We're Heidi. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. We've grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years. To go further, we've secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific, engineering, regulatory, legal, or governance discipline is a plus. How we show up Build for the next decade, not next quarter . Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. Lead, don't wait . We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. Follow the evidence . Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford. Own the outcome . Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander. Ship, measure, go again . A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless. Live in clinicians' reality . Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. Why Heidi? You'll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. Building what we're building isn't always easy. But we didn't choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career. We take care of you. We offer comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder, a £100/month Healthy Heidi's wellness stipend, a £500 home office budget, a £700 annual learning and development budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, up to four weeks of work from anywhere per year, Recharge Days after major milestones and busy periods, 10 days per year of clinical leave for eligible clinical roles, and a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office. Purpose of Position We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Team Pegasus, responsible for the Awin Mobile App and its backend platform. Pegasus is part of the Publisher Tribe that builds the experiences publishers rely on every day: discovering opportunities, generating links, tracking performance, and growing their partnerships on the go. The role is focused primarily on the creator-focused mobile app. You will lead two teams that bring it to life: Pegasus Mobile , building our Flutter-based mobile application. Pegasus Platform , providing the APIs and backend services that power the mobile app and our publisher web experience. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on coding role, but we expect strong technical depth so you can guide the team and unblock delivery when needed. Key Tasks Coach and mentor engineers, fostering their growth and career development. Drive recruitment efforts and ensure successful onboarding for new team members. Conduct performance reviews, track individual development plans, and provide regular feedback. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define team objectives and OKRs. Enable the team to take ownership of the software delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes within the team, resolving conflicts when necessary. Coordinate with Product, UX and other engineering teams to deliver on shared goals. Champion AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery across the team. Contribute to knowledge sharing and promote a culture of learning within the team. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Engineering Management group. Skills & Expertise Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or equivalent leadership position, with a clear servant-leadership and empowering management style. Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications in a commercial setting, ideally apps you have helped launch and scale. Strong product mindset, comfortable collaborating with Product and UX on discovery and shaping outcomes, not just executing requirements. Backend and cloud literacy sufficient to lead the Platform team (backend, API, AWS). Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery. Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable adopting language based on the room. Comfortable working in an Agile setup (Scrum or Kanban), facilitating ceremonies and supporting the team through change. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Flutter. Product experience in the creator economy, for example creator tooling, affiliate or creator monetisation platforms, or influencer-facing products. Experience orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows for engineering or product use cases. Help make the world more hospitable The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that's just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we're transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences. You'll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You'll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you'll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we're building. If you're motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you'll feel at home here. About the role Let's get into the specifics. It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this: The Distribution tribe owns how Mews connects hotel properties to 400+ OTA and channel management platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb. You would join as the Staff Product Manager leading our biggest strategic initiative for 2026: building a native Channel Manager experience powered by SiteMinder, bringing OTA connectivity fully inside Mews so hotels never need to switch tools. This role exists above day to day execution. There is already a PM handling that layer. You come in to own the full product strategy and set direction the way a Staff Engineer owns an architectural domain, working through a landscape of hundreds of third party APIs, each with their own schemas, edge cases, and contractual obligations, while protecting 2,800 existing customers who cannot be disrupted during the transition. What you would do Set and defend product strategy for Distribution's core platform while the new native Channel Manager experience ships in parallel, ensuring zero disruption to the 2,800+ existing SiteMinder customers who depend on current flows Own the technical product decisions that blur the line between engineering and product: API architecture, third party integration patterns, legacy versus new codebase trade offs, and how to handle the dozens of edge cases and contractual obligations that come with OTA partnerships Manage alignment across Commercial, Customer Success, SiteMinder, individual OTAs, and your engineering team, balancing what customers need, what OTAs require, and what is technically feasible Work directly with senior engineers on architecture discussions and trade off decisions, bringing full technical