About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. At Wolt, keeping courier supply healthy across every city we operate in is core to a great experience for both customers and couriers. As we've scaled to dozens of countries and hundreds of cities, planning supply has grown from a market-by-market exercise into a global challenge: we need a system that plans well everywhere at once – from our largest metros to our smallest cities. That's where this role comes in. As Senior Specialist, Global Market Planning, you'll help refine the models and tools that sit at the heart of how we plan courier supply globally. You'll work on making sure the right supply levers are pulled in the right markets to hit our goals, help allocate those levers across markets, and dig into problem areas to find and fix root causes. It's a role at the crossroads of data, tooling, and operations – one for someone who's as comfortable building a model as they are diving into why a specific market is off plan. You'll be part of the Global Market Planning team and will partner closely with local operations & courier marketing so that our planning always reflects the reality on the ground. What you'll be doing Develop the global planning model: Help develop and refine our global supply planning model so it delivers robust coverage across both large and small cities, accounting for local context like holidays, special events, etc. Build the tooling: Develop tools that ensure the correct supply levers are being used effectively across markets to hit our targets. Allocate levers across markets: Own within-market supply lever allocation – translating high-level market planning into concrete, market-specific plans. Deep dive & solve: Investigate problem areas, identify root causes, and turn your findings into corrective actions and better planning approaches. Collaborate: Partner with regional supply leads, local operations teams, and central teams (finance, procurement, product, analytics) on plans, performance, and improvements. Improve how we work: Test and prove new concepts in planning, acquisition, onboarding, and activation, and support the roll-out of global improvements across regions. Our humble expectations 3+ years experience in operations, analytics, or strategic business development in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and modelling skills, with a structured, pragmatic approach to solving complex problems. Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets modelling is a must; other relevant analytical tools are a plus, including Python, Cursor, and Claude Code. An attitude for action and ownership beyond the obvious – always looking for opportunities to improve, with the determination to drive change. The ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders – both local and global. A true culture champion – someone who leads by example with collaboration, teamwork, and data-driven decision making, and who brings humility and respect to every interaction. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You are located in either Berlin or Helsinki with the ability to work in a hybrid model from our Wolt office. Next steps What to expect from our hiring process: Talent Acquisition screen — an introductory conversation with our recruiter to learn more about your background and answer any initial questions about the role. Hiring Manager interview — a deeper conversation with the team manager about your experience, the team, and what this role involves day to day. Assignment — a practical task related to the role, giving you a chance to show how you approach real problems in this space. Final interview — a conversation with a senior stakeholder to round out the process. If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going! We will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so if this sounds like an opportunity you want to pursue, apply today! Please submit your up-to-date resume in English. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. The world's most influential enterprises trust Zip, including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more. Together they've saved over $8 billion and processed over $500 billion in spend. Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. The Role We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive/Account Management Manager to join our team! Your scope will include hiring and developing quota-carrying AEs and AMs who deepen customer relationships, drive strategic expansion, and protect retention at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving segment. Our AEs and AMs are trusted advisors, product champions, and revenue drivers. The leader who runs them needs to be just as comfortable coaching a deal in real time as diagnosing a pipeline gap in the data. You'll shape the team, sharpen the process, and own a number. What You'll Do: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing Account Executive and Account Management team to exceed goals Own forecasting and pipeline health for the segment, and work directly in Salesforce and our data tools rather than waiting on reporting. Coach qualification discipline (COTM) and diagnose where deals stall - pipeline gaps versus execution gaps - so the team fixes the right problem. Drive multi-threaded deals and expansion across procurement, finance, and legal, anchored by executive sponsorship and structured account planning. Roll up your sleeves: participate in customer conversations, model strong discovery, and coach deal strategy in real time. Design and optimize processes, KPIs, and incentives to improve AE/AM efficiency and performance at scale. Sales Operations Manager
RelayLondon - On-site, Germany40 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
dentalarchitecturecpataxcrmpipedrive+4

