Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, allowing you to run everything from your phone - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We're already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $750m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Why we're hiring Odin is automating a decades old part of the financial services industry. AI pilled operators like you are the beating heart of this plan, because LLMs & agents allow us to turn this services business entirely into software. The role sits at the intersection of finance, legal, product and engineering. We're post-PMF, fast-growing, and rolling out new products (fund admin) & geographies (USA). Customer & deal volume is climbing fast. Today we're on track for roughly 700 deals a year, with a team of ~20, and we'll process $500m-$750m of investment in 2026 alone. The next goal is 7,000 deals a year and billions in annual investment flows. We believe this can be achieved with a team of around 50 people. But it will only be possible if we turn human-driven services workflows into software. The operational machine behind Odin is still held together in many places by people and spreadsheets. Your job is to come in, understand every process and system, simplify, streamline and automate the shit out of it. Nobody owns the whole function today, which is what this hire is about. You'll inherit a team, hire and lead the founding operations engineers, and get a clear mandate to rebuild how the work gets done. You'll lead a small elite team embedded in operations and working closely with existing team members to build agents that automate work. We are not solving this problem with headcount. The point of the role and the other seniors in this function is to make it leaner, faster and mostly automated. We expect the right hire to be spending more time in Claude Code than in Gmail, Zendesk, Slack or anything else. What you'll own Team 2-3 senior operators (covering investor/LP experience, fund manager / deal sponsor experience and post-close operations like secondaries and exits) plus the deal ops team underneath them will support you. Hiring, training, performance, and the hard calls about who's good enough ultimately rest on your shoulders. Systems The operations function end to end: launching and closing investments on Odin, handling post-close governance all the way to exit, and the operating system that runs this. Automation The automation roadmap. You're the person who identifies the pain, automates fixes both yourself and with the senior team members, and brings product/design/engineering into the things that genuinely need significant engineering work. Before it gets to them you've already made the process as simple and fast as possible Deleting things and saying no You decide what belongs in our processes and what doesn't. If a request from sales doesn't scale and isn't highly profitable we don't do it. If a way of working exists for no good reason, you kill it. You also handle high-value customer escalation, edge cases that fit no process, decisions that need judgement but have no playbook. You ensure they're handled fast and we delight our customers Setting the bar You set the cultural bar for the team and ensure we solve the root issues rather than putting out fires What we're looking for AI-pilled builder Clear evidence, at work or in your own time, that you've built concrete solutions to problems with no budget and no engineering. No-code tooling, scripts, spreadsheets, vibe-coded apps and more. Management experience You've directly managed teams of 5+ for at least 3 years, including senior ICs. In the details and extremely on top of things You understand every single aspect of our systems end to end. You close loops, you chase, you push hard to get things done. First principles thinker Although you're in the details and on top of execution, you also zoom out. You look at any process the way a good product manager looks at a product: What's the job? Why are we doing this at all? What's the smallest, simplest system that achieves the goal? A lot of what happens in fund admin is inherited convention, an industry "given", or a constraint of some third party. You should find it physically difficult to accept any of that. Big plus: prior experience in regulated financial services Not a requirement. We care much more about the traits you have and things you can build than specific skills or experience on your CV. How we work There are five things we care about deeply: Reason from the ground up Seek to understand what is true by always asking why. Do not trust convention or experts. Speed begets speed We work fast. Speed compounds, it's the best form of defensibility, and it's energising to be around. If you work slowly, or tolerate slow work around you, you do not belong at Odin. Take ownership Do not wait for permission to do things. Find the answer, force the thing into existence and hold others to an extremely high standard - the same standard you hold yourself to. Brutal honesty If work doesn't meet the bar, people need to hear it, and the right people want to. Truly excellent customer service Be a stickler for detail in every single interaction a customer has with us, and always