitative and qualitative user research to inform your approach to solving product design problems. You'll feel like a fish out of water if: We know this isn't what you'd see in most job ads - but TrustedHousesitters isn't most companies. Trust, transparency, and honest feedback aren't just things we say; they're genuinely how we operate, every day. So rather than leaving you guessing if things don't work out, we'd rather give you what you need to make a great decision upfront about whether this opportunity is right for you. With that in mind, here are a few things worth considering before you hit apply: Your design experience is web-only - you haven't shaped native iOS or Android app experiences. Your background is mainly B2B, enterprise, or public sector - you're used to solving problems functionally, and this role needs you to think about design emotionally too. You'd rather be handed a fully-scoped brief than help define the problem yourself - you'll be the primary designer in your squad, shaping direction, not just executing someone else's spec. You're sceptical of AI having a genuine place in the design process, or you actively avoid using AI tools in your own workflow. When you disagree with a decision, you tend to raise it and step back - we need people who'll stay in the room and help find the way through. Compensation Additional Information In addition to a competitive salary and bonus, we offer a range of benefits, including: For the love of pets Each year, you'll get a Premium TrustedHousesitters Combined membership which includes benefits like free airport lounge passes, Sit Cancellation Plan and Home and Contents Plan, plus five Premium memberships to gift to friends and family Our team can work remotely from as many house sits as they like, and we contribute up to £500 per year towards travel costs to and from sits Find a rescue pet to join your family and we'll cover the adoption fees, as well as "pawternity" to help your pet settle into their new home Health & wellbeing SimplyHealth healthcare cash plan Bupa Health Insurance and Dental Insurance plan Specsavers eyecare scheme Weekly virtual yoga sessions Optional enrollment onto our Trusted Giving scheme, which includes employee giving via Charities Trust and 2 days paid annual volunteering allowance Working environment Work fully remotely from anywhere in the world - as long as you follow compliance as a UK tax resident Get £200 to spend on home office equipment each year + Macbook and Apple accessories when you start Access to Spaces co-working locations across the globe We host an all-expenses-paid meetup each quarter and fund team events (remote or in-person) throughout the year We cover the costs of personal development resources and have regular time set aside for learning and growth Depending on your role within the business, you'll have the option to customise your work hours to better align with your personal schedule Compensation & time off 25 days off per year, plus bank holidays and festive closure between Christmas and New Year (36 days + Christmas Day for some roles) Competitive salary which is reviewed annually Generous equity package for permanent employees Discretionary 10% quarterly bonus scheme, distributed quarterly Pension scheme: 5% from you as an employee and 3% from TrustedHousesitters £500 recruitment referral bonus If you're ready to join us on our mission to become the most loved pet travel solution, we'd love to hear from you! Welcome to the good side of tech You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 12 years ago when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human? Docplanner at scale We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. 300k+ specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.500 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago. At Docplanner we are a diverse group of over 300 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams. We are responsible for building the product for all locations. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, yet we still welcome each new person with great joy and excitement. We could tell you about us, but we will let our reviews on Glassdoor speak for themselves. In case you'd like to see how it feels to be 100% yourself at work, here's a video of us . And why should you join us? Because it feels good to tell your family and your friends how you made the world a little bit better. You go to bed knowing that what you do matters, and that your talents align with your beliefs. We want to make the healthcare experience more human, and that starts with you being you. We believe that taking the diversity of human experience into account makes a better healthcare experience for all . We're not just different: we embrace diversity. We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote friendly. Job Description At Docplanner, we run the #1 patient–doctor marketplace in most of the markets where we operate, connecting over 100 million patients every month with the doctors and clinics who care for them. Our mission is simple: to help people live longer, healthier lives. Doctors and clinics pay to be on our marketplace because it delivers something they can measure – patients, bookings, and real return on their investment. The Visibility team exists to guarantee that outcome. When a doctor or clinic buys our Marketplace product, this team makes sure they are set up well, get found by the right patients, fill their calendars, and clearly see the ROI that keeps them with us for years. As Senior Product Manager for Visibility, you will own the product and business logic that decides how doctors are ranked and surfaced across the marketplace, together with the paid visibility products (First Class, Media360) that let them grow further. You will work hand in hand with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to turn a new customer into a thriving, retained one – distributing patient demand intelligently, reducing "zero-booking" doctors, and lifting retention and lifetime value across the base. This is a highly commercial, deeply analytical product role at the core of how our marketplace creates value for both patients and the professionals who serve them. You will be responsible for: Owning Doctor Success strategy and outcomes Co-own the core success and health metrics for the marketplace customer base: retention, churn and the reduction of zero-booking ("zero-UB") doctors. Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to set doctors up for success from onboarding through renewal, closing the loop between how a profile is configured and the bookings it generates. Design differentiated success journeys for different customer segments, specialties, and maturity levels. Owning ranking, relevance, and visibility logic Own the business logic that governs how doctors and clinics are ranked, matched, and surfaced across marketplace search and listings. Balance patient experience and relevance against doctor outcomes and commercial objectives, and define the guardrails that keep that balance healthy. Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and experiments to measure and continuously improve ranking quality. Owning paid visibility and growth products Own the roadmap and business logic for our paid visibility products, including First Class (premium placement) and Media360 (managed patient-acquisition media). Make the value of these products transparent to customers, so the ROI is obvious and repeatable. Working data-first Use SQL and analytics tools daily to answer your own questions, size opportunities, and validate decisions – without waiting on someone else to pull the numbers. Instrument products well, define the metrics that matter, and build the dashboards and experiments the team runs on. Drive an experimentation culture: form hypotheses, run A/B tests, read the results honestly, and iterate. Operating as an AI-native Product Manager Use AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and AI prototyping tools daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution. Move quickly from research and discovery to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows. Collaborating across teams Work closely with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams to deliver impact across markets. Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and optimise customer outcomes. Help evolve our marketplace and AI-native product practices and level up the wider product organisation. What will set you up for success in this role? Core Product Management experience 5+ years of Product Managemen t experience building digital consumer or marketplace products . Strong product thinking and a user-centric mindset, paired with the commercial instinct to connect product decisions to business outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across both commercial and technical audiences. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams. Extreme ownership, comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping products in emerging spaces. Exceptionally data-driven Fluent with SQL and comfortable querying large datasets to explore, size, and validate opportunities independently. Proven ability to translate business logic into ranking, scoring, or matching logic – and to reason clearly about the trade-offs. Strong analytical and experimentation skills; you make decisions from data and can defend them. Deep understanding of customer economics Strong grasp of the metrics that drive a subscription marketplace: churn, retention, engagement, activation, ARPU, and lifetime value. Experience owning or moving retention and engagement metrics for a customer base, not just shipping features. Marketplace and AI mindset Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the tension between supply-side outcomes and consumer experience. Strong AI-native product mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product workflows. Ability to move quickly from research and discovery to execution and launch. Bonus points if you have: Experience with search, ranking, relevance, recommendation, or matching systems. Experience with pricing, monetisation, or visibility / ads products in a marketplace. Experience owning customer success, retention, or supply-growth outcomes in partnership with commercial teams. Background in healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or patient-engagement products. Experience building AI products powered by LLMs or conversational interfaces, including chat evaluation and prompt optimisation. Let's talk money A salary adequate to your experience and skills. Flexible remuneration and benefits system via Flexoh , which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings. True flexibility and work-life balance Remote or hybrid work model with our hub in Barcelona. Flexible working hours (fully flexible, as in most cases you only have to be on a couple of meetings weekly). Summer intensive schedule during July and August (work 7 hours, finish earlier). 23 paid holidays, with exchangeable local bank holidays. Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate). Health comes first Private healthcare plan with Adeslas for you and subsidized for your family (medical and dental). Access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee in partnership for you and your family with Wellhub . Access to iFeel , a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling. Keep growing with us Free English and Spanish classes. We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and also every day at work. When you apply for our roles you receive equal treatment regardless of age, disabilities, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or parental status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or any other dimension of human difference. If you require additional support in your recruitment process, we kindly encourage you to let us know. Behind those words you're reading, there's a person (hi!) who already helped a candidate by adapting the interviews, and now we're lucky to have this person with us. So, even if you've never asked for it before, may this serve as a sign that, now, you can do so. We can only truly be equal if we adapt to each other.