Relay is fundamentally reshaping how goods move in an online era. Backed by Europe's largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M) led by deep-tech investors Plural, and a recently closed Series B ($95M), Relay is scaling faster than 99% of venture-backed startups. We're assembling the most talent-dense team the logistics industry has ever seen Relay's Mission is to free commerce from friction . Today, high delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, quietly shaping what can be sold online and limiting who can participate. We envision a world where more goods move more freely between more people , making the online shopping experience seamless and accessible to everyone. THE TEAM • ~160 people , around half in engineering, product and data • 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research • Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle • An intellectually vibrant culture of first‑principles thinking , tight feedback loops and relentless experimentation About the Role Relay sells through two core motions. The first is our new-business engine: a B2B enterprise sales motion winning large retailers and brands with significant parcel volumes — and, in time, extending down-market into Small medium enterprises (SME) as that segment opens up. The second is our field engine, which grows Relay's network of "Pitstops" — local shops and businesses that act as pick-up and drop-off points where consumers can collect parcels and return items. Both motions depend on the systems and processes this role will build and own: the account universe and TAM, lead scoring and prioritisation, outreach, CRM architecture, governance, and sales tooling. You'll be both architect and operator, and AI-native in how you work. You'll define what great looks like across the systems and processes underpinning both sales motions, then take ownership of making it happen. You'll also be highly fluent in metrics — using dashboards and funnel data to identify where performance is breaking down, where opportunities are being lost, and where we can drive greater efficiency. What You'll Do Build the new-business engine: own TAM, account scoring and weekly prioritisation, plus a top-of-funnel (enrichment, multi-threaded contacts, sequencing, signal-based triggers) that lets sales spend their time pitching, not hunting. Own the CRM and deal desk: architect Pipedrive around the selling rhythm, govern deal terms, stages and approval gates from pitch to activation, and raise the quality and speed of pitches and proposals. Scale the Pitstop engine: run the field team's scoring, territories, targets and dashboards, manage pricing levers and CPA, and keep lead-to-live data clean, pushing toward a self-running engine with algorithmic assignment, referrals and AI-handled inbound. Automate relentlessly: own the tooling stack and build-vs-buy calls (defaulting to building), strip manual work out of the sales day, and design systems that extend to SME and self-serve through configuration, not a rebuild. Diagnose and fix the funnel: use funnel data to find where deals stall and pipeline leaks, then ship the fixes. Who Will Thrive in This Role Systems thinker. You build systems rather than one-off fixes, and you take ideas all the way to a shipped, working solution yourself. Proven RevOps experience. You've run sales or revenue operations in a fast-moving environment and know what best-in-class looks like across top-of-funnel, CRM, deal desk and process. CRM owner, not just admin. You've implemented and evolved Pipedrive (or similar) so it fits the selling motion, rather than bending the motion to fit the tool. Native AI builder. You're fluent with Claude and have shipped real tooling and automations in a live business. Fast, practical delivery. You implement quickly and are comfortable scoping work for engineering when you need their help. High bar for quality. You insist on clean data and tight processes Equally strong in detail and with people. You're comfortable refining a workflow in depth and equally at ease talking pipeline quality with sales. Compensation, Benefits & Workplace Generous equity, richer than 99% of European startups, with annual top-ups to share Relay's success Private health & dental coverage, so comprehensive you'd need to be a partner at a Magic Circle law firm to match it 25 days of holidays Enhanced parental leave Hardware of your choice Extensive perks (gym subsidies, cycle-to-work, Friday office lunch, covered Uber home and dinner for late nights, and more) Located in Shoreditch, our office set-up enables the kind of in-person interactions that drive impact. We work 4 days on-site, with 1 day remote. Who Thrives at Relay? Aim with Precision: You define problems clearly and measure your impact meticulously. Play to Win: You chase bold bets, tackle the hard stuff, and view constraints as fuel, not friction. 1% Better Every Day : You believe that small, consistent improvements lead to exponential growth. You move quickly, deliver results, and learn from every experience. All In, All the Time : You show up and step up. You take ownership from start to finish and do what it takes to deliver when it counts. People-Powered Greatness : You invest in your teammates. You give and receive feedback with care and candour. You build trust through high standards and shared success. Grow the Whole Pie : You seek out win-win solutions for merchants, couriers, and our customers, because when they thrive, so do we. If these resonate, and you combine strong technical fundamentals with entrepreneurial drive, let's connect. Relay is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a workplace where everyone thrives. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Finance Business Partner
EverfieldFrance, Germany40 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
fp&acaaccountingnetsuitecompliancecompliance+3

