Company Overview Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are 'Powered by Deepgram', including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram's voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram. Company Operating Rhythm At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren't optional, they're core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance. Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do. Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you're not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you're seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5. Team Overview EMEA is a growing market for Deepgram, and we're moving from opportunistic sponsorships to a planned events and field program tied to pipeline. You'll be our first field and events marketer in the region, based in London, working with EMEA sales and partner leads and as part of the global Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Events & Field Marketing. You'll build a London technical community and partner motions across the region, and connect every event to sales pipeline. The playbook you create will shape how Europe's builders and buyers experience Deepgram for years. Key Goals Publish a committed 6-9 month EMEA events plan and tiering model, agreed with sales and partner leads within your first 30 days Launch a recurring London technical community program with steady attendance from developers, builders and customers Stand up repeatable joint programs with cloud, technology or channel partners, with shared goals and pipeline tracked from day one Build an event-to-sales system (target account lists, pre-event meeting booking, fast follow-up) that meets pre-set pipeline objectives Ship an event-in-a-box kit (signage, swag, talk tracks, lead capture) so local sales and partner teams can run key events without hands-on marketing support Replace ad hoc requests with a simple intake-and-approval process, with a portion of budget and capacity planning reserved for late-breaking partner opportunities Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities Builds communities technical audiences show up for: hands-on content, credible speakers, real builders in the room, no sales pitches Designs partner marketing motions with cloud, technology or channel partners, with shared goals and measurable pipeline Connects events to sales: aligns on target accounts, books pre-event meetings, and drives follow-up that turns attendance into pipeline Operates AI-native: designs Human+AI workflows for event planning, follow-up and reporting Builds systems that eliminate recurring work, such as event kits and intake processes, instead of re-solving each event Ranks opportunities against clear criteria and aligns sales, partner and marketing stakeholders around one plan Executes events with sound logistics and vendor management, and handles lead capture in line with GDPR Works self-directed as the first in region, across time zones with a US-based team; travels across the region regularly (roughly 40-50%) Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have, not required) Typically ~5-8 years in event or field marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experience Background in B2B SaaS, developer-focused or AI/infrastructure marketing Experience running co-marketing programs with technical partners Professional proficiency in an additional European language, such as French or German Our Values Be You: bring your whole self and a different perspective; diverse viewpoints make our products better. Be Curious: challenge the status quo, keep learning, and ask 'how might we?' instead of accepting limits. Grow Together: push each other to do great work, treat feedback as a gift, and leave the drama out. Do the Right Thing: act with integrity and candor, assume best intent, choose ethics over expediency. Think Smart. Act Fast.: weigh the high-leverage options, decide, and move; no analysis paralysis. Put the Customer First: listen with empathy, understand their goals, and let their success drive ours. We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting great candidates — so please don't hesitate to apply. We'd love to hear from you. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive II to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. As an Enterprise Account Executive II, you'll own the full sales cycle for a defined set of Public Sector enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, partnering with sales engineering, customer success, and your manager to navigate complex deals. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. This role gives you a book of enterprise accounts to grow and a real say in how you build your territory. You'll work complex deals with multiple stakeholders, and you'll have the support of sales engineering and customer success behind you as you build credibility and close. Camunda's capabilities are well-aligned to the use cases that will help the DACH Administration digitize and automate for more efficiency and agility - this is an opportunity to shape and build a large and meaningful business! What You Will Do Build a territory plan that identifies Land opportunities and Expand possibilities, leveraging your extended resources such as Partners, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success. Build account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and economic buyers. Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff and adoption after close. Represent Camunda's value to business and technical buyers, tailoring the message to what each audience actually cares about. Handle tender processes with precision, observe pipeline health with discipline, manage Forecast with accuracy. What You Will Bring to the Role Solid experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end in DACH, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Efficient balance between driving towards a customer vision and achieving short-term projects towards this horizon. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with own initiative. The playbook will not provide all answers in advance! Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked complex deals involving IT, business, and procurement stakeholders, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Developing territory and account planning instincts, orchestrating resources efficiently. You can build a plan with some independence, not just work from a list handed to you, and you're learning to prioritize where your time actually pays off. Experience navigating complex public procurement procedures - knowing and following the processes but also influencing them with initiative and creativity. Comfort selling technical products. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage here, particularly in a Public Sector context, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under real pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers start to treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor. We are rebuilding biotech for the AI era. When a breakthrough is delayed, the world waits. Getting a molecule from discovery to patients, or a crop from lab to field, involves thousands of slow, manual, disconnected steps. AI has the potential to change this, compressing decades of R&D work into years. But that only happens when clean, structured scientific data and AI are built into how science gets done. Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D. Scientists use Benchling to design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents and models directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists around the world trust Benchling to power their most important work, from academic labs to Sanofi, Moderna, and more than half of the world's top 50 biopharma. We're building an AI scientist for our customers. We can't do that if we haven't built the muscle ourselves. AI fluency is the foundation we build on; it's core to how we work, and we're committed to helping every new hire integrate it into their day-to-day. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry's most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀 Job details ● 💼 Revenue Team ● 📍 United Kingdom ● 🕜 Full-Time - Remote What you will do You'll be the face of Lighthouse for our most strategic prospects, owning complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close. This is a senior hunter role: you carry a significant quota, you build your own pipeline, and you're accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results. What makes this different: you won't do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals. Where you will have impact Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan targeting high value and enterprise accounts. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment. Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, your existing network, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. Activate relationships from prior roles and industry tenure. This is not an SDR-reliant role. Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Navigate complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer timelines. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time. Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they're wrong — help make the system smarter. Become a hospitality expert. Understand the commercial challenges hotels face across pricing, distribution, and business intelligence. Position Lighthouse's full platform as the integrated solution that replaces fragmented point tools. Know the competitive landscape inside out and run value based ROI conversations confidently. Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network. Elevate the team around you. Share deal strategies, competitive insights, and best practices with the broader AE team. Informally mentor newer reps and contribute to playbooks and enablement content. This isn't a management role, but leadership is expected. About Our Team You'll join a global Revenue team of 150+ sales professionals across 24 countries. Our team works across the full Lighthouse product suite, helping hotels, chains, and hospitality groups achieve their commercial goals . It's a collaborative, high-energy environment with real opportunities for career growth and the chance to learn from experienced leaders as we continue to expand our market share. What's in it for you Flexible working environment: Work from home or at one of our global offices. Comprehensive health insurance: Private AXA coverage for you and your family. Flexible time off: Autonomy to manage your work-life balance. Competitive compensation: Proactively maintained to value your work. Collaborative team: High-bar, friendly, creative, and passionate colleagues. Career development: Workshops and frameworks to realize your full potential. Impactful work: Shape products relied on by 85,000+ users worldwide. Wellbeing support: Subsidized up to 80% ClassPass subscription. Referral bonuses: Earn rewards for bringing in new talent. Additional maternity leave compensation: For the first 12 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), we top-up your SMP so that your salary reaches 100%. Who You Are 3+ years in a closing sales role with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota. SaaS experience is essential; hospitality tech is a strong advantage. Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve. You seek feedback on your calls, your pipeline, and your positioning — and act on it within the next deal, not the next quarter. You treat AI tools as a core part of your selling motion, not a novelty. You adopt new tooling quickly and bend it to your style. You've worked with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks and can demonstrate how structured deal execution has driven your results. Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value, not price. Confident engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite and navigating complex buying committees. You want to win. You prospect when it would be easier not to. You follow up one more time. You're not okay with a bad quarter. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Thank you for considering a career with Lighthouse. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equal opportunity for all. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and disability. Our commitment to equality is part of our culture.