strive to make this experience better, smoother, faster. This role is probably not for you if You'd rather manage than operate. You're leading a team but we expect everyone in the company to get their hands dirty; You prefer close management of your responsibilities; You are risk-averse; You want a 9-5; You take yourself too seriously; You care about working for a company that's raised lots of money rather than one that's extremely capital efficient and focused on building a profitable giant that has a positive economic impact Salary £120k - £150k base, plus a meaningful equity grant. We're flexible on the mix of cash and equity. Hiring process Three stages, usually inside two weeks, with detailed feedback within 24 hours of each one. Location & ways of working We're a London-based team. This role works closely with the founders, product and the wider ops team, and the speed we run at makes that much easier in-person. At least three days a week in the office. Benefits Health: Private health insurance (Vitality), paid sick leave including support for pregnancy loss and fertility treatments, and access to Spill for mental health support Wellness: £1,000 annual budget for health, therapy or fitness Parental Leave: Enhanced maternity, adoption, paternity and partner leave Pension: 4% employer contribution with salary sacrifice options Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 2 wellness days and flexible bank holidays (33 days total) Work From Anywhere: Up to 6 weeks per year working from anywhere globally Birthday Leave: An additional day of leave Ready to apply? This is a legal role with heavy operational involvement and a requirement to build things. It is not a legal counsel role. You'll be qualified, you'll be able to act as counsel on day to day deal legals, but you'll sit close to the work and focus on streamlining / automating the systems generating the work in the first place. We expect the right hire to be spending more time in Claude Code than in Microsoft Word or Docusign. We're Making Travel Effortless. Join Us. Travel is essential, whether it's visiting family, starting a new adventure, or taking a career defining trip. Yet today, over 4 billion airline passengers rely on tech that hasn't changed in decades. At Duffel, we're rebuilding the infrastructure underpinning the global travel industry. Backed by top-tier investors (Benchmark, Blossom, Index Ventures, and Kima Ventures) and born out of Y Combinator (S18), we're simplifying complex systems to build the future of travel. Product Product at Duffel Flights is the heart of Duffel's flagship product. Through a single, beautifully designed API, our customers search across hundreds of airlines (NDC, GDS, and LCC), book and generate commission, sell ancillaries like bags and seats, and manage changes and cancellations — all backed by our own agency infrastructure, IATA/ARC accreditation, and ticketing authority. The Role As Product Manager for Flights, you'll tackle a deceptively hard challenge: take a fragmented, decades-old industry with hundreds of airlines and turn it into one clean, reliable, developer-friendly product. Working at the intersection of engineering, design, commercial, and airline partnerships, you will contribute to the roadmap for a core area of our surface and own how it gets built and delivered. What You'll be doing: Shape and execute the core Flights roadmap, from search and booking to ancillaries: balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and technical reality. Partner closely with engineering counterparts to break down roadmap items, drive sprint delivery, and balance tech debt with new feature investments. Conduct continuous discovery with customers and developers, translating complex industry friction into well-prioritised product requirements. Deeply analyse data, debug API integrations, and define clear success metrics to ensure features deliver real value, not just releases. Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to transform varied legacy systems and content into consistent, reliable user experiences. What we're looking for: 3–5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping technical products end-to-end. Domain expertise in airline systems (NDC, GDS, LCC, PSS, or similar) and comfortable working directly with APIs and data models. Strong data-driven mindset, capable of making sound, evidence-based prioritisation calls even with incomplete data. Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills to simplify complex technical systems for non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with a strong point of view, willing to get your hands dirty while remaining open to feedback. What you'll be working on Translating Duffel's overarching strategy and customer feedback into a clear, actionable roadmap alongside the Group PM. Designing consistent developer experiences over complex, multi-supplier airline architectures. Establishing and monitoring key metrics to measure feature adoption and continuous platform improvements. Aligning third-party supplier roadmaps with Duffel's strategic goals to unlock new capabilities first. Communicating weekly progress, delivery status, and priorities to key internal and external stakeholders. Why You'll Love Working at Duffel We believe in true ownership. That's why every permanent employee gets equity in the business. Perks That Actually Matter: ✈️ Travel Allowance: We literally pay you to get out of town and explore the world. 