context to every decision rather than relying on others to translate complexity Build and maintain AI assisted workflows for synthesizing partner documentation, API specs, and cross team requirements, so complex technical context is easier for the wider team to act on AI Fluency Level 3: in this role, that means redesigning how the Distribution team handles hundreds of pages of partner API documentation and contractual detail, using AI to synthesize and structure that material rather than reading it manually. It means creating a repeatable method for this synthesis that your PM, engineers, and cross functional partners can reuse. And it means actively checking that synthesis against the source material yourself before it shapes a technical or strategic decision, since a missed edge case here can affect thousands of live customers. For more information on AI fluency at Mews, please refer to "AI Fluency at Mews: A Comprehensive Guide for Candidates" on Confluence. What you would bring Demonstrable progression to Staff or Principal PM level (IC PM to Group PM, Director of Product, or equivalent) with proven outcomes on very complex, large scale projects Experience shipping products with complex third party integrations at scale: API heavy, partner dependent, high reliability production environments where failure is not an option Strong technical fluency and ability to operate as a peer to senior engineers, engaging directly in architecture discussions and making trade off decisions with full technical context, not approximations A track record of owning outcomes end to end, moving fast in uncertain environments, and operating effectively in smaller, direct team settings AI Fluency Level 3 or the equivalent hands on experience: you have redesigned how you or your team uses AI, built an approach others follow, and you actively check AI output before relying on it Nice to have Direct experience at a PMS, CRS, or channel manager company (SiteMinder, Amadeus, Oracle Hospitality, D-edge) Hands on experience with SiteMinder, iHotelier, D-edge, Booking.com connectivity products, or similar OTA side platforms Track record leading a major platform migration or legacy modernization Why this role, why now Mews recently completed a Series D and distribution technology is at an inflection point in hospitality. Hotels currently move between Mews and separate channel managers to reach the full OTA ecosystem. We are building that natively, and the market timing and scope of the problem make this the highest impact distribution role in hospitality tech right now. Spain €79.500 — €121.000 EUR Czechia 1 491 000 Kč — 2 948 292 Kč CZK UK £81,000 — £104,000 GBP Netherlands €86.500 — €122.000 EUR Sweden 849 000 kr — 1 352 000 kr SEK Pay Transparency at Mews Salary ranges are provided in good faith and reflect current market conditions and internal pay structures. Final compensation may be adjusted based on funding, budget constraints, or exceptional candidate qualifications, but will remain within reasonable proximity to the stated range. This salary disclosure is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency legislation. We are committed to equal pay practices and prohibit salary history inquiries during our recruitment process. If the location you're applying from wasn't originally advertised for this role, salary range information is available upon request at any point during the application/interview process - your recruiter will be able to help. What's in it for you? Our success is powered by our incredible people, supported by benefits that help them thrive. Global benefits No matter where you're based, you'll enjoy: Unlimited paid holiday (yes, really) Participation in our company share program Paid parental leave (6 months fully paid for primary caregivers, 2 months for secondary, available after one year of service) An annual Learning budget of €300 (and more for high performers) to support your development Monthly "EDGE" time to Explore, Develop, Grow, and Elevate yourself A work from anywhere policy with flexibility to work abroad for a few weeks each year Relocation options, available after one year Flexible, hybrid working options A home office setup budget to make your workspace your own and a monthly work-from-home allowance Claude tokens, so you can automate workflows and build smarter, more efficient ways of working Local benefits You'll receive additional benefits that vary by location, from healthcare and retirement plans to team events, socials and other perks. Ask us about it during your interview process. Life at Mews We're an equal opportunities employer. We value teams that reflect the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Different perspectives make better ideas, stronger products and a more welcoming company. We also believe transparency is important when deciding if you're the right fit. Mews is an ambitious, high-pressure environment of continuous learning and high standards. Success here requires resilience, adaptability and a willingness to solve difficult problems. A few things that define how we work: High autonomy means high responsibility. People are expected to take ownership and drive outcomes. There isn't a detailed playbook for everything, and that's part of what makes the work challenging – and rewarding. Change is constant. We're growing quickly and adapting as we scale. Teams, processes and priorities continue to evolve, and only people who stay curious and agile will thrive. We're remote-first, not relationship-free. Flexibility is core to how we work, but strong relationships still matter. Our teams are global, so we need expert collaborators and communicators to help us move forward together. AI is an integral part of our processes. It's not here to steal people's jobs, but to amplify efficiency and productivity. We're motivated to proactively use the technology to seek out better ways of working and share our findings with the rest of the company. If there's anything we can do to support you during the application process, let us know. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other protected characteristic. One final thing: don't hold back. If you don't meet 100% of the criteria in this job description but you're certain you could make a big impact, apply. Everyone should have equal access to opportunities, and we're committed to providing an inclusive experience. If Mews sounds like the kind of environment where you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