About Everfield Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe's software ecosystem. Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices, while focusing on what they do best - building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 9 countries, and growing. About the Role This is not a reporting role. It's ownership of the financial engine for a portfolio of growing software businesses. You'll be accountable end-to-end for the accounting integrity of your portfolio: closing the books accurately, building and leading a team of local finance experts to meet French statutory and regulatory requirements, and making sure every number that reaches Everfield's leadership is right and on time. But the job doesn't stop at accuracy. You'll sit next to Business Unit Leaders as their financial conscience and commercial sparring partner - coaching them on the numbers, challenging their growth plans, and pushing them to allocate resources where they'll actually compound. Everfield deliberately gives this role more scope than a typical FP&A or controller seat carries at this career stage. You'll run the accounting, build and lead the regional finance team, and shape how each business thinks about growth - the full stack, across multiple companies. What You'll Do Own the numbers • Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting (management P&L, KPIs, operating metrics) for each business in your portfolio - not just its preparation. • Build and manage a team of local financial experts to meet French statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. • Guide each business's finance and accounting team through migration onto Everfield's NetSuite instance. • Own the accuracy and timeliness of the underlying accounting work behind every number you report. • Build and defend annual budgets and rolling forecasts, incorporating strategic initiatives and long-term expectations. • Prepare Quarterly Update Review (QUR) packs for Everfield's CEO, CFO, and COO. Drive the growth agenda • Coach Business Unit Leaders on financial acumen - make sure they understand and consistently apply the Everfield ratios, not just report against them. • Challenge and support Business Unit Leaders in applying Everfield's prescribed revenue system to their business. • Help each business spot operating efficiencies, report headcount accurately, and manage overhead with intent. • Partner with Business Unit Leaders on charting expense management and aligning resources toward growth, not just cost control. • Play an active role in integration of newly acquired businesses - systems, data, and reporting design, alongside the Integration Director and Head of BI. • Partner with your Strategic Business Partner (SBP) counterpart on the day-to-day relationship with each business in your region. Who We're Looking For • An ambitious problem-solver who wants this role to be a stepping stone – experience on the path towards a CFO or Controller of a larger group of companies, or of a larger standalone business. • Strong technical grounding in accounting practices and controls - you can run a clean close and hold a third-party provider to a standard, not just review their output. • Commercial instinct to match: you can sit across from a Business Unit Leader and challenge their growth plan, not just report on whether they hit it. • A completed university education plus a professional finance qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent). • 5+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering. • Ability to lead and build a team of regional finance specialists. • Comfort operating in a decentralised, multi-entity, PE-backed environment - you'll manage stakeholders across businesses at very different stages of maturity. • Fluent in English and French; effective communicator at every level of an organisation, from bookkeeper to CEO. • Ideally, a background in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies. • Willingness to travel occasionally. What We Offer • Attractive salary package with performance-based bonus. • Remote flexibility. • A collaborative team culture based on respect, ownership, and trust. • Access to international experts within the Everfield ecosystem - accelerate your personal and professional growth. • Regular team events and company celebrations. Interview Process Here's what to expect and who you'll meet during the recruitment process: • First interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (0.5 h) • Second interview with Hiring Manager (1.0 h) • Third interview with Group Finance representatives (1.0 h) We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision is made based on skills, qualifications and experiences. We look forward to receiving your application! Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Financial Operations Lead
Full TimeOn-siteLead$135,000 - $200,000 / Year
gorgatsbyhugging faceprocurementfp&a+16

At Solve Intelligence, we're building something people actually want - and we have the revenue and traction to prove it. 🏗️ The Role: Financial Operations Lead Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of ARR per month, we have raised ~$60M USD, and we are quadrupling headcount this year. We've built a world-class team of AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. Now, we need a high-energy, ambitious Financial Operations Lead to help us scale to $1B+ ARR. You'll be our first dedicated finance hire, based in London and working directly with the founders. Until now, finance has not been run by any single person. Your job is to own it end-to-end: get the fundamentals running flawlessly, then build the processes, tooling, and budgets that scale us to 100+ people across our three offices (London, New York, and Munich) and our continued revenue growth. This isn't a CFO-strategist role, and it isn't bookkeeping. It's for a hands-on generalist who understands accounting deeply, executes relentlessly, and is happy to go invoice-by-invoice in the morning, build the company budget in the afternoon, and model financials in the evening. You'll do things that don't scale at first to learn the business inside out, automate them away with tooling and AI, and grow into a true business partner to Sales and Marketing — the person with a 360° view of Solve. What you'll own: Payments (AP): Own supplier payments end-to-end — approval workflows, invoices paid on time, duplicates and double-payments caught before they happen — and lead vendor negotiations on everything from software to office space. Billing & Collections (AR): Own customer invoicing across our 1,000+ law firm and enterprise clients. Partner with RevOps to collect our backlog of overdue invoices fast and keep cash flowing in. The Monthly Close & Metrics: Run our external accountants to an accurate, on-time close every month. Own our financial metrics — definitions, reporting, the single source of truth — and work hand-in-hand with the CEO on communicating them to the board and investors. Processes & Tooling: Design and implement our finance stack from scratch. Approvals, procurement, spend management, billing, and more. Choose tools that scale and automate aggressively with AI. Budgets & Financial Culture: Work directly with the founders to build our first budgeting and approval processes (hiring, marketing, conferences, offices, etc) and partner closely with every team. Help the founders instil a culture where money is not free. Modelling & Big Decisions: Build the financial models behind our biggest calls — office leases, hiring plans, marketing budgets — and get stuck into special projects like M&A (we've already made two acquisitions this year). International Finance: Own the finance side of operating and expanding across three countries (and counting): budgets for new office setup, transfer pricing, and international tax, working with our external advisors. Cash & Treasury: Steward the ~$60M we've raised: payroll and vendors always paid, cash put to work safely. 💡 About Solve Intelligence We are the fastest-growing startup transforming Intellectual Property. Our AI platform handles everything from invention harvesting and patent generation through to litigation and licensing. Growth: 20–30% MoM revenue growth; 8 figures of ARR just ~2 years since launch. Market: 600+ IP teams across 6 continents, including Tier-1 firms like DLA Piper, tech giants, and boutiques. Impact: Users report 50–90% efficiency and quality improvements. Backing: ~$60M from Y Combinator, 20VC, Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, and the founders of top companies like Stripe, Perplexity, Tinder, Deel, Hugging Face, and Canva. See our Series B announcement . 👋 Who You'll Work With You'll be joining a founding team with deep pedigree: Sanj (CRO): PhD in AI (Gatsby Unit, UCL), ex-Huawei R&D, former lead at Magic Carpet AI (acquired). Chris (CEO): PhD in AI (UCL), published researcher, ex-Dyson and Alan Turing Institute. Angus (CTO): MEng Computer Science, ex-Qualcomm and Coremont (Brevan Howard). 🚀 Who You Are We are a high-performance culture. To thrive here: You get your hands dirty: You'll happily go line-by-line through invoices, the CRM, and the bank to make things clean — then automate the process so it stays clean. You're detail-obsessed: Duplicate invoices, overdue payments, wrong pricing — nothing gets past you. You have high agency: There's no playbook and no finance team behind you (yet). Give you an ambiguous problem and you'll work it out: find the mess, own it, fix it. You're a business partner, not a back-office cop: You work close to Sales, Marketing, and the wider team, helping everyone spend smarter and move faster. You know the highest-leverage thing finance can do here is accelerate growth — nudging our treasury yield from 2.7% to 2.9% is not the job. You're all-in: Solve is fast and intense, and this isn't a 9–5. You get passionate — even obsessive — about the problems you own. You're ambitious: You'll do the dirty work now because you want to build the finance function as we scale. 🛠️ What You Bring Must-Haves: 5+ years in finance or finance-heavy operations at high-growth tech companies — e.g., FP&A lead/head, finance ops, or a generalist operator with a finance spike — now hungry for broader scope. Deep fluency in accounting — you can run external accountants to an on-time close — without needing to be an accountant yourself. A track record of implementing finance processes, tooling, and automation that scale with a fast-growing company. Strong modelling skills across budgets, forecasts, P&L, and cash. Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication. Preferred & Nice-to-Haves: First/early finance hire experience: You've built a finance function from scratch — or been the #2 to a great CFO/VP of Finance at a scaling startup and seen what good looks like. Procurement & negotiation: Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing. Treasury: Experience managing cash and liquidity at scale. Multi-entity experience: Exposure to international operations — consolidation across entities, transfer pricing, or international tax. Accounting foundation: An accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or fundamentals from banking, consulting, or VC — since battle-tested in a scrappy, hands-on environment. STEM background: A technical or quantitative degree (maths, CS, physics, engineering, etc.) — bonus points if you can write a bit of code. Tooling mastery: Experience with modern finance stacks (e.g., ERP/accounting, spend management, billing & AR systems), and experience leveraging AI across everything you do (Claude Code/Cowork, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc). 🎁 What's In It For You? Compensation: Competitive base + significant equity — true ownership in a high-growth startup. Founding Impact: Be finance hire #1, build the function from the ground up with the freedom to spot and prioritise what matters most, and grow into leading it as we scale. Support: Full visa sponsorship and private medical insurance. Perks: Free meals and the chance to work with the smartest minds in AI. Ready to own the financial engine behind the rocket ship? Apply now. 🚀 Compensation: $135K – $200K • Offers Equity • Estimated base salary $135K – $200K • Offers Equity Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