🏝️ Work From Anywhere: Flexibility is built in. Work remotely, or take advantage of our Sabbatical Policy. ⚡ Electric Car Scheme: Roll up in a brand-new EV with eco-friendly tax savings. 🏡 Work-Life Harmony: Flexible bank holidays, generous family leave, and a dedicated volunteering day. 📚 Growth Tools: Paid study days to level up your skills, plus a solid pension and cycle-to-work scheme. 🏥 Health & Wellbeing: Private healthcare, eye test cover, and season ticket loans. The Details 📍 Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays). 🧠 Interview Process: Simple & transparent: Recruiter Screen Hiring Manager Interview Technical Case Study Final Stage Interview. 📍 Manchester (Hybrid) | 💰 £90,000 Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, and we're doing that by giving UK estate agencies world-class technology. Our Product team is at the heart of that mission. We find the most valuable problems to solve, ship quality solutions, and measure the impact along the way. As we grow, we're bringing in a Product Lead to own a significant product area and help raise the standard of product across the team. What you'll be doing As Product Lead, you will own and shape the Property Management & Client Accounting domain for Street. In this high-impact role, you will oversee a core domain that spans multiple product lines, including Street Lettings, the Partner Platform as well as some of our Consumer Experience. You will drive strategy across critical functional areas including Client Accounting, Street Payments, Maintenance, and Tenancy Progression, while directly managing and developing a team of Product Managers. Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area, with autonomy from day one to deliver commercial success. Line-manage and develop Product Managers in the team: 1:1s, coaching, and helping people grow. Set the standard for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication across the product function. A bit about you Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact. Experience managing and mentoring other PMs. You know what good looks like and you help others get there. Confidence working without a lot of direction. You can set your own course and bring people with you. Genuine comfort using and integrating AI tools into your product work, both day-to-day and strategically. Strong communication. You can explain what you built, why you built it, and what it achieved. A drive to improve not just your product area, but how the whole team operates. You should apply for this role if... You want a real domain to own, not a feature set. You want to keep building product while growing people. This is line management of PMs alongside owning the roadmap and the commercial outcomes. You like a blank page. It is a new role, so you define what Lead PM looks like here and set the standard for discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder communication. You work better without close direction. You will have autonomy from day one and are expected to set your own course. You have already made AI part of how you work. Day-to-day and strategically, that is treated as a core expectation rather than a bonus. You should not apply for this role if... You are used to working within strict guidelines and are not used to autnoamy. You want to be solely hands on or off, this roles requires both at various points. You have not managed or mentored PMs before. The spec asks for someone who already knows what good looks like and can get others there. You need fully remote or are not UK-based. Why Street Group Product actually matters here. You'll have real ownership, a team that collaborates well, and the freedom to make decisions, not just ship someone else's roadmap. This is a new role, so you'll help define what Lead PM looks like at Street Group. Why join Street Group? 🏠 Hybrid-working, you can work from home up to 3 days per week 🏖️ Guilt-Free R&R. A £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!) 💪 Joining a culture that supports your development and encourages growth 📚 £500 yearly L&D budget for your career development 🎂 Your birthday on us. We pay, you stay away 🙋 'Give something back'. You get 2 paid days volunteering on us 👶 Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay 🧠 Mental health & well-being support via Health Assured 🧘 Regular well-being initiatives 🕒 Flexible working hours 🚂 Public transport season ticket loans 🌷 Paid menopause leave 🌞 Holiday buying scheme 🚀 Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition 👥 Be a part of something bigger. Everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! It's a huge goal, but it motivates us to do better every single day 👩🏿💻 A chance to work on cutting-edge technology 🐶 Comfortable, relaxed office space and office dogs welcome! 