You build and own the software that runs a regulated financial services company — from customer-facing platforms to the tools our team uses every day — and you lead how we put AI to work. Senior role in Munich, reporting to management. Tasks Architecture and product ownership. You design and build software applications across the company — customer platform, contract and asset management, financial workflows, internal tooling — and you decide how they fit together. Not a ticket queue: you own the roadmap, the trade-offs and the result. Agentic development. You produce code agentically, review it, and keep the stack in a state you would be proud to hand over. Lead AI at LS. You run our AI lab: identify where language models and automation move the business, build prototypes, deliver into production, and monitor them for quality, cost and compliance. Integration. You connect the platform with what operations depends on — banking and payment partners, e-signature, credit data, accounting — and you keep those connections reliable. Security and regulation. You treat data protection, auditability and regulatory requirements as guidance from day one, not as a review step at the end. Direct line to management. You present options and decisions to the owners directly. Decisions here take few time, not quarters — and they are then yours to deliver. Requirements What you bring You have built software that is in production and used every day — and you have carried the architecture of at least one such system from design through operation. You have shipped AI features beyond a demo: integrating language models or ML into a real workflow, with evaluation, monitoring and a cost model. Broad technical understanding across backend, data, web frontend and cloud infrastructure, and the readiness to own architecture decisions. You explain technical decisions to non-technical owners in plain language — and can make the case for them convincingly. Fluent English or German. Based in or willing to relocate to Munich. Helpful, not required Experience in a regulated or financial environment (leasing, banking, payments, insurance). Curiosity about the challenges of building software in a regulated environment matters more. Benefits €90,000–120,000 fixed , depending on experience. A mandate, not a job description. You build the next generation of asset-based finance software — on the foundation of 35 years in the business. Decisions are made by the owners, in the same room, usually within days. Munich, four days in the office, one day remote. A growing team that makes decisions quickly and together — and we want you in the room when they are made. 30 days of annual leave and the stability of a family-owned business in its second generation. About Dutchie Founded in 2017, Dutchie is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations, while providing consumers with safe and easy access to cannabis. Dutchie aims to further support the positive societal change the cannabis industry brings to the world through wellness benefits, social justice, and empowering local communities through tax revenue. Powering thousands of dispensaries across 40+ markets throughout the United States and Canada, Dutchie is the leading technology company in the cannabis space and was named in Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Companies in North America and listed two years in a row on LinkedIn's Top 50 Startups. Dutchie has raised over $600M in funding to date, backed by D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, Dragoneer, DFJ Growth, Thrive Capital, Howard Schultz, Snoop Dogg's Casa Verde Capital, Gron Ventures, members of the founding team at DoorDash, Kevin Durant's Thirty Five Ventures, and other notable angel investors. About This Job As a Business Development Representative on our outbound team, you'll find and open doors with dispensaries that haven't discovered Dutchie yet. You'll build target lists, run sequences, and start conversations that turn into qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Account Managers. To succeed here, you'll need to be curious about the businesses you're prospecting into, resourceful when a first attempt doesn't land, and genuinely energized by the grind of top-of-funnel outbound — the volume, the research, the follow-up. This role sits on a strong, growing sales team and comes with real coaching and mentorship as you ramp. You'll need to move comfortably across systems and adapt quickly as our outbound motion takes shape — prioritizing the accounts and activities that create the most pipeline. Your success will be rooted in consistent activity, sharp messaging, and a coachable mindset that keeps improving week over week. What You'll Do… Outbound Prospecting: Build and work target account lists across U.S. dispensaries, using state, license status, and market maturity to prioritize who you reach out to and when. Multi-Channel Outreach: Run cold and warm outreach across call, email, and social, using the Dutchie Revenue Playbook to deliver consistent, proof-point-driven messaging that resonates with dispensary owners and operators. Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers, and manage a clean handoff so context and momentum aren't lost. Pipeline Hygiene: Log activity, disposition, and source data accurately in HubSpot and Salesforce (Legacy and Greenpath), giving leadership reliable visibility into pipeline health. Performance & Coaching: Hit weekly and monthly activity and meetings-booked targets, and show up for regular 1:1 coaching and Gong call reviews to keep sharpening your messaging and objection handling. Market Intelligence: Share what you're hearing in the field — competitive signals, regional trends, buying triggers — so the team can keep refining how we target and message. What You Bring 1+ years of experience in a sales, BDR/SDR, or outbound prospecting role, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech. A track record of hitting activity and pipeline-generation targets in a metrics-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to cold call and the ability to write outreach that doesn't sound templated. Comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and following a defined process for logging activity and disposition. A coachable, growth-oriented mindset — you want mentorship from a strong team and a path toward Account Executive or Account Management. Genuine curiosity about the cannabis retail industry and a willingness to learn the regulatory nuances that shape how dispensaries buy. Organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and outreach without losing attention to detail. It's a Bonus if You… Have prior outbound (not just inbound) sales experience and can speak to how you build and prioritize a target account list. Have experience with sales engagement/sequencing tools and call intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong). Have sold into retail, POS, fintech, or another regulated or vertical SaaS market. Have exposure to or interest in the cannabis industry specifically. You'll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $50,000 - $65,000 based on the intended level for this role. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes: Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care. Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees. Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance Flexible vacation and sick days At Dutchie, we're committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you've built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role This position sits within Ramp's Channel team and reports to Partner Consulting. In this role, you'll build and scale Ramp's long-term System Integrator (SI)-led implementation program. You'll enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to support a meaningful volume of Ramp-referred customers, deliver high-quality implementations, and extend the capacity of Ramp's Customer Success organization. Ramp's current SI pilot is the starting point - not the end state. You'll translate the pilot's learnings into the operating model, technical readiness, commercial foundations, and quality controls required to scale responsibly from an initial cohort to a broad network of partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies. You'll be Ramp's technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery: enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully, defining clear scope and certification standards, measuring implementation quality and customer outcomes, and turning field learnings into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy. This is a senior IC role, not a people-management role. You'll need equal credibility in technical implementation conversations and commercial partner-program design, working closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance. What You'll Do Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management. Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management - defining what partners can deliver independently, when Ramp co-delivery is required, and what remains out of scope. Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners: resolve standard implementation and integration questions, orchestrate specialist support for true exceptions, and convert recurring issues into scalable playbooks, training, or product feedback. Establish the delivery-quality and performance system for the program, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, remediation plans, and reporting on time-to-live, activation, CSAT, rework, capacity, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline. Design the commercial and capacity model in partnership with Channel and Finance, including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, accelerators, partner capacity commitments, joint business planning, and the program economics required to scale sustainably. Lead responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement, and influence Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Accounting Integrations using structured field feedback. What You Need Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution. Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business, such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS or at a systems integrator/consulting firm that implements those platforms. Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, partner certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance. Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design; engineering depth is not required, but sound judgment on when to engage specialists is. Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics. Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem - from specialized regional SIs to global strategic consultancies - including the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness is insufficient. Nice to Have Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model. Experience with Card, Bill Pay, Procurement, AP automation, ERP integrations, multi-entity environments, or global finance operations. Experience expanding an SI/channel program across North America and international markets. Prior 0-to-1 partner-program or services-program experience. What Success Looks Like Establish the SI operating model, including partner readiness, certification, service packages, quality standards, escalation paths, and reporting. Enable existing partners to deliver the supported scope with greater independence, predictable quality, and a commercial model tied to verified milestones and customer outcomes. Publish a data-backed expansion plan across products, ERP ecosystems, and regions, with clear readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement. Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global) Flexible PTO Centralized home-office equipment ordering Health and wellness stipend Budget for intra-office travel Weekly coffee stipend United States 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents One Medical annual membership 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay Pet insurance In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) Canada Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life Life, AD&D, and disability coverage Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health United Kingdom Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay Referral Instructions If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Founded in 2011, the Rover app and website connect dog and cat parents with loving pet sitters and dog walkers in neighborhoods across the US, Canada, and Europe. We empower our community of trusted pet sitters and dog walkers to run their own pet care businesses on Rover, with the tools and security of a global company behind them. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, we work closely with our teams in Barcelona and remote locations. We have a reputation as a great place to work and are proud to be recognized as a top workplace in our area by respected business publications. We're an agile, fast-growing company, and our leadership comes from some of the world's most respected tech companies. At Rover, our furry coworkers are just as important as our human ones—and we wouldn't have it any other way. Along with making the joys of pet parenthood more accessible, we're committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming community of pet people—and that starts with our employees.
