From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. This role is open to candidates residing in the US. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact – helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment. Architect and own Samsara's marketing data infrastructure: ETL/ELT pipelines, Databricks Gold Layer tables, and the core data models that power segmentation, targeting, automation, and analytics. Design the semantic layers, data dictionaries, and structured documentation that enable self-serve BI and conversational analytics, partnering with the BI team to ensure core sales and marketing KPIs are built on trusted, well-modeled data. Translate ambiguous business questions from Marketing, Sales, and R&D into clear requirements and scalable solutions, working autonomously without dedicated PM support and influencing decisions with data and sound reasoning. Lead complex, cross-team initiatives end to end: stand up new data pipelines and integrations quickly, manage risk across interdependent teams, and own the reliability and data quality of what ships. Serve as the senior technical lead for the team's hardest problems: raise the bar for engineering quality and code review, remove bottlenecks that slow multiple teams, and mentor engineers and analysts.  Drive the strategic use of AI to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems: build AI-enabled data products and agents, with the integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation practices that keep them reliable and trustworthy. Identify and automate manual workflows with AI across Marketing and GTM teams, taking ideas from concept to prototype to production and influencing org roadmaps. Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Product teams. About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we're not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we're looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you're the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you'll fit right in. You will work closely with Cloudflare's Infrastructure team as well as with external vendors and partners to support the rapid growth and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for coordinating the distribution and delivery of data center hardware to and from our data centers within the region. You will participate in the development and implementation of consistent processes and performance measurements, utilizing business intelligence and AI tools. You will support the team globally on infrastructure projects such as data center expansions, hardware renewals, reverse logistics and spare parts fulfillment.  This is a role that requires understanding of warehousing, transportation, and requires experience with data analysis and AI tools. You will support our partners within a complex and fast moving global supply chain. This is a highly collaborative position that will require coordinating with: Warehousing providers, freight forwarders, importer of record partners, customs brokers and data center partners to plan and execute on the delivery of data center hardware. External vendors including hardware manufacturers, rack integrators and contract vendors, across time zones, in support of our 200+ and growing data center locations. Internal teams such as Data Center Engineering, Capacity Planning, Trade Compliance, Hardware Sourcing, and Procurement. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience: Post-secondary degree in a technical or business management field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with global supply chains and logistics is necessary. Ability to be proactive with ability to learn fast and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to recognize areas for improvements in operational processes in a rapidly changing environment. Python, LLM usage and AI tooling experience. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Desirable, but not required: Experience supporting data centers or other Networking/IT hardware and infrastructure. Multi-lingual, preferably in Spanish. What Makes Cloudflare Special? We're not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We're a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet. Project Galileo : Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare's enterprise customers--at no cost. Athenian Project : In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states. 1.1.1.1 : We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here's the deal - we don't store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers. Sound like something you'd like to be a part of? We'd love to hear from you! Please note that applicants who progress to the offer stage of the interview process may be asked to attend an in-person interview within one of the Cloudflare Offices or Cloudflare Hubs.  More details about this will be available at that stage of the interview process. This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Please note that any offer of employment may be conditioned on your authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license.