🍻 Fully stocked fridge and beers (or an alternative) on us every Friday afternoon 🎊 Company and team off-sites, events and happy hours 🚴 Cycle to work scheme 🚗 Electric car salary sacrifice scheme 🌍 Feel good about sustainability. About Freetrade Freetrade's mission is to become the default place to invest. Investing has been too complicated and expensive for too long, keeping millions from making the most of their savings. We're changing that. We're building our team and looking for people who are excited to reshape how our customers invest and grow their wealth. If you're driven by solving complex problems and building innovative products, you'll fit right in. 2026 is a big year for us. Last year, we announced a game changing deal to become part of the IG Group. We'll continue to operate as an independent business while gaining access to the resources and support of an established leader in the space. This year, we're accelerating our roadmap and taking our products to the next level. We're building new features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools. We're also exploring how we can leverage AI to deliver an even better experience for our customers. Freetrade exists to get everyone investing. Underneath that is a platform moving real people's money, and a small team building the foundational parts every engineer relies on to ship: the CI/CD pipelines that carry every deploy, the logging and observability that make production legible, the infrastructure and architecture our systems run on, and the security that keeps it all worthy of our customers' trust. We treat that platform as a product; our customers are Freetrade's engineers. We're looking for a Platform Engineer to help us build it. The team As part of the Platform Engineering Team, you'll work across a wide surface area at Freetrade: product engineering, frontend, security product, design, risk & compliance and data. You'll see more of Freetrade's engineering than almost anyone else here, and you'll have experienced engineers around you to learn from. What you'll be doing Contribute to our Google Cloud infrastructure; Kubernetes, serverless, and Terraform; working with engineering teams to build paved paths that make the right infrastructure choice the easy one. Improve the path from commit to production: faster builds, safer rollouts, clearer failures across our CI/CD infrastructure. Treat the platform as a product: look ahead at Freetrade's product roadmap, anticipate what engineering teams will need from the platform to deliver it, and partner with those teams to design and scale services that meet the business's needs Work with teams to build AI into their engineering workflows; development, debugging, incident investigation; evaluating honestly where it works and where it doesn't, and evolving our tooling, context, and guardrails as the AI landscape changes. Support our monitoring and diagnostics, working with engineering teams towards best-in-class observability, alerting, and SLOs; so teams can operate their own services Partner with our security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure our infrastructure meets the regulatory bar for a financial services company; turning requirements into guardrails so engineers ship compliantly by default. Deploy, monitor, and maintain what you build in production, growing into ownership of whole platform areas as you build context. About you You've built, shipped, and run production backend services; you know the whole journey from code review through deployment to living with what you shipped, not just the coding part. Platform interests and curiosity; you don't need hands-on experience managing platforms, but you've built backend services in any industry (finance experience isn't required), and want to understand the platform underneath them: how things ship, run, and scale. Languages and tools: we don't hire for a specific language; bring whatever you're strongest in, as long as you can show you understand what's happening beneath it: how your code actually runs, where it spends its time, and what it does to the systems around it. Day to day we work with Node.js (TypeScript), Terraform, and Kubernetes, and we'll support you getting up to speed. You've worked hands-on with a major cloud provider (GCP is a bonus, AWS or Azure transfer fine), used Infrastructure as Code like Terraform (even if someone else set it up), and deployed to Kubernetes, serverless, or both. You've gone beyond using CI/CD pipelines: you've fixed a broken build, sped one up, or become your team's unofficial pipeline person. You think like a product engineer: you want to know where the product is going and why, you've changed what you built because of how people actually used it, and you'd measure success in this job by other engineers shipping faster and safer. You use AI tools critically in your daily work and can speak concretely about where they fail and why, judgment matters here, not ML expertise. You're comfortable in ambiguity, not just tolerant of it; unfamiliar code, half-formed problems, and systems you've never seen don't throw you off. You know a scripting language (JavaScript, Python, or similar) and instinctively automate anything you've done twice. Building on a platform that moves real people's money; with the security and regulatory care that demands; sounds like a feature to you, not a chore. An interest in investing is a bonus.